During meditation, my entire body was enveloped in flashes of light several times, flickering like a lighthouse.

It was either three times, five times, or ten times, and whether it happened or not depended on the number of times. In roughly 10-minute intervals, light would emanate from the entire body, flashing at a relatively regular interval.

The light gradually increased in intensity, and after reaching a certain level, it suddenly decreased. This wasn't a feeling of increased brightness in the visual field, but rather, it felt like "light" in a way that could be sensed throughout the body. It was as if the overall sensation of the aura was being enhanced, and the entire aura was becoming stronger and deeper.

When the light became strong enough, there was a sensation, somewhere in the body, around the abdomen, of being "startled," like "suddenly, a small amount of saline solution was applied to a scar." At that point, the engine, as it were, would suddenly stop with a "brrr..." sound, causing a sudden deceleration. However, the light would then smoothly begin to increase again. The smoothness is like a straight line (linear) on a graph, like the increase in light when starting an engine, rather than a sudden burst of energy. However, when it stops, it's like "the engine was about to start, but suddenly stopped," with a slight "vibration" before it abruptly stops.

The increase in light (or energy) throughout the body occurs in relatively short periods, such as 3 or 5 seconds, while the stop is like a sudden brake being applied, causing the engine to vibrate and stop abruptly.

This occurred towards the end of the morning meditation, after approximately 2 hours. Before that, the state of "deep silence and purification" had been reached. This silence has several stages, but even here, it was only slightly deeper than the silence before meditation, and it was more like a space of literal silence rather than a complete absence of thoughts. Therefore, I think it was a day when the meditation was done relatively well.

Recently, I've been trying to balance the left and right sides of my head, focusing on the right side to improve the flow of energy on the right side of the body, and focusing on the left side to balance the energy on the left side of the body.

Furthermore, this morning, a "block" was released on the "left cheek" in my mind, which deepened the silence. As a result, the tension in the entire body was slightly released, relaxation deepened, and the area around the waist also loosened.

In this way, as the silence deepened and a sense of energy and relaxation increased, suddenly, several times, I was enveloped in light and it flickered.

So, from a conscious perspective, I was basically in a state of silence and relaxation, but it felt like the engine suddenly stopped, so I thought, "Huh," but that was all. Basically, it was a normal silent meditation.

It feels like the engine hasn't fully started yet, but it might just be my imagination, and it might be nothing. It might be connected to the true Kundalini, but I wonder. It's not specifically related to areas like the Muladhara (base of the spine) or Swadhisthana, but rather the entire body was enveloped in light like a flash, so whether or not it's actually Kundalini is something I can't determine at this point.

While that possibility exists, regardless of the cause, I also feel like, as a sensation, the "engine" (or something like it) might start up sometime. It might just be my imagination, or perhaps, it might be that the engine will eventually start properly. But for now, I'll just observe.

In the basic principles of meditation, it is said, "Even if you see light, it is not important. Ignore it." So, this might be something like that, or it might have a more important meaning. It's not just a simple light; it's accompanied by a feeling of increased energy and a vibration because the "engine" hasn't started, so it feels like it's more than just the light mentioned in meditation.
