Raise the vibration in stages, starting from Sahasrar.

First, meditate to reach a state where the aura reaches the Sahasrara. The basic practice is to focus on the space between the eyebrows, and once you become accustomed to it, try focusing your awareness on the Sahasrara from the beginning. You will likely feel a thick line extending from the top of your head, like a radio tower extending slightly upwards from the top, similar to the antenna of a Yokai like GeGeGe no Kitaro.

In this state, your awareness becomes clearer and you experience a certain degree of tranquility. However, if you continue meditating, changes will also occur in your body. The aura around your chest and other areas will intensify, and the dirt or scales-like tension that was present in various parts of your body will loosen or break, falling off with a light "paling" sound, and your body will enter a more relaxed state.

At this point, you may feel momentarily unstable, and the broken aura, which has become powdery, may feel slightly unpleasant. However, this is old energy, so it will clear up quickly with a little more meditation, and the unpleasant feeling will disappear, leaving a purified state. At that point, the light, which is the energy within your body, will intensify even further.

You can end your meditation at this point, but if you continue meditating, the energy will rise again, reaching the Sahasrara. The way it rises varies from day to day. For example, on some days, the left side of your head will rise first, and you will feel a tingling sensation, like a small antenna extending upwards from the left half of your head.

The difference between this stage and the previous one is that in the initial stage, only the top of your head acts as an antenna, while in this next stage, not only the top of your head, but also other parts, such as the left half, also become antenna-like.

As you continue meditating, further changes will occur in your body, and your aura will become more activated. Again, the tension in your aura will loosen and fall off, and you may temporarily feel a slightly unpleasant sensation, but that feeling will quickly disappear, leaving you in a state of tranquility.

If you repeat this process several times, the antenna-like sensation will eventually spread throughout your head, and the entire head, including the top, left side, and right side, will become activated like a Yokai antenna.

This is not just about becoming antenna-like; it also means that you are raising your vibration.
