The aura's body expands as if it is shedding its skin.

Recently, I have been feeling that my aura, especially around my arms and face, is becoming constricted, and the skin feels like it is expanding or peeling. Perhaps some people might feel that their skin is stretching, but I feel that my aura is expanding, and the surface of my original aura is stretching, making the original aura feel constricted. I think that when the aura expands, there is a slight pressure on the surface of the original aura.

Originally, adjusting the aura during meditation is a basic practice, although there are schools of thought that do not do so. However, I think that people with weak auras should especially adjust their auras. This varies greatly from person to person, and although there are various states of aura, people with strong auras in the realm of energy are often integrated with their physical bodies, so they may not have to worry about this. However, if you have been subjected to spiritual attacks or bullying for a long time, some parts of your aura may be damaged and you may be more susceptible to spiritual harm, so it is often necessary to adjust it. In particular, people involved in spirituality tend to be subjected to attacks from others for a long time, so I think that this type of aura adjustment is quite essential.

Even among those involved in spirituality, people who practice yoga or physical activities tend to have activated energy in the realm of energy, and they are often strong in emotions and good at expressing them. Therefore, they may be surprisingly unaware of this type of problem, and when I talk about aura adjustment, they may not understand what I am talking about. If the person does not feel that it is a problem, there is no need to worry about it. However, in reality, if someone is easily hurt, it may be caused by their aura, but they may be unaware of it.

Whether or not the person is aware of it, people who are sensitive and prone to spiritual harm should especially undergo this type of aura adjustment.

However, even if you try, there are times when it works and times when it doesn't.

Especially at first, the aura is often very weak, and even when adjusting the aura, only a small amount of weak aura flows around the skin. Even so, it is better than doing nothing, and it is a good idea to circulate the aura in the body, especially to circulate the aura vertically along the central axis of the body, which is called the "small Zhou Tian."

On the other hand, as Kundalini energy activates, it doesn't rotate like the small cosmic cycle, but rather, an aura rises along the Sushumna channel, which runs along the spine. While not always strictly along the spine, it generally follows the spine.

Furthermore, the entire body becomes enveloped in an aura. In fact, what I refer to as "aura adjustment" is the adjustment of the aura in this state where the entire body is enveloped in an aura. However, even before that, it's better to adjust the aura as much as possible.

In this case, the aura was gradually becoming stronger while the entire body was enveloped in an aura, and the aura felt pressure on the "skin" of the aura, as if it was expanding beyond the original form. This pressure, if it continues for a while, causes the aura to stretch, almost like the skin is expanding, and the aura expands, almost like shedding skin. In some areas, there's a sensation of the aura being stretched and, in some places, it feels like it's breaking or being cut. In reality, before this, even with aura activation, there was rarely a feeling of being constricted, so I feel like I'm entering a transitional period.

It's possible that this stretching includes the skin of the body, and I have a slight feeling that the actual body is changing. From a state of slight constriction, once the expansion subsides, it becomes relatively relaxing, but whether this is the end or not is still unknown, and I still feel that the expansion might continue.
