Here, when I say "I," it refers to my conscious mind, but also to my spirit (soul, astral body). It is not my physical self, but my astral self that thinks and considers various things, making choices.

Basically, everything is permitted and there is free will, so there are various choices available, and which one to choose is also a choice made by my spirit (astral body). This choice by the spirit determines which timeline to choose, and sometimes I am consciously aware of this, and sometimes I am not. In either case, the spirit (astral body, or soul) thinks and makes choices.

Furthermore, there are higher-level beings, which are multiple souls that form a fundamental "cloud" or "large soul" of the group soul to which I belong, and it is a large consciousness as a collective consciousness. A part of this large soul is born as a single life on Earth. The higher-level being, which is the origin from which I was born, is a soul group that is similar or close to me, but basically, all the choices made on Earth are only possible with the permission of the group soul.

Rarely, there are fragments of souls that separate from the will of the group soul and act selfishly, but basically, choices are made in accordance with the intention of the group soul.

In individual choices, the fragment of the soul that is actually reincarnated on Earth understands the situation the best, so basically, each fragment of the soul makes the choices, but those choices are transmitted to the group soul, and the group soul "permits" those choices. This is done with a very subtle consciousness, but some people notice it, and good choices generally have the permission of their group soul. Even if a choice is made without permission, free will is still respected, and sometimes I am asked, "Are you sure you want to do this?" However, if you still want to act, you can. If you separate from the group soul, you lose control and the fragment of the soul acts according to its own free will, but when connected, the higher consciousness of the group soul gives permission for the actions.
