After meditating and entering a state of emptiness, after a short time, the area between my eyebrows and the entire upper half of my head vibrated at a very rapid speed. It was a comfortable vibration, unlike a massage machine, it was effortless, natural, and yet very fast. This was not a numbness, but a vibration emanating from within, spreading from the area between my eyebrows to the upper half of my head. The buzzing vibration is not just a sound, but actually moves finely.

Recently, there have been cracking and popping sounds, and things have been loosening, but when those cracking and popping sensations occur, these vibrations do not occur. The vibrations occurred when there were no cracking or popping sensations.

Perhaps, in order to vibrate, there needs to be a certain degree of looseness and relaxation. Therefore, I first loosened my head with cracking and popping sounds, and once it was loosened to a certain extent, my head finally started to vibrate. Although this has occurred, the cracking and popping sensations are still continuing, but I interpret that as, with each passing day, as the looseness deepens little by little, the cracking and popping decreases, and I have become loose enough to vibrate.

In that way, it seems like something is changing within my head.

The relationship between the vibration in the area between the eyebrows and the Ajna chakra (third eye chakra) is often mentioned in yoga and spirituality, and I think there is a certain relationship.

There are similar descriptions in the writings of Professor Honzan.

I often feel a vibration in the area between my eyebrows. That area between the eyebrows is the Ajna chakra. It seems to have a close relationship with the pineal gland. (Omitted) The Ajna chakra in the area between the eyebrows begins to vibrate with a indescribable, very refreshing lightness. "Mikkyo Yoga" P207

Since my recent condition is similar to the descriptions in this book, I interpret that my recent condition is a good trend.

This book lists various states, but according to Professor Honzan's writings, it seems that these states are actually a list of conditions that have progressed gradually over several months or years, so there is no need to worry if not everything happens at the same time. For now, I have taken one step, which is the vibration.
