Meditation to relieve facial tension in the front.

Recently, during meditation, another block inside my head was released, and it spread slightly to the right side of my head. Although the internal block was released, the skin seemed to remain the same, and I felt a pulling sensation on my facial skin, especially in the left-right direction.

At the time, it wasn't that noticeable, but this morning, it seems that the expansion inside my head has extended sufficiently. On the other hand, the surface of my face, the skin, seems to be the same as before, and I still feel a slight pulling sensation and tightness.

Since it's skin, I think it will eventually stretch and settle down somewhat, but during meditation, I consciously focused on that area, maintaining the feeling of tightness on the front of my face, and meditated for about a few minutes this morning. At a relatively early stage, the block on the front of my face was released, and the skin stretched slightly in the left-right direction. It feels more like the skin was simply pulled and stretched, rather than a block being released. Fibrous materials may initially resist, but they will stretch to some extent if pulled, so I think the skin stretched to the left and right due to the continuous tension.

With this, the tightness on the front of my face has almost been resolved, and I will also gradually release the area on the top of my head.

Because the part inside my head has expanded, tension is being applied to the surface of my face, as well as the top of my head, so I am gradually resolving these areas of tightness one by one.

I think that by doing so, relaxation deepens, and the inside of my head becomes softer.
