People with a prominent anahata chakra tend to be aggressive.

I came across a description like that in a book, and I thought, "That makes sense."

In spirituality, love is often classified as follows, but I felt a sense of unease about this.

- Eros is associated with the Manipura chakra.
- True love is associated with the Anahata chakra (heart).

Anahata is indeed an entry point to universal love, and this description seems somewhat correct. The Swadhisthana (sacral chakra) or Muladhara (root chakra), which are located below Manipura, are connected to the life force and are more fundamental and full of vitality, but they also have a strong aspect of possessiveness and dominance.

- Muladhara: Earth's power, the root.
- Swadhisthana: Unconsciousness, desire.
- Manipura: Passion.
- Anahata (heart): Entry point to universal love.
- Vishuddha: Entry point to intelligence, communication.
- Ajna (third eye): Entry point to divine love, the individual god.
- Sahasrara: Entry point to the divine as a whole.

Therefore, the statement that the heart is the entry point to love is both correct and insufficient.

And then, I came across a description like this, and I thought, "Yes, that's right." People who seem gentle but suddenly become hysterical or start yelling are often associated with a dominant Anahata chakra. Those with a dominant Muladhara or Swadhisthana chakra tend to show more obvious behavior or act in a more calculated way. On the other hand, Anahata is relatively honest with itself, but this honesty often manifests as hysteria or aggression towards others.

As you move on to Vishuddha and Ajna, you gradually approach divine love, so such things become less common. And in the Anahata chakra that comes after Ajna or Sahasrara, after perhaps one or several cycles, such hysteria would likely decrease. However, in the case of a typical Anahata dominance, one has not reached Ajna, and therefore, even if there are many instances of aggression or hysteria, it is understandable.
