When I try to relax my head, the entire head starts to move in coordination. It's reaching the back of my head and the center of my head.
For a while now, I've been focusing on relaxing the area around my nasal bridge and working my way inward. Along with that, I've intermittently tried to relax other areas like my forehead and the top of my head.
And just this morning, I noticed that when I focus on my forehead or the space between my eyebrows, a movement starts in the back of my head. Specifically, when I focus on my forehead, the back of my head expands backward, creating a sensation of slightly protruding. This is an interesting movement, and I'm curious why the forehead and the back of the head, which are so far apart, are so connected. However, it's actually happening. In the writings of Professor Honzan, it's mentioned that sometimes in yoga, stimulating the opposite side of the area you want to relax (such as stimulating the Muladhara chakra for the Ajna chakra) is practiced. Although I'm not intentionally doing it, it seems like something similar is happening. Simply focusing on my forehead causes the back of my head to swell or crack, leading to relaxation.
And on the same day (today), in the afternoon, when I focused on my forehead, not only the back of my head but also the sides of my head started to move. The forehead, the nasal bridge, the sides of the head, and the center of the head, including the back of the head, all started moving more like a whole head, rotating and twisting. Until now, I've been focusing on relaxing each area individually, with movements and expansions occurring in each place, or releasing tension with a cracking sound or a slight aura. But today, it seems like a coordinated relaxation has begun.
The entire head isn't "fluffy" yet, but it feels like it's going to become more and more fluffy. The head is moving and twisting so much that it feels like it's rotating in all directions (front, right, back, left), disrupting the entire head. And not only the area around the head but also the center of the head is starting to move, making it easier to relax, and the cracking sound that indicates relaxation is becoming more pronounced. As the entire head is disrupted, the relaxation progresses.
This movement of relaxation is very effectively stimulating the still-tense areas of the back of the head and the center of the head (the pineal gland and the pituitary gland).
Although this "fluffy" head just started today, even after just one day, it's much more relaxed than yesterday. Compared to the gradual relaxation I've been achieving in each area, it seems like the relaxation has accelerated significantly at this stage.
And now, not only the forehead and the nasal bridge but also areas that were previously difficult to reach with my awareness, such as the edges of the top of the head, are becoming more relaxed through this movement that makes the head feel fluffy.
This is not just a feeling; it's a physical (and somewhat energetic) sign that my head is starting to relax. I've been relaxing my head using energy, but that energy isn't yet at a high vibrational level. I've been using energy closer to the physical body to relax the tense head.
The speed of relaxation seems likely to accelerate in the future.
In spiritual texts, there are traditions in Tibet or Hawaii, passed down by Kahuna, that say "spiritual enlightenment cannot be achieved without reaching the back of the head." This might be related to that. It's still just a premonition, but...
I finally feel like I'm seeing the goal of relaxing the entire head, and it's been a long journey. There are still aspects I need to be careful about, but I feel like if I continue meditating, things might go well.
I've had a feeling for a while that a major change (the beginning of it) would happen around the day before a certain event, and today and yesterday are those days, so it feels like a good omen. I wonder if this feeling was about this? The premonition of the entire head becoming fluffy is likely also a premonition of the pineal gland in the center becoming activated, so it might be just a little bit more until a level up. It's not a complete level up yet, but I'm looking forward to it. It's like a pre-celebration.
