I have always been uncomfortable in crowds, and when I enter crowded places, I tend to pick up negative energies, which can make me feel energetically polluted or attract strange entities, sometimes causing me to feel disoriented. However, recently, even in crowded places like the underground passages in Shinjuku, I experience a sense of "The World," as if everything is "me."
However, I haven't done anything special; I simply think "everything is me," while others continue to move freely, so I can't influence them. But with this "World" feeling, I don't feel negatively towards others.
This is similar to the concept of "The World" in tarot, and it also has a feeling of transcending time, like in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. But for now, it's just a feeling of "The World."
Especially after the opening of the Vishuddha chakra, I feel that the energy is flowing to my head, and the "World" feeling that used to only come after meditation has now spread to my normal waking hours.
Before the Vishuddha experience, I would feel a sense of "the world is one," "The World," after meditation.
Since then, the feeling of "The World," which is also a feeling of Samadhi, has been spreading to a wider range of everyday activities.
Originally, the feeling of Samadhi starts with meditation and gradually expands to everyday life, and it's a process of gradually expanding into everyday life, not a sudden shift. However, since the Vishuddha experience, my Samadhi has become more solid. Although "solid" is a relative term, I still feel that it can deepen further. But in terms of spreading to everyday life, I feel like I've overcome a major milestone.
I still get tired in crowds, but the way I get tired is different. Previously, I would suddenly feel exhausted because of other people's energies. But recently, especially after the Vishuddha experience, I can adjust the energies and remove negative influences while walking around, without relying on that. I can maintain the feeling of "The World."
For example, if I suddenly feel a pressure on my central axis, indicating a blockage in the energy flow, I consciously focus on that axis and guide the energy to flow properly.
By doing this, I can easily maintain a state of Samadhi.
