This seems to describe the process where Kundalini reaches Sahasrara, leading to a state of silence and emptiness, and then transitions to the stage where the 6-dimensional higher self, which embodies the consciousness of creation, destruction, and preservation, emerges.

■Jin-gyu Fukubou
This stage, which is often referred to as enlightenment, a state of silence, or emptiness, seems to represent a realm of tranquility. Worries disappear, and it becomes a state of stillness, as described in the concept of "shojo-kanzō."

■Henbon Kansengen
On the other hand, this is generally understood as "the state after enlightenment." According to these interpretations, "those who have attained the state of enlightenment and emptiness will live a vibrant life in reality, like reborn individuals, while still living as ordinary people."

While such interpretations are possible, I believe that they are insufficient to fully express this state. If that were the case, it would seem sufficient to simply say that those who have reached the state of Jin-gyu Fukubou can extend that tranquility into their daily lives and live a fulfilling life, without needing to introduce the concept of Henbon Kansengen. If we were to describe this state, there would be no need to introduce a subsequent stage; Jin-gyu Fukubou would be a perfectly appropriate goal.

According to my interpretation, the stage of Henbon Kansengen was added specifically because it represents something fundamentally different. Specifically, it is the stage where the consciousness of creation, destruction, and preservation, often referred to as the higher self or cosmic higher self-Kundalini, is reached. It is through this stage that the previous stage becomes meaningful.

In the stage of Jin-gyu Fukubou, enlightenment is still a "state of silence," and in terms of interacting with reality, it is a state where "things are clearly visible, but there is a thin veil of light between reality and perception." This can be considered a kind of enlightenment, and it is certainly a significant achievement. However, at that stage, one is not yet in a state of being "grounded" in reality.

The energy of the higher self is normally floating high in the sky, and in the stage before Henbon Kansengen, or even earlier, it is recognized as "energy from the heavens." However, when Henbon Kansengen is reached, it begins to merge with oneself and move as one.

This type of higher self energy is inherently unrelated to being "grounded," as it is originally energy from the heavens. However, as this heavenly energy connects with the entire body through the Anahata chakra, the higher self, which is energy from the heavens, and the Kundalini, which is energy from the earth, become connected, leading to a new state of awareness. As a result, one becomes "grounded" in terms of awareness, but this is different from the "grounding" that occurs simply when Kundalini is activated. It is a state that combines the foundational "state of silence" with being "grounded."

In this way, even though the state of absolute silence, where Kundalini fills the Sahasrara, is the foundation, I believe that being connected to the Higher Self, which is the energy of the heavens, is the state of returning to the origin.

Therefore, I still don't fully understand the next stage, which is "Rushan Teshū," but I can see the path ahead, and I believe that as this current state of returning to the origin progresses, it will eventually further merge with reality. If that happens, it may become a state similar to what is described in "Rushan Teshū," I think.
