Seminars and books on reality creation and wish fulfillment are very popular, but when people realize that they cannot do it, or that it is better not to do it, those who were drawn to spirituality and divination may become disillusioned. However, that is the truth.
Before talking about spirituality, it is important to live a solid reality, work diligently, and, if you have a family, take care of it. Spirituality is then a means to achieve further happiness. Engaging in spirituality when you cannot work or properly live your daily life is not the main point.
However, souls that have come from the universe often struggle to adapt to the reality of Earth, leading to developmental disabilities or difficulties adapting to work. These stories about souls coming from the universe and struggling to adapt to three-dimensional life are quite common, and they may require different approaches. Nevertheless, most souls are born on Earth and rooted in Earth, so for ordinary souls, the basic principle is to work and live their daily lives properly. Spirituality comes later. For those who prioritize spirituality over reality and work, they are likely individuals who have recently come from the universe or higher dimensions, and this is not relevant to most people.
When the Anahata chakra awakens, as in yoga, the ability to create reality emerges. At that time, the higher worlds have no concept of good or evil, so whatever is wished for, whether it is good or bad, will be realized. Apparently, as a result of people making arbitrary wishes, hell was created in the Earth's, particularly the afterlife. Therefore, the power of creation must be used with caution, but without sufficient life experience, one may create unintended or undesirable realities.

Higher-dimensional beings or the existence of the universe have a dominant higher chakra or aura, but a weak three-dimensional lower chakra or grounding. Even if they wish with higher consciousness, it lacks specificity and is vague. On the other hand, if you have strong grounding and also have higher consciousness, you can create a consistent reality from the higher dimension to the concrete one. This is like the Trinity that Christ speaks of. In order to create such a solid reality, you need not only higher consciousness but also strong grounding. In that case, reality cannot be created only by higher-dimensional beings, and the existence that connects the higher dimension and this three-dimensional reality becomes important. Only then can you create a specific and desirable reality.
Therefore, the first thing to do is to engage in spiritual practice to the extent that the Anahata chakra awakens. Even without that, there are various methods and techniques that can create a temporary reality, but reality creation that relies on techniques is often difficult and not smooth, and can cause distortions. Such distortions can spread, and someone may have to bear the burden, leading to misfortune, so I do not recommend distorted techniques.
Instead, it is ideal to engage in normal spiritual practice, and that reality is naturally created without actively seeking reality creation. I say this many times, but relationships are important for people. If you help someone in one lifetime, it becomes a debt, and that lifetime may be a life of giving, but someone will help you in the next life or somewhere someday.
However, there are people who are unethical and exploit, take advantage of, or deceive others. Lightworkers are not good at distinguishing such people and are easily deceived, but in order to avoid wasting service, it is necessary to avoid such people. You must not miss the "smirking expression" that such exploitative people commonly show, and you must completely distance yourself the moment you see that expression. However, if you can find honest people, the relationship will last for generations, and then you will not need to specifically create reality to attract your own happiness, and your surroundings will naturally help you, and everything in your life will go well, and you will become happy.
The basic principle is the relationship between husband and wife. In the current world, it is said that relationships should be equal and based on give and take, but there is fundamentally no problem even if the relationship is one-sidedly giving. For example, a wife who spends her life being happy and having everything given to her by her husband may be the one who helps you from the afterlife, or she may support you throughout your next life. Therefore, the basic principle is to find someone you can trust and serve. By doing so, life will become a happy one, so life will naturally become a good one without specifically talking about reality creation or anything like that. That is the basic principle, but sometimes there are misfortunes and things to avoid, so it is sufficient to intentionally create reality occasionally.
Even if your current life is difficult, the first step is to find someone who is sincere and can help you, and who you can help in return, for generations to come. That is the foundation.
