Forcing empathy towards others is an action performed by people with low energy.

Sympathy should be given selectively, and one should not readily offer sympathy to those with low energy.

Sympathy is essentially an act performed between individuals with relatively similar auras, where one accepts and empathizes with the other. When sympathy is offered between individuals with different energy levels, it can lead to energy equalization, which can have a significant impact on both parties, making it something to be approached with caution.

Offering sympathy to someone with higher energy is not sympathy but rather respect. Conversely, instead of offering sympathy to someone with lower energy, one should feel compassion.

While sympathy is often portrayed as a positive thing in society, it is actually an act where individuals with lower energy receive energy from others, or where individuals with higher energy give energy to those with lower energy. This exchange occurs at a deep level of the aura, not just a simple transfer, and it leads to a unification of auras, where both parties share their challenges and experiences.

Therefore, engaging in such acts lightly is not something to be praised.

Some people may disagree with this, which can be troublesome for me, so I don't often share this in public. However, the truth is that people who need sympathy often rely on the energy of others. They may try to hide this or try to elicit agreement that sympathy is a good thing to avoid being noticed. It is important not to be easily deceived. Similarly, some people may become angry if you simply mention that sympathy is not good, as this may trigger suspicion in them. This anger is often a manifestation of a desire to avoid confronting the truth and a subconscious desire to continue draining energy through blind sympathy. There are many people who want to believe that sympathy is a good thing, which prevents the true nature of sympathy from being widely known.

This applies both to those who seek sympathy and to those who offer it.

This is because, as I have repeatedly stated, the essence of sympathy is the unification of auras.

Sympathy is a process of unification, where energy flows from the higher energy individual to the lower energy individual.

Sympathy, being related to "compassion," is a lower level of energy than love. These lower levels of energy resonate and merge, leading to energy equalization. This is the mechanism of sympathy.

Sympathy can even unify the energy levels and karma of both individuals.

While it may sound virtuous to say that sympathy helps others, what is actually happening is that the auras of both individuals are unifying and equalizing. Once you understand this truth, you may find it difficult to offer sympathy lightly.

In society, sympathy is often portrayed as a good thing, but in reality, it is something that one should not offer lightly.

This applies not only to the word "sympathy" but also to the act of understanding others. Depending on the person's level of consciousness and degree of awakening, the same principles apply.

In many situations in this world, one may need to understand and empathize with others. However, even a momentary act of sympathy can have lasting effects on one's aura, leading to mental health issues, while the other person may become healthier and more energetic.

There are many people in this world who are energy-depleted and rely on the energy of others, or who live a life of manipulation and exploitation, like vampires. For example, some bosses may rely on the energy of their subordinates to survive.

In such cases, the boss, who is taking energy, may appear healthy, while the subordinate may experience mental health problems. The boss may advance in their career by exploiting their subordinates.

While the boss may appear energetic and the subordinate may seem mentally unstable, it takes life experience to understand what is happening. This understanding may require multiple lifetimes of reincarnation.

Therefore, in general society, the boss may appear virtuous, while the subordinate may seem mentally unstable. However, in reality, it is common for the boss to have a lower spiritual level than the subordinate.

In the world, there is a lack of understanding about aura, which is why these things happen.

Companies often have a cultural and historical reason for thinking that "you shouldn't quit," but maintaining that idea in modern times also has a purpose: to have people who want to drain energy. For example, a superior might keep subordinates from leaving easily in order to maintain a source of energy.

If someone has a spiritual understanding, they might not easily sympathize with someone who is draining energy, especially if that person is a superior. However, from the superior's perspective, they might say "you lack cooperation" and lower your evaluation, forcing cooperation. This creates a situation where, whether consciously or unconsciously, they are trying to equalize energy and drain it through sympathy.

Recently, young people are often said to lack cooperation, but from my perspective, this might be a sign of them becoming healthier, and it's just older people who want to drain energy making noise.

Japan tends to have excessive sympathy for others, so it feels like the entire country is being given a lesson: to not give energy to people who try to elicit sympathy and take it from others.

There are two important points: 1) raising your own energy, and 2) not allowing others to easily drain your energy.

By practicing meditation and other spiritual training, the degree of sympathy can be significantly reduced, leading to greater independence and a more profound sense of unity through love. In this way, sympathy becomes a more selective choice.
