As the awareness of the higher self emerges, we give gifts to each other.

Even if superconsciousness gradually emerges experientially, it usually takes several years to become aware of it through normal conscious awareness. Initially, even if kundalini or union with the higher self has occurred, it takes that long to grasp and become aware of what that was and what state one is currently in. (I think this was written in the works of Professor Honzan.)

I understand this. Several years ago, I experienced a union with what is called the (6th-dimensional) higher self, which is a manifestation of the consciousness of creation, destruction, and maintenance, from the depths of my chest, towards my back. Recently, I feel that awareness of that higher self has emerged.

The emergence of awareness does not mean that the normal conscious mind disappears. The previous thinking mind still exists as the lower self, but a higher-level awareness of the higher self emerges. If we were to categorize this in stages, the term "middle self" might be more appropriate, as it is the awareness of an intermediate self, a self that still exists as an individual.

If we consider the mind as the lower self, and the consciousness of creation, destruction, and maintenance connected to the heart as the middle self (or the general higher self), then the all-pervading consciousness of Atman or Brahman in Vedanta is above that. What I am talking about here is the emergence of awareness of that intermediate middle self (general higher self).

That general higher self (intermediate middle self) is a higher-level consciousness, even if it is intermediate, and transcends space and time to some extent.

Because it transcends space and time, the higher self's consciousness feels like, "The lower self, which has been on a journey on Earth for a while, has returned." It feels, "Welcome back. It's good to have you back." And it says, "The difficult life on Earth must have been tough. Would you like to share with me the memories, experiences, and feelings of what that was like?" The higher self then re-experiences the lower self's experiences. The knowledge gained in this way is the greatest gift for the higher self, and it values the lower self's experiences.

On the other hand, the lower self is enveloped in gratitude and love, and a state of fullness that goes beyond that, and the aura of the body becomes even denser, and it is fully satisfied. The lower self finally realizes that this is the place to return to. It clearly understands that it has returned to where it should be, and it clearly recognizes that it has already returned to a place like home.

Thus, the lower self experiences things for the higher self, and the higher self sends a feeling of complete love and an aura to the lower self. In reality, the two were not originally separated, but were temporarily separated in order to learn through earthly experiences. The lower self, sent to Earth, was performing the tasks it needed to do through experience. In my case, the purpose of this life seems to have been "to understand why certain people (especially the poor) are so twisted," and "to understand the feelings of the poor and to understand the hardships of money." The higher self wanted to "understand" these states, which I had never experienced or understood in previous lives, and had the lower self experience these states in a difficult environment in order to understand them.

Now, the lower self understands why these states are the way they are, and is satisfied with that understanding. By offering this understanding as a gift to the higher self, the higher self is also satisfied. The higher self, satisfied, blesses the lower self as a gift, envelops it in an aura, and heals the lower self into a state of completeness. Although healing has been gradually occurring, the final stage of healing, the true and ultimate resolution of trauma, seems to come only at this stage. Memories, traumas, and such painful emotions are obstacles for the lower self, but they are learning for the higher self. The higher self receives and appreciates the learning, memories, and traumas, and is satisfied.

In this way, the lower self and the higher self exchange gifts and become fulfilled. Eventually, they become completely fulfilled.

There is still a stage of oneness consciousness (or Christ consciousness), which is the Atman (in the Vedanta tradition), Brahman, but even before that, the higher self envelops and heals the lower self with an aura of light.
