The three stages of unification in samadhi.

▫️Unity
First, you become connected with a powerful consciousness or light, and eventually, this connection becomes stronger, and you experience a state of unity that feels like you have become a god, or perhaps not.

At this point, you haven't yet awakened to the world of God, but this is the beginning of unity.

A consciousness far larger than your original self-awareness enters you, and in a sense, you are overwhelmed by it. Your previous self-awareness is abandoned and surrendered, and you gradually relinquish yourself to a larger consciousness. However, some resistance still occurs, and this state of resistance being futile continues for a while. Your ego and self-esteem become sad, and tears flow as the sense of "self" disappears, and you are absorbed into a larger consciousness.

▫️The Abyss
When you are absorbed into a larger consciousness, various old emotions that you have suppressed or hidden emerge. This stage seems to correspond to what is called the abyss or the demon.

Even if you have spent a long time in spiritual practice, resolving distractions and traumas, it is at this stage that you finally confront everything and have a period of recalling and re-experiencing almost all of your past experiences in images.

In reality, this may often be something that is meaningful to you but not very valuable to others, and it may be disjointed or not reflect reality. However, I think this is a period when you are exposed to various images and temptations that are both unreal and realistic.

Generally, there may be extremely deep fear, the abyss of darkness, or temptations from demons disguised as gods, such as the question from the final boss in Dragon Quest: "I will make you the king of this world."

In my case, rather than fear, a large number of sad memories from the past emerged over several weeks, and including the aftereffects, I experienced the abyss for several months.

▫️Daruma Mega Samadhi (Hōun Samadhi)
Light enters and becomes one with it.
In reality, there are many similarities to the unity described above.
Around this area, the definition is ambiguous and the interpretation is diverse, so I think it can be interpreted as a broad sense of unity.

And, when these states continue for half a year or several years, eventually, consciousness becomes integrated, and you can recognize the unity of God's consciousness, Samadhi, in your conscious state.

Initially, when the higher self or Purusha, which is a form of divine consciousness, enters, I am overwhelmed by it, and I can only generally feel that divine consciousness has entered. Even that is a state of ultimate bliss, but it is not yet a fully awakened state of oneness consciousness.

I believe that I am now beginning to enter this final stage, and I feel that I am starting to be able to recognize the next level of oneness samadhi.

In the past, there have been many times when I thought, "Is this oneness? Is this samadhi?" But I think that my perception was still not very accurate. This applies to both the recognition of oneness and the self-awareness, where I would have doubts and think, "Maybe, probably."

Now, I am finally reaching a state where I can think, "Ah, this is true oneness. This is true samadhi."

I think that this recognition cannot be achieved unless the Ajna chakra is opened to a certain extent. The Ajna chakra has been somewhat open before, but now, at least the lower half of the Ajna chakra is sufficiently open. It has been gradually opening in stages, but the previous openings were not sufficient, and now, I think that the Ajna chakra has finally opened to the point where it can be called oneness.

The Ajna chakra does not seem to be completely open yet, and the Sahasrara chakra is also only partially open, but I feel that it is a certain level of oneness samadhi.
