A little while ago, the aura's energy was flowing through the area below the eyes and above the ears, but recently, it seems to have started flowing a little above the eyes. It's entering the eyes to some extent, but currently, it feels like a layer of pressure like air is forming just above the eyes, around the area of the eyebrows or just below the eyebrows.
Previously, the energy route was flowing from the center of the head, through both ears, and towards the top of the head. At that time, the energy was flowing through the area around the cheeks below the eyes. However, even then, it seemed that the energy was not flowing so much through the eyes themselves and the area around the eyes.
Even now, it feels like the energy is not flowing so much through the edges of the area around the eyes, and it still feels like it's not flowing through the eyes themselves, but at least, it seems like it has started flowing above the eyes. Also, since the energy was already flowing through the area around the cheeks below the eyes, it seems that the energy has started flowing through both the upper and lower areas of the eyes.
It feels like it's either penetrating the eyes or bypassing them. Probably both.
And it seems that it's not just above the eyes, but it's also connected to the head.
Originally, the cheeks are also energy routes that originate from the nose and connect to both sides of the body. This is what is called Ida and Pingala in yoga. While Ida and Pingala are said to go from the nose downwards, the conventional understanding is that there is one on each side. However, in reality, there are many more energy routes (nadis in yoga), and while it is said that there are 72,000 of them, there are also stories that there are even more. Therefore, we will base it on Ida and Pingala and the central Sushumna, but the sensation here includes other aspects as well.
- Center of the head
In yoga, the nose or the Ajna chakra (third eye chakra) is said to be the meeting point of Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna.
→ Right: Pingala, the right half of the body, basically from the nose downwards.
It passes through the cheek. → This is the key point.
→ Left: Ida, the right half of the body, basically from the nose downwards.
It passes through the cheek. → This is the key point.
→ Center: Sushumna, the spine.
→ From the center of the head, to both cheeks, and then to the ears (above), and further to the top of the head. → Previously.
→ From both cheeks, through the eyes, and above the eyes. → Equivalent to the change this time.
→ From both cheeks, bypassing the eyes, and above the eyes. → Equivalent to the change this time.
In both cases, the fact that it passes through the cheeks is important. If the cheeks are not properly open and functioning as energy pathways, energy will not reach various parts of the body on both sides. Of course, if the center of the head is blocked for some reason, it can lead to a significant energy deficiency, causing various problems. However, even if the energy is flowing through the center of the head, if the cheeks are blocked, it will cause problems somewhere in the body.
And, the energy that passes through the cheeks not only reaches the lower parts of the body on both sides, but also reaches the area above the ears. This time, it has also started to flow around the eyes.
It seems that the eyes themselves have not changed much yet, and there are no noticeable changes when looking in the mirror.
In reality, it is very subtle, and although it is only a slight change, I feel that an important initial change has occurred as an energy shift.
Perhaps, for ordinary people, there would not be as many problems, but in my case, I had a long period of mental distress, which caused an energy deficiency in the face, and that is why I am going through these stages. However, some people may have the energy flowing from the beginning, so they may not need to go through these stages.
▪️Forehead
In the meditation the next day, energy was starting to enter the forehead. However, the stiffness in the forehead still remains.
▪️Left and Right Difference
Yesterday, I didn't feel much difference between the left and right sides, and today I also don't feel much difference. However, in a few days, the flow around the left eye was poor, while the flow around the right eye was better, so there is indeed a difference between the left and right sides.
