A great aura of consciousness, like a mass of air, descends from the crown of the head to the chest.

It can be considered a shower of light, or it can be considered that a bubbly aura is entering. An aura like air spreads around the head like a soap bubble, and it descends repeatedly towards the chest. It's a bit misleading to say "air," but it's slightly more elastic than air, "puffy," and feels like a mass of air. I said it's like a soap bubble, but it doesn't break, and it feels like the same thing is inside, so the movement and shape are like a soap bubble, but as a snack, it's like something that has been made even more fluffy and airy than jelly. While the swaying part looks like a soap bubble, it's more like a puffy aura that feels like jelly and is as thin as air, descending repeatedly. When it becomes very thin, it can also feel like a shower of light, and it can also be recognized as a puffy mass of air.

This often descends immediately when meditation begins. Until now, I have often meditated to raise Kundalini to the crown of the head, and I have been concentrating on the space between my eyebrows. However, when this kind of mass of air descends, concentration is not necessary, and it descends automatically. I simply feel it, and it descends on its own. At that time, if there is an obstruction in the middle of the head, it feels like the bones are cracking as it forcibly passes through the obstructed area. It is forceful and powerful, but it feels like air, and it is soft. It looks very weak, but the energy is so full that it forcibly opens the route along the spine. It is air, but it is very powerful, and it is not hot, and it is like a transparent and translucent substance that may seem weak at first glance, but it is actually a very powerful, transparent mass of air.

The speed varies, but it descends at a rate of about one cycle every 10 seconds, and sometimes it descends one after another, while at other times it descends slowly, taking about 20 or 30 seconds.

I think that the basic principle of meditation is to concentrate on the third eye (Ajna) between the eyebrows and raise Kundalini. However, when it reaches Sahasrara, something seems to descend through the open Sahasrara. If the Sushumna along the spine is closed, it is necessary to concentrate on that area and use the Kundalini from below to open that area. However, once the Sushumna is open, it seems that something automatically descends from above. That is an aura, but it might be what is called Amrita in yoga.

Personally, I think that it can be considered Amrita, but it is not just a medicine, but the energy of the aura itself. It doesn't have much will of its own, but it feels like it is a part of a great will. Therefore, it doesn't seem like a simple elixir like the story of Amrita. I think it is Amrita, but it is not appropriate to understand it in the same way as the story.

If that is the case, this is likely a gradual and gradual merging with a greater consciousness. It seems that if it progresses to a certain point, it will become too much and it will be difficult to enter, but after a few hours or the next day, it will enter again to some extent, so I think it is gradually being introduced and established.
