Just a moment ago, the blockage in the crown area loosened suddenly, but that alone wasn't enough to release the tension in other areas, and there was still stiffness, especially in the area between the eyebrows.
Focusing on the area between the eyebrows is a basic principle of meditation, and it has long been taught that "concentration should be maintained without tension."
In this case, while the basic principle remains the same, the goal is to resolve the stiffness. Therefore, while keeping that basic principle in mind, I think that "tension and relaxation" can be helpful in resolving this type of stiffness.
The key is to focus your awareness on the stiff areas, create a slight tension, and then release and relax. Repeat this process. In this case, you focus on the area between the eyebrows, consciously tensing and releasing the stiffness, making a "crack" or "pop" sound if possible, and then relaxing. Repeat this process.
By repeating this, the stiffness in the area between the eyebrows, which remained even after the blockage in the crown area loosened, has significantly decreased. Although there are still occasional "cracking" sounds, I feel that the area between the eyebrows has been somewhat loosened.
While I have been focusing on the area between the eyebrows for a long time, even then, there were times when energy would gather, but in this case, energy seems to be gathering towards the area between the eyebrows from all directions: the crown, the center of the head, and the front. This seems to have advanced the activation of the third eye (Ajna chakra) in the area between the eyebrows more than before.
Although this doesn't mean that the Ajna chakra has opened immediately, I feel that there is more movement, flexibility, and energy flow in the area between the eyebrows.
Even with this, there is still some stiffness remaining in the area between the eyebrows and other parts of the head, but I feel that, overall, the blockage in the head has been released, and that the head is finally starting to gain flexibility and movement.
