I have been practicing meditation focusing on the ajna (third eye), concentrating on bringing a strong aura to the center of my head. Sometimes, I use yogic breathing techniques, although not very complex ones; basically, I practice kumbhaka (breath retention). Recently, I have been focusing on bringing a strong aura to the center of my head through meditation.
And, although it is not yet complete, a stronger aura is starting to enter the center of my head, and as a result, various parts of my head have become more relaxed. Sometimes, even areas that I thought had already become relaxed still felt somewhat stiff, and suddenly became relaxed, for example, in the back of my head. However, the basic practice has been repeatedly focusing on relaxing the center of my head.
As a result, the amount of aura that I can handle in my head has increased, and the aura has also opened up towards the sahasrara chakra, which is more open than before.
Furthermore, the auras of the lower chakras, such as the muladhara and swadhisthana, have also become activated, and the energy feels like it is pulsating strongly, and in the astral dimension, various areas are reacting with a buzzing sensation.
I feel that this activation is occurring mainly in the auras closer to the physical body (the energy dimension and the astral dimension).
