Based on the explanation by Professor Hiroyuki Honzama, it seems that my condition is at the stage where the awakening of Purusha has just begun, and self-awareness is just starting. According to what Professor Hiroyuki Honzama describes in his writings, even if there is an experience, it takes time to realize what it is, and the Buddha probably deepened his self-awareness over decades, and it usually takes several years to reach the initial self-awareness.
Therefore, it may be considered quite normal that it took time to reach a certain level of self-awareness after connecting with the consciousness of creation, destruction, and preservation at Anahata two years ago.
At this stage, it is said that one first confronts "demons" (Honzama's Collected Works 8, p. 281). It is not the demon itself, but something similar. Two years ago, the consciousness of creation, destruction, and preservation was connected, and it possessed a strong creative power that could destroy anything, along with a feeling of being "full" of God, and I felt a sense of awe and some fear. This could be interpreted as being related to that experience.
Hozan Sanmei is also called Dharma-Megha-Samadhi in the Yoga Sutra, and it essentially refers to the experience of being enveloped in light or light entering. I recently had a similar experience, but it is not certain whether it was that.
According to the same book, initially, consciousness disappears and one enters a trance, but within 1-2 years, one can have that power even without losing consciousness. And when one can have Hozan Sanmei while maintaining consciousness, it is said that it is the time when one is awakening to the state of Purusha. And that is a superconsciousness, and one can see things around, the past, and the future.
According to Professor Honzama's criteria, this stage is the very first, lowest level of enlightenment.
In my case, Hozan Sanmei has only recently begun, and I cannot say that I have fully awakened to Purusha, but I feel that it may be a matter of time.
According to Professor Honzama's description, the awakening of Purusha does not occur while the feeling of "self" remains.
Also, the union with Purusha does not occur unless Sahasrara awakens.
Furthermore, it is said that the divine spirit "enters with tremendous power."
These aspects are quite similar to my condition, and I think I may be approaching the initial, lowest level of enlightenment, which is the stage of awakening to Purusha. What do you think? Well, these stories often lead to disappointment or misunderstandings, so I will observe without too much expectation.
According to Professor Hitoshi Honzama, when Purusha awakens, "one can see a world where the past, present, and future are perfectly unified." In this regard, this aligns with the "state of enlightenment" that I experienced when I had an out-of-body experience when I was a child.
