Someone who is a beginner in spirituality and says things like "psychic abilities" as if they are something special and extraordinary.

<I do not consider myself to be psychic. I dislike the term "psychic," and fundamentally, whether or not one possesses such abilities is not the important thing.>

I believe that many people, especially women, are often psychic from birth. At least, that was the environment in which I grew up, and it was quite rare to find a woman who was not psychic. Men, on the other hand, seemed to be less sensitive, less understanding, and focused more on tangible, physical things. However, I believed that most women were naturally psychic.

However, it seems that in the world at large, psychic abilities are often given special significance, as if they were something extraordinary. From what I have observed, the pattern among those who claim to have psychic abilities is often as follows:

- They were not particularly perceptive as children, relying solely on physical sensations, and lacked spiritual abilities and senses.
- They developed these abilities to a small degree later in life, often due to some specific event (for various reasons).

And they mistakenly believe that these slight abilities are something extraordinary. In most cases, this is the pattern I have observed.

Those who have had strong intuition from childhood are well aware that such intuition is not always reliable or 100% accurate. However, those who have only recently developed a sense of intuition as adults tend to mistake that unreliable intuition for something that is 100% true and absolute. This is because they have less experience in comparing their intuition with reality. Those who were not perceptive as children are more likely to make such mistakes when they develop a sense of intuition later in life.

In reality, those who have strong intuition from childhood do not typically refer to it as "psychic" or anything like that. They simply recognize that they have a sense of intuition, and they understand that it is not always 100% accurate, so they strive to improve its accuracy through normal means, such as studying. And because they are often intelligent, they tend to go to good universities. That is the truth. While there are certainly hardworking individuals who achieve success through effort, it is also true that those who are naturally psychic, have a strong intuition, and have good memories are more likely to attend good universities.

Those who claim to be psychic after adulthood often have lower life skills, lower work abilities, and a lower level of understanding. Ultimately, there is a correlation between being psychic and being intelligent and well-educated.

If someone is truly psychic from birth, they are likely to be intelligent, excel in their studies, and attend a good university. That is the basic principle.

However, there are various types of psychic abilities. While the abilities I have described relate to one's own intuition, this is not the case for mediums, who rely on guardian spirits or guides. In such cases, they are more reliant on the abilities of their guides, and their own intuition may be influenced by those guides.

Initially, it can be difficult to distinguish between the two. However, generally, lower-level intuition is less accurate, while higher-level intuition is often more accurate but can be vague. In either case, there is always some degree of ambiguity. Those who are naturally intelligent tend to use such intuition as a reference point and use logic to arrive at a true understanding.

In that sense, what is often referred to as "psychic" is not really about anything special, but rather about a very ordinary process of recognizing an intuition and then providing evidence to support it.

In reality, the term "psychic" is often misunderstood by some, and there are even cult-like beliefs that claim that if someone is psychic, they are 100% correct. In such environments, for example, followers might spread what a "YouTube guru" says based on their intuition as if it were 100% true. In such cases, the term "psychic" becomes associated with cults. This is a problem for the person who is being labeled as psychic, as they are simply having an intuition, but it is being presented as an absolute truth. They are unable to refute it. Moreover, in such situations, the "YouTube guru" often provides no evidence for their claims, forcing the person who has been affected to provide counter-evidence and refute them. However, the "YouTube guru" will simply make excuses and avoid taking responsibility, making the situation pointless and a waste of time. Therefore, it is best to avoid making statements based on intuition in such situations, as it can cause problems for the person who is being spoken about.

In reality, many people are psychic. There are surprisingly many people who read other people's thoughts and pass them off as their own. Communication with others, whether in a social setting or otherwise, has always been and continues to be a way to extract the thoughts of others.

Therefore, psychic abilities are often troublesome and disliked in many situations.

However, there are many people who yearn for such psychic abilities. For example, some claim to have the ability to read other people's thoughts, and indeed, many people claim to have such abilities. However, in most cases, they cannot read the deeper thoughts, and instead, they become hysterical and mentally unstable due to reading other people's thoughts. Is such a psychic ability really necessary if it leads to such hysteria? If you hear other people's thoughts, such methods do not align with proper spiritual evolution. Simply focusing on abilities will eventually lead to mental breakdown. This is because they prioritize abilities over spiritual development, which leads to the burnout of their minds, causing confusion and ultimately turning them into outcasts. Many people who appear to have psychic abilities but are hysterical or lack human qualities prioritize abilities, which is why they become that way.

There is a similar but different story: focusing on abilities can lead to mental breakdown, while focusing on energy leads to the right direction. By recognizing the height and depth of vibrations, and focusing on what is low or high in energy, and the strength and weakness of energy, you can distinguish yourself from the idea of simply increasing abilities to read thoughts.

In reality, there are techniques in spiritual practices, and if you focus on the technique of reading other people's thoughts, it is relatively easy to do. This involves using lower-level auras, which share the other person's karma and influence their karma. Lower-level auras are sticky and extract thoughts from the aura, ether, or astral realm. The etheric realm is close to the body and carries karma, but it also receives emotions. The astral realm is closer to karma and receives both karma and emotions. Reading the cause (karma) is difficult, but if you do that, it seems that you can use it for learning without being affected by karma. However, when simply listening to other people's thoughts or feeling their emotions in the etheric or astral realm, you are often influenced by karma. Therefore, I do not recommend using techniques to read other people's thoughts. There are people who teach techniques that involve extending and connecting their own aura to others without understanding what they are doing, which shares karma and is not recommended. Those who have their thoughts read also receive the karma of the person who read them, which is a nuisance to them.

In some cases, such aura contact can be seen as an attack, and even if the person does not intend to attack, they may be attacked and retaliated. Spiritual attacks and counterattacks are frightening, and can cause spells that last for several months or years, or even a lifetime. It is also possible to have your spiritual abilities blocked without being able to remove the spell. This varies depending on the case, but basically, once something is broken, it is difficult to repair, and even if it can be repaired, it takes time. Moreover, the information obtained through such risks may not be accurate, and it often contains only superficial information, which is far from true understanding. The risks and rewards do not match. Therefore, it is better not to reach out to others easily. The frivolous desire to read other people's thoughts and yearn for psychic abilities may be interesting in casual conversations, but it is better not to take it seriously. It is better to study normally, as that will help spiritual growth. It is important not to yearn for psychic abilities. People who are born with psychic abilities are naturally so, and people with psychic abilities are always like that, while people who are not psychic are not psychic, so there is no point in longing for something you don't have. People who are naturally psychic realize that "you cannot rely solely on intuition," and whether they start studying depends on their intelligence. People who live solely on intuition are either very intuitive or have low intelligence, and most of them realize that intuition alone is not enough and start studying normally.

In spirituality, people talk about psychic abilities, but it is generally better not to engage with such things.

This is not intended to ridicule spiritual beginners, but rather to raise awareness of the rampant spiritual businesses that exploit them for high-priced courses.

There are spiritual businesses that give beginners some kind of "experience" and make them mistakenly believe that it is something "amazing," in order to extract large sums of money. In order to raise awareness of the current situation where such malicious practices are prevalent, I believe it is better to inform spiritual beginners in advance that this kind of minor "experience" is not important. By acquiring knowledge from the beginning, they can avoid the foolishness of spending an unreasonable amount of money, such as 50,000 yen, 100,000 yen, or even 250,000 yen on such seminars.

However, there is a certain degree of variation in IQ in this world, and there is also a variation in the amount of money people possess. Therefore, even if someone has a lower IQ, they may inadvertently participate in such seminars if they have some money. Therefore, if the person does not understand and mistakenly believes something, there is nothing we can do about it. Therefore, it may be a futile effort to tell them.

There are surprisingly many terrible businesses that target beginner spiritual seekers, which praise them, make them feel good, and make them mistakenly believe that they have achieved something.

When I talk about these things, I sometimes receive aggressive messages from beginners who have gained a little ability and are mistaken. In reality, pointing out cults is a thankless task. It is a waste of time to get involved or to point it out. If we were to say nothing and let them spend a lot of money on their own, it would be better for us, but there is also the aspect that if more people are misled by cults, it becomes a problem. So it is a difficult situation.

It is annoying when there are people around who participate in seminars with such slogans as "the best of everything" and are misled. Things like "teachings that are not found anywhere else in the world" or "ancient teachings." Such slogans are often not true, and the people involved are often mistaken and genuinely believe it, which is the nature of a cult.
