The spherical aura that was damaged in the chest is being repaired.

For a while now, I have been steadily and clearly feeling the "cracks" in the spherical aura around my chest being repaired, and it is changing into a warm, round, mochi-like, soft, and warm aura that feels like a heart. After that, although it sometimes fluctuates, it has basically maintained a repaired state, and as a result, I feel that the heart has become more solid.

The heart feels a little wider than before, and the aura is filling up to the throat chakra (Vishuddha). It might be said that it has started moving as an "integrated chakra," encompassing not only the heart but also the area around it. Although not everything is fully integrated yet, I think this is probably what has been talked about in spiritual terms for a long time.

For now, this is just the beginning of integration, but at least, the core part of the heart seems to have been repaired.

Recently, there are many metaphors like "broken..." in Elden Ring, which is very popular. I think that the heart and mind of a person are quite broken. To put it bluntly, "the heart is broken."

And by meditating, we repair that broken heart.

I have felt that I have been repeating cycles of being broken and not being broken. However, before, the time when I was broken was longer, and sometimes, even when I thought it was repaired, I would relatively quickly return to a broken state (in daily life).

Even now, I still feel that it is fragile, but for now, I think I have reached a point where I am breaking free from the state of being fragile and entering a certain level of stability.

In this state, the aura seems to rise more easily from the throat upwards. This probably means that the heart has become stable.

In the future, I think I should focus on being more aware of the area above the throat chakra (Vishuddha) during meditation.
