My sleep time is going to be reduced a little again.

Almost simultaneously with the increased ease of energy intake from Sahasrar, my sleep time has become slightly shorter again. I wake up with consciousness after about 5 hours of sleep. This means that I can wake up naturally around this time without an alarm.

However, it seems that while my consciousness is awake, it is still not enough for the physical fatigue to recover. If I try to get up while my consciousness is awake, my body doesn't move properly, so it seems I need to rest a little more. Therefore, the actual time I spend lying down is not much different from before, but sometimes I wake up in the morning and see that it is still before my usual wake-up time, and I can technically get up if I want to.

So, even though my consciousness feels like 5 hours is enough, I often lie down for another hour or so, or even if I wake up, my body remains still and doesn't move much. I'm in a state of being half-awake, or what you might call a "second sleep," to rest my body a little more. Perhaps, with more practice, I might be able to get up and go about my day normally, but my body still seems to be lagging behind my consciousness, so it seems I need to give it more rest.

I remember reading in a book that "consciousness precedes the physical body, and consciousness takes a step forward while the physical body lags behind." I wonder if this is what that means. In reality, there are times when consciousness precedes and times when the physical body precedes, but in this case, it seems that consciousness is preceding.

It is well known that sleep time decreases as one spiritually grows. I have also heard stories about certain gurus who hardly sleep at all. I sometimes hear stories about people who can get by with only 2 hours of sleep, so it doesn't seem like a rare phenomenon.

It is said that by incorporating the energy of the universe, sleep time can be reduced. It seems that the less rest time needed is due to the increase in energy.

Sometimes I wake up after about 4 hours, but my body is still in sleep mode and doesn't move properly. Basically, I wake up after about 5 hours, but even then, my body's fatigue is not completely gone, so I end up lying down for about 6-7 hours until morning, so there is still room for improvement.

Until recently, I was getting about 6-7 hours of sleep, so it's the same in that sense, but the state of my consciousness is completely different. Now, my body can't keep up with my consciousness, so I'm just lying down, while my consciousness feels like 5 hours is enough.

It is said that if one truly awakens, even if they sleep for only 2 hours, their consciousness is still functioning properly during that time. I am not at that level yet, but I think I understand what they mean. While I haven't reached the point where my consciousness remains active continuously, I feel that my consciousness is clear even while I am sleeping, so I think that if I reach a certain stage, my consciousness will continue to function.
