When you connect with the upper realm (the universe), you realize that you are completely visible to those around you.

▪️Meditation allows a luminous mist to rise from the head.

Recently, I've noticed that my mind is becoming more relaxed, and sensations are gradually emerging in the deeper parts of my head. Light energy is slowly permeating areas that were previously stiff and numb. Sometimes, my skull seems to move, making clicking sounds, as if it's loosening or becoming constricted. I recently found an old hat and tried to wear it, but it was surprisingly tight and didn't fit, which makes me wonder if my head has become slightly larger. Of course, the hat might have shrunk, but it's strange that a hat that was a perfect fit just a few years ago no longer fits. It seems reasonable to think that my head has become more relaxed due to meditation. Spiritual texts often mention the pineal gland growing.

Previously, it felt like water occasionally flowed through a dry riverbed, connecting to the Sahasrara chakra at the crown of my head. However, recently, luminous energy has been filling almost the entire head. While the intensity of the energy varies, especially around the Sahasrara, as I meditate, the luminous energy gradually fills the Sahasrara, and then a luminous mist rises from the top of my head.

It's light, but the sensation is like mist. I'm not sure why the light feels like mist, but it's energy, and it rises like mist. It might seem unclear, but that's what it feels like.

Not only in my head, but also throughout my body, luminous energy is penetrating deeper, reaching areas where I previously couldn't feel anything. This allows energy to flow to various parts of my body, dissolving "lumps" or areas of tension, and resolving the underlying causes of those issues.

Originally, I felt quite fulfilled in the chest area due to connecting with my higher self in the anahata chakra. However, in addition to that higher spiritual energy, luminous energy, more akin to physical energy or prana, has been filling my body.

As this energy flows, I suddenly realized during meditation that there was something hard inside my chest. Initially, I thought it was a type of "lump," but I realized it was something different. I've always had a weak right shoulder, which has made me susceptible to negative energies. The difference between my right and left shoulders is that my left shoulder has a strong skeletal structure and an aura that acts like armor, providing protection. However, my right shoulder lacks this aura-based armor. This aura-based armor, for some reason, seemed to be pushed into my chest and trapped within my aura. Once I realized this, it was easy to correct. I simply used my aura to grasp it, lift it, and place it back on my right shoulder, which improved the defense of my right shoulder, although not as much as my left shoulder. Even before that, I was already in a state where the negative influences were less pronounced, but returning to my natural state provides more stability.

This type of energy exists in the physical body, the astral realm (prana), and the spiritual realm, and these realms are interconnected. While there are distinctions between the physical, astral, and spiritual energy states, activating all three seems to create a harmonious state.

When in such a state, it feels like luminous energy easily rises from the Sahasrara chakra.

▪️Connecting to the "Universe" reveals that you are visible to everyone.

It's a simple concept: before connecting, you might think you have privacy, but when you connect to what I call the "Universe" or "Higher Self," or even "Heaven," connecting to the area above the Sahasrara chakra, you realize that you are in a vast space, and from any point in that space, you are completely visible.

This is true for everyone, regardless of whether they are connected or not. Everyone is inherently visible from all directions, but those who are not connected mistakenly believe they have privacy.

This realm is the spiritual world, which is bound by time and space, but it is less constrained than the physical world.

Spirits, including ancestors and loved ones who have passed away, also reside in this world. It's not a separate afterlife; it's the same universe we live in now, but with slightly different vibrational frequencies. The world is vast and not as constrained by physical limitations, but people who originated from Earth tend to remain in the space surrounding Earth.

There is another perspective of this world, which is also a spiritual world, but when it connects to the universe, you can recognize the perspective of that universe. And in that world, the state of being is not much different from being alive in terms of thinking, and whether or not you can read other people's thoughts is also the same as being alive. However, what changes is that while there are walls in the space of the universe, those walls are not created unless you are particularly conscious of them. Basically, you exist in the universe, completely visible to those around you.

Therefore, even if someone does something bad thinking that no one will know, it is completely visible. It is a common story that after death, when you go to the afterlife, you are severely scolded by your ancestors or spirits who have been watching over you.

Even if no one is physically watching you in three dimensions, the fact that you are completely visible means that you gradually begin to act as if you are being watched by someone in everything you do in your daily life.

In Japan, there have been stories since ancient times, such as "the sun is watching," but although the expression is different, the fact that someone is watching is true.
