Until recently, I have mostly been loosening the surface of my head and slightly inside, and while I have loosened areas deeper inside, the outer part remains stiff, preventing it from expanding and causing a feeling of tightness.
Recently, loosening one layer inside from the surface of my head seems to have started loosening the central part of my head.
Sensory-wise, it feels like it's divided into three or four stages, including the center, with a rough classification of the surface of the head, slightly inside, the central area, and the center. Now, the area around the center, which surrounds the center, feels like it's loosening significantly.
However, there are times when it becomes stiff again when I wake up in the morning. Even so, if I loosen it one by one through meditation, I can reach this state, and even if it returns to being stiff, it seems to become easier to loosen.
The area around the center of my head, and sometimes the area near the back of my head, is also loosening.
Although the actions I am doing are similar to what I did before, the overall loosening is progressing.
Also, the Sahasrara (crown chakra) at the top of my head is more activated than before.
The forehead area is also becoming easier to loosen, and although there is still stiffness in the forehead, energy seems to be flowing more easily. Even though there are still challenges, the area inside my head is also progressing in loosening.
I have focused on loosening the same areas before, but the loosening is much more advanced now.
Furthermore, the center of my head is also the area above the mouth, and this area is a place where stimulation is given through Kechari Mudra in yoga. Kechari Mudra has various interpretations, with some people slightly raising their tongue, while others raise it significantly, and in extreme cases, some people even make a slit on the underside of their tongue to make it easier to raise it. Recently, this area where it is easier to raise the tongue has started to loosen. I believe that even without actively using the tongue, simply focusing on that area and coordinating breathing to introduce energy (prana, or cosmic energy in yoga) causes the center of the head, the area above the mouth, to loosen. Therefore, I don't think it's necessary to worry too much about the tongue. This is because it's an energetic matter, and moving the tongue to stimulate that area is a physical matter, whereas energetically, it moves through the use of consciousness. Even when we talk about energy, what we are referring to here is prana or ki in the astral realm, which is close to the physical body. The astral realm is characterized by its ability to change its form according to consciousness, so by focusing on the center of the head with that consciousness, energy flows there, and as a result, the center of the head and the area above the mouth loosen.
