- From the forehead to the upper side (inside the skin).
- From the upper part of the back of the head (inside the head).
- Around the jaw (left and right) (inside the head).
- Deep inside the nose (inside the head).
- Energy route (nadi) from the center of the head to the left ear.
- The energy flow improves along with the pulsation of the center of the shoulder blades, and the energy of the heart (anahata) also improves slightly.
- The outer area around both eyes (the surrounding area, inside the skin, inside the head).
- Nadi from the nose to the center of the head.
- Nadi from the forehead to the center of the head.
- The center of the head relaxes one more level.
- From the center of the head to the throat (vishuddha).
- The neck (vishuddha) itself relaxes, and the neck (energetically) becomes slightly thicker, creating a sensation of improved energy flow.
- Nadi from the throat (vishuddha) to the heart (anahata) in the chest.
- Collectively, these stabilize the anahata energy in the chest.
When I list them like this, I feel that almost every part of the head and neck has become more relaxed. It was relaxed before, but it feels like there is movement, both in terms of energy and the physical body.
The sound that occurs when relaxing has also changed. In words, both sounds are like "crack," but before, the sound of bones cracking was stronger, such as "paki" or "boki." Even now, there is a feeling of bones cracking, but it is a slightly higher sound. It's a strange and wonderful feeling, like the creaking sound of a door in a story or drama, the kind you hear when a ghost appears. A high-pitched "piki" sound occurs repeatedly. I'm not sure if other people can hear it, but there was a similar sound in the video, so it might be audible, although it sounds quite different in the recording. Some people might think it's the sound during channeling, but I'm not specifically doing channeling.
The areas where stiffness still remains are as follows:
- Center of the head (major issue), Ajna.
- Crown of the head (it is starting to relax, but it is insufficient).
- Throat (vishuddha).
- Between the eyebrows.
What is important for relaxing these areas is the route from the forehead to the center of the head. However, until now, I thought the route was slightly lower, near the nose, and that the energy was flowing through the route from the nose to the center of the head. But now, it seems that the route that is opening up is the one that is slightly higher, the route from the forehead to the center of the head. I may have written in previous articles that it was from the forehead to the center of the head, but in reality, it seems that it was slightly lower until now. Now that the route from the forehead to the center of the head has opened up, I realized that it was a different route, because I had misinterpreted the lower route as the route from the forehead to the center of the head, due to not being aware of the route from the forehead to the center of the head. So, it seems that the route that was flowing through was the lower route, and now that the route from the forehead to the center of the head has opened up, I think that is the important one.
Many books state that opening the pathway from the forehead to the center of the head is important, but I had been doing something similar, although it was slightly different. However, it wasn't entirely useless, as it still had some effect. Nevertheless, the pathway directly from the forehead to the center of the head seems to be more powerful.

The area between the eyebrows is opening up a little more, but it is not yet fully open. Compared to the area around the eyes, the area between the eyebrows is about 50%. There is a perceived difference of about twice the energy flow.
The top of the head feels thicker. The area in front of the top of the head is more activated.
