What happens when you die?

Here's a discussion about what happens after death.

■ What happens after death?
When you die, your soul leaves your body.
It's not that you disappear into nothingness.

Many people are extremely afraid of death, but death itself isn't necessarily a terrible thing.
It seems that failing to achieve your goals and then dying leaves a stronger karmic imprint on the next life than death itself.
If you die before finishing what you wanted to do, or if you are killed, you may be left with regrets and resentment, which will be passed on as karma to the next life.

When the body dies and the soul leaves, you can see the surroundings. You float in the air, watching the funeral and observing the people present, wondering if they are sad or not, and listening to what they are saying. It's similar to a near-death experience.

So, if you were a man, and your wife was happy about your death, your soul would be like, "Ugh" (laughs bitterly).
Conversely, if you were a woman, and your husband was not sad about your death, you would be saddened by the fact that his love was not genuine.

Therefore, it's ideal to continue to love your spouse until the moment of death, and even after death. If you love each other that much, you will end up living together in the afterlife.

■ The afterlife community
The lifespan in the afterlife is very long, so communities of friends, acquaintances, and former spouses can become quite large (laughs).

For example, you might have dozens of former spouses. It's a large group, and it's fun to chat and have a good time. There are no financial constraints like on Earth, and you can live a happy and fulfilling life.

If you dislike your spouse, you can say goodbye at the moment of death. That's also a freedom.

When you return to your soul, you can go anywhere, but you will generally live with people you are close to, such as friends, acquaintances, and former spouses.

By the time you die, if your soul has a certain level of awareness, you will know everything and can move freely to where everyone else is. However, if your soul is not fully awakened, someone will come to guide you, and you will follow them to reunite with familiar people.

Depending on the level of awakening, if you are not fully awakened, you may not be able to see your surroundings after death, and it may be "dark," and you may only be able to see a short distance ahead. The further you can see depends on the degree of awakening. Sometimes people who have had near-death experiences say it was "dark," but how much they can see seems to depend on the level of spiritual awakening.

If you don't want to return to your former friends, acquaintances, or former spouses after death, you can do whatever you want. You can live with a compatible person you met in this life and continue to be with them. It's completely up to your free will. If you want to live with compatible people and be reborn on Earth, you can do so.

You are not obligated to live with a former spouse or former wife who continued a sham marriage and were unhappy.

■ Appearance after death
You can change your appearance to whatever you want after death, so many people tend to look like they did at their most beautiful age.
Therefore, if you were a very beautiful person, you would likely remain in that beautiful form. It's a wonderful world.
You are free to change your appearance if you have any complexes, but often the basic features remain the same. Otherwise, it would be difficult to recognize who the person is.

■ The importance of spiritual independence
However, if a person was spiritually dependent in their previous life, that relationship may continue after death.
Therefore, spiritual independence is extremely important. Would you want a relationship of control and manipulation to continue even after death?

■ Helping from the afterlife
If you have a certain level of psychic ability, you can see what's happening on Earth from the afterlife. You can somehow sense it. If something happens, your friends, acquaintances, and former spouses may come down to Earth to help the person who has been reborn there. This is true whether it's help during their lifetime or help at the moment of death (when the soul leaves). Basically, your friends, acquaintances, and former spouses will help you.

Sometimes, only a guardian spirit is watching over you, but often friends, acquaintances, and former spouses are concerned and come to see what's happening on Earth. Guardian spirits may not be familiar with life on Earth, but friends, acquaintances, and former spouses are more knowledgeable about life on Earth.

In Buddhism, the afterlife world where the human form remains is considered a relatively low realm, often referred to as the "astral realm." However, it is likely that the basic pattern is to go back and forth between this low realm and the Earth many times. Through this process, you accumulate a certain level of purification and lessons, and then you move on to a higher realm of "soul," where you create a new spirit and are reborn on Earth, or you may be reborn as a spirit in a different world without a physical body.

In Buddhism, when a spirit's presence is detected, it is treated as an unclean spirit or an evil spirit, and efforts are made to help it become a "kebutsu" (become a Buddha). However, I think that is a waste of effort (laughs).
Becoming a "kebutsu" involves repeatedly reincarnating hundreds (or even thousands) of times before finally moving on to the next world. Therefore, it is only natural that there are many souls in the spirit world. There is no way for the souls in the spirit world to disappear.

■Guardian Spirits
It seems that even guardian spirits, which are said to protect people, are sometimes spirits from the relatively lower realm of the spirit world. However, even these spirits have undergone considerable training. I don't know the exact ratio, but truly powerful guardian spirits are likely spirits from the spiritual realm. Some people have guardian spirits from the spirit world, while others have guardian spirits from the spiritual realm.

If a guardian spirit is a practitioner of Shugendo, a Buddhist monk, or a Shinto priestess, it is likely a higher-class spirit within the spirit world. On the other hand, guardian spirits from the spiritual realm may be less familiar with earthly matters, but they can be spiritually reliable.

■Plan for Birth
Sometimes, people plan out their lives in detail before being born, while other times, they are born simply because they think it sounds interesting.
And when a person dies, the remaining karma is taken on by the physical body.
Therefore, it is better to avoid a difficult life while alive, as it will be carried over to the next life.
Therefore, it is better to plan carefully before being born, not just out of curiosity, but with a proper plan, especially from an economic standpoint.

■A World Dominated by Emotions and Affection
The spirit world is not a very high realm, so there are many souls with strong emotions and affections.
My community is also inclined in that direction, and everyone lives happily, always laughing.
Although they will eventually move on to a higher realm, the spirit world community is still a very enjoyable place.
Of course, there are times when jealousy arises, but basically, everyone is a good person.

■The Story of Soul Annihilation
Separately, I will tell a slightly scary story.

Among the practitioners and individuals with abilities born on Earth, there are some rough people who attack the souls of those whose physical bodies are flying in the air, without any hesitation, and return them to "nothingness." In such cases, the soul is completely annihilated, and even reincarnation is impossible. This is a complete "annihilation." I personally think that such rough behavior should not be done, but since there are actually people who do this, it is not pointless to warn about the danger.

This is especially a concern for those who are born with a physical body on Earth. However, there is a risk of being annihilated by such rough people when one is wandering around on Earth in a disembodied state. Therefore, for example, it is actually a little dangerous to have an out-of-body experience and wander around. There is also the same risk of wandering around on Earth in the form of a human soul after death. Of course, such rough people are not common, but they do exist, so you might encounter them if you are unlucky.

It seems that if you are a guardian spirit and are attached to someone, you are unlikely to be attacked. However, if you are wandering around alone (as a single soul), you may be mistaken for an unclean floating spirit or an evil spirit and attacked. Since you will not be able to reincarnate if you are annihilated, you need to be careful. There is not much danger if you are involved with the world as a guardian spirit, such as helping someone's life.

If you want to explore the world, it is best to be born and live in the three-dimensional world. There are many restrictions and it is difficult, but there is no risk of "annihilation" of this kind. It would be a tragedy beyond words if all the experiences of hundreds of reincarnations were reduced to nothing.

This is based on what I learned when I had an out-of-body experience when I was a child.
I cannot guarantee whether it is true or not. It may just be a dream.

There are cases where the soul (astral body) transmigrates directly, and cases where it first becomes one with a group soul (collective soul) and then separates to form an individual soul before transmigrating.

The previous story was about what happens after death, including the merging or separation of souls. However, there is also a case where the soul directly reincarnates. This is said to be the majority.

Depending on how you count it, if we consider the ratio of babies born, it seems that the number of cases where the soul directly reincarnates (without going through the process of merging or separating) is much higher. The remaining cases involve the soul merging with a group soul and then separating before being reborn again, or other cases as mentioned before.

Therefore, there are various theories about what happens to the soul after death. The question of whether reincarnation exists or not seems to be ambiguous. Ultimately, it all depends on one's perspective.

- Cases where the soul directly reincarnates: This is the essence of reincarnation. This is the majority.
- Cases where the soul (spirit) merges with a group soul and then separates to reincarnate: Since the "individual" temporarily disappears, it is debatable whether this can be called reincarnation. This is a less common pattern.

It seems that souls that have developed more tend to merge with a group soul and then reincarnate. Conversely, souls that are deeply immersed in human life tend to reincarnate directly (without going through the process of merging or separating).

The soul (spirit) also has the consciousness of a group soul, and the consciousness of a group soul is an expanded form of human consciousness. If we consider this to be equivalent to a human, then it can be said that the group soul is reincarnating. A part of the group soul reincarnates repeatedly, and the separated soul reincarnates multiple times before returning to the group soul. It seems that a single soul can reincarnate dozens or even hundreds of times. This is something I cannot fully grasp.

Based on the memories of the group soul that I saw in my dreams over the past 1,000 years, I have encountered similar consciousnesses in various parts of the memories, so I think that at least some individual souls reincarnate that many times.

On the other hand, highly developed spirits seem to separate from the group soul for specific purposes, fulfill their missions, and then return to the group soul.

Understanding the origin of the soul and knowing where it comes from and where it goes.

In the process of enlightenment, one achieves states such as "happiness" and "peace," but also gains a factual and certain understanding of the origins of one's own soul.

The recognition of the soul, or spirit, emerges, along with a spirit's perspective, a spirit's vision, and a spirit's sense of hearing. One understands the world as an integrated whole of spirits, and knows where these spirits, especially one's own spirit, originate and where they go. One can understand their past and future.

Indeed, there are states like "entering a world of light" or, in Tibetan Buddhism, the state of Tokgals. However, at this point, one's spirit begins to move, and one clearly recognizes who one is, thus eliminating doubt and knowing the reason for one's existence and destination.

Of course, the specifics vary from person to person. One gains a clear understanding of one's own origins and destination as a spirit, and then, rather than simply accepting fate, one can think for oneself and consider where one's spirit is heading.

Therefore, states of "peace of mind" are relatively secondary. Of course, "concentration" and "mindfulness" are just expressions of one aspect of enlightenment.

When the recognition of the spirit emerges, the physical senses are recognized as something "separate." However, this is not a matter of hierarchy or superiority; the senses simply exist as something different. The perspective from the spirit leads to mindfulness, but that is not inherently superior; it is simply a different perspective.

After death, only the perspective of the spirit remains, and the physical body perishes. Therefore, most people have the ability to hear and see as a spirit. However, some people intentionally suppress this ability, perhaps saying, "I'll save this for later and focus on my life," and there are actually quite a few such people who believe that spirits do not exist. In reality, most people are not that different; they are simply intentionally suppressing that perspective to facilitate learning in the physical world.

However, if one does this, one may forget the perspective of the spirit, and even if one returns to the spirit world, the seal may not be released, leading one to remain in the ghost realm and repeat reincarnation. This is how one continues to live a human life without the perspective of the spirit.

After death, one becomes a ghost, appearing in a form similar to the physical body, but at one's favorite age, usually a younger age. From there, one may be reborn or create a split spirit, which then reincarnates. However, in this state, one is not very aware of the spirit world, so one tends to repeat the life of the physical body.

In any case, everyone has the potential to become enlightened after death. However, if one becomes confused during life, one may not become enlightened even after death, and one may become a wandering ghost.

Ideally, if one can understand the principles of this world and determine where one came from and where one should go while alive, one can generally be said to have become enlightened.

This may sound like a mere spiritual story, but it is not simply something to be studied and known as knowledge, nor is it something to be believed or inspired by through channeling. It is a direct recognition and understanding of one's own spirit, transcending not only things and space but also time and space, which is not easily achieved. When one reaches this point, the origins, purpose, and destination of one's soul become clear, and most worries disappear. However, everyday small worries will always exist, but one becomes less susceptible to them due to the ability to see things from a larger perspective.

When one understands these things, one understands the principle of this world that there is no good or evil, and one becomes free. This freedom is difficult for ordinary people to understand. When one is free, it means living according to the principles of the spirit. When one reaches that state, one also realizes that human conscious will has no free will. Therefore, after enlightenment, the spirit is free to act, rather than the physical brain making free choices. The physical brain follows the choices of the spirit, so it may seem like the physical brain is in a subordinate position. However, one realizes that from the beginning, the physical brain has never had free will, but only the will of the spirit, which has been an illusion. Therefore, it is not the physical brain that is free to do whatever it wants, but the spirit that is free to live as it pleases. That is the principle of this world, and when one understands it, one truly becomes free.

In Buddhism, it is said that this is the knowledge of Nirvana or liberation from reincarnation, but I think it is the same thing. It seems that spiritual perspectives and Buddhist perspectives are different, but they are essentially talking about the same things. Even in yoga and Dzogchen, they are described from the perspective of personal recognition through practice, but I think the ultimate goal is the same. If the hypothesis I wrote about the other day is true, then the Upanishads are conveying what is called "knowledge of the other shore," and I think it is the same thing.

Enlightenment itself is simple, but because it is simple, it is difficult to determine what constitutes enlightenment.

Peace of mind generally comes, but just like fatigue and physical ailments, there is also mental fatigue, so it is not always in a maximum state. Basically, you become less swayed by the various events in the world. Judging such a temporary state as enlightenment can lead to misjudgment. In essence, enlightenment is not related to ability or temporary states, but as a more understandable and reliable criterion, it might be better to judge enlightenment based on whether one has truly understood the universal principles of the spirit. Even if that itself is not enlightenment, if one attains enlightenment, there is a high probability that one will understand and grasp these things, so I feel that it is possible to objectively judge enlightenment with a certain degree of certainty.

Whether a past life exists or not is uncertain. Returning to the group soul after ascending is the basic principle.

In a typical scenario, a past life involves being trapped on Earth and unable to ascend, leading to the search for a new body. This is generally not a desirable situation and is considered a relatively minor case from the perspective of soul growth.

A similar scenario involves the soul separating after death, with the higher aspects ascending while the lower aspects remain on Earth as a "shadow." In this case, the lower aspects may eventually fade away or ascend over time, but often remain on Earth for a while before finding a new body, similar to the first scenario.

Another possibility is that the soul, while not fully ascending, lingers in a higher realm like a paradise or the so-called "god realm" (many Japanese people are reincarnated from this realm) before being reborn. In this case, the individual retains some of their personality, making it somewhat similar to a typical reincarnation, but still not a full ascension. While this involves ascending to the god realm, which is similar to ascension, it's often mistaken for it. However, true ascension involves merging with the group soul and losing individuality (although the core remains). Therefore, even in the god realm, it's not considered a full ascension because the individual retains their personality and remains in the higher realm.

These scenarios, where the soul doesn't fully ascend and wanders on Earth or in the higher realms, are common. While the god realm is generally a happy place, repeated reincarnations can lead to the soul separating and the higher aspects ascending to the group soul. Therefore, while there may be a past life, it's not a complete one.

A truly identical past life, as in the first scenario, occurs when a person is partially or completely unable to ascend and remains on Earth. This is not a desirable situation. In cases where the higher aspects ascend but the lower aspects remain on Earth, the current life may inherit only the negative aspects of the past life. Furthermore, even if one reaches the heavens, the inability to ascend limits their potential.

A group soul is like a collective consciousness, and it has its own will. If a part of the group soul remains on Earth, the group soul may intervene by creating new souls to assist the remaining part. This new soul merges with the existing soul that remained on Earth. This is considered a form of assistance. When a new soul is created by the group soul, it initially manifests as a higher self or guide. However, it's often difficult for the two souls to merge immediately. The lower soul must first purify itself through effort, otherwise, the higher soul cannot approach. The lower soul must make an effort, and then the soul created as assistance by the group soul will manifest as a higher self or guide, initially separate but eventually merging. If they cannot merge, the guide simply remains nearby. The group soul knows the individual soul best, so relying on one's guide or higher self is crucial. Ultimately, the group soul is the source.

There are three possible scenarios: remaining on Earth, ascending to a higher realm, and finally ascending to the group soul. In addition to these basic scenarios, new souls may be created by the group soul, or new souls may be created to assist existing souls from the same group soul. These organic connections and cycles are constantly occurring.

From this perspective, the concept of a past life or reincarnation is a fusion of experiences within the entire group soul, rather than an individual experience. When a certain soul within a group soul has a particular experience, it is shared with the entire group soul. Therefore, new souls created from that group soul may have a faint memory of that experience, leading to multiple individuals with the same past life memory.

Even if there is a story about a famous historical figure feeling like a past life, the further back in time it is, the more likely it is that they are simply sharing memories through a group soul.

Stories about people being reincarnated as exactly the same person are not very good stories. There are also cases where people cannot ascend and remain on Earth, and have memories of their past lives, but such a state is not very important from a spiritual perspective of soul growth, and it is not the main point. Therefore, there is no need to worry too much about such things; it is enough to simply think that such things can happen.

The main point is that after death, the soul completely ascends and merges with the group soul, returning to it. If that happens, all experiences are shared within the group soul.

Reincarnation: Basic form and variant forms.

Basically, after death, the soul lingers in the afterlife (often referred to as the astral realm) for a while before ascending and merging with the group soul. From the group soul, another soul is created, which either remains in the afterlife or reincarnates on Earth. In reality, the afterlife itself is a world similar to our own, a stage for life, although it is not as fixed as our world. Some souls may remain in the afterlife for a long time without merging with the group soul. From the perspective of the afterlife, this world (the three-dimensional world) appears quite unique, and each world has its own distinct characteristics.

Some souls are so pure that they ascend directly to the group soul without lingering in the afterlife. However, in most cases, the soul is not that pure, so it either lingers in the afterlife or only the higher part ascends to the group soul, while the rest remains in the afterlife (astral realm), where they live relatively normal lives. The afterlife is a vague world where you may spend time with people you were close to, or you may not. It is a world where you can live happily with your spouse or friends. Even if ascension is not immediate, if you live happily, your body will gradually emit light, and you will be guided by a bright light that appears from above, and you will ascend, watched by everyone you lived with. This is similar to the image described in Christianity and spiritual teachings, where people ascend with light.

In such cases where the soul remains in the afterlife for a while, the basic process is that after death, the soul eventually ascends to the group soul and merges with it. Even in that state, a core remains, which is used to create new souls when the time comes. However, over time, the core also merges, making it difficult to distinguish.

The group soul is a mass of individual souls and thoughts, but it also has its own will. This group soul creates souls by expressing an "intention," and sometimes these souls live as astral beings or reincarnate on Earth.

When reincarnating on Earth, there are cases where a single soul is reincarnated, and there are cases where it is accompanied by another soul, which serves as a guide or higher self (the term may be different, but the reality is similar).

Since the soul and the guide/higher self originate from the same group soul, there is a natural affinity. Therefore, it is often advantageous for the guide to remain in an astral body to be more flexible. On the other hand, since the guide also has the aspect of a higher self, it can merge with the original soul of the individual when necessary.

This varies depending on the time and circumstances, and it is not always necessary to merge with the higher self. In my case, I merged with my higher self and became one, but there are cases where the aura is sufficient and the mission can be fulfilled without merging, or where it is easier to remain separate as a spirit that can move freely as a guide.

However, it is generally considered a basic form to initially merge with the higher self (which is also a guide).

In addition to this, there are many unusual cases, such as when a soul is separated from the group soul, it is further divided into two, and one part incarnates while the other remains as a spirit, guiding the incarnated soul. Therefore, as I have repeatedly said, there is no process where everyone must become one with their higher self (guide) as they grow spiritually. If it is more convenient to remain separate, they remain separate, and sometimes it is predetermined, and sometimes it is not, depending on the time and circumstances. The timing of when a guide appears also varies from person to person. Sometimes, a guide is present from the beginning and remains with the individual throughout their life, and sometimes they merge later. On the other hand, there are cases where a guide was not initially present, but a new soul is created from the group soul and merges with the individual on Earth (merging with the higher self) as needed.

When viewed from this perspective, the concept of past lives is not an individual experience but a fusion of the experiences of the entire group soul. The concept of "I" as an individual is limited to the current physical body, making it difficult to understand this. Even before birth, and after birth, the soul repeatedly separates and combines. However, since the soul is mostly the same after birth, it is often the case that the higher self merges with the original soul, as needed. When this happens, the concept of "I" becomes difficult to define even in this world. It is often more peaceful to think that "I" does not exist, and in reality, that is the case. The concept of "I" that is bound to this physical body (the concept of Jiva in Vedanta) is nothing more than a concept of a false self.

The answer to the question "Who am I?" or "What am I?", as posed in the Vedanta philosophy or by Ramana Maharshi, is becoming increasingly important.

Ordinary people think of themselves as the individual self, or the "jiva." However, if one truly feels, without a shred of doubt, that they are not the jiva, but rather the "Atman" or the "Higher Self," then the sense of individuality as the jiva diminishes, and almost 80% to 90% of one's consciousness becomes the Atman or Higher Self.

In theory, the sense of "I" as the jiva should be zero, but since we are living on this earth, we inevitably have to maintain a sense of ourselves as the jiva. Because we are constantly aware of the differences between ourselves and others, it is better to maintain a sense of the jiva. At this stage, if one is not careful, the sense of self as the jiva will gradually disappear, leading to more misunderstandings in daily life. Therefore, it is probably better to consciously and carefully maintain about 20% of the jiva's sense of self.

However, if we exclude the constraints of daily life, the awareness of being the Atman or the Higher Self increases in the heart. When that happens, we can think of reincarnation as being centered around the Atman or the Higher Self. Therefore, it becomes easier to accept the understanding that "I," as a part of a group soul, am present here.

Reincarnation and the division/fusion of souls, and ascension.

<This may or may not be true. This is a summary of my current understanding.>

▪️Introduction
It is generally understood that reincarnation itself does not exist. However, there are phenomena that are similar to it. The basic principle is that either the soul (astral body) reincarnates directly, or it merges with a group soul (collective soul) after ascending, and then a new soul is created and reincarnated. In addition, the phenomenon of soul division should be considered.

▪️Division
When a person dies, if the level of their soul is relatively constant, it is maintained as a single entity and follows a similar path.

On the other hand, if the level of a person's (or someone else's) soul is not constant (in terms of vibration) and fluctuates up and down, and if that fluctuation has a certain "quantity" or mass, the soul may split after death, and each part follows its appropriate afterlife process.

Therefore, there is a process of whether or not to separate after death.

When a person has a physical body, the body acts to connect the soul. Therefore, even if there is a certain range of fluctuation in vibration, it is connected to the body. However, when the soul becomes a vibrational body, it cannot be integrated with souls that have similar vibrations, so separation occurs. After death, consciousness is not very active, so this process seems to occur relatively automatically. Unless a person consciously tries to remain one, it will happen, or sometimes it is separated by the will of a higher consciousness. For example, from the perspective of a group soul's oneness consciousness, the group soul wants the soul that has died to return to the oneness state of the group soul. However, parts with heavy vibrations may not be able to ascend and may split. Whether or not this separation occurs is not certain, but it seems to be influenced greatly by the will of the group soul, and there may also be aspects where it happens systemically.

▪️Ascension
When a soul is purified enough to ascend, it is integrated into the group soul and returns to a state of oneness. This is when the entire soul is pure after death. Alternatively, only the upper part may ascend, and the rest may remain. After ascending and integrating into the group soul, a new soul may be created based on the will of the group soul, and it may function as an individual soul. This is a kind of reincarnation that includes the group soul.

▪️Heaven
As an intermediate state (although it is actually divided into even more detailed categories), relatively pure souls may wander on Earth or go to "heaven" and live a rich and enjoyable life in the spirit world. Similarly, this can happen when the entire soul is relatively pure, or when only the separated part is relatively pure. The same applies to the need for a certain amount (of aura, as a soul) in order to separate. Generally, those who are relatively pure overall go to heaven. In this case, they may spend some time in heaven, then ascend to the group soul and become one, or they may reincarnate on Earth. While in heaven, some souls may split, or new souls may be created, or, in heaven, souls may integrate with each other (combining multiple souls into one).

▪️Lost Souls
Furthermore, there are lower entities, such as mere "thoughts," masses of emotions, remnants, shadows, and masses of astral (emotional) qualities. Such lower "garbage" is attached to the soul (astral body). In this case, even if the person was originally human, they may have values driven by desires, and they may have strong personalities with desires such as appetite, sexual desire, and a desire for control. In this case, too, it may be the entire soul, or it may be a result of separation, and the remaining part is this. In this case, they become lost souls or evil spirits, and they drift around with little will, blindly, and with a vague and unawakened consciousness. They do not go to heaven. They are in a world close to the earthly realm, but in reality, they are not completely isolated. There are people living normally and happily nearby, but they cannot perceive their surroundings because they are in a state of not being able to see. They perceive themselves as being in a dark world, a lower spiritual realm filled with only desires, but in reality, they are not that isolated. It is relatively close to the earthly realm and occasionally affects people on Earth. This can happen directly, or it can happen after gathering and reincarnating as a single soul, in which case, even if they are human, they may be reincarnated as a person with animalistic desires.

▪️Separation and Merging During Life
Actually, during life, parts of the soul can sometimes detach or merge. When even a small part of the soul detaches, a heavy state occurs, consciousness becomes hazy, and literally, (depending on the extent), one becomes unconscious. Conversely, when souls merge, a vibrant state is achieved. In the spiritual world, this is sometimes referred to as "walk-in," but it doesn't always mean a complete replacement; it can also mean merging into one. Furthermore, it's common for people to unintentionally receive someone else's aura and inherit some of their qualities.

In addition to this, during life, contact between auras with others can occur. While this may not always be a contact of souls, some people have auras that are not well-defined and spread erratically, and when these auras come into contact with others, that part is literally "fused," and both parties temporarily become identical in terms of karma, trauma, or even positive aspects, before separating (by distancing themselves). They exchange each other's auras, and while this may not happen frequently in each instance, repeated occurrences can affect the outer part of the soul, leading to an exchange of even higher aspects between individuals. This can make one feel better (by receiving someone else's aura) or suffer (by having one's aura taken). This is not reincarnation in itself, but it can be seen as sharing a reincarnation with others to some extent, since karma is the cause of reincarnation, so exchanging karma means sharing a reincarnation (to a small extent).

Therefore, while separation and merging are significant aspects of what happens after death, the fusion and separation of souls also occur to some extent during life.

▪️Humans as "Vessels"
In addition to this, there are "vessels" in the form of humans. A soul can only enter a vessel, but blind people have less of their own will, while those who are somewhat awakened choose their own lives and reincarnate. And, from the perspective of the vessel, there is individual will.

These systems operate in a relatively mechanical and rule-based manner. Therefore, even though it may seem like each individual is acting freely, they are actually acting in a logical way. The basic system determines whether fusion or separation occurs based on individual will. While the system can sometimes force things to happen, to some extent, individual will is reflected.

▪️Floating Spirits Remaining on Earth
Because of this system, there are lower-level entities, such as floating spirits, shadows, and what are commonly called ghosts. These are not always "unpurified spirits." From the common sense of the general public, it is understood as "what happens after death," but in reality, after death, individuals are separated into different vibrational levels. Therefore, everyone has some impure aspects, and these impure aspects remain on Earth in some form. In most cases, these entities eventually dissipate and lose their form (losing energy and power), returning to nature. Therefore, even if a person can see spirits and thinks they are "haunted," in most cases, there is no need to worry.

Entities that are relatively close to the human level, such as what might be considered "remnants," often lack their original consciousness and have only remnants of emotions (in spiritual terms, the astral body). However, these remnants do not have complex systems of thought, because in some cases, higher consciousness has already separated and only the remnants remain.

Whether it is better to help these floating spirits or to leave them alone to dissipate is a matter of circumstance. If the remnants of consciousness that a floating spirit possesses are simply low-level emotions such as desires or mechanical reactions, it may be better to leave them alone and let them dissipate. On the other hand, if a floating spirit has merged to the point of having a certain total aura, it has some level of consciousness, even if it is low-level, and it acts according to that desire, so it will not dissipate easily and can have a significant negative impact. Floating spirits are troublesome because they often lack clear consciousness and have only basic desires. If these desires combine to form a strong aura, they can grow into pure evil entities.

If there is enough space and simple "remnants of thoughts" can dissipate over time, it may be okay to leave them alone. However, if there are floating spirits that are beyond the ability of the land to purify, or rather, if there are scattered remnants of thoughts, it is often the case that the higher consciousness has been separated, and even though they are "shells," they still retain some mental power. If these remnants merge into one, they can become a powerful force, and if someone happens to pick up those thoughts, they may behave as if they had intended to, causing a living person to develop even stronger thoughts based on those "remnants" or "shells."

In places where many people have died, there are said to be lingering spirits, or "shells," with remnants of consciousness. Over time, these remnants gradually dissipate, but they can also be absorbed by living individuals, causing them to disappear from their original location.

The "purification rituals" performed in some communities aim to eliminate these lingering remnants. While often understood as a general cleansing, in reality, these rituals unintentionally eliminate entities similar to lingering spirits near the practitioner. Although commonly understood as purifying one's aura or improving the air quality, the true effect is often the purification of (unconscious) lingering spirits.

Therefore, the idea of "guiding" impure spirits to the afterlife is questionable. While it's true that some individuals may be so consumed by desires that their souls are too heavy to reach heaven, such individuals are ultimately responsible for their own fate. If everyone could easily reach the afterlife, there would be no need for spiritual practice. Just as living a life driven by desires can prevent one from reaching heaven, it is appropriate that those who live such lives face those consequences. This world operates on a system of balance. Even individuals with impure spirits may possess a higher consciousness that separates and ascends to a higher plane, while the remaining impure part lingers as a lingering spirit. Therefore, there is no need to worry excessively about impure lingering spirits; it is sufficient to focus on the higher aspects of consciousness, at least those capable of reaching heaven.

In some cases, a person's soul may be a mixture of impure and pure aspects. The impure part can weigh down the soul, preventing it from reaching heaven. If the soul has a sufficient overall mass, the impure and pure aspects may separate. However, if the soul lacks sufficient mass, it may not split, and the impure part can prevent it from ascending. In such cases, purifying (or, more accurately, eliminating) the impure part can allow the soul to reach heaven.

Some individuals with powerful abilities actively eliminate lingering spirits. While this may seem like a reckless act, it is a process that many people unknowingly engage in. Just as we cleanse impurities from our bodies, we also cleanse impurities from our auras. This act of returning impurities to nothingness is itself a form of purification. However, it is important to distinguish between genuine impurities and entities that may be intentionally created for learning purposes. When in doubt, it is best to leave such entities undisturbed.

Lingering spirits can range from empty shells to entities with some degree of consciousness. Spiritually sensitive individuals may or may not be able to distinguish between these types. While it is generally believed that entities closer to the physical realm are easier to perceive, it is more accurate to say that those who can perceive subtle energies are more likely to see these types of lingering spirits. These spirits often resonate with the subtle energies of ordinary people, making them visible to those who are attuned to such frequencies. Conversely, perceiving purified spirits that reside in heaven requires a similar level of purification. Spiritually sensitive individuals with lower vibrations may only see lingering spirits, while those with higher vibrations may perceive heavenly spirits as radiant beings. As one's vibration increases, one may begin to see heavenly spirits, but even then, the difference in vibration between spirits that are just about to reach heaven and those that are about to join a group soul can be significant. Therefore, not all heavenly spirits are visible; sometimes, even those who are spiritually sensitive may only perceive them as radiant entities. The term "impure spirit" refers to spirits with heavy vibrations that are unable to reach heaven, and these can either be the entire soul of a deceased individual or remnants that have separated after death.

And, even if something appears to be an unclean spirit, a wandering spirit, or an evil spirit, it may possess an intermediate part within it that can go to heaven, or a higher part that can ascend. It is excessive to eliminate even the higher part, but by eliminating the unclean part, the intermediate or higher part may surface. Therefore, while it may seem harsh to eliminate the unclean part, which has a heavy mass, it may actually be a reasonable approach. However, there are not many people who can do this, and if you are not careful and only eliminate the coarse unclean parts, you may inadvertently eliminate even the subtle parts, which would accumulate negative karma. Therefore, it is generally better not to interfere.

If left alone, it will generally naturally dissipate over time. Unless it gathers and becomes an evil spirit, it will naturally dissipate if left to its own devices. Just as the body loses its form after death, wandering spirits and evil spirits, which appear to be like empty shells, will disappear over time.

The basic principle is that the law of vibration applies. By raising your own vibration, you will have less interaction with unclean spirits. Therefore, it is best to prioritize raising your own vibration so that you do not have to worry about wandering spirits and evil spirits.

Even if something is an unclean spirit, if it has the help of those around it, its vibration may become higher after death, allowing it to go to heaven. Of course, there may be cases where relatives or acquaintances are saved by such help. This is a micro perspective of being saved. On the other hand, from a macro perspective, there is no need to help unclean spirits, as the higher part has already separated and gone to heaven or returned to the group soul. Therefore, it is unclear how meaningful it is to help the "remnants" that appear to be unclean spirits. For example, if 90% of the experiences and knowledge gained during a lifetime (regardless of the proportion) go to heaven or the group soul after death, and the remaining 10% remains on earth as unclean spirits, it is true that helping that 10% would help the wandering spirit, but from a macro perspective, it is a trivial matter.

At times, the administrators of the Earth may judge that "there are too many unclean parts in this world," and in the past, there have been times when the system has completely washed away everything, reset it, and started over. This results in a large-scale disaster in which many people appear to die, but in reality, the intermediate part (heaven) and the higher part (group soul) are not affected, and only the civilization is reset, while the soul remains unaffected. Such a reset is not desirable, but if it happens, it will not have much impact on the soul. In such cases, civilization may be restarted, or only a portion of the timeline may be reset, and a large number of souls may move to another timeline (parallel universe, similar Earth). From the perspective of spirits, both are visible, and they can choose which one to go to. If you like pioneering and growing in an undeveloped land, you may choose the world after the reset, or if you like the current transitional period, you may choose that. Regardless, each person (soul) chooses the place to go based on their own will. However, the range that spirits can see varies, and the spirit world is strongly influenced by the connections with people they have interacted with, so they often go to "worlds that someone knows." Sometimes, there may be cases where they explore an undeveloped planet with interest. Everything can be anything based on one's own choice, but in general, it seems that they often follow the will of the group soul.

▪️Heaven
On the other hand, in the case of souls that are relatively pure and can go to heaven, they always retain thoughts similar to those of humans. In this case, they do not wander on the ground, but live in a world called heaven or paradise, and occasionally visit acquaintances who are reincarnated on Earth to talk to them. In this case, even though they are spirits, they are almost indistinguishable from humans, and they can have complex thoughts and emotions. In the state of a spirit, some people can somewhat transcend time and space and may tell you about the future. This is similar to what is said in the world about reincarnation. However, heaven is still an intermediate world, and in reality, there is little difference between it and humans on Earth, except for whether or not they have a physical body. However, because they have a strong imagination in the state of a spirit, they can immediately imagine and see the fantasy world in front of them, so there is a big difference from the real world in terms of materialization and substance, but there is not much difference from humans on Earth in terms of consciousness.

Spiritual beings with the awareness to reach heaven can also act as guiding spirits, offering hints and support to others. The way they guide varies from person to person, and the methods of guidance are diverse. Just as spiritual beings lack physical bodies, their consciousness remains unchanged from that of living beings, leading to a wide range of approaches to guidance.

▪️Group Souls and Soul Fragments
Liberation from karmic bonds allows for ascension. While heaven exists as an intermediate state, it's not quite the same as ascension. Although going to heaven can be considered a form of ascension, it's relatively common and doesn't require as much effort. After reaching heaven, individuals experience immense joy and love, which eventually leads them to ascend further and return to their group soul. During ascension, individuals are enveloped in a pillar of light and ascend even higher (beyond heaven), merging with the group soul and achieving oneness.

While a significant degree of purification is necessary for ascension, some karmic remnants may accompany the ascent. These remnants can sometimes serve as triggers for future actions, but fundamentally, the unconditioned aspects of the being form the group soul (at least in my experience). This applies to the group soul I belong to, but it's possible that other group souls have a greater emphasis on karmic conditioning.

Group souls operate on a collective consciousness, and soul fragments can be created based on the group soul's will. This can be based on the knowledge accumulated by previous soul fragments, or it can be based on the group soul's perception of the world and its perceived needs.

▪️Enlightenment, or Vedanta's Moksha (Liberation)
Based on my personal interpretation, the ability to ascend to a group soul after death is equivalent to enlightenment or moksha (liberation). This is my personal interpretation, not a doctrine of any particular school. Some schools interpret reaching heaven as enlightenment, but heaven is relatively common, and the beings there are not so different from living humans in terms of consciousness. Therefore, ascension to a group soul seems to be a more accurate representation of enlightenment.

▪️Major Trends
Given that individual consciousness and will are involved, there are major trends at play. For example, there may be periods when many high-consciousness beings incarnate, leading to the development of advanced civilizations. Conversely, there may be times when high-consciousness beings lose interest in Earth, separating the lower aspects and returning the higher aspects to their own realm, leaving the lower aspects behind. This can lead to a gradual transition to a world dominated by lower consciousness.

Even in such situations, new high-consciousness beings may incarnate. However, this is left to the individual's free will, so while it may seem free on an individual level, there is still an overall trend.

Currently, Earth is in a state where both high-consciousness and lower-consciousness beings are present. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as even high-consciousness beings can learn by connecting with lower aspects. Conversely, even beings with lower consciousness may have remnants of their original high-consciousness state.

▪️The "Personality" of a Group Soul and Extraterrestrials
Group souls also possess a "larger personality," which encompasses countless core souls, each with its own consciousness. This personality binds them together, and each group soul has its own unique way of thinking and understanding, forming a distinct "personality."

This is different from collective consciousness, as there are actual beings with this "larger soul," and these beings are not necessarily tied to a specific location. They may appear as ordinary people, but their aura can be immense, sometimes encompassing the souls of thousands of ordinary people. This represents a group soul (or equivalent). In reality, there is a vast difference in the total aura and knowledge between a group soul and an individual soul fragment, but as the saying goes, "the form of the great resides in the form of the small, and vice versa." Therefore, the form of existence is the same, whether it's a group soul or an individual soul, or a soul residing in a physical body. Beings with such vast souls exist in the universe, and those involved with Earth often drift around Earth's orbit (without the need for spacesuits), existing as pure spiritual beings. Their soul fragments are frequently incarnated on Earth.

In this world, there is a "non-interference law" of the universe, and the fate of planets is entrusted to their inhabitants. However, there are exceptions, and if one is reincarnated as an inhabitant of a planet, they are exempt from certain restrictions. This is called "reincarnation through a fragment of a soul" from an extraterrestrial being. In such cases, the individual generally has the consciousness of the planet's inhabitant, and the intentions of various groups (or extraterrestrial beings) are reflected in that consciousness. These extraterrestrial beings have been involved with Earth for a long time, so their vibrations are relatively close to those of Earth's inhabitants, and they are not so distant or unreachable. You can simply think of them as "good people." There are various types of extraterrestrial beings, some with physical bodies, while others exist as non-physical entities whose spaceships are materialized on Earth's orbit.

There are various forms of existence in the universe, including those that are purely spiritual and those that are part of a group soul, and there are also entities that strive to maintain the same soul for as long as possible. The methods vary depending on the entity. My group tends to create group souls and fragments frequently, but it seems that not all groups do this. I am not very familiar with the methods of other groups. It may simply be a misunderstanding on my part, but there may not be as much difference as I think. My knowledge is limited to the events within my own group.

*Collective Consciousness
Collective consciousness is sometimes confused with group souls, but they are different things. When people's thoughts become concentrated in a certain direction, they become fixed as collective consciousness, creating a common understanding (consensus). As a result, entities that perceive this collective consciousness obtain a form of "permission," which creates the "possibility" of that reality being realized. In reality, there are subsequent influences from deities who work to bring about that reality, but at least collective consciousness must "permit" something for it to happen (in most cases). There are also instances where the consciousness of entities with much greater power moves, which can cause events that go beyond the permission of collective consciousness (such as major disasters). However, collective consciousness is generally weaker and represents more of an "allowance" and consensus.

Therefore, when you hear the phrase "creating the future with collective consciousness" in the spiritual world, it refers to the "permission" of humans on Earth. Collective consciousness itself does not have the power to directly create the future. Rather, it is a "permission" aspect, and if that permission is granted, entities in the surrounding environment, higher-dimensional entities, and "administrators" with great power will work based on that permission, making it easier to bring about the desired outcome.

Collective consciousness is not a collection of souls, but rather a collection of thoughts as "empty shells." Therefore, it does not have a higher-dimensional consciousness. However, even when they gather, they can have a certain amount of power, and they generally act as "permission." However, they can also incite people's emotions, causing them to become aroused, and while collective consciousness itself may not have that much power, the people (with physical bodies) who resonate with that collective consciousness can actually "take action," leading to physical changes. For example, the French Revolution is an example of this. While collective consciousness itself may not have that much power, in this world, where "things" have a very strong influence, if humans (with physical bodies) act based on collective consciousness, it can change society (of course). (This is a fairly common occurrence.)

And, collective consciousness is not a group soul, but simply a collection of thoughts in the form of a pattern.

*Systemic Trends
It is important to understand that, as a system, if the overall trend of people's vibrations becomes better or worse, it is difficult to change once it has started. The cycle of war, the creation of sadness and hatred, and the occurrence of another war is based on such a system, which leads to the accumulation of suffering on Earth. On the other hand, once a positive cycle begins, it continues to improve. Although there may be individuals with different vibrations who temporarily deviate, they generally connect with people who have similar vibrations based on the law of vibration.

In response to this movement towards stability, there are also movements of separation. In the spiritual world, there is a tendency to view integration as good and separation as bad. However, in reality, both are movements of higher dimensions (which can be considered "gods"), and they are simply one aspect of creation, destruction, and maintenance. There is a higher-dimensional (divine) system that exists beyond these spiritual concepts. Therefore, the movement of integration is a movement of higher dimensions (gods), and separation is also a movement of higher dimensions (gods), and (even though it may seem like there is good and evil), everything is perfect from the perspective of higher dimensions (gods).

▪️Living Wisely Within the System
In this context, the key is to understand the system and ride the waves effectively. Everything is perfect, so whatever choices anyone makes, they are perfect. If negative actions are taken, they simply return as karma. By acting in harmony, one will experience the corresponding outcomes. Those who are blind will also experience appropriate outcomes, even if they believe they are acting on their own accord, but ultimately, it is in accordance with the will of the divine. Even actions that seem to contradict the divine, such as separation or destruction, are learning experiences from a higher dimension, and everything is ultimately perfect. However, there is no need to choose an unhappy life when one has the ability to choose a happy one.

The system of this world progresses stably in a natural direction, so even if someone appears to be "bad," they are ultimately moving towards harmony. Therefore, even if something seems disharmonious, it is gradually moving towards harmony. Those with inherently high vibrations strive for even greater heights. Those who appear to be moving towards negativity are simply blind and acting according to their own nature, but from the perspective of the divine, such a life may not be as valuable.

▪️Rare Cases Where the Divine Manipulates Evil
In rare cases, even actions that appear to be evil may be driven by other purposes. This is on a case-by-case basis. Many instances of "heroes being killed by fools" fall into this category. While the hero themselves is often a manifestation of the divine, there are times when the divine allows another person to kill the hero, perhaps because the divine's role is complete and it is time for someone else to take over. An example of this is the case of Joan of Arc, who was executed after a trial.

Furthermore, actions that appear to be evil may reflect the divine's desire to "learn" something. In such cases, once the divine has learned what it needs to learn, the "evil" is resolved, and the individual "awakens." In some rare instances, the divine may temporarily lower its consciousness to allow this experiment to take place. The individual may then regret their foolish actions, but in reality, the divine was simply seeking to understand something through the individual's actions. This may seem like a foolish act from the individual's perspective, but it is carried out with the divine's purpose of "knowing." As there are countless lives and understandings, learning is constantly taking place in each case. There are also rare instances where, even after the divine has understood something, the same mistakes are repeated in various places. This is because most people on Earth live lives disconnected from the divine, and they act according to their own beliefs and values, even if the divine understands something. A system of blind emotions and thoughts is accumulated on Earth, and contact with this system can lead to similar problems. In particular, people on Earth are easily influenced by this.

On the other hand, even if the divine understands something, gods who interact with humans and develop consciousness are often lower-level deities. Therefore, even gods have limited oneness and are not able to encompass everything. However, even with this limited range, they are still gods. Therefore, these gods must share their understanding with higher-level collective deities (higher levels, even higher gods for the gods) in order for that knowledge to be shared. Eventually, this understanding permeates the higher levels, leading to a common understanding across regions and generations, and gradually, the problems are resolved.

▪️The Masses Being Manipulated
Within this system, many people are manipulated and swept away by the waves, leading them to either heaven or a wandering existence on Earth. It seems that there are not many people who can ascend to heaven immediately. If one understands the system, I believe that living a life that leads to heaven, and ideally, ascension, is the happiest path. However, each individual is free to choose their own path, and I personally believe that understanding the system should lead one to strive for heaven and, if possible, ascension.

▪️There is No Need to Take Psychological Problems Too Seriously
Therefore, the problems that one faces are caused by a wide variety of factors, so there is no need to take one's psychological problems too seriously. Sometimes, one may suffer from thoughts that they have picked up from somewhere else.

▪️This is not related to stories about population reduction.
This kind of story, which is rumored in conspiracy theory circles these days, has almost nothing to do with it. In most cases, these are stories about human ego and are not related to the cycle of reincarnation. Occasionally, as mentioned above, this world has experienced events where areas close to the physical realm are temporarily washed away by floods, but this is not about deleting souls or reducing the population. It is simply about resetting the physical part and restarting civilization. The intermediate part (souls that can go to heaven) and the higher-level group souls are passed on and are not affected by major disasters. Only the physical civilization is affected by major disasters. Therefore, the population reduction conspiracy theory that is currently being talked about in the world is not related to the cycle of reincarnation.

▪️Humans are vessels of the soul.
The fact that a soul enters the body after a fertilized egg becomes a fetus indicates that the body is a vessel. The soul that enters at birth is the basic one, but especially the higher parts can sometimes partially separate from the body. This phenomenon of "detachment" is sometimes referred to as "dropping the soul" (in Okinawa) and similar things happen in other parts of Japan. Conversely, a fragment of the soul can also return to the body.

When even a part of the soul separates from the body, the state of consciousness becomes hazy. Conversely, when even a part of the soul returns, consciousness becomes clearer. Since consciousness is not located in the body but is a function of the soul, the mental state weakens as the soul (and aura) decreases, and becomes stronger as it increases.

When something shocking happens or when one is in an unbearable environment, the shock can cause a sudden separation, or the mind may break down in situations that are mentally unbearable, causing the higher parts to separate from the body (even partially). This is a kind of floating spirit or living spirit, where a soul that should normally stay within the body separates from it. If it completely separates, the body may die or become a state of dementia where it only performs mechanical reactions.

From the perspective of the soul, at this time, it becomes a state similar to astral projection. In cases that are not severely damaged, the soul can usually return to the body. However, in cases where the separation is too severe and the vibrations do not match (or, in rare cases, when a lower spirit enters when the soul is absent), it may be rejected and unable to return.

In spiritual practice, especially in the beginning, efforts are made from the physical body and the thinking mind. This has the effect of "making it easier for higher consciousness to enter" from the perspective of the physical body. The body is nothing more than a vessel, and the key is how much higher consciousness can enter and how much it can be purified to allow it to enter. In addition to entering, it is also possible for higher consciousness to "leave" the body, even for a moment.

When higher consciousness leaves, it often happens when the mind on the physical side has an inflated ego, and from the perspective of higher consciousness, such ego is nothing more than a nuisance. The more ego there is, the harder it is for higher consciousness to reach the mind. Therefore, it patiently works on the mind from the higher consciousness to a certain extent. However, people who have learned a certain amount of spirituality tend to have a stronger ego, so higher consciousness leaves, making the body realize that it is just a vessel, and that even the mind is a relatively low-level function. At the moment when higher consciousness leaves, consciousness becomes heavy, sad, and dark clouds gather in life. The thinking (lower) mind becomes aware of being a tiny being in the physical body and realizes that the body is just a vessel. Then, by abandoning the illusion of superiority and humbly understanding the intention of higher consciousness, higher consciousness usually returns.

In spirituality, it is often said that the higher self (or Atman) is floating around oneself, but this is because it is common for humans now to have their souls separated from their bodies. By going through the stage of merging with the body and incorporating it into the body, the lower-level thinking mind and the higher consciousness are fused. They are originally one, but they are separated, and the process of merging them is what spirituality is all about.

This fusion occurs because the body is a vessel for the soul. This type of "fusion" is mentioned in various spiritual and mental traditions. In yoga, it's called "Dharma Mega Samadhi," and in Shingon Buddhism, it likely corresponds to the unification with the Great Sun Buddha. In spiritual traditions, it's often described as the fusion of the higher self and the lower self (the thinking mind, the lower ego). Although the expressions differ, there are common themes.

From the perspective of reincarnation, higher consciousness exists before the body takes form and continues to exist after the body dies. However, there are intermediate entities, like "remnants" or "shells," that are closer to the body. These entities linger for a while, sometimes for decades or even longer, before gradually losing energy and disappearing.

Therefore, the body, as a vessel, ceases to exist after death. However, there are intermediate entities, such as the "shell" or "ghost," which are often described as ghosts or wandering spirits. These are more like mechanical, cloud-like, or hazy entities.

Higher consciousness rarely accompanies these shells, but sometimes intermediate consciousness remains. In such cases, they appear as ghosts or wandering spirits. If consciousness is not yet clear enough, or if there is consciousness but not enough purification to go to heaven, they wander the earth as wandering spirits. This is also the case when someone commits suicide, as their last actions are repeatedly replayed. However, they generally lose energy over time and dissipate, so there's usually no need to worry about them.

Even if something appears to be an unclean spirit, it is often just a "shell" with mechanical movements. The higher consciousness has either moved on to heaven (although this is rare) or, in most cases, is no longer present in the shell. In the case of unclean spirits, even the intermediate consciousness has mostly left, and only a small portion remains, "dragged along" by something. Therefore, there is usually no need to find meaning in these shells, which are literally "shells" (with only a small amount of intermediate consciousness clinging to them).

The body, which worked hard during life, is discarded after death. However, the "shell" of accumulated consciousness from a long life can have a strong energy, which remains on earth as "mechanical movements" in the form of "energy" and can affect people on earth for decades or even centuries.

However, this is not necessarily the same as the intermediate consciousness that can go to heaven, let alone the higher consciousness that can ascend. It is simply the "shell" of consciousness that remains on earth, so there is no need to find deep meaning in it. However, even though this is the reality, it can affect people on earth for a long time, so it may be necessary to deal with it.

This type of "shell" that remains on earth is not directly related to the main cycle of the soul's reincarnation, but even so, the energy of a person who lived in the past can affect the next generation. This is not a reincarnation cycle in the sense of the soul, but rather an influence as an aura close to the body. A small amount of energy is gradually transferred to others over a long period of time. If such an influence exists, it could be considered a minor cycle of reincarnation.

▪️Small vs. Large
It is common in nature for the form and structure of something small to resemble that of something large. The structure of the soul is similar, with a hierarchical structure.

If a living human being has a soul, it belongs to a group soul. The group soul is a collective of living beings (divided souls), and divided souls are temporarily separated, but generally destined to return to the group soul they belong to. While this is not always the case, it is usually the intention.

This group soul may appear as a group soul to a living person, and can be interpreted as the higher self. However, the higher self generally refers to the higher dimension of an individual's soul. While it is true that the higher self is the place to which one returns, it is important to understand that the term "group soul" is more accurate to avoid confusion.

The concept of a "group soul" is essentially a collective, but it functions as a single, unified personality (literally). While not necessarily large in terms of spiritual form, it possesses a unique level of concentration and density. Even if two group souls appear similar, they contain a multitude of micro-cosmic consciousnesses. The apparent size of a group soul can be altered, so its physical appearance is less important than the quantity and density of souls it contains. In this way, a group soul, condensed in form, exists, and for individual spirits, it serves as a fragment of that group soul, yet it is still a singular entity.

This group soul equivalent is also a single consciousness and a single soul, which exists as a spiritual being (though not necessarily a giant one), and is also an extraterrestrial being.

Thus, a group soul, as a collective of higher consciousness, is also, in essence, a single personality.

If it is a single personality, then there are even higher dimensions, and a regional "god-like" consciousness permeates the space. This may be even more layered, but I can only perceive it up to this point, so I will proceed with this understanding.

- (God who governs space)
It can be called the creator god.
It may or may not have a recognized personality, which is unclear.
It is an unknown realm, but it is a god who governs space and the universe, and I faintly sense its consciousness. It is the integration of the three movements of creation, maintenance, and destruction.

- (Regional, limited) God (=group soul, personality god)
A fragment of the creator god mentioned above.
Like the creator god, it operates the three movements of creation, maintenance, and destruction within a limited range.

- Fragment (=my higher self, spirit)
A fragment separated from the group soul (which is my higher self).
Equivalent to Atman (the true self) in Vedanta.
Like the creator god and the group soul, it operates the three movements of creation, maintenance, and destruction within a very limited range.

- Conscious mind (thinking mind, the illusion of the self (=ego))
The conscious mind is separated (or perceived as separated) from the higher self.
Equivalent to Jiva (the illusory self) in Vedanta.
Like the creator god, the group soul, and the higher self, it operates the three movements of creation, maintenance, and destruction within its own very limited range.
It generates thought waves, thoughts, and emotions, and sometimes creates residual thoughts.

In this hierarchy, each level, like the conscious mind, has higher consciousness, and each level makes judgments and lives its life within the range of its perception.

And while the lower levels have a faster cycle, the higher levels have a longer cycle, and the higher levels choose a wide variety of lives across dimensions.

Therefore, from a higher perspective, it is possible to say that reincarnation does not exist, but there is a perspective that, even if we divide it, reincarnation occurs in the lower levels.

▪️Individual position
Looking at this overview, what is commonly understood as reincarnation is not entirely correct, but it does represent a certain reality. On the other hand, what the schools that say that reincarnation does not exist are saying also contains some truth. In reality, things like reincarnation are more nuanced, and even when interacting with others (whether or not they are aware of it), a slight exchange of past lives may occur.

While there are these small cycles, it may be better to focus on the larger cycle of the soul's reincarnation. The basic unit is the group soul, and if desired, you can merge with a group soul that is not your own, but the basic principle is to merge with the group soul that is originally connected to you. And fragments are created from the group soul. The group soul itself has "consciousness" as a group, and while each individual has consciousness, it is not a single consciousness but a mixed consciousness. Nevertheless, the overall "large consciousness" integrates these individual consciousnesses. When a fragment is created, a core-like entity is at the center, gathering the surrounding aura to become a fragment. However, sometimes, several small cores are bundled together to create a fragment, which can appear as multiple personalities, similar to schizophrenia. However, it usually integrates into a single core over time. This core is essentially the personality, and the personalities of most group souls are generally quite similar. However, when reincarnating, this core becomes the basis.

Such a cycle of reincarnation, division of souls, and post-mortem fragmentation, understood from the perspective of the will of God, will likely reveal the overall picture of reincarnation.

By fulfilling the purpose of life, one can break free from the cycle of reincarnation.

It seems that there are many schools of thought that teach about breaking free from the cycle of reincarnation and achieving liberation. There are various methods for this, but the best one is to fulfill the original purpose of life. When a fragment of soul is created from a group soul, there is always a purpose. This purpose can range from something insignificant to something sublime, but there is always some purpose. And by fulfilling that purpose and being satisfied, one can ascend.

In fact, life is originally that simple.

Ideally, if a fragment of soul fulfills its purpose in a single lifetime, it ascends directly and there is no small-scale reincarnation. On the other hand, if the purpose is lost, or if it is lost due to manipulation or coercion from others, or due to the imposition of values, it becomes impossible to fulfill the purpose (and instead of returning to the group soul), it starts over again, and reincarnation (on a small scale) loops.

After fulfilling the purpose, ascending and returning to the group soul enriches the group soul with new wisdom. That is the growth of the group soul. The group soul is active for that purpose. Simply knowing something through knowledge is one thing, but actually experiencing it allows you to deeply understand its true meaning. In this way, the group soul grows by acquiring not only knowledge but also practical wisdom.

For the purpose of life, the goodness or badness of one's aura is a trivial matter.

There are various purposes in life, so ultimately, it is sufficient to fulfill that purpose. A common misconception is whether raising one's vibration is a good thing. While good vibrations are a foundation, if one's vibration is low, it is good to make an effort to raise it. However, from the perspective of karma, as a causal (karmic) seed, the goodness or badness of one's vibration or aura is almost irrelevant. There are cases where the very act of raising one's vibration is the purpose of reincarnation, but in reality, most of the time, the purpose is something more concrete and related to reality.

For example, when carrying out a mission, one may prioritize the mission even if their vibration becomes somewhat impure. Saying "I don't want to fulfill my mission because my aura will become impure" is tantamount to betraying the mission.

Therefore, the current spiritual teachings that say "Let's raise our vibrations" are basic teachings, and they are not related to the mission. In fact, people with important missions often have impure auras. In reality, if the fulfillment of a mission is the priority, a somewhat impure aura is acceptable.

The reason I say this is because I feel that many lightworkers are avoiding difficult missions because they are overly concerned about their aura. For example, some people are given the mission of going into the hearts of people with evil auras and transforming the darkness into light, but they only criticize from afar, and they are often preoccupied with cleaning their own (or their loved ones' or clients') auras and not fulfilling their mission. If a person was originally born with such a mission, it is a dereliction of duty. However, most people do not have such a mission, so there is no need to worry about it. The basic principle is to fulfill the mission that each person has.

Thinking that a bad aura is bad is a truly Earthly value. Indeed, people in the universe have good vibrations, but that is not always appropriate. There is no good or bad based on whether one's vibration is rough or ominous. If one is interacting with a rough person on Earth, one's aura must adapt to it. This is especially true if one has a mission. It is not a matter of what one's own aura is, but of adapting to the other person. For people on Earth, purifying one's own aura may be of interest, but from a cosmic perspective, it is simply adapting to the Earth's vibrations. If one does not do so, one will not be able to recognize each other, and even if they are in front of each other, they may not be noticed. Therefore, even if one's vibration seems bad when one comes down to the Earth's level, one should not judge based on that. The part close to the physical body is often like an intentional creation of the aura. In the first place, the vibration only senses the part close to the physical body, and most people do not know what is going on in the deeper parts. Judging others by their aura is often correct, but it should not be overused as a criterion. It seems that people who are spiritual on Earth are interested in the goodness or badness of their aura, but in reality, people who truly have a mission prioritize that mission and are often not very concerned about their aura. This kind of talk about judging by aura has a history and is often misunderstood, and many people in the past and present have been misled. Probably, it is because judging by aura or promoting the improvement of aura can be a business. In reality, for people with a mission, the aura is not that important. When a soul from another world comes to Earth, it becomes dirty and the aura turns black. This dirtiness of the aura is much dirtier than that of ordinary people on Earth. This is because people from the universe basically have a sense of oneness and accept the black aura of humans on Earth. And it seems that only people on Earth think of their aura as a criterion and often miss the essence.

However, for most people, life is not as grand as a mission. They are simply interested in life on Earth, or there is a small karmic seed that sprouts, causing them to reincarnate for that small purpose. Therefore, if one's purpose is that, one should freely enjoy what one wants to do, as long as it does not cause harm to others.

If purifying one's aura is necessary to fulfill one's purpose in life, then it should be done as needed. However, judging by the color of one's aura or something like that can sometimes be a reference, but it is not the essence.

When you have a mission, your life becomes difficult, and your aura becomes tainted. I think that people who are trying to avoid that kind of thing will not be given a mission.

By repeatedly reincarnating, one can come to know love.

If one is satisfied with their life, they will ascend after death and bring their knowledge and wisdom to the Group Soul, which rejoices in gaining that knowledge and becoming a little more intelligent. This becomes a loop cycle in the grand scheme of reincarnation.

Even if it starts with something trivial, people are inevitably drawn to happiness and love. Even if the initial goal is personal or driven by desire, by repeating this cycle, the goal gradually shifts from oneself to others, to groups, and to altruistic love. And a feeling of service gradually sprouts. This is certain. Even if one is foolish at first, they gradually acquire wisdom, and the Group Soul grows. That is the meaning of reincarnation.

People do not understand because it is for the purpose of learning.

When one attains enlightenment, even the rules of the game of life become transparent, making it difficult to immerse oneself in learning. Because one doesn't understand the essence of things, it becomes an objective, panoramic view, like watching a movie or playing a game.

Sometimes, people wish to be enlightened, wanting to objectively observe life like a movie or game, and to maintain a calm state of mind. However, the truth is that not being enlightened is also a very happy state. It's just that one isn't aware of it.

If one is in a state of enlightenment, it's as if this life is everything, and one is a small, insignificant being with no way to resist. It is only in this state that one can do foolish things and say "it can't be helped," and move as a piece in the game of life.

In reality, this world may have been created for beings to abandon enlightenment and live in a limited world, pursuing their interests.

Therefore, the basic rule is "abandon enlightenment and live," which is a consensus. However, sometimes there are unfair people who say, "I'm actually enlightened, but it's a secret. Please become my slaves," and disrupt the game.

If one leaves them alone, the basic rule is to abandon enlightenment. It's a fairly gentlemanly rule, and there are no penalties for breaking it. However, there are basic rules in the universe, such as respecting the will of life on planets and not intervening from the outside, so the rules of Earth are respected.

However, since these are rules created on Earth, they can be rewritten by the will of the people of Earth. If one is tired of these old rules, one can simply change them. This is possible through the power of will.

It is possible to conduct learning on Earth that is impossible in worlds where many people are enlightened. This is also impossible on other distant planets.

To avoid misunderstandings, I would like to add that only a certain group of people are playing this "game of temporarily abandoning enlightenment." There are various types of souls on Earth, and some of them are participating in this game in accordance with the current state of consciousness on Earth.

Therefore, souls that are not enlightened are not related to this game.

Originally enlightened souls, who have decided that there is something to learn by temporarily abandoning enlightenment, are participating in this farce. The aliens watching from the outside are probably enjoying the farce, but that is the original purpose. So, if one has decided to participate in the farce, one should just play it to the end.

Also, once started, it cannot be reset midway because, otherwise, one would cheat and manipulate the parameters to make it an easy game. One cannot seriously play the game unless one forgets that it is a game, so one has decided to forget that it is a game. Therefore, this world is harsh, but that is also something that one has chosen to be born into. The fact that one cannot quit midway is also a self-imposed restriction.

The value of life and reincarnation.

It is certainly quite heavy, but it doesn't completely disappear when it dies; it's not really a big deal for the soul.

However, there is a slight inconvenience because if you die and are reborn, you become a child again and have to redo the learning of that era.

So, while it might not seem like a big deal to die, if you've prepared for it and learned during your childhood, and then you die prematurely before you can do what you want, you might feel a sense of frustration and annoyance, thinking, "I haven't even done what I wanted to do yet, so I have to go through that inconvenient learning period again."

Therefore, if you can do what you want, it's better not to die. Because the same soul may not necessarily be reborn. This is because, in some cases, the soul (spirit) is reborn directly, while in other cases, it merges with a group soul (collective soul) and then separates to be reborn. In the latter case, the "you" as an individual essentially no longer exists. Even in the latter case, there are core aspects, and the overall feeling is similar, but it's not exactly the same. In the former case, it's the same, but it's greatly influenced by the era, environment, and family you are born into, so there is some risk, even though it's a little, when you go through childhood, which is different from the stable feeling you have as an adult.

Even if you want to do something you left undone in a past life, it's not always possible to do it.

Therefore, it's better to do as much as you can in your current life instead of choosing to die.

There may be cases where you should die and start over if your life is truly hopeless, but if you are mentally ill at that time, dying is dangerous, and if you die with many desires and distractions, you will become a wandering spirit.

If you can die purely, without distractions or regrets, it is theoretically possible to die and start over, but if you are struggling and considering suicide, you will likely become a wandering spirit, so it's better not to commit suicide. Also, it can give those involved in your life a sense of futility. However, this depends on the circumstances, so it's hard to say, but it often happens. Therefore, basically, suicide is not good, but there may be exceptional cases where you die and start over.

In cases where you die and start over, it's not suicide, but your higher self makes the judgment, and you die from an accident or illness. So, you don't need to choose to die yourself.

There are cases where you consciously make that decision, but in most cases, it's because aliens think, "It's over," and make that judgment. The reason I say "most" is because the very act of consciously deciding to die is a rare case, and most of those rare cases are aliens. So, the case of aliens deciding to die is even rarer, so you should think that it's unlikely for ordinary people to consciously decide to die.

For humans, or even for aliens, in most cases, your higher self makes the judgment, and it comes down to the three-dimensional world. So, you don't need to make the decision yourself.

In other words, even when choosing to die, you don't need to consciously make the decision; your higher self will make it for you.

If you are alive, it means you can live.

Therefore, if you feel depressed and choose to die, you will become a spirit, a wandering spirit, or even an evil spirit. Well, there's nothing we can do but say, "Sorry." You'll end up wandering around this world, feeling cold and eerie. It's scary, not in a frightening way, but in a way that feels like a ghost story. You'll become a spirit that makes people feel cold.

Therefore, the saying that "life is precious and there is only one" is true in a sense. The unchanging "you" only continues if you don't return to the group soul but are reborn again. If you return to the group soul, the individual self is temporarily erased. The individual self exists properly in this world, but it connects again when you return to the group soul.

It's true that you don't disappear completely after death, but it's also true that you cease to exist in a way when you join the group soul. So, the saying that "you become nothing when you die" is correct in that the individual self disappears, even though it doesn't mean complete annihilation.

Souls that separate from the Group Soul possess energy and are treated with respect. Therefore, life has a certain weight, but it can also be rephrased as a "mission" given at the Group Soul level, or simply, "what you want to do." If you have that "desire," your life will generally continue, and that is what gives life its weight.

Sometimes, if you achieve what you want, you may die prematurely from illness or accident, or you may live the rest of your life peacefully and enjoy it. This is a choice made by the soul itself, and there is no right or wrong answer; it simply is.

While some say, "It's better to die than to not be able to do what you want," there is some truth to that, but if you have strong regrets or leave unfinished business, you may become a wandering spirit or a vengeful spirit, so it's best to avoid suicide. For example, a parent who controls their child and prevents them from pursuing their desires may cause the child to rebel, disappoint the parent, or, if they cannot gain freedom, realize that life is meaningless and commit suicide, becoming an unclean spirit. That's the reality. It is impossible to control others. Trying to control others ultimately leads to death. When you try to control someone, they will resist, and in the end, they may either lose themselves and become a shell of a person or resist with a final burst of energy. This resistance may be used to get revenge on the person who tried to control them, or they may choose to die.

However, it is a difficult situation because, in some cases, it may be better to spend the remaining 50 or 80 years of your life being controlled and exploited by others than to become an unclean spirit and eventually become a peaceful spirit. This could be seen as encouraging suicide, which is generally not a good thing. Suicide leads to becoming an unclean spirit, and in the worst case, a vengeful spirit. However, when you are alive and constantly controlled by others, you gradually lose your ability to think, and if that continues for half a century, your ability to think will weaken, which can lead to a situation where you lack the ability to think in your next life. In such cases, it may be better to escape or, if you cannot escape, to die. However, the basic principle is that death is not good, and you should try to overcome it.

In my own experience, a major theme in my current life was to stop being controlled by others. My purpose in this life is to resolve karma and verify the steps towards enlightenment. One of the tasks related to karma was to resist those who controlled me in past lives. For example, a person who moved into the room next to me in college may have been a partner in a past life who controlled me. My parents also tried to control me strongly, so escaping that control was also a task. In addition, there was a task of not giving too much profit to a business partner who was not playing a significant role in the business, such as not giving them unlisted shares. There were times when I thought about suicide many times when I was young, but I managed to complete each task. When I was young, I thought about "suicide" countless times, and although I never actually acted on it, there were days when I thought about it many times a day, so I probably thought about suicide at least 100 times a year, which means I thought about it about 1,000 times over 10 years. Despite that, I somehow managed to survive. Even though I thought about suicide, I never felt the urge to actually do it. Even when I was depressed and couldn't bring myself to go to school, I would move one arm, then the other, then one foot, then the other, and somehow I would make it to school. That's a distant memory now. Basically, death is not good, and you should try to overcome it. I think there was a time when the police in the spirit world would arrest people who committed suicide, but now, even if you commit suicide, you are simply left alone. It will be difficult to escape if you become a spirit bound to a place.

In summary,
- Please do not commit suicide.
- You will die when it is time to die.
- If you are alive, life continues.

How long does it take to be reborn?

Actually, once you reach the state of the soul, which is the foundation of consciousness, you can transcend time and space. Therefore, it's not a matter of a specific period in earthly terms, but you will spend a relatively long time in the afterlife.

Time in the afterlife passes much faster than earthly time, and sometimes years can pass in what seems like a blink of an eye.

However, when it comes time to reincarnate, there's no need to be bound by time and space, and you can reincarnate at any time.

That being said, souls that are not spiritually advanced, or those who are not concerned with the era, or those who simply want to be born in the current time period, will often be born directly into that era without transcending time and space.

To some extent, you can choose the era in which you are born, so it's not uncommon for the next reincarnation to overlap with the previous one, or for the era to be reversed.

In Buddhism and Christianity, there are various theories about the period of reincarnation, ranging from decades to centuries. While this is often the case, the reality is that time and space can be transcended, so it's not always the case.

Indeed, it may be that in many cases, a period of several decades is observed. However, if the soul is sufficiently spiritually developed, it can transcend time and space, so it's not possible to measure the interval between reincarnations in earthly terms.

On the other hand, spending a relatively long period in a soul or ethereal state is indeed true. First, you go to the afterlife and go to the place where your friends, acquaintances, and former partners, who you were close to, live. Sometimes you can go there yourself, and other times, when you die, your friends, acquaintances, or former partners will come to pick you up and take you there.

In this way, you spend a relatively heavenly time in the afterlife.

Reincarnation can occur either as the soul (ethereal body) directly reincarnates, or as it merges with a group soul (collective soul) and then creates a spirit to reincarnate. In many cases, the soul (ethereal body) seems to reincarnate directly. Sometimes, a spirit is created directly, and sometimes, the soul returns to the group soul and then a new spirit is created.

The time spent with friends, acquaintances, and former partners in the afterlife is often quite long, ranging from decades to centuries. However, when it's time to reincarnate, you can transcend time and space and reincarnate, so it may seem from the earthly perspective that the soul came from a different era.

That being said, from the soul's perspective, it's important to follow the eras in order to understand the "common sense" technologies, cultures, and gadgets of the next era. Therefore, many people experience history and learn from it.

Some people reincarnate in the same era, while others have a slight gap in time.

This may appear from the earthly perspective as a reincarnation that is decades or centuries apart, but in reality, in the afterlife, a much shorter or much longer time may have passed.

Therefore, you cannot judge whether a past life personality was born during a period that overlaps, or whether it is possible to reincarnate after only a few decades, based on earthly perceptions.

The period of reincarnation mentioned in Buddhism and Christianity is based on the premise that time flows linearly and that once something has progressed in the afterlife or this world, it cannot be reversed. However, in reality, the soul, which is the foundation of consciousness, transcends time and space. Therefore, while it is common for the ethereal body to have a reincarnation period of several decades or centuries, it is not possible to measure this in the earthly time axis.

People with regrets may reincarnate relatively quickly, while some people spend hundreds of years happily in the afterlife as an ethereal body. Others may become completely satisfied with life, merge with the group soul, and then have their consciousness separate and become a spirit, which is then reborn.

If reincarnation occurs directly as an ethereal body, the period of reincarnation is relatively clear. However, if the soul merges with the group soul, it is impossible to measure the reincarnation period of the part that originally belonged to the group soul. Since the part that was originally part of the group soul is now separated, it is not possible to say exactly when that separated spirit was reincarnated.

That being said, when a spirit can be created from the group soul, there is a core-like part to which it gathers and becomes a spirit. This core-like part retains some of the previous life's core, and consciousness gathers around it to form a spirit. Therefore, it is possible to measure the reincarnation period of the core, although it would be a relatively long period. In that case, the core is in a state of semi-dormancy, but if the consciousness of a person on Earth or in the ethereal body calls out to it, it will awaken relatively quickly and create a spirit to respond to the call.

In some cases, the soul may merge with the group soul, while in other cases, it may reincarnate as a disembodied spirit. Therefore, it is not possible to measure the period of reincarnation based on earthly time, as taught by Buddhism and Christianity.

It is possible for memories and feelings alone to develop independently and shape the next life.

In Vedanta, the true self is the Atman, which is like the soul in Japanese.

The Atman, which corresponds to the soul, is the basis for the mind.

In Japanese, the word "soul" sometimes refers to the mind, but here, the mind refers to the thinking function, and that thinking mind is based on the Atman.

There is a subtle core, the Atman, and a slightly coarser mind (thinking function).

In this structure, thought forms are a combination of the mind (thinking function) and subtle impressions (Samskaras), although not quite the Atman. This expression is more akin to Theosophy than Vedanta. The mind and Samskaras can sometimes act independently. This is what I am calling "thought forms," although it is not an established term, but rather a borrowed phrase. This independent combination of mind and Samskaras can create a new life.

In Vedanta, everything is Atman, and the individual concept of Atman is actually the same as the whole Brahman. Therefore, even the mind and Samskaras are Atman, but I believe that there are Atmans that are more developed and those that are not.

This is not something stated in Vedanta, but rather my own understanding. Experienced Atmans have refined minds and Samskaras, while inexperienced Atmans have mechanical minds and chaotic Samskaras.

Technically, the Atman itself does not experience anything, as it is an eternal existence. However, in reality, the Atman is always with the Gunas (the three qualities of matter: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas), so it is closely related to experience.

In this relationship between the Atman, the Gunas, and the mind and Samskaras, the Atman itself is pure, but the mind and Samskaras can sometimes act independently.

This can be seen as a simple reincarnation, but in reality, the Atman does not reincarnate, but exists eternally. Therefore, what reincarnates is essentially the Samskaras and the mind associated with them.

Looking at this in more detail, when a person dies, the last remaining Samskaras (subtle impressions) and the mind (thinking function) remain.

It is a lie that Samskaras (subtle impressions) and the mind (thinking function) disappear and cease to exist after death, as is often said. In reality, the Samskaras and the mind remain.

In the case of people who are relatively spiritually mature and calm, the Atman, Samskaras, and mind become one and enter the next life, or, if they reach enlightenment, they can transcend and merge with the "whole" or "group soul," ending the cycle.

However, if a person lives a life full of desires and pleasures, and the mind is separated, the Atman and the "Samskaras and mind" seem to become disconnected. This may be a misleading expression, but more precisely, there are two (or more) main divisions: "Atman with pure Samskaras and pure mind" and "Atman with confused Samskaras and confused mind."

One of these may ascend to enlightenment, while the other remains on earth, becoming worse than before, and repeats the cycle of reincarnation.

From the outside, it may appear that "the Atman has ascended, and the confused Samskaras and confused mind have been left on earth." In reality, the Atman permeates everything and fills this space, so the Atman does not disappear. However, it appears that only the confused mind and Samskaras are left on earth, repeating a life full of desires and pleasures.

When this happens, the confused mind and Samskaras become uncontrollable, and even the ascended Atman regrets it. Once ascended, subtle impressions (Samskaras) may be created, forming a new spirit, and it may go to earth.

When you hear this, you might have a question: if this leads to re-entering the cycle of reincarnation, is that liberation or ascension? However, what is happening here is not impulsive desire based on Samskara, but a selective judgment. There is a choice to go help the fragmented soul, or, from the perspective of the group soul, there are still options: one is to "abandon" it, or to "accept it and integrate it into the group soul" even if it is an impure entity, or, as a last resort, to "eliminate" it.

In the case of abandonment, it is simply left as is. It is left alone. No further involvement.

When eliminating it, the fragmented soul is simply erased as a failure. Experiences are not directly passed on, but we observe it from the outside, so some reflection is made.

There is also the option of integrating it into the group soul, in which case the group soul accepts all of its karma and works to resolve each karma.

In this way, the confused Samskara (subtle impressions) and mind (thinking mind) are separated, and then the decision is left to the group soul. In either case, these separated Samskara and mind are troublesome things. They are almost incapable of understanding spiritual matters and live only for the body, desires, and pleasure, which is certainly a troublesome existence for those around them.

Such a state of becoming a "separated" machine human is what is often referred to as "separation" in spiritual terms. This certainly has a spiritual meaning of the separation of the heart and soul, but in addition to that, it also means that the original group soul has separated from its intended purpose, and the thought form has become independent, repeatedly reincarnating and living for desires and pleasures.

There is a world where such pleasure-seeking, machine-like, desire-filled humans are increasing. In the current world, this is relatively prevalent outside of Japan, but it is also affecting Japan.

What is being said here is relatively common in Japan, where the group soul has spiritually matured. However, in foreign countries, the group soul itself may be immersed in desires, so the situation is different. However, the basic principle is the same: the group soul intentionally creates a fragmented soul and causes it to reincarnate, but if it fails in that reincarnation, only the pure Atman returns to the group soul, while the confused Samskara and confused mind continue to exist as thought forms in this world, repeating reincarnation and creating a life filled with desires and pleasures.

Guardian spirit and guide.

In a broad sense, guardian spirits or guides refer to invisible beings that guide us. However, while the term "guardian spirit" often evokes the image of ancestors in Japanese, it's not limited to that.

In reality, people who were close in life may continue to interact in the afterlife, occasionally peeking into the lives of those on Earth or lingering around those who reincarnate. When such spirits are present, it's like having a living person nearby, constantly offering unsolicited advice and assistance.

This could be like:
- A nosy neighbor
- A close friend (male or female)
- A potential romantic interest

The specific spirits present depend on the relationships a person had in life. For example, a deceased neighbor who continues to care for you, or a close female friend who remains a companion. Of course, it's also possible for a spouse to remain with you. Personally, I have many wives, but I haven't seen my husband.

I don't know if this is the case for everyone else, but in my afterlife community, I am surrounded by many women, perhaps 30 or more, and sometimes up to 50. It's like a harem, but I don't know if others experience the same thing.

I dislike jealous men and hysterical women, so my afterlife community is generally free of such individuals. This is because, in life, I didn't form close relationships with such people, and that pattern continues in the afterlife.

There's no guarantee of immediate improvement or liberation after death; it's essentially a continuation of life.

Just like in life, relationships develop gradually, even with those you initially didn't connect with. These relationships can continue in the afterlife, or even repeat in different lifetimes.

Therefore, it's important to remember that relationships between people don't end with death; they can last for generations.

While "love at first sight" exists, I believe it's based on connections from past lives. If there's no prior connection, a relationship needs to be built from scratch. Even if a relationship starts well, it may evolve into "love at first sight" or a close friendship in a future life. However, in either case, the relationship needs to be nurtured from the beginning.

Relationships based on misunderstandings or dependency can also carry over to the afterlife, so it's crucial to cultivate healthy relationships. This is very important, as some scammers may continue to target the same victims in subsequent lives. Conversely, positive relationships can also be carried over.

Guardian spirits or guides are essentially the spirits around you, offering guidance based on their knowledge and experiences. The quality of the guidance depends on the nature of the spirit; a spirit that knows you well will provide more relevant advice.

As I mentioned, these spirits are often those with whom you had a significant connection in life, whether directly or indirectly, such as through your parents or grandparents.

"Guides," on the other hand, represent a higher level of spiritual understanding. While most people have guardian spirits, not everyone has a guide. True guides are often spirits or angels who have undergone specific training. If you have a guide, it's a blessing, but don't be discouraged if you don't.

I've used the terms "guardian spirit" and "guide" with these nuances in mind.

The story of when I ascended to heaven.

I want to talk about my experience of ascending.

In the afterlife, I have many former wives living with me, and we get along well. However, there was a time when I was surrounded by kind wives, feeling incredibly happy, peaceful, satisfied, and fulfilled. I smiled and felt warm for a while in the afterlife.

How much time passed?

Originally, in such a state of satisfaction, my body and the bodies of my former wives were shining, emitting a faint light. But then, my body began to glow intensely.

Everyone has an aura, which to some extent, shines. Even when we have a physical body, there is always a layer of aura around it. The aura is more like the true self, with the physical body within it. Even after death, there is an astral body, which is similar to the physical body, surrounded by a white, shining aura.

Since this is about the afterlife, the astral body is the main body, surrounded by a shining aura, and the aura glowed even more intensely.

The afterlife is structured in layers. After death, we become an astral body, which is like a ghost. In this state, the individual self is still clearly present, and it's a world not so different from being alive. There is still gender, and the astral body exists in a form similar to the physical body.

In this world, you can freely change your body and will. You can choose the age, appearance, or even the appearance that is recognized by the group you live with. Sometimes, you change your appearance to be remembered by others, or just for fun.

There is a world, the astral realm, which is freer than the physical world. This world has no restrictions, so you can create it with your own will and live freely.

If you are bound by concepts in the physical world, those restrictions can continue in the afterlife. Conversely, if you live a free life and have a free mindset in the physical world, you can live even more freely in the afterlife.

In the physical world, there are various restrictions such as property and jealousy, and monogamy is currently the mainstream. However, in the afterlife, there are people who have lived for hundreds of years, or even longer, and those who lived in the upper classes of society had a polyamorous lifestyle. Therefore, for such people, there is nothing strange about living polyamorously in the afterlife.

As you go higher in the hierarchy, you become less and less possessive. So, stories of romantic rivalry become irrelevant. Even in the afterlife, people who were consumed by jealousy and competition in love during their lifetime may continue to repeat the farce of a competitive love, even though the restrictions are lifted and they actually have nothing to lose. As Buddhism says, people who are greedy may fall into a state like the realm of hungry ghosts, but that is not because someone is binding them, but because their own concepts create that world. The same goes for stories of going to hell; that world is simply self-imposed limitations.

There is a diverse astral realm, and above that is the causal realm (the realm of cause and effect). There are multiple layers above the causal realm, and although there is not just one causal realm, in my group soul, the starting point of the group soul corresponds to a world similar to the causal realm.

In the causal realm, there are still personalities, and they are beings that are somewhat close to gods, but they are not the all-powerful creator gods that govern everything. Rather, they are beings with personalities, close to gods, and can be considered angels. My group soul exists in a form close to a personality god.

Returning to the group soul in the causal realm is what is called "ascension."

After death, after living in the astral realm for a while, the astral realm's "lifespan" ends, which is a bit of a misnomer. It's more accurate to say that you ascend, satisfied, and return to the group soul in the causal realm.

When you ascend, you are enveloped in light and rise upwards, and then disappear into the light.

When you ascend and return to the group soul, nothing remains in the astral realm. My wives are looking around, saying, "Huh? He was enveloped in light and went up, but where did he go?"

After returning to the group soul, I share my experiences with the "whole" of the group soul as a collective consciousness.

However, my consciousness as a "core" exists within the collective consciousness, and that core consciousness is relatively independent of the group soul, and as a partial element, it can function independently. There are many such "individual" entities that make up the group soul.

As a result, I saw that my astral wives were looking for me.

Soon after, I don't know how long it took, but I once again, with my own clear intention, separated myself as an astral body, along with the same core and a part of the group soul.

Then, I temporarily merged with the group soul, and although the core is the same, there was a certain feeling of being slightly different, and I appeared in the astral realm as an astral body, which is what is called a "fragmented soul."

After this, there have been several reincarnations on Earth, but this is the current lineage of my astral body. Of course, as a group soul, there are diverse lives, but the number of reincarnations since becoming a fragmented soul is not that many. Nevertheless, there are many lives and memories as a group soul, so including those, various things become clear, but since the creation of the fragmented soul, it has been relatively short.

This is a personal matter, but there are about two or three scenarios for this background, and personally, there are some details that I don't quite understand, so those are areas for future exploration. In general, it is like this.

The existence that is even higher than the higher self.

You are gradually going through a process of connecting with and becoming one with your higher self, but there is a group soul that is the ultimate source of your higher self. This group soul is like a "cloud" to the higher self, but in reality, the group soul itself has a personality. It can be said that the higher self is like a small battery, while the group soul is like a larger battery. Therefore, they may seem to have similar qualities.

Your higher self separates from the group soul and becomes an individual soul, but that individual soul is expected to return to the group soul. Sometimes, the separation remains permanent, but in many cases, the individual soul returns to the group soul.

When there is a relationship between the higher self and the group soul, the group soul observes the life of the individual soul that has temporarily separated from it.

When the higher self and the individual soul have completed their lives, they merge with the group soul, and then "assimilate" to incorporate the experiences. It seems that the individual soul often repeats life several times before returning to the group soul, and when it returns, there are times when it returns directly and times when it ascends and returns.

There are various patterns for returning, and since it is ultimately a unification of auras, it is possible to unify in any way. However, when the higher self actively returns, it is often because it has not forgotten itself, and in those cases, the vibration is usually not low. When the vibration is low, the higher self forgets itself, and in reality, it can only return with the guidance of the group soul. On the other hand, there are many cases where they return with mutual consent, regardless of the vibration.

This is the group soul, which appears like a cloud to the higher self, and at the same time, it appears as a personality, an entity in the form of a person. Both are correct, and when the individual soul, which is the higher self, is living its life, sometimes the group soul observes the life of the individual self from above.

At that moment, from the perspective of the living self, a "large face" appears from above, looking down and observing with interest. This feeling of being watched is often experienced, and while it is not always clear what entity is watching, the consciousness of the group soul, which is a large face, is a concrete image. The large face looks down and conveys its feelings, which can be a reference for the individual self.

These feelings are a reference for the individual self, and the will of the group soul, which is a being beyond time and space, is also the will of the individual's origin. However, in most cases, the group soul's knowledge is superior to that of the individual self, so it is helpful. However, the higher self separated as an individual soul because the group soul wanted to know something. Therefore, the group soul may not know the details of what the individual self is trying to learn in this life. The detailed knowledge is not transmitted to the group soul until the individual soul merges with the group soul after death. Nevertheless, the fact that the group soul conveys its feelings across time and space is a reference for the individual self's way of life.

Even if you see a future with a marriage partner, would you still get married?

As one becomes more spiritual, these kinds of anxieties tend to arise.

Eventually, a person realizes that they are not perfect, and they stop striving for perfection, settling instead for maintaining good relationships at each stage of life. However, before reaching that point, the desire for perfection in everything can lead to hesitation and fear of future setbacks, even with minor failures or conflicts.

These kinds of stories often lead to anxiety, and people tend to give up, thinking, "If it's going to be like that, maybe it's not for me."

This is a story about past lives (a certain reincarnation within a group soul). There was a particular marriage partner, and her wife always wanted children. Even though it was a past life, she was part of the group soul I belong to. I could see the future, so I knew what would happen if a child was born, and I made a choice based on that knowledge. If she had a child, she would become quite hysterical, and I could foresee her yelling at me for not taking care of the child properly, with a high-pitched voice and a triangular-shaped gaze. I didn't want to deal with that, so I didn't agree to have a child, and I never had children in that lifetime. In reality, I could have had children if she hadn't been so hysterical, but I didn't like that kind of woman, so I didn't have any children. However, she suspected me of infidelity, and she secretly withdrew a lot of money from my bank account, hired detectives for a long time, and relentlessly tried to find evidence of my infidelity. I tend to ignore things like that, so even though I noticed the detectives following me, I ignored them. But because she was so persistent, I would sometimes approach the detectives and say, "You've been standing outside in the cold for a long time. Come inside." I would bring them into the store, have them sit in the corner, and then pay for their coffee. She was from a good family, but her sense of money was off. She would go to lunch or dinner with friends and spend 10,000 yen per person, which was considered normal for her. When I told her that she was overspending the money from the bank account, she would say, "How dare you," and she was ignorant and jealous. I thought, "I can't deal with you," but since she didn't have children, she was relatively quiet, so I thought, "Well, it's okay," and I ended that lifetime.

Alternatively, in this lifetime, there have been many instances where I realized that if I got married, I wouldn't be able to do the things I wanted, and I would avoid those women and live my life accordingly. In fact, in more than 10 or 20 lifetimes, I have been hindered from pursuing my true goals because of marriage. Marriage itself was quite happy, and my wife was beautiful and kind, so I was quite satisfied with that. However, in reality, in more than 20 lifetimes, I haven't been able to achieve my true goals, and I've repeated the phrase "Let's do it again!" many times. I feel like I've finally broken out of that infinite loop in this lifetime.

I apologize to the women who have liked me, but especially in this lifetime, if I get married and have a wife, I often can't do the things I originally wanted to do, especially in terms of spiritual growth. Even though it may seem like I'm having a happy family with a very kind wife, in reality, that's not leading to the achievement of the goals I set before getting caught in this infinite loop.

It's important to remember that happiness in marriage and the purpose of life may or may not align. A happy family and a happy life are not necessarily the same as spiritual growth. In my case, it seemed to lead to an infinite loop. Especially in the past 20 or 30 lifetimes, I was in a state of almost infinite repetition, and I should have been changing eras and experiencing various things, but for about 20 or 30 lifetimes, I was repeating the same life, matching the Japanese period of rapid economic growth, and trying to achieve a "game clear" by repeatedly trying again.

Every time, I failed spiritually, but because I brought home "very cute and beautiful wives" each time, the wives from the same era were gradually increasing in my community in the afterlife, and it's become quite something. Each time I failed the mission, I brought home more kind wives, which was quite surprising for them. When they died and went to the afterlife, they found many of their former wives living together harmoniously, and they seemed confused at first, wondering, "What is this...?"

Basically, even in those situations, I could see from the beginning how things would turn out with my marriage partner, and I got married with a vision of a happy life. However, it's been difficult to remember the original spiritual purpose I set before entering this infinite loop.

In my case, even though I feel like something is strange, the community in the afterlife has many kind former wives, and I'm always having fun, so I don't have much time to slowly and carefully reflect on these things. When I ask, "Could I reincarnate alone, because I want to do something?" most of the time, my wives respond like, "What are you talking about? Why are you saying such things? Are you going to bring someone back with you?" Of course, they actually persuade me, saying, "I'm going to go to the ground to be alone," and I end up bringing back cute wives every time, so they're right. However, I finally feel like I've been able to spend some time alone, discover my true self, and find my roots.

There are many things I've realized after remembering various things. Some of them are quite unusual, and it took me some time to remember them.

However, now that I understand, I realize that spiritual growth doesn't necessarily require being alone; if you're satisfied, you can eventually ascend. If you ascend, you can return to the group soul. While there is a way to enhance spirituality by being alone, I've tried both, and I feel like it's easier for me to ascend by getting along with everyone than by meditating alone.

In addition to that, there's the matter of my original life purpose. The purpose I set before entering the infinite loop was not only intellectual exploration but also understanding the suffering of humans in this world. To achieve this, I had a major purpose of actually experiencing "work." Although I got caught in an infinite loop, I feel like I've finally escaped it.

The original recognition was that the purpose might not be achieved by the means I initially thought. In this case, to escape the infinite loop, the quickest way might have been to become a recluse and practice. My current life is also following that direction to some extent, but there's also a possibility of achieving the purpose with the help of my kind wives. Specifically, it's about escaping the cycle of reincarnation in this world by ascending and returning to the group soul. I was originally planning to learn about human activities in a few lifetimes, but it seems I've been reincarnating for dozens of times, which is more than I expected, but I've finally been able to ascend, so I guess there's nothing I can do about it.

The purpose before entering the infinite loop was a purpose given by the group soul, which is also the purpose when becoming a spirit. I completed it in the form of "ascension" after doing something similar to the infinite loop. After I ascended and disappeared, I heard the voices of my former wives searching for me from afar, so I created another spirit and came back to the ground. However, that spirit is essentially me, so it's almost the same, but it's a slightly different me because I've temporarily joined the group soul. Even so, my former wives recognize me as me, and even though they intuitively understand that, they don't seem to mind the slight differences, because it's common for personalities to change a little when you reincarnate. So, I was born as a spirit, and at that stage, it was simply a separation. However, after that, I was given another, larger task: to take on the karma of the group soul and to verify the steps to enlightenment.

Because of this situation, I'm sorry, but I can't be with the reincarnations of my former wives, or even if I find a cute and kind child, I can't attach myself to them this time. Even if I foresee a happy family in the future, I'm holding back and prioritizing the mission of this life.

Even if you redo the timeline, the memories of the soul will not disappear.

Especially in the bond between couples, if something unpleasant happens, even if you go back in time and avoid it, the soul's memory does not disappear. This applies to everything.

For example, if a wife or girlfriend existed, and the woman was not a virgin, and the man was a virgin, if the woman looked down on the man and said "fufu" when she saw him quickly lose his virginity, that memory may be etched into the soul. Even if you go back in time and redo it, and overwrite it with a timeline where the woman gets him while she is still a virgin, the initial memory of being looked down upon may remain in the soul.

Therefore, while going back in time can overwrite the surface, all memories remain at the level of the soul, and they do not disappear.

Even if a wife seemed quiet and gentle on the surface, she may have been somewhat timid, feeling like she would be crushed if she didn't rely on something, and she may have been anxious until her husband retired, and only after her husband retired did she truly feel relieved and secure. However, there was no particular bad relationship, and they were together even in the afterlife, but even so, the memories of the past do not disappear at the level of the soul.

Whether everyone understands this is unknown. Some people may not be able to distinguish other timelines, but for me, it is normal to recognize other timelines to some extent. However, for others, the current timeline may be everything, or perhaps everyone is recognizing it in the same way but simply ignoring it.

When something remains as a memory of the soul, it sometimes appears in one's behavior. Even if she is a kind wife, she may think, "Ah, I was looked down upon back then..." Even if that was an event in another timeline, and even if the wife doesn't think she did such a thing and has no memory of it, the memory remains at the soul level, and at times when it comes to whether or not she can be truly trusted, it may appear in a slight gesture.

When such gestures accumulate, even if she is a kind wife, dissatisfaction may gradually build up. In my afterlife community, there are many wives from the past, and this wife is accumulating dissatisfaction that she wants to be treated more specially. It's not that much, but jealousy and dissatisfaction are gradually appearing, and it's becoming a bit troublesome.

What I realize now is that even if you go back in time and redo things to erase surface-level failures, it is not that important to redo things from a deeper, more fundamental perspective.

The essence of the matter is the level of the soul, which is a universal consciousness that exists beyond time and space, regardless of the timeline. Therefore, whether or not you go back in time is a matter of time and space, and is just a surface-level issue.

My lesson is that going back in time and redoing things is not very meaningful in terms of relationships with wives or marriage. Ultimately, even if she is a beautiful, quiet, and kind wife, if she is the type of person who would look down on you and say "fufu," if you knew that essence from the beginning, it might have been better to avoid her from the start, rather than going back in time and avoiding it.

At this point, I feel that I lacked experience in reading the meaning of people's smiles, especially in understanding the meaning of smiles of people who are thinking something in their hearts and smiling for their own benefit.

I am relatively bad at reading the true nature of people who seem quiet on the surface but are plotting something behind the scenes. I have been repeating this life in order to know that, and especially in this life, I have chosen an environment with many people with bad personalities, and I have learned a lot about the relationship between bad personalities and smiles.

In order to confirm my wife's true personality, I am going to look back at her timeline.

Sometimes, I go back through someone's timeline to confirm whether my wife truly loves and is kind to me, or if she's just smiling and being content for the sake of our life together. I also want to know if she's truly a good person.

To be honest, my real purpose isn't to confirm my wife's true nature, but to understand the nature of people. I'm really bad at reading someone's true nature when they're smiling. I'm still quite bad at it now, and I sometimes get deceived, but I think I've become a little better than before.

As you become more spiritual, everyone in the world seems to be enlightened, so even if someone has a bad personality, they often appear to be behaving like a saint. Then, even if they're troubled or acting strangely, I hardly notice it, and I just think, "They're probably up to something." It's really difficult to understand someone's bad personality in that state, especially when they're smiling and being friendly. In fact, I usually don't have any doubts, and I sometimes just think, "Maybe they're just putting on a slight smile."

Once you've had a certain level of relationship, it becomes quite difficult to understand someone's true nature. So, sometimes I go back through their timeline to see what they were like before they were comfortable with me, to confirm from a distance what kind of person they really are.

In the case of my wife, I couldn't see her true nature after we had been together for a while, because she was relatively docile, kind, and smiling. So, in another timeline, before we became very close, I asked her a lot of questions and raised doubts, which might have seemed like I was trying to make her feel bad. I wanted to see how she would react to me in a state where she still didn't know me well, and what kind of true nature would come out when she felt a little stressed.

She started to show a slightly annoyed expression, and I thought, "Maybe I can see her true nature if I put her under a little more stress," but it seemed like she might think I have a bad personality. So, I continued to ask questions and raise doubts, such as "What about this?" and "What about that?" Then, suddenly, she got a little irritated and said, "Hey! That's annoying!"

Hmm. This is what she looks like when she's angry... At that moment, I felt like I saw her inner self.

In the end, even if you can read someone's mind and see their timeline, it's really difficult to accurately understand their true state. Reading someone's mind is just a superficial understanding. Even if they think something in their heart, their true consciousness may or may not be the same, and they may have different intentions. Sometimes, you can be misled even when you can read someone's mind.

I couldn't understand my wife's true self for a long time, but by going back through her timeline, I was able to understand her personality better, and I realized, "Ah, she's the type of person who gets angry." I was a little enlightened.

To grow through spiritual training over many generations.

In my group soul's memories, there is a recollection of being a swami (monk) in a certain village in India. There was a disciple who was quite troublesome; they struggled with meditation, being easily distracted by stray thoughts, and had difficulty simply sitting still. There was a cute disciple who was, in a sense, a disappointing student.

This happened quite a long time ago, and my group soul has been reincarnated into the same ashram many times since then. Based on my memory, there were portraits of more than ten people, so it seems that the time when that disappointing disciple was there was quite a while ago.

However, in the afterlife, time is different, so for that child, it might be a relatively recent reincarnation. But in terms of the actual timeline of this world, a considerable amount of time has passed.

In fact, I happened to reunite with that child in this lifetime. Although it's a connection through our group soul, and not a direct connection from my own past life, some of the feelings from that time resurfaced.

The other person didn't seem to notice me, so I didn't say anything, but back then, they were a disappointing disciple, but now they seem to be quite stable and doing well. They are also a swami in this lifetime, and while they became a swami back then, they are doing it again in this lifetime, which suggests that they have come to quite enjoy being a swami.

Originally, they were quite troublesome, but even in just one lifetime, they have reached a certain level of accomplishment. Even so, they still have a long way to go, but they have been steadily growing.

It's a good example of how, even if you can't achieve dramatic spiritual growth immediately, you can grow by gradually practicing.

Women, when deeply loved by men, approach enlightenment.

Trust opens the hearts of people, especially women.

Spiritually, this means that their chakras are opening.

Even if someone doesn't understand spiritual concepts, it's often the case that people who *don't* understand spirituality have more open chakras.

People who talk about spirituality are often just pursuing it as a hobby or a trend, whereas people who live normal lives, enjoy their families, and build trusting relationships with their families are often actually at a higher spiritual level.

Therefore, there isn't a strong correlation between how much spiritual knowledge someone possesses and their actual spiritual level.

Historically, Japanese women tended to have more open chakras. While it was often the *swadhisthana* chakra or, at most, the *manipura* chakra that was open, it was still better than having no chakras open at all.

On the other hand, there are also women whose chakras are completely closed. In such cases, they may appear to lack energy, have shallow emotions, be less inhibited, and lack sexual appeal, appearing more like dolls than real people. However, whether or not someone's chakras are open makes a significant difference.

However, chakras that are initially closed can be opened. Especially when a woman is deeply loved by a man, this love can create a foundation of trust. As trust deepens and she feels comfortable relying on her partner, her chakras begin to open more quickly. As this trust and reliance accumulate, chakras that were previously closed can suddenly open and become activated.

This opening of the chakras can feel like sunlight emanating from within the abdomen, shining brightly. At the same time, a surge of energy can arise, transforming life into something intense and passionate.

In reality, chakras that open through love are often lower chakras, which can be difficult to control. However, by connecting the energy of these lower chakras to the higher chakras and sublimating it, one can move closer to enlightenment. Even if only the lower chakras are activated, it's still much better than having almost no chakras open, and it can make life much richer.

At this stage, there is a risk of becoming consumed by sexual desire if purification is not advanced. Therefore, it's important to have a stable partner during this time. However, I believe that everyone will go through this somewhat precarious period, so it's best for each person to navigate this period safely.

▪️Overcoming earthly struggles with support from the community in the afterlife.

However, this world has hidden pitfalls that are easy to fall into if you don't know about them. Therefore, it's a good idea to have some spiritual knowledge to avoid danger. Nevertheless, people who live a proper life and have strong trusting relationships with their families will likely have those family members continue their relationships in the community in the afterlife, and they will receive support from that community in the next life, so it's not necessarily a bad thing.

For example, there was a girl who lived happily in the community in the afterlife. One day, she said, "I'm going to go play on Earth," and suddenly reincarnated.

Whether or not someone in the community in the afterlife can see beyond time and predict the future varies from person to person. Some people can only see the current timeline, but others can see beyond time and into the future. In this case, she saw that the girl would experience hardship and return with a very tired expression.

Specifically, she saw that the girl would be kidnapped by a strange man in her youth and forced into the sex industry. While she enjoyed being with customers when she was young, she became less desirable as she got older, her income plummeted, she struggled financially in middle age, had difficulty finding work, and ended her life feeling very tired.

After the girl left, I said to the community, "Please take care of her, because she's going to have a difficult time." Everyone was confused and said, "What are you talking about?" No one volunteered, and there was a sense of "What's going on?" I thought, "This is hard to explain," but then a girl who was quite friendly with the girl in the community said, "I'll go," so I asked her to reincarnate as her friend and support her on Earth.

Both of them were reborn as women, but they met by chance, became friends, and developed a relationship where they helped each other.

In addition, when choosing a family to be reborn into, the community provides support by selecting families that seem good, and in terms of employment, they arrange things to be convenient for the individual. Depending on the time and circumstances, the community provides extensive support.

▪️It is better to value relationships in this life than ancestor worship, as some religions say.

Most of the relationships built on trust in this life are passed on to the community in the afterlife. Therefore, while it is important to express gratitude to the people who have been connected from past lives in terms of ancestor worship, relationships in this life are much more important.

In Buddhism, ancestor worship is only for the physical body of the ancestors, but in the actual afterlife community, there are no restrictions based on blood ties, and people simply live together with those they were close to. Therefore, Buddhist graves are not considered very important.

Buddhist graves only hold the physical remains, but when the soul forms a community after death, it is not restricted by time or location, so the location of the grave is not very important. There are no restrictions on forming a community with relatives, and while it is possible to have good relationships with relatives, it is also possible to have good relationships with people who are not relatives.

Especially in marital relationships, if a solid relationship of trust is established, that relationship is passed on to the community, and the individual can receive support from the afterlife community during the next reincarnation.

This is a relationship that goes beyond calculations of gain and loss, and it is provided almost without charge. In the afterlife, there are no restrictions, and anything can appear instantly if desired (except for the souls of others), so actions are not restricted by money. Therefore, the support provided by the community to reincarnated individuals is done for a very simple reason: they want to do it, and it is a simple reason that they enjoy supporting, rather than supporting it for the purpose of gaining something from it. They don't even think of it as support; they simply feel concerned and want to do something about it, or they want to take care of them, and they act according to their own impulses.

In marital relationships, the basic unit is one-on-one in this world, but when returning to the community in the afterlife, there will be many wives from past lives, and you may be surprised to see them getting along with others besides you, and you may think, "What is going on?" However, that is not infidelity, but they are wives from past lives.

In some cases, those who are not familiar with the form of the afterlife community may bring up the one-on-one relationship on earth again, and intelligent children may quickly realize this, but some children may take time to understand the situation.

There is a hurdle to understanding this, but basically, this relationship on earth continues in the afterlife, and it continues in the next life, and as the good relationship deepens, they come to know and understand the other person's good and bad qualities, and become good at dealing with them.

Help from guardian spirits of various levels.

I generally recognize three layers in the world of souls, although it can be further divided, and there are other worlds that are like separate realms. Please consider this as a basic classification.

The layer closest to living people is a community formed by those who were connected in past lives, such as wives or close friends. This world is quite similar to the physical world, and although people are floating in the air, they create a kind of illusion around them based on their individual images, projecting a similar appearance to the physical world.

Therefore, if someone lives in a detached house with a kotatsu (heated table) and a table in the physical world, a room is created based on that image. However, this is not always the case, and when needed, a room appears instantly, and someone temporarily enters it to live in that environment, and when they are satisfied, the image disappears, and the world returns to a quiet state.

There are houses, roads, and mountains, all created by images, and while there are no real limitations, people sometimes create a sense of limitations or restrictions through their imagination. The ground may or may not exist, and while people are usually floating in the air, it appears when they want to do exercises or yoga. Everything can be changed based on imagination.

People can even freely change their own bodies and appearances, but it is common to live in a form that is somewhat similar to their appearance in their previous life. This is usually the appearance that they like the most and are full of energy. However, there are times when they choose a different appearance depending on the community, so that they can be recognized by others. For example, in a community of people they met in their later years, they often appear as young people to be recognized, but if someone doesn't recognize them, they may temporarily appear as an elderly person and say, "Oh, it's that person."

There are communities formed by people they met in their previous lives. This is the community that is most similar to the physical world. From there, they can be reincarnated into the physical world again, or a part of their soul can be created and reincarnated, or they can ascend to a higher level of the soul and return.

■The Celestial Realm and the Root Light, Higher Self, or Group Soul

The next layer is closer to the celestial realm, and is similar to angels or gods. At this level, they have a longer lifespan and more wisdom, and they are sometimes called angels or the celestial realm. In Japan, many people are reincarnated from the Japanese celestial realm, and the atmosphere of the Japanese people, especially those from the past, is very similar to the nature of the people who live in the Japanese celestial realm. They are often cheerful, but sometimes men can be like "old men" who say harsh things, or they can be a bit inflexible like old samurai. Women can be cheerful, directionless, or submissive to their husbands, or strong-willed, which is a variation of women in Japan.

These two layers are different but quite connected, and people can move between them if they are aware of it.

Furthermore, there are many other communities, including those of all races on Earth, and even extraterrestrial communities, and there are countless of them that are impossible to grasp.

Among these diverse communities, there are those with high vibrations, which are communities of the root soul's light. This is the third layer. This can be metaphorically called the Archangel or the Root Light, and it is a group soul or a collective higher self of the soul. It shines brightly, has strong energy, and has a large amount of energy and light. A part of the soul is created from this root and reincarnated on Earth, and when the soul completes its mission and ascends, it returns to this root soul group.

This root soul group has a name, but when you try to say it, it only returns "nothing," because it no longer exists as an individual name. However, when a part of the soul is created from this root and reincarnated on Earth, it is often called by various names. These are temporary names given when the soul is reincarnated and has a body and individual consciousness, and there is no name for the root itself, which is a collective consciousness. Sometimes, it can be metaphorically named, but it is not something that can be named.

As mentioned, there are three layers, and people live in a community with those they become close to, and eventually, they become satisfied and ascend, returning to the higher self group in the heavens. Then, a part of the higher self is created as needed, and this cycle repeats.

■Souls Ascending to Return to Their Higher Selves as Part of a Group Soul

The purpose of human life is to return to one's higher self. The creation of soul fragments and their reincarnation on Earth is a result of a desire held by the higher self. This desire is often for knowledge, and once that knowledge is gained and the purpose is fulfilled, the soul returns to the higher self. Of course, some souls are reincarnated with a special mission to save the Earth, but in most cases, reincarnation is driven by a desire for knowledge.

When a soul fulfills its mission on Earth, it is satisfied and ascends, floating in the sky after death, returning to its higher self. Even after death, the body floats in the air, and then ascends further, enveloped in light. This may seem strange, but as the soul ascends to a higher dimension, the physical body rises and is enveloped in light, appearing to disappear to those watching. In reality, the soul is returning to the higher self.

From the perspective of the collective consciousness of the higher self, it can observe everything happening on Earth, including how former acquaintances and wives are wondering, "Where did they go? What happened?"

The soul exchanges information with the collective consciousness of the higher self for a while, accumulating memories and experiences as part of the group soul. In some cases, the soul may remain with the higher self, but in my case, I saw that my wives were sad, so after a while, I, with the same core, but with the consciousness of the higher self (group soul), created a new soul fragment and descended to them, although it was not exactly the same.

Once a soul merges with the higher self (group soul), it is almost impossible to completely separate and return to the previous state. However, because there is a core, it is possible to create a new soul fragment that is quite similar, but not exactly the same.

Therefore, my former wives may sense that something is different, even if they don't say it explicitly. This is because the core is the same, but the soul has merged with the higher self and separated again, so it cannot be the same person.

In this way, ascension and soul fragmentation involve the union and separation of souls, and the exchange of experiences and memories through the merging with the group soul means that it is impossible to create a soul fragment that is exactly the same. However, the core remains the same, so the life continues as a similar person.

■Various Forms of Support from Souls and Guardian Spirits in a Three-Layered World

In such a hierarchical structure, former wives, family members, or close friends act as guardian spirits, providing support similar to that of humans. This is the first layer of guardian spirits.

Next, it is possible to request support from a more specific and appropriate soul by connecting with the higher self. The higher self (group soul) appears as a group soul from the perspective of individual soul fragments in a lower layer, but the group soul itself is a collective consciousness with a large personality. Around this higher self or group soul, there are other collective consciousnesses that are almost deified, and there are differences in the amount of their aura. These higher selves interact with each other, and through these connections, people who can provide support for earthly reincarnation are selected, and they receive significant support from a higher level.

Although the higher self is said to be personified, it exists as an individual, but not quite. Through connections with acquaintances, even though they are part of a collective consciousness, there is not much distinction between self and other, and even if they are not the same higher self, there is not much distinction between self and other. In this way, appropriate people are selected, borrowing inspiration from acquaintances' higher selves, and they are asked for support. Of course, the other party must agree, but if they agree, a support person will come from the community of higher selves. This is different from the support provided by the earthly realm, such as from former wives or close friends, which is mostly about everyday life. This type of support through connections with higher selves provides more fundamental, spiritual support that encompasses the past, present, and future, and aims to promote spiritual growth. This is the second layer of guardian spirits.

And as a third layer, there is support from the Higher Self, which is connected at the soul level and always connected with you at the heart level. This is not a guardian spirit, but rather your very essence, and it is also your Higher Self, but the core is the same, and the aura is also the same. In reality, you are always connected to your Higher Self, and it can be metaphorically called a guardian spirit, but in reality, it is also yourself. This layer also exists.

Furthermore, as an additional explanation, a separate aspect of your Higher Self may also support your life. However, more often than other aspects providing support, your own soul supports you across time, from the past and the future. For example, before you are born, your soul may overview your life and plan it, providing support to your future self in advance. Or, it may go back to the past to rewrite a timeline that did not go as planned, supporting yourself. This can also be seen as a kind of guardian spirit, and such support exists.

Stories about someone being the reincarnation of a famous person are usually unreliable.

There are cases where a soul truly reincarnates, but it's rarely 100%. This is because, in some cases, the soul merges with a "group soul" before being reborn. When a famous person has fulfilled their purpose, their soul ascends and returns to the group soul. Once a soul returns to the group soul, it temporarily merges with the group, and the core part is preserved. However, a new soul separated from that core cannot be the same person.

While it can be said that the logic "the same person if the core is the same" holds true to some extent, I don't consider them the same person; I consider them "the same core."

The number of reincarnations for a "same core" person varies depending on the perspective. For someone completely unrelated, it's the first reincarnation. If someone who knew the previous incarnation encounters the "same core" again, they might wonder if it's the same person reincarnating, or if it's a different person because the core is the same but separated from the group soul again, or if they simply consider it "the same core" without counting reincarnation, or if they count it as reincarnation because part of the soul is the same, or if they don't count it at all.

Therefore, it's not as simple as saying "the reincarnation of that famous person." In reality, if the group soul belongs to the same place, it's possible to say that, which means there could be many "reincarnations of that famous person" depending on how you look at it.

However, the general perception of reincarnation is that the same person reincarnates 100%. In that case, the same soul reincarnates only when it cannot ascend and is wandering. This is not a good thing. Because if a soul cannot ascend, it cannot return to the group soul, and that's why it's repeating the 100% reincarnation.

Sometimes, when a holy being dies, the soul separates. The holy part ascends to the group soul or the original god, and the remaining part reincarnates on Earth. Even in this case, if the reincarnated person is considered the reincarnation of the remaining part, it means that the part that could not ascend is reincarnating, so you can't just be happy about being the reincarnation of a famous person.

■Ascension means not reincarnating.

If we can trace the relationship between a soul's journey and a famous person by examining the "soul core" and the "group soul" it belongs to, we can learn about our own soul's history and use it as a source of growth. However, if a fortune teller or spiritual counselor simply points out that you are the reincarnation of someone, the accuracy of that information is often questionable.

For example, Joan of Arc was divided into three parts after her death. One-third of her pure divine consciousness returned to the group soul (higher self) and became one with the divine consciousness. In this case, like a river flowing into the sea, the individual existence disappears, and only the higher self (group soul) remains. Therefore, this upper one-third will not reincarnate. The middle one-third was still a noble soul, so it was reborn as the daughter of a certain aristocratic family in present-day France. The lower one-third, which had a lingering sense of suffering due to being burned at the stake, drifted in the afterlife for a while, and then, at the request of two Japanese gods, was reborn as a famous Japanese warrior known to everyone in Japan. The pure one-third continued to exist as divine consciousness without being reborn, the middle one-third reincarnated several times in Europe, and the lower one-third, who was reborn as a Japanese warrior, had a difficult life. In each reincarnation and life, there were various changes, such as soul division and integration, ascension, and additional separation from the group soul. Therefore, reincarnation is not simple.

So, while there are many actual things, to put it simply, the idea that "your current life is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity" is not entirely wrong. The soul continues, but you may only be able to live with the current personality and soul this time. If you reincarnate without ascending, you will be reborn with a similar personality, but that's considered a failure because you couldn't ascend. If you have a successful life, you will ascend and return to the group soul (higher self). Therefore, if you base your thinking on ascension, you can consider your current life as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity without making a mistake.

If a historical figure is spiritually great, the higher the degree of their greatness, the more likely they are to ascend completely, or to split, with only the part closest to God ascending and returning to the group soul (higher self). Therefore, the greater the greatness, the less likely it is that they will reincarnate. On the other hand, if they were simply influential and not spiritually great, there is a fair chance that they are reincarnating. In either case, reincarnation is not necessarily a good thing, and it should ideally be a one-time event to fulfill a mission.

After integrating with the group soul (also known as the higher self), it is possible to split the soul again for a specific purpose. In this case, if the core is the same, it can be considered a reincarnation, but it can also be seen as ascending and then reincarnating. However, this is not the "exact reincarnation" that is commonly talked about. When a soul ascends and then splits again, the similarity is only about "having similar features or the atmosphere of the eyes or face." If the core is the same, the similarity will be even greater. However, this is not the "exact 100% reincarnation" that is commonly talked about.

With this in mind, while it is not entirely wrong to use the term "reincarnation" for the same core, it may be a misleading story.

It is also possible to intentionally create a split soul that resembles the previous life. In this case, the purpose may be to emphasize the connection with the previous split soul. The extent to which this is inherited depends on the core, and in other words, whether the core and its surroundings are inherited, or only the area around the core is inherited, will change the nature of the split soul.

This is a story that can be difficult to understand if you don't look at it carefully, so when talking casually, it can be difficult to explain, so you can say "there is reincarnation" or "there is no reincarnation" easily, but in reality, you cannot know what is actually happening unless you look at it in detail.

Life is only once, which is true in a certain sense.

In a sense, it is true that life is only once, even though the so-called soul continues, and experiences, love, and memories do not disappear with the death of the body.

There are two reincarnation patterns. If the soul (astral body) reincarnates again as is, it may not be able to ascend and have to redo life. Otherwise, if life goes well and ascends, it will dissolve into the group soul. Therefore, the "me" who has the current individuality, memories, and experiences is, in a sense, unique to this lifetime.

If we broaden our perspective to the group soul, it can be said that life happens many times. However, regarding the "me" who exists as an individual created from the group soul, even if the core is the same, there is a resemblance, but in terms of being the exact same individual, life is basically once.

There are also cases where people cannot ascend and are looping their lives. In this case, there is a similar reincarnation as an individual, including individuality. However, this is not something to be praised; it is like failing the graduation exam in a life game that you set up in advance, and failing to ascend and entering the reincarnation loop of life.

■Two reincarnation loops (the loop of suffering and the loop of knowledge)

In Buddhism, Hinduism in India, or the Vedas, it is important to escape the reincarnation loop and attain freedom (moksha) or enlightenment. However, being in a reincarnation loop means that you are not satisfied with life, you are not achieving the purpose of life, and you are repeating life.

Therefore, when freedom (moksha) or enlightenment is attained in Buddhism or the Vedas, it leads to ascension and merging with the group soul, which can be called the "end of reincarnation." However, this only has the meaning of escaping from being trapped in a loop that cannot graduate from the life game as an individual, and it does not depict a larger perspective.

There is another major reincarnation loop, which is the loop of the group soul creating a spirit and living life for the purpose of the group soul. This can be said to have no graduation, and the end of this group soul loop is when the universe learns everything and becomes unnecessary, which is a very long time, almost eternal, from the perspective of human consciousness.

In this way, the reincarnation of the group soul has no end, and unlike ordinary humans who are suffering in the reincarnation loop, the reincarnation of the group soul and the spirits created by the group soul are all for "learning."

The story of escaping the reincarnation loop in Buddhism and the Vedas is about escaping from worldly suffering such as desires, suffering, and attachment, and escaping the loop.

That being said, from the perspective of the group soul, there is a higher level of perspective, which is "knowledge," "exploration," and "consciousness." By being conscious, we explore and acquire knowledge. And for that purpose, we create spirits and explore.

The spiritual level that one can reach depends on the group soul to which one belongs.

This understanding is quite important. While spiritual techniques, knowledge, and practices are publicly available, they often reach a limit based on the growth stage of the individual's group soul.

Often, when spirituality talks about "the universe," "the whole," or "space," those individuals may vaguely sense something, but the "whole" they refer to usually represents their group soul.

* Subjective experience: "(Through meditation) I became one with the universe."
* Subjective experience: "(Through meditation) I became one with the world."
* Subjective experience: "(Through meditation) I became one with the whole."

In most cases, these subjective experiences actually represent a merging with the individual's group soul.

In reality, group souls belonging to different individuals rarely overlap unless it is intentional.

There are techniques to merge auras with others, but it's generally not advisable. This is also a cosmic law. Merging auras with others can lead to the acceptance of karma, conflicts, and traumas that have nothing to do with oneself. Therefore, it's fundamental to avoid merging auras.

Based on this premise, the level of spiritual understanding an individual can achieve is directly related to the level of consciousness of their group soul. Since an individual is a fragment of a group soul, their level of consciousness is essentially the same.

Therefore, to reach a spiritual level beyond what one's group soul has achieved, effort, practice, and study are necessary. When comparing oneself to others, it's natural for individuals with different group souls to have different levels of consciousness.

Consequently, spiritual techniques often discussed, such as Kundalini awakening or connecting with the higher self, can be relatively easy or commonplace for some group souls, while for others, they may be more challenging.

This varies from person to person and depends on the history of their group soul. Broadly speaking, group souls originating from Earth and those that have traveled throughout the universe have significantly different levels.

Spirituality often reaches a limit at the group soul level. Individuals then strive to surpass this limit through practice and study.

In recent materialistic times, the level of spirituality tends to decline, but even in such cases, spiritual practice and study can often quickly restore one to the level already achieved by their group soul.

■ Many spiritual concepts are often just imagination.

For Earth-based spirituality, "faith" and "worship" often take center stage. Therefore, it's natural for group souls raised on Earth to adopt these forms. In these cases, what is often called spirituality involves imagining, enjoying, or imitating forms, which is not necessarily bad. However, it often involves imitation and worship, and in many cases, what is said in spirituality is merely "imagination," and some people live their entire lives in this state. Even so, repeated exploration over many lifetimes leads to gradual growth, so it is not wasted. Even then, if one can achieve a state of tranquility and feel happy, that may be quite sufficient. For souls originating from Earth, "a state of tranquility" is often a goal. Therefore, many religions equate "a state of tranquility" with enlightenment.

On the other hand, only group souls originating from the universe (and some Earth-based group souls) can truly practice the techniques described in spirituality. In these cases, Kundalini can actually awaken, one can connect with their higher self, and one can truly practice what is described in spirituality. In this case, "a state of tranquility" serves as a foundation for activating Kundalini, connecting with the higher self, astral projection, and transcending dimensions.

The reason why spiritual knowledge has been kept secret for so long is likely because it is useless to teach it to souls originating from Earth, as they would not understand it and would only use it to satisfy their desires. According to records and traditions, there have been times in the past when spiritual knowledge was offered to people, but all of those attempts ended in disappointment. As a result, a tradition was established not to easily transmit spiritual knowledge.

Recently, times have changed, and spiritual pioneers have begun to publicly share knowledge, stating that "it is no longer a secret." As a result, we can now read various books, but not everyone can necessarily understand them, and not everyone can necessarily put them into practice.

Before enlightenment, the last reincarnation may have disabilities.

Having a disability can completely negate one's abilities, and because of this, it can awaken higher abilities, which can become the key to enlightenment. Some traditions tell stories of this kind, with theories like "the last reincarnation is as a person with a disability," but this is not entirely true.

In reality, a person does not attain enlightenment before their last reincarnation as a person with a disability. Instead, because they are not enlightened, their physical or spiritual senses are suppressed to awaken a higher level of perception.

If the disability is related to the physical senses, the spiritual senses may open to some extent. Conversely, if the disability is related to the spiritual senses, it may lead to an awakening of the realm of Purusha in Yoga or Atman in Vedanta.

It is not always necessary for a person to lose a certain ability in order to awaken the ability of the next level, but losing that ability makes it impossible to rely on that sense, forcing them to constantly seek the ability of the next level. Of course, some people may give up without seeking, but for those born with disabilities for the sake of enlightenment, it seems inevitable that they will seek higher abilities.

There are also cases where a person is born with a disability simply due to negative karma, which has little to do with enlightenment. However, for those born with disabilities for the sake of enlightenment, this is a forced training to awaken higher abilities.

In terms of physical abilities, for example, a person who is blind may seek other sensory abilities. Conversely, even if a person originally has spiritual sight and spiritual hearing, they may temporarily restrict their spiritual abilities to train themselves to connect with a higher vibrational realm.

This is a choice made by someone with a certain foundation, and they choose to be born with a disability.

■ Intentionally suppressing spiritual abilities to approach enlightenment

In reality, if a person can be born without a disability and attain enlightenment, that is sufficient. However, if a person has repeatedly failed to grow and stagnated throughout their life, or if their vibration has been declining with each reincarnation, leading to a very difficult situation, this type of life with disabilities is equivalent to a Spartan-style training to break through that stagnation and decline.

Whether it is a physical or spiritual disability, the things that were previously visible or audible become impossible, which is very frightening at first. For example, a person who could see spirits and avoid evil spirits, or who could hear warnings through spiritual hearing, would have to live a very frightening life if they could no longer do so. There is an immense fear before choosing such a life, and in reality, when they are born and cannot see or hear anything, they fall into a dark situation. Although they can live by relying on their physical senses, they are cut off from the spiritual world that surrounded them, and they can only live in a situation where their spiritual senses are diluted.

As a result, there is a certain probability that they will become addicted to physical pleasures, their desires and ego will expand, and they will fall into depravity. Therefore, a life with such disabilities is a high-risk endeavor, but it also has the potential for significant growth.

From the outside, a person whose spiritual sight and hearing are restricted appears to be an ordinary person. Compared to someone with even a slight spiritual ability, their spiritual abilities may seem inferior, so they may appear to be a complete novice or simply a physical person. Even if they are thought of that way, there is no need to force it, because there are very few people who are undergoing such training in this world, and most people are not even aware that such training exists.

Recently, a term that is no longer commonly used is "a special mantle from the spiritual realm," which can restrict spiritual abilities and allow for reincarnation. This is achieved through a special mantra and a hand gesture, which are not particularly difficult, but chanting the mantra and performing the gesture will release the seal. Alternatively, the seal is released after death when the soul separates from the body.

Especially in this day and age, it is easy to fall into depravity, so this training is not recommended. However, some people are undergoing training using this method, for example, a person who seemed like an ordinary person who was not growing at all while undergoing Buddhist training may have been using this mantle, and that is why their spiritual abilities did not manifest.

People sometimes use spiritual abilities to measure a person's spiritual growth or the degree of their spiritual development, but not everything can be measured in that way.

Ascending to heaven and merging with the Group Soul is equivalent to achieving enlightenment in Buddhism.

Buddhism defines escaping the cycle of reincarnation as enlightenment, and there is indeed a discussion about whether the Buddha himself acknowledged reincarnation, but I believe that, as a sect, it refers to enlightenment. In my interpretation, escaping the cycle of reincarnation corresponds to what I mentioned above, and it aligns with the concept of Moksha (liberation) in Vedanta.

This is just my personal interpretation.

Whether it is enlightenment or Moksha (liberation), it does not often mention what happens afterward, but rather focuses on being liberated from the cycle of reincarnation. In the ordinary state of people in the world, there are many desires and conflicts, and these karmas become the trigger for the next reincarnation, causing the gears of reincarnation to turn one after another.

I believe there are about two cycles. First, there is the ordinary cycle of reincarnation on Earth, which, as Buddhism and Vedanta say, revolves around desires and conflicts, which are the cause of karma. In this case, there is no ascension, and there is no merging with the group soul; instead, the individual soul simply repeats reincarnation.

On the other hand, by being satisfied with everything in life, or by abandoning desires, one can ascend after death. This is what is called enlightenment or Moksha (liberation), and in my interpretation, by ascending, one merges with the higher group soul to which one belongs. In this state, there is no distinction between self and other within the group soul. However, even as a group soul, there is a certain core, and that core can be separated by the will of the group soul to create another spirit.

This creation of spirits is not deeply discussed in Buddhism or Vedanta. After enlightenment or Moksha (liberation), one merges with the group soul, but then, based on the will of the group soul, another spirit may be created as a separate individual.

Therefore, the life of a group soul continues even after enlightenment or Moksha (liberation). There is also a degree of spiritual growth of the entire group soul, and if enlightenment or Moksha (liberation) is a common stage, one usually ascends and returns to the group soul. On the other hand, for souls belonging to a group soul that has not grown much, they may not return and continue to reincarnate on Earth, as Buddhism says.

This Earth is a special environment, and even if a soul has a high spiritual level in its group soul, it may continue to reincarnate because the Earth is too interesting.

In any case, in addition to the well-known ordinary cycle of reincarnation, there is also a cycle as a group soul.

There are even higher dimensions above the group soul, but for us who live in the three-dimensional world, it is not something that can be easily recognized, so I think it is sufficient to recognize the group soul. Even that is filled with immense light, wisdom, and ability from our perspective on Earth.

Schools of thought that do not accept reincarnation.

In some Christian or esoteric traditions, reincarnation is generally not accepted. Christianity, for example, teaches that individuals are judged after death, or that life is only lived once. Conversely, some Buddhist teachings subtly imply or deny reincarnation, while others, like spiritualism, explicitly support it.

These different perspectives can be seen as partially true, each representing a different facet of reality.

From a higher dimensional perspective, the idea that each individual experiences life on Earth only once may not be entirely incorrect.

However, it is also possible for individuals to die, become earthbound spirits unable to ascend, and wander the earthly realm, or to reincarnate to redo their lives.

Some interpretations of Christianity suggest that individuals must confess their sins before death to enter heaven; otherwise, they may remain on Earth and reincarnate. While Christianity traditionally denies the existence of an afterlife, associating it with dark and frightening realms, recent spiritualist movements have attempted to communicate with those in the afterlife, leading some to believe in its existence.

In reality, the world is generally divided into three or four layers.

* The physical world of Earth, inhabited by humans.
* The "otherworld" (which can be divided into two).
* The ascended realm.

If we divide it into four layers, it would be:

* The earthly world.
* Unpurified spirits trapped on Earth.
* The "otherworld," a realm above the clouds.
* The higher realm, the realm of group souls.

Ideally, as some Christian teachings suggest, individuals should live one life on Earth and then ascend to the higher realm. However, if they become trapped in the intermediate realms, they may experience something akin to reincarnation.

The worst situation is being an unpurified spirit, which can hinder the ability to reincarnate. The next level is the "ordinary" otherworld, a realm with various worlds, such as the Japanese spirit world, where people with distinct characteristics reside, living relatively normal and healthy lives.

The higher realm can be reached by "ascending" from the ordinary otherworld. It is also known as the realm of group souls, where consciousness merges into a larger collective.

Even in the higher realm, individuals may descend to the lower realms for specific purposes, acquiring physical bodies or acting as fragments of consciousness.

Therefore, whether or not reincarnation exists is debatable, but the idea of one's individual personality being reborn is often associated with lower levels of existence. As one ascends, the process of merging and joining becomes more prevalent, and the concept of individual reincarnation diminishes. However, some core aspects may be carried over, leading to similarities, although not always.

(Supplement: 2023/6/11)

From the higher realm, it is possible to observe the earthly realm. Sometimes, as in old stories, this observation may appear as "looking down" from the heavens, or psychically projecting images onto a mirror-like surface in the mind. It is also possible to overlay one's consciousness onto another's, observing the world from their subjective perspective. Therefore, all the stages mentioned above are not necessarily from a subjective perspective; there is also an objective, third-person perspective. Each layer has its own form of remote viewing, which can range from a "looking down" perspective to a camera-like image, or even observing from the perspective of a specific individual. The latter can be confusing, as one might mistake it for their own experience.

Due to the overlap of these phenomena, it can be difficult to determine whether memories or impressions that arise are truly one's own or simply observations.

* Reincarnating on Earth: Psychic remote viewing from a third-person perspective, or overlaying one's consciousness onto another's, perceiving their opinions telepathically. This can easily be mistaken for past lives.
* The otherworld, above the clouds: Similar to the above. The basic form is psychic "looking down" at Earth, which is easier than observing from Earth. It is less likely to be mistaken for a past life.
* The higher realm of group souls: The same, even easier. The likelihood of mistaking it for a past life is almost nonexistent.

When observing others, the basic principle is to shift your consciousness and observe from the outside, which allows you to see a video through a third-person perspective camera. However, when your consciousness overlaps with someone else's, you can know what that person is thinking, and at that time, it becomes a subjective perspective.

Regarding yourself, you have a subjective perspective, but even when observing yourself, if you are in an astral state, it becomes a third-person perspective. In other words, it feels like you have both a subjective and a third-person perspective. The subjective and third-person perspectives are different, but they are integrated in terms of consciousness. Therefore, even if you are observing yourself from a third-person perspective, it may be your own consciousness, but it could also be a misunderstanding and you are simply observing from the outside.

It is difficult to distinguish between these when they are temporarily overlapping at a higher level of consciousness. However, the constant consciousness that we refer to as "ourselves" and the other person, who is considered "others" because they are moving with their own free will, can temporarily become the same. At that time, it is difficult to distinguish whether it is "ourselves" or "others" during that temporary overlap, but it usually separates quickly, and even if it was temporarily overlapping, the other person is still the other person.

Two interpretations of group soul.

Group soul refers to a place where one's soul ascends after death and returns to merge. However, the spiritual interpretation is free, and it can also be understood as "souls with a deep connection."

People who are connected through a group soul in the original sense are those who understand and empathize with each other quickly. When you meet someone from the same group soul, you can quickly achieve spiritual growth through their guidance. However, there are also group souls that have not undergone spiritual growth, so in such cases, you need to make diligent efforts.

Generally, it is rare to meet someone connected through a group soul. Therefore, it is better to accept relationships with people you cannot understand as normal.

On the other hand, the concept of "souls with a deep connection" in the context of group soul has a different interpretation from the original meaning. It means that if you are from the same group soul, you can deeply understand each other through a long relationship. However, if you are from different group souls, there may be fundamental differences, and it may take time to achieve a deep understanding.

From this information, you can gain a more concrete understanding of group soul.

The current life is a continuation of past lives.

There are coincidences, and there is fate, which seems like an inevitable environment, but fundamentally, the current life is a continuation of past lives.

In reality, reincarnation is not what is commonly believed; it involves joining a group soul, and then a spirit is created from that group soul again. Therefore, the current life as a spirit is basically only once, but there are exceptions where a spirit may reincarnate several times, and there is also the accumulation of experiences through the group soul. So, although it is different from the common understanding, in a broad sense, reincarnation does exist.

In the meaning of reincarnation, in the broad sense, the current life is based on a sampling of past lives accumulated by the group soul in each life. Spirits have been created from the group soul and have experienced life, and because of that foundation, when another spirit is created from the group soul, past experiences gradually come to life.

Therefore, direct experiences of past lives are basically non-existent, except for the exceptional cases where a spirit reincarnates repeatedly (although some people may experience it more often). Basically, the current life of an individual spirit is based on the sampling of past experiences through the group soul.

In most cases, it is a sampling, and it is not necessarily a direct past life, but the group soul does not exist uniformly and universally; it has varying degrees of intensity, and there is also a core. If the core is the same, spirits that are quite similar are created. Even if the core is different, if the spirits are from the same group soul, they are quite similar, but if the core is the same, they are very similar.

Thus, the current life of a spirit is based on the experiences of the past group soul, but after the current life ends, the spirit ascends and returns to the group soul, and at that time, the experiences of the current life are absorbed into the group soul as learning and shared.

Therefore, if the group soul has a rich experience, it will further accumulate knowledge.

Similarly, in human relationships, the group soul forms a large collective consciousness, but when a spirit belonging to another group soul becomes friendly, interactions begin between the group souls, and spirits that have separated from each respective group soul cooperate with each other.

The reason why someone unexpectedly helps you in life, or why you live a blessed life, is largely due to the accumulation of past experiences. In a previous life, a spirit from a certain group soul may have helped or been helped by someone, and that relationship may result in selfless assistance in this life.

Therefore, in the current life, it is important not only to conduct business and human relationships in a cold and detached manner, but also to help others as much as possible. Although it is not always possible to provide assistance without expecting anything in return in the current world, if the other person is sincere, that relationship will last for a long time, even into the next life, so try to help them as much as possible.

By doing so, life becomes richer, more people will help you, and you will naturally become more prosperous. By increasing the number of trustworthy companions, you can live a secure life not only in this life but also in the next life.

Do you identify yourself with your higher self?

The concept of the higher self is somewhat mysterious, and it can be interpreted as a guide or as a higher self in the literal sense. My current understanding is that initially, the higher self is recognized as something separate from oneself, but as the conscious mind, as a normal mind in the physical body and lower dimensions, is purified and traumas and impurities are removed, the higher self and the physical body and mind eventually connect and unite, residing in the heart. Once they are united, they no longer exist as a guide, but as a single entity, the higher self, expressing consciousness and higher will.

Therefore, the higher self is indeed oneself, but initially, it is a separate entity, and it is recognized as channeling or an inner dialogue, and is identified as something slightly separate.

Some people cannot distinguish these things and think that everything is themselves, simply thinking "I am intuitive." However, in reality, whether it is separate or connected and identical is a very important point spiritually.

If you say that the higher self is yourself from the beginning, then it is. However, the higher self is not initially overlapping with oneself, but is slightly separate. This is a fairly common state, and even in this state, people can live relatively normal lives, so there is not much hindrance, and most people seem to end their lives in this state.

The spirit and the higher self are the same, but also different. A person has a lower consciousness mind and a higher consciousness higher self, and spiritually, the goal is to unite them. However, the lower mind itself has a certain level of consciousness, and is strongly connected to physical things, but that is how the mind as consciousness is formed.

And, the lower mind acts on its own, so after death, if the lower mind and the higher self are united, they become one and act as a single entity, or if they are not united, the higher self moves freely, but the lower mind may remain on Earth for a while like a shadow. In this case, consciousness separates after death. In this case, the lower mind is oneself, but since it is separated, it can be said that it has become a completely different person.

If a person lives with the lower mind as the center, then after death, they will continue with that consciousness, so it is difficult to recognize the higher self. Moreover, if a person dies in such a separated state, the higher self and the lower mind are separated, so the lower mind is unlikely to be helped. In such cases, they become wandering spirits and roam around.

In order to avoid this, it is better to awaken spiritually while alive and unite with the higher self. If you do that, you can be quickly guided by the higher self after death and move freely, or spend a happy time with people (spirits) who are connected to you. If you are satisfied with the afterlife, you can also quickly return to your group soul.

Reincarnation, existence or non-existence.

The existence of reincarnation varies depending on the level of consciousness. There is no reincarnation above the level of Atman, but below that, there is existence, so there is a beginning and an end. And, depending on how you look at it, what is called the beginning and end can also be called reincarnation. However, since Atman continues to exist, it does not have a beginning or an end.

In some schools of thought, there is confusion about this, and there are many schools that claim that there is no reincarnation. However, some people misunderstand this as meaning that there is no reincarnation for humans in this world. These schools teach that there is only one birth in this world, and that a divine consciousness descends to this world and is reborn only once. Some Christian teachings speak of judgment after death, and some schools teach that there is only one birth on this earth.

In reality, the idea that there is no reincarnation is a characteristic of "desert religions." Many religious and spiritual groups follow this idea, claiming that there is only one birth on this earth. However, sometimes, along with this explanation, there is also an explanation such as "drifting through the universe for millions of years..." This makes it difficult to believe that there is only one birth after existing for millions of years in the universe. If consciousness exists for millions of years, there must be more than one birth.

I think that many of these stories are interpreted in a way that is convenient for each school of thought.

- A arrogant feeling of wanting to make the past lives "as if they didn't exist." A desire to avoid looking back at the past.
- Because (thinking that there is no reincarnation and that this life is the only one) you can think of yourself as equal to others.
- Because (thinking that there is no reincarnation, you can think of yourself as equal to others) you want to eliminate feelings of inferiority. (Actually, this is an illusion.) (In reality, there are often many barriers that are difficult to overcome between oneself and others.)
- (For the group, it is easier to control people if they believe that there is only one reincarnation.)
- Actually, they can only grasp that much, so for the person themselves, it seems like there is no reincarnation and that life is only once, so they are honest with themselves. (This is not necessarily a bad thing.)
- They are arbitrarily interpreting the story of "there is no birth and no death" that they heard from other schools. They do not understand it properly.

I think it is necessary to overcome these self-serving stories about "there is no reincarnation." To do so, it is necessary to understand the stories about Atman and other levels of consciousness, and to overcome the confusion between the stories about Atman and the stories about the human ego.

Convenient schools of thought say confusing things like "there is no birth and no death" when talking about the ego, but this is actually a characteristic of Atman, but for some reason, it is being talked about in the level of the ego. This is something that seems to be understood, but is actually different, and has the effect of strengthening the ego and causing misunderstandings. As a result, people who say or are told these things may have an inflated ego and become troublesome. This kind of wording may be acceptable as a rough explanation for beginners, but if that is the case, the person explaining should explain it with the understanding that it is a rough explanation, and the way of speaking would be slightly different. However, it seems that even the person who is saying it does not fully understand the logic behind it.

However, sometimes, the person who says these things, especially the founder of a group, actually intuitively understands everything, which makes the situation complicated. However, the fact that the person who is saying it is not using the "words" appropriately and is talking about it in a vague way (even though they intuitively understand it) confuses those around them. If the founder understands, that's fine, but if someone who hears it later misinterprets it, it becomes a problem.

This story is actually simple: there is no reincarnation above the level of Atman, and there is no birth and no death, it is an eternal and complete consciousness, which is Atman (the true self). On the other hand, the ego (self, Jiva) is a limited existence that will cease to exist. So, when you say to the ego, "You are God, so you are eternal and there is no birth and no death," it becomes incomprehensible. As a result, the self-esteem of "knowing that" expands, and it becomes a troublesome existence. The ego may think, "So, I can do whatever I want." Common sense people would notice that something is wrong, but some people do not notice.

For example, there was a certain instructor who, in a way that conveyed excitement, said something like, "You are an eternal being, you are a god!" But I felt that the meaning was completely different, and that if you knew the meaning, you wouldn't use such an exciting expression. I was listening to it while thinking that. It's a bit rude to point it out, so I didn't say anything. Also, even if you tell the ego, "You are a god. You are eternal," it doesn't have much spiritual meaning, and it can be harmful, increasing self-esteem and hindering humility. The ego may think it knows, but in reality, it doesn't understand much. And yet, the ego becomes so arrogant because it thinks it has gained knowledge that it becomes difficult for others to listen to it.

The ego is, in essence, ahankara (ego) in yoga, jiva in Vedanta, a false self, and not the true self. Therefore, the ego (jiva) is not eternal. There are even spiritual groups that teach the ego (jiva) the wrong thing, such as "You are eternal." The ego is an illusion, so teaching the ego's consciousness that "You are eternal" doesn't seem to have much meaning. Instead, it seems more useful to calmly teach the difference between the ego and the Atman (true self).

The first hurdle is to calm the ego. When the ego calms down, the Higher Self (Atman) can approach, and then a fusion of the ego and the Higher Self occurs. However, at that point, the Higher Self has a certain level of divine consciousness, so it is true to a limited extent that it is a part of God. However, in a state where the ego and the Higher Self are separated, the ego is not God.

Since the consciousness of the Higher Self is a part of God, it is eternal, and it does not die or is born, which is true. However, if the ego misunderstands and thinks, "I (the ego) am eternal," it only deepens the separation.

Therefore,
- The Higher Self does not reincarnate.
- The ego (self) does reincarnate.
This is the basic principle, but there are intermediate aspects, and the core aspects are passed down in reincarnation, and especially the core has similar properties.

Conditional karmic aspects are also passed down as intermediate things. In addition to ascending and returning to the Group Soul, there are cases where the soul intentionally returns after death, and in that case, it joins the Group Soul without going through a purification process, so some conditional karma accumulates. The conditional aspect is not only bad things, but also good intentions are also a conditional aspect, so good habits (and bad habits) are passed down.

The Higher Self and the stories above are for those who have grown spiritually to a certain extent, and those who have not grown that much are not God.

Indeed, everything in this world is a part of God, but that doesn't mean that your conscious ego is a divine consciousness.

The ego is, in essence, just a reaction of thought (Buddhi) and is not eternal, and although it circulates for a longer period than the physical body, it still has a beginning and an end. What has no beginning and no end is the Atman. The physical body, astral body, and causal body (Karana) are material, so they have a beginning and an end. Therefore, what is said in the world as reincarnation is not exactly the same, but there is a circulation that can be called reincarnation.

Faith and reincarnation.

When you understand the mechanism of reincarnation and reach a certain level of understanding, faith inevitably sprouts. This is not a faith or dependence on someone "other" or a relationship of being manipulated and not investigated. It is a faith in the sense of becoming one with your own Higher Self (True Self). Because it is literally yourself, the concepts of being manipulated or not believing do not apply. It is about trusting yourself and living your own life.

In reality, the True Self (Atman, Higher Self) is there, but before awakening, the ego (Jiva in Vedanta, the mistaken self, or Ahankara in Yoga) is prominent. When such explanations are given, the ego's consciousness may mistakenly think, "So, am I free to do whatever I want?" The first step is for the ego to notice that "It's strange that the ego thinks it's okay to do whatever it wants." Therefore, a willingness to seek the true nature of things is necessary.

In reality, the Jiva is just mistaken, and it is the same as the Higher Self (True Self), but there is a separation in the conscious mind. When the ego's mistake is corrected and the truth is discovered, the Jiva (ego) and the Higher Self become one.

And faith is directed towards the divinity of the Higher Self. The Higher Self is a high-dimensional consciousness that integrates the consciousness of creation, preservation, and destruction. It is both divine and terrifying, and yet, it is full of peace, filling the space (around you), and is also full of creative vitality.

Spiritual organizations that focus on techniques (skills), rituals, magic, and "effects" and do not focus on faith have not yet reached this level. Even if they are normally engaged in spirituality, if you approach the Higher Self, you will inevitably encounter this consciousness of creation, preservation, and destruction, and then you will inevitably awaken to faith.

This is not about worshipping someone, but about having faith through reverence for the divinity of your own Higher Self. At that point, you have long since moved beyond the relationship of being manipulated and being manipulated, so you will basically not fall into the trap of manipulation and non-investigation (although it is not completely impossible). Instead, you will awaken to faith in yourself and your Higher Self.

This is the Higher Self from the perspective of the Jiva (ego).

If you seek faith before reaching this stage, there is often a tendency to develop a dependent relationship. Therefore, faith should be naturally generated. If you do not have faith, it is not necessarily a problem. Instead, it is necessary to have a sense of trust, which is what Vedanta calls Shraddha, and to trust the teachings, especially the teachings of the scriptures. Even so, it is necessary to maintain a scientific attitude of understanding, but reserving judgment on whether it is true or not, unless it is something you have verified yourself.

Even if you do not believe, you will inevitably awaken to faith when you reach that stage, so there is no need to force yourself to have faith. (While doing things that should be done, such as practice or studying scriptures), just wait for faith to awaken.

From the perspective of the higher self, the concept of "jiva" (ego).

The Higher Self, also known as the Atman (true self), is an eternal and complete being that is not born and does not die. From that perspective (in Vedanta), the Jiva (the self in ordinary consciousness, the temporary self, the ego) is fleeting and a being that is born and dies.

Basically, from the perspective of the Higher Self, the Jiva (ego) acts on its own and is often a being that does not move as desired. However, at times, it manipulates fate and leads the Jiva (ego) to realities that it did not intend.

From the perspective of the Higher Self, it transcends time and space, but regarding events on this earth, the Higher Self interacts with the world through the Jiva (ego) and the physical body. Therefore, the Higher Self needs to connect with the Jiva (ego).

Initially, it is difficult to connect with the Jiva (ego), especially in modern times, because people live freely, making it difficult for the voice of the Higher Self to reach the Jiva (ego). Therefore, it requires effort. However, the Higher Self persistently works on it.

And, rarely, the Jiva (ego) may notice, or if the person was originally engaged in spiritual practice, it is possible for the Jiva (ego) and the Higher Self to merge. In that case, the Higher Self's consciousness can be reflected in the Jiva (ego) relatively freely, and each can live daily with a harmonious consciousness from their respective perspectives. This is one of the goals of spiritual practice.

After the death of the physical body, the part that is close to the physical body may perish or separate, but the Higher Self survives. The Higher Self may return to the Group Soul, or it may remain and reincarnate. This is based on the premise of whether the Higher Self is sufficiently integrated to return to the Group Soul, but even if it is purified enough to return, it may not return due to the individual's will, or it may split before returning. However, in principle, if it can return, it basically returns completely to the Group Soul. Each one settles in the place that is most appropriate for them.

The strength of hierarchical connections and separation after death.

Whether or not one splits after death is basically determined by the mass of the aura's vibrational frequencies. In addition to that, it also depends on whether there is a separation in the layers of vibration, whether there is a bias towards different frequency bands, making it easier to separate, or whether everything is neatly and thoroughly connected, and whether the ego and higher self are firmly connected (without separation).

In cases where the ego and higher self are well connected, it seems that they often go to heaven as a whole, without leaving much behind on Earth. After living in heaven for a while, they gain satisfaction, a pillar of light rises, they ascend, and return to the group soul. This is a fairly ideal way of being.

Furthermore, by returning to the group soul, one can complete one cycle of reincarnation and feed back the knowledge gained to the group soul. Therefore, for the group soul that sent out the soul fragment, the return is considered a "return" and a "success." Sometimes the mission is successful, and sometimes it fails, but basically, any knowledge gained, whether successful or unsuccessful, is welcomed. For this reason, it is necessary to first fuse the ego (self) and the higher self.

Separation and consciousness.

As for the meaning, whether to separate or not, is also related to whether the separation occurs after death. This is because people who are blind and have weak willpower are at the mercy of circumstances, while people with strong willpower have a stronger ability to choose. However, to a certain extent, willpower works, but there are always parts that cannot reach the intermediate level (heaven) if there is a certain degree of separation between the ego and the higher self. At that time, those in higher dimensions can decide whether to separate (the coarse parts), and some people can choose whether to remain on the ground or in an intermediate level because of the coarse parts, or to separate and go to heaven with only the possible parts. Alternatively, if the integration of vibrations is weak and the separation is severe, it may be separated unwillingly.

And when separated, the lower side, which is like a shell of thoughts, remains on the ground, while the intermediate consciousness (that can go to heaven) goes to heaven. In some cases, only the higher side goes to heaven or ascends, but there may be cases where the separation of the higher part is almost non-existent. In this regard, whether you consciously separate or are separated passively by vibrations, it is essentially the same thing.

Cases where someone ascends to heaven immediately after death.

In cases where there is no specific intention, it seems that there are not many cases where, after death, the soul ascends directly to the group soul without being separated into "heaven" and "ascension." Rather, it seems that cases where the soul goes to "heaven" first and then ascends later are more common. There are also cases where, after death, the soul is immediately separated into "heaven" and "ascension," but these are also relatively rare.

Even when it is called "ascension," I (personally) say that it involves a stage of "ascension" after being in the state of "heaven," because for souls that are at an intermediate level of consciousness that can go to "heaven," there is a need to go through this stage of "ascension." However, depending on the state of the soul, it may be possible to return to the group soul without going through the process of "ascension." This is a state where, even if it is not called "ascension," the soul is fundamentally in a state where it can return smoothly in terms of vibration. In such cases, it is because there is an intention to have the entire soul, without leaving any part of it in the earthly realm or "heaven," be accepted by the group soul.

However, in terms of the method, it may be better to go through "heaven" first so that the lessons learned in the earthly realm can be digested and understood, and so that negative emotions can be released (while in "heaven") and purified to some extent before returning to the group soul. This is because, from the perspective of the group soul, the soul returns in an organized state, which reduces stimulation and makes it smoother. However, there are many cases where this is not a major concern. This seems to be related to whether the group soul wants to know the results quickly, and whether the soul wants to return quickly.

The expressions such as "nuke-kara pattern" can be used as they are. However, in some contexts, an explanation may be necessary. For example: - "Psychologists are studying the effects of the 'nuke-kara pattern' on human relationships." Even when using the term, the meaning can be conveyed more easily. Please let me know if you have any specific examples or additional instructions.

Basically, the key point is whether a "shell" of consciousness remains on the ground. Whether it remains on the ground or goes to heaven is a major turning point, and there's also the possibility that some parts separate and ascend, or not. So, the case where everything is connected and goes to heaven would be the next most common scenario.

Patterns:
- The entire soul returns to the group soul (ideal).
- The entire soul goes to heaven (this is common for Japanese people. This is the basic pattern for Japanese people).
And, after a considerable amount of time, it ascends and returns to the group soul, or it is reincarnated, or a part of the soul is separated, and the separated part is reincarnated.
- A shell of consciousness remains on the ground, and a separated, intermediate part goes to heaven. (Separation pattern)
- It wanders on the ground and cannot go to heaven (this happens when someone lives a life filled with desires or is blind).

There are various patterns, but for Japanese people, those with good vibrations tend to go to heaven.

With the help of a friend, I went to heaven.

Even if a person is not very aware, if someone who was relatively close to them goes to heaven, especially if they were a good couple, if one of them goes to heaven, the other may come to the darkness of the earth when the other dies, and often takes them to heaven. Unless they are completely alone and feel abandoned, it is normal for people to have some kind of connection with family or others, and in that case, even if the person is not very awakened, they may be able to go to heaven.

People who go to heaven by their own will have a wider range of actions after going to heaven, which is a good thing. However, at least if you have someone you know who goes to heaven, they will often help you and take you to heaven.

Sometimes, if you are a very stressful or tiring person while you are alive, you may hesitate, "What should I do?" If you are disliked, you will be left behind. This is the same as the human relationships during your lifetime.

Therefore, it is important to have good relationships with people as much as possible while you are alive. Especially with family, it is ideal to have a relationship where they help you without any conditions or expectations. After death, there is no money or restrictions, so relationships that were only connected by money will quickly become free and separate. On the other hand, many people will accompany those who have given you a lot of good experiences while you are alive. Therefore, it is a good idea to serve others as much as possible while you are alive.

Some people with psychic abilities or priests say that they help spirits to be reborn, but you don't have to go through such trouble. If you have someone you know who has gone to heaven, they will notice from the death of someone you are connected to and come to pick you up.

Avoid the aura of provocation and do not make contact.

There are people in society who, with intense laughter and humorous expressions, involve others, often referred to as influencers. These individuals may appear positive, but they are actually integrating their aura with others, creating a karmic connection with those around them. Therefore, there should be a choice for each individual regarding whether or not to integrate auras, but in reality, people often unconsciously have their auras aligned, and their will is pulled towards the stronger aura. When multiple people are karmically connected, even meeting just one of them can lead to being drawn into that karmic connection.

If this is a choice made by the individual, then it is a matter of personal freedom and they should be free to do as they please. However, in such cases, the karmic connection is likely to continue into the next generation. Because it lasts for so long, it should ideally be a choice made intentionally. In particular, it is important to avoid being unconsciously drawn into the influence of uninteresting influencers.

There are many people in this world who manipulate others for their own gain. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid being swayed by others, to avoid unnecessary involvement with others, and to avoid unnecessary interest in others. Otherwise, unnecessary involvement with others can sometimes lead to karmic connections.

When auras come into contact, it affects the cycle of reincarnation.

Basically, I don't interfere with other people's affairs.

When interacting with others, I think it is okay to answer when asked. However, even in that case, respecting the other person's choice is a fundamental principle. This is true not only for spiritual matters but also for general common sense.

Even if you are motivated by feelings of compassion and good intentions, there is a possibility of aura contact with the other person, regardless of what they are thinking. Even a slight comment can trigger an exchange of auras. Therefore, the basic principle is to avoid being overly interested in others. It is better to be interested in topics with higher vibrations than your own.

When you come into contact with the auras of others, it can affect your reincarnation. Contact with the auras of people with lower vibrations can cause suffering, and even when interacting with people with high auras, you may not be able to fully process the "understanding," and you may end up pretending to understand something you don't actually understand, leading to confusion. Skipping levels is not always a good thing. In fact, if you lack the basic foundation, you may quickly return to your original state, or you may suffer from a mismatch between your understanding and your aura.

Sometimes, stories like these are actually spiritual attacks. Even if you feel like you have grown by being exposed to high vibrations, the person's true nature may remain the same, so it may eventually revert to its original state.

Even if you are exposed to low vibrations, you will eventually recover to your original vibration, but there is no need to invite such unnecessary suffering in the first place.

Therefore, except when asked, and even when asked, whether to respond or not should be determined by your own judgment. The basic principle should be to avoid being interested in others and not to interfere.

If you interfere with others, it can affect not only the other person but also your own reincarnation.

Do not force yourself to associate with people you are not interested in.

It is possible that some people may misunderstand what I am saying and say, "What a terrible person to say that you are not interested in others." In reality, it is precisely because of this uniform and conformist pressure that interactions occur between people who would otherwise have no reason to interact, and this may be beneficial for people with low vibrations, as they may receive a high-vibration aura and become more energetic. However, people with relatively high vibrations may suffer from receiving the low vibrations of others.

Basically, I am only saying the obvious: that we should not engage with others unnecessarily, but rather selectively. If choice and autonomy are prioritized, they should take precedence over moralistic statements such as "everyone should be friends." However, especially in education, a selfish and unreasonable logic of "be friends" is often prioritized, which seems to hinder the spiritual growth of children. This arbitrary and selfish upbringing and educational philosophy has become a common sense, and it is mistakenly treated as superior to human free will and the principle of non-interference, which is why manipulative and exploitative relationships are often justified, especially in educational settings.

Having unwanted relationships can affect reincarnation.

* Free will and children's growth

Children often do not understand this, so even if someone says, "I said I'm not interested," they may not understand and may be pressured by other children or even teachers to "play together," which they reluctantly follow. This often creates a power hierarchy of manipulation and exploitation, which is very troublesome for those who are forced to participate. It is possible that adults may have had manipulative relationships as a matter of course, or that teachers may have a policy of creating a hierarchy among children in order to establish order. However, this type of hierarchical structure for organizing children's relationships is an outdated concept that does not suit today's children.

However, children often do not understand this, and even adults often do not understand it, so they are often unaware that it is hindering the growth of children. Children still have ambiguous free will, but living in this conformist environment can prevent the development of self-awareness, and spiritually, it can weaken their grounding, making it difficult for boys to become masculine or for girls to become feminine during puberty.

As a result, the increase in LGBT people who lack free will and are unaware of their sexuality may be partly due to education that suppresses free will and prevents the development of self-awareness.

In reality, the basic principle of this universe is the law of freedom and non-interference, so the law of freedom and non-interference is more important than moralistic statements such as "everyone should be friends." Many people seem to be unaware of this, and as a result, education and work are often carried out with a policy that prioritizes manipulation and exploitation over free will.

If the priority of free will is lowered, selfish people will exploit others, and the relationship of manipulation and exploitation will be justified. This is a logic that only scammers and people who want to enslave others would enjoy. In reality, there is freedom of choice from the very beginning, whether or not to interact with others.

Therefore, it is important to maintain a cautious attitude towards those who persistently try to engage with you and exploit you. This applies not only to adults but also to children, but since children often do not understand the basics, adults need to protect and guide them. However, many adults do not fully understand this, and the situation is often hopeless.

When a relationship of manipulation and exploitation occurs, it can affect reincarnation. If you cannot live your own life and are exploited by others, you will not only be unable to do what you want to do, but you will also misrepresent others, accelerate self-justification, and deprive yourself of opportunities to learn.

In today's society, there are many people who hold high positions in companies and society but do not understand anything and are only skilled at manipulating others. This is partly because kind people allow it to happen. In such a situation, it becomes difficult for both sides (the manipulator and the manipulated) to learn, and a lack of learning can prolong the same life in reincarnation.

Those who manipulate others often rationalize their actions by believing they can gain worldly benefits through manipulation. They remain within their comfort zones and are extremely afraid of stepping outside of them. They react with extreme sensitivity to anyone who threatens their position. This cycle prevents them from learning and progressing, and they fail to overcome this challenge in reincarnation, leading to an increasing number of reincarnations.

On the side of those being manipulated, if they are not living the life they want and are instead forced to live a life dictated by others, they cannot achieve their true purpose, and the goals they set at the time of their birth may not be achieved, increasing the possibility of a "failed life."

All of this is a tragedy that occurs because they passively accept the manipulative relationship instead of prioritizing free will. However, even that passive acceptance is a manifestation of free will, which is why the reality continues. Therefore, they should declare and refuse, "I do not allow this," every time it happens.

However, if they suddenly change, it may cause difficulties in their lives and careers. Therefore, if they have been neglecting their free will for a long time, they should gradually strengthen their free will.

The free will of the ego and the free will of the higher self.

Initially, it is the free will of the ego, but eventually, it merges with the free will of the higher self and becomes one. While these two are separated, it can be difficult to determine what is right and what is wrong, but as spiritual growth progresses, the gap between the two decreases, and eventually, they merge into a single will.

When that happens, in most cases, one is released from the cycle of reincarnation and becomes "free" (moksha in Vedanta), and whether or not one reincarnates is left to the free will.

However, there is a need to go through stages initially, and first, the establishment of the free will of the ego is necessary. Then, (usually) during puberty, one awakens to one's sexuality, and men become masculine and women become feminine. This corresponds to the Muladhara chakra (root chakra), and the first step is to awaken to one's sexuality. To achieve this, it is necessary to establish free will, especially the free will of the ego, but what hinders this is the relationship of manipulation and being manipulated. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize free will in order to awaken the free will of the ego.

If that is all there is, one becomes a selfish person, but of course, that is not the end, and by activating the higher chakras, one gradually grows into a "good person," and eventually, by merging with the will of the higher self and becoming a single, great will, one attains "freedom" (moksha in Vedanta).

In this way, it can be said that the cycle of reincarnation ends, at least temporarily, and of course, there may be reincarnation by the power of will, but it is completely different from the automatic, impulsive, and reactive desires and cravings that drive reincarnation. It is a reincarnation that is selectively carried out by the will of the higher self.

This is a (certain) point of spiritual attainment, and for the time being, this is what we should aim for.

Astral (emotional) alignment and causal (karma, cause, effect) alignment.

Based on the classifications used in spiritual teachings, particularly Theosophy, the astral body governs emotions. The causal body (karana), which is one level more subtle, is the source of karma and the conditions that create it.

The astral body is widely dispersed (near the physical body), and unintentional contact and fusion with the astral body of another person can occur. This results in both individuals sharing "the same emotions." Consequently, certain conditions are shared between them, leading them to experience the same emotions. This technique is often used in marketing, where talents are "trained" to have "specific conditions," and when these talents are released into television programs, the general public begins to share "the same emotions and conditions," leading to increased sales. Because the talent is at the center of these conditions, it is difficult for them to break free. They may be instructed by marketers to take on other roles (with different conditions), but when various conditions are mixed, they can sometimes become mentally unstable, and then they are discarded. However, new talents are constantly being supplied, so this is not a problem.

Similarly, people with influence in a particular area or community can increase their influence by merging their astral bodies with others in the emotional hierarchy. This is common among street vendors and those who sell goods with lively voices and a cheerful atmosphere.

In this way, even when the astral bodies merge, a partial alignment occurs, and the emotions of one person temporarily (literally) merge with those of another. When they separate, they carry with them emotions that are "theirs" but also "belong to the other person."

Even a small amount of this can affect reincarnation.

At a spiritual level, there is a more profound form of merging that acts as a karmic cause. This is the causal body (karana), which does not involve emotions but represents the "seed" that causes actions and phenomena.

In my understanding, the causal body may be equivalent to the "body" experienced during out-of-body experiences. Initially, I understood "out-of-body" experiences literally as a "ghostly body," but when I observed the phenomena that occur during these experiences, it is neither the astral body (emotions) nor the higher self (purusha). Therefore, I believe that the causal body is the foundation, with the higher self superimposed upon it.

This causal body alignment is rare, but as one progresses spiritually, they can intentionally share their aura with others to exchange information and karma. (Although it manifests as the astral body, the intention is often to connect at the causal body level.) This has both advantages and disadvantages.

- Your information will inevitably be transmitted to the other person.
- Some of your knowledge, abilities, or identity may be transmitted to the other person.
- You can obtain information about the other person.

This is a natural consequence of the partial alignment of auras (causal bodies), which results in a "fusion" of oneself and the other person. This part is both "yours" and "theirs," but it is neither your original aura nor the other person's original aura.

You may wonder what is wrong with this, but if you do this, someone with limited knowledge (a person with low vibrations) may become a stalker of a person with high vibrations.

This is because acquiring knowledge takes time, so the knowledge obtained through aura alignment is something that you "understand" but do not truly understand why. You cannot reach the underlying logic from the beginning. The information obtained through aura fusion is the "result," but you do not understand the fundamentals.

Even if you obtain information about the other person, if it is not knowledge that you have created yourself, and if you are aware of this and can think of it as such, then it is fine. However, if you are not aware of these mechanisms, some people will try to "take" knowledge from others in order to achieve results, which can lead to stalking, plagiarism, or even harassment and manipulation of others to achieve results.

Therefore, the most important thing is to "not be interested in others" (not merge auras with others) from the beginning.

Otherwise, you may be stalked for a period of time, sometimes spanning several generations, or even longer, and have your achievements stolen.

For example, in my case, someone who stole my achievements in a past life (in a certain branch of Group Soul) became my classmate in this life. As expected, I was subjected to various unpleasant things, but after leaving the dormitory after junior high school, I lost contact with that person, and that was the end of it. Afterwards, this kind of thing, such as having achievements stolen and being subjected to moral harassment, troubled me for quite a long time. 30 years ago, it was quite severe, and I was bound to the point where it was difficult to resist, but I have gradually become able to overcome that bondage, and now it is still present to some extent, but it is gradually becoming calmer, and it seems that I am about to completely graduate from it.

In this way, not only the astral body (emotions) but also the causal body (karma, cause body) being aligned with others has a significant impact on reincarnation. The alignment of the causal body has a greater impact than the astral body, so it is better not to do such things lightly (often out of eagerness for results).

Group soul (which means the collection of causal bodies) is the origin of reincarnation.

In reality, it not only possesses a causal body (=Karana, cause body), but also has some astral elements, and furthermore, the fundamental qualities equivalent to Purusha or Atman. However, fundamentally, it is a collection of Karana (causal) bodies. This collection is also a Karana (causal) as a seed of karma. Each of these individual entities, while being individual, forms a single Karana (causal) body as a group.

From there, a fragment of the soul is created, initiating a cycle of reincarnation, and after fulfilling its purpose, it ascends and merges with the group soul.

The purpose is the germination of the seed of karma, and the Karana (causal) is the collection of that seed of karma. In other words, the Karana (causal) as a collection of seeds of karma is the group soul, and it exists as a physical entity, although it is subtle.

Because it is a physical entity, it is not eternal, and therefore, it is not Atman (eternal, complete consciousness). The reality of the Jiva (illusory self), which is not Atman, is the group soul. Although it does not exist forever, the lifespan of the group soul is very long, and from a human perspective, it seems almost eternal, but it does have an end.

Just as this universe has an end, the group soul also has an end. However, it is probably best not to think too much about such units. Rather, it is what is required of each individual to find the purpose of being born and living in this world and to live to the fullest. That is the basic principle.

The relationship between the inhabitants of the divine realm and Japanese people (a story I saw in a dream).

I once visited a world called the "realm of the gods" in a dream.

■ Residents of the Realm of the Gods and Showa-era Japanese People
I looked around, wondering if this was the realm of the gods, and the atmosphere was surprisingly similar to Japan. It was like the people of the Showa era. The aunt and uncle I met at that time were reincarnations of my parents.

I'll repeat, this was a dream! (Laugh)

The residents there were a bit stubborn, and they had a tendency to tease people, just like Japanese people (bitter laugh).
They also enjoyed gossip and having fun, which is very Japanese.

However, in realms below, such as the realm of hungry ghosts or the realm of demons, there seems to be a lot of conflict and jealousy. In the realm of the gods, these lower desires seem to be overcome, but there is still some friction between people. Many of the residents of Japan seem to be from the realm of the gods. It is said that Japan is the land of the gods, and the realm of the gods and Japan are connected by the reincarnation of souls.

Therefore, the residents of the realm of the gods are not like angels, who are noble beings.
Rather, they are like stubborn old men from the Showa era.
There are also many women in the realm of the gods who are like energetic Japanese housewives, like mothers from Kyushu. They are all very powerful.
The residents of the realm of the gods seem to be full of vitality.

■ The Realm of the Gods and Angels
Angels are something else entirely. Although comparing their names might suggest a connection between the realm of the gods and angels, they don't seem to be directly related. Of course, angels appear in various places, so there are angels in the realm of the gods, but most of the residents of the realm of the gods have souls that are similar to Japanese people.

This is a story from over 50 years ago, before I was born, but some people feel that angels in the realm of the gods are "soft" and are sometimes looked down upon or shunned. This is similar to how people who seem like angels are shunned in Japanese society. The realm of the gods and Japan may not be very comfortable places for angels. In both the realm of the gods and Japan, people who are like stubborn old men from the Showa era are popular. The realm of the gods may have changed a little since then.

In the Showa era, there was a tendency to make fun of cute things. Things like butterflies, fairies, and flowers, and interest in feminine beauty, seem to be emphasized more in the Heisei and Reiwa eras. In the Showa era, energy was prioritized. In the Showa era, femininity was interpreted from a masculine perspective, but now it is interpreted from a feminine perspective. It's as if the mental level of the residents of Japan and the residents of the realm of the gods are synchronized, and I think that souls are repeatedly reincarnated and exchanged.

Therefore, there is a separate realm where angels live, which is the realm of angels. It might even be Andromeda.
The realm of angels seems to be a little different from the evolutionary path of the Earth.
The realm of the gods is a story that is close to Earth, but the realm of angels seems to be a little further away.

■ Japanese Gods and the Realm of the Gods
There are beings who gain power within the realm of the gods and become treated like gods, and there are also beings who are originally derived from archangels and are treated as gods.
It's like the difference between beings who are "native" to the realm of the gods and beings who are "angels" who become gods. Therefore, the Japanese gods generally correspond to the powerful souls within the realm of the gods, but the Japanese gods are not necessarily in the realm of the gods. People in Japan on Earth tend to lump everything together as "Japanese gods," but there is a distinction between the gods of the realm of the gods and the gods of the angels.

This is a combination of what I learned during childhood out-of-body experiences and what I later saw in dreams.
It was about 30 years ago, so I don't remember exactly what I learned through out-of-body experiences and what I learned through dreams, but I think it was roughly like this.

The learning differs depending on the soul's system.

As physical beings, they are mixed, making it difficult to distinguish them, but I believe they can be classified into the following categories based on their soul origins:

■ Lemurian Lineage

When Lemuria ended, a cataclysm occurred, and more than half of its inhabitants ascended. However, a portion were unable to ascend and remained on Earth. These individuals scattered across the globe and now form a part of the spiritual community.
They are descendants of the Pleiades. They are skilled in magic, particularly white magic. They developed a civilization based on crystals and emphasize inspiration. They tend to be ethereal.

Most of those who ascended are now living on another planet in a higher dimension.
Most of those who did not ascend are, in a sense, bound to Earth. They are often found among the Jomon people.

While the people of Lemuria experienced a cataclysm on Earth, those who ascended likely had a strong impression of a unique floating and ascending experience, which was not directly related to the disaster.

On the other hand, those who did not ascend suffered the consequences of the earthly disaster, so they have a deep-seated sadness and grief that needs to be healed.

I am a rare case of someone who came to Earth from Lemuria, ascended, but became interested in Earth and chose to reincarnate repeatedly out of curiosity. When I ascended, I had a fascinating experience of transitioning to another dimension, filled with energy. I didn't feel any sadness at all; I only had a wonderful impression.

When I hear stories about the Lemurian lineage in modern times, there seems to be a combination of the earthly disasters and sadness, as well as the sadness of not being able to ascend and remaining on Earth. I don't quite relate to it, but I understand the logic behind it.

■ Atlantean Lineage

They are intellectually superior and emphasize logic and order.

They seem to have been involved as priests, along with other intelligent civilizations such as Sirius. They may have even used Earthlings.

Even if it wasn't the Atlantean continent itself, I believe that people of this lineage likely built the pyramids.

This was likely one attempt by cosmic entities to dominate Earth as gods.

Some of them, who experienced the long-standing war in the Orion constellation, known as the Orion War, came to Earth with wounded souls.

■ Earthlings

Their souls primarily evolved on Earth. They evolved from primates or animals. A very small number evolved from plants or minerals, but most evolved from animals. They are often hot-blooded and tend to solve problems with force. They resort to violence and hitting people when they feel unpleasant. Women tend to become hysterical easily.

If you can recognize which lineage you belong to, it will become clearer what you need to do for your soul's growth.

For example, a blood-hot soul born on Earth may not understand spiritual teachings, while a person of the Lemurian lineage may not easily understand logical arguments, and someone with a sensitive nature may not understand discussions about logic. Since Earth is a mixture of people with different racial backgrounds and different soul origins, there will always be limitations in understanding each other.

Some people born on Earth have experienced the Orion War, and their theme is to overcome the duality of conflict. In other words, the story of Star Wars, which actually took place in the Orion constellation, has ended, but the souls that were wounded in that war need to be healed by transcending duality. Therefore, some spiritual teachings often talk about duality, but this is not applicable to everyone, and it seems that for those who experienced the Orion War, overcoming duality is a theme.

People who experienced the Orion War tend to have a strong Manipura chakra (around the abdomen), and it seems that the Manipura is dominant over the Anahata chakra (around the chest). When the Manipura is dominant, the nature of duality is strongly expressed, and there is a conflict between the animalistic nature and the physical love associated with the Manipura. If the story were more like the Orion War, the evil empire could be depicted as the Muladhara chakra, representing animalistic nature, and the rebel alliance could be depicted as the Manipura chakra, representing physical love. When the Manipura is dominant, it is still difficult to transcend duality, but by gradually reaching the Anahata chakra and beyond, it is the theme for these people who experienced the Orion War to transcend duality.

Based on the chakra dominance, here is a summary:

- Muladhara and below: Souls that evolved from animals and originated on Earth. They are often hot-blooded.
- Muladhara dominant: The evil empire in the Orion War. Similar to Darth Vader. The evil side of the world of duality.
- Manipura dominant: The rebel alliance in the Orion War. Similar to the Jedi. The good side of the world of duality. Souls of Lemuria that did not ascend.
- Anahata dominant or beyond: Souls that ascended from Lemuria. A world beyond duality.

In the "spiritual" context, the phrase "Let's remember!" can awaken those who are of the Lemurian or Atlantean lineage. When said to souls that have evolved from Earthly animals, it often elicits a "What are you talking about?" response. Similarly, when told to "Regain tranquility through meditation and remember love!", those of Lemurian or Atlantean descent quickly understand and awaken, while souls that have evolved from Earthly animals often don't comprehend. This is unavoidable because they simply don't have the things to remember in the first place, so they can't recall them.

Yoga can be applied relatively widely and can help souls that have evolved from Earthly animals to rapidly evolve.

On the other hand, "spiritual" teachings often target individuals of Lemurian or Atlantean lineage, and the same things said to souls that have evolved from Earthly animals often seem meaningless. This isn't always the case, but there is a tendency in that direction.

This is a note. The above may not be everything.
