The top of my head and my frontal lobe make a crackling sound, and they loosen little by little.

Recently, the area in my head where I hear crackling sounds has been changing gradually. Lately, I've been experiencing more crackling and popping sounds in the crown and frontal lobe. When it's not relaxed, it makes a general "piki piki" sound, but the trend seems to be that the crown and frontal lobe are the main areas. A while ago, the frontal lobe relaxed and a pulsating sensation appeared, but I understand that the pulsation was just the beginning and that it's now starting to relax more seriously.

This is because there's an energy channel that runs from the ajna chakra between the eyebrows downwards, and another channel that runs from the back of the head to the crown. The channel that runs from the front of the face, through the ajna chakra, and down the spine to the anahata chakra is called the Sushumna in yoga. In contrast to this Sushumna that goes down the spine, now energy is flowing upwards from the anahata chakra in the chest, through the throat (Vishuddha), and to the back of the head. This overflowing energy pushes up the crown, and when that pushed energy reaches the crown, I feel crackling and popping sounds. The same thing happens in the frontal lobe, which is just in front of the crown. By slightly moving my mouth, the crown moves and relaxes even more. Initially, it was mostly in the back of the crown, and then it moved towards the frontal lobe.

I'm hoping that the Sahasrara chakra will open fully soon. What do you think?

The sequence of events is that first, the back of the crown made crackling sounds, and after that stabilized, the area near the frontal lobe of the crown started making crackling sounds.

By the way, when I visited a certain shrine (Sata Shrine), I felt like I was spoken to by something (an unseen presence) in the back, near the ruins of an old building. It said, "You seem to be different. (Something in your chest) shouldn't be here; it should be higher up." Then, I felt something move from my chest towards my head, and I thought, "Okay, that's good." There was a presence that seemed to be helping me. Perhaps it was an ancient ascetic. It seemed to be staying in a high place, watching over the shrine.

Especially after that, the basic state has become one where energy is filled up to the lower part of the back of the head. By just slightly focusing on the back of the head and moving the back of my mouth a little more, energy flows quite a bit to the crown. Before that, it was a process of meditating and taking time. But now, the lower part of the back of the head is almost always filled with energy from the beginning. I wonder if something was a little off. I am very grateful for the help that unseen presences sometimes give me.

In addition, I was able to proceed more easily thanks to what I learned at another shrine (Yaehaki Shrine). When I tried to pass by a very old cedar sacred tree, someone said, "Come over here. You're interesting. Let me teach you a simple training method." I went over, and I was taught how to move the top of my head. By opening the back of my throat in sync with my breath and slightly moving my jaw, the top of my head moved vigorously. After doing it about 10 times, I was instructed, "Okay, do it 10 more times." After experiencing and practicing moving the top of my head vigorously, I was told, "Okay, you can practice on your own now." When I was told that, I snapped out of it, and when I tried it again, it didn't go as smoothly, and I was told, "Well, you need practice."

The thing to do is to fill the aura energy in the route of the back of the head and move the top of the head vigorously while filling it with energy from the back of the head to the top of the head, and then loosen and open it.

As a result, the back of the head, near the top of the head, loosened in about 3 to 4 days, and next, I am loosening the top of the head, which is closer to the frontal lobe, in the same way.

I have loosened the back of the head, the frontal lobe, and other areas vigorously before, but this time, it feels like I am going through the process again and loosening it even further. Once something is loosened, there is a balance, so it seems that it progresses alternately, with each area loosening slightly.

Currently, the lower part of the head is quite loose, the back of the head is also quite loose, the middle of the head is not completely loose and sometimes gets blocked, but even when it gets blocked, it quickly passes through when I meditate and loosen it, so it's not a big problem, and the frontal lobe was once quite loose, but I am loosening it again firmly here. My current focus is on the frontal lobe.

The crown chakra, Sahasrara, is starting to open, but it is not fully open yet. The activation of the mind has been continuing for a while, and it seems to take a long time. However, there are definitely changes, so I feel that it will take a little more time until the Sahasrara at the top of the head is fully open.
