Recently, I have been gradually relaxing my mind through meditation. However, this time, I was not consciously focusing on the back of my head. Instead, I was concentrating on my forehead and frontal lobe, which have been causing tension, and focusing my awareness on my eyebrows (without applying any force) during meditation.
Surprisingly, even though I was focusing on my eyebrows, movement occurred in the back of my head, specifically the upper part. It felt like I was inflating multiple balloons there, or like I was inflating a balloon that wasn't fully inflated, with a slight pressure coming from the inside. The back of my head moved repeatedly.
When inflating a balloon, air is not added all at once; one side might inflate, while the other side deflates slightly, and this process is repeated several times before the entire balloon gradually inflates. Similarly, this time, one part of the back of my head would inflate, then retract, and then another part would inflate, and this repeated process caused movement in the back of my head.
Previously, I often experienced sounds like "creaks" and "cracks." While I still hear some "creaks," they are less intense than before, and the movement is now occurring where the "creaks" are.
Previously, there was very little movement, and the "creaks" were often accompanied by occasional loud "cracks." Now, there is some movement, and the "creaks" are smaller and the "cracks" are also smaller.
- Previously: Minimal movement, large "creaks," large "cracks."
- This time: Some movement, small "creaks," small "cracks."
There is a difference in the degree of movement.
Since I have never experienced this much movement in the back of my head before, I believe that my mind has become somewhat relaxed.
