Meditation connects the head and the base of the neck in several stages.

The area where the neck connects to the spine and where the head is attached was originally a place with poor energy flow or blockages.

Recently, there have been times when this area would occasionally connect with a "pop" and a sense of energy flow, once a day. Today, however, it connected in multiple stages.

This resolution has certainly caused an energetic change, but I am not certain whether the root cause was physical or auric. However, I feel that the physical aspect was more significant. Basically, if the head is not properly centered on the spine, energy tends to stagnate.

The degree of connection also varies, with some times being better than others. Today, the first connection was not very good, only slightly connecting. However, even that slight connection made my awareness a little clearer. I continued meditating, and then it connected multiple times, each time gradually clarifying my awareness.

When we say that the energy pathways in the head are blocked, it could be due to auric blockages, or it could be due to a physical misalignment, as in this case. There may also be a mixed pattern of both.

During today's meditation, I was feeling a bit drowsy, and my head was slightly drooping. However, when I relaxed my entire body and my head dropped slightly forward (not excessively), I suddenly felt a "pop," and energy flowed through, clarifying my awareness each time.

Generally, it is said that a drooping head during meditation indicates poor posture. It is also said that if you are not meditating well and your awareness is unclear, your head will droop. Therefore, when meditating, you are often told to correct your posture.

The relationship between posture, energy, and distractions is like the chicken and the egg, as they are mutually related. Poor posture can hinder energy flow, and conversely, resolving energetic blockages can improve posture.

Some schools of thought teach that "posture leads to distractions," and they focus on correcting posture first.
On the other hand, some schools of thought emphasize improving energy flow over addressing distractions, considering everything as energetic. This is somewhat correct.
Although the approaches may differ, all schools of thought point to the relationship between posture, energy, and distractions.

This time, consciousness became even clearer due to the resolution of energy flow in the area around the center of the head.
