Even if you cannot completely confirm it, by asking various people repeatedly, you can gradually gain certainty. When meditating alone, there is a tendency to let your imagination run wild, and embellishments may be added to the actual facts. However, by having a counselor, who does not know you well, examine you, you can often grasp the situation from a relatively objective perspective.

For example, the awareness of creation, destruction, and maintenance, which began about a year and a few months ago, was actually the higher self, as I later realized. However, this was based on confirming it in books and judging that it matched. By hearing the opinion of a counselor, you can obtain some evidence for such things.

Just recently, I asked a certain counselor. The way to confirm it was something like, "Is it the higher self?" The basic format is to answer with a "yes" or "no" to some extent. Based on such questions, I can receive impressions that help me understand various things.

As a result, if it is the higher self, the answer is "yes." It is also an actual ascension. This is surprising. There is such an interpretation.

Also, I confirmed about the community that is behind me and is in the other world. Regarding that, I can verify whether people close to me, such as my past wife (wife in a past life) or a good friend connected to a past life, are nearby and have conveyed messages. The content of the messages is specific, reflects the personalities of those children, and matches the personalities of the children I know. It is so consistent that it is amusing.

I also confirmed about the invisible guides who are with me. I usually recognize two guides: one who underwent training in Tibet and ascended, and another who was a princess of a certain kingdom (although she is still that, if you want to put it that way). However, it seems that the Tibetan guide is a guide, but it is actually my past life, according to the answer I received. This was surprising. Well, it is quite common for a past life to become a guide. It is certain that the spirit of my childhood has been watching and judging the situation widely, leading to my current self. In that sense, it can be said that my childhood self (spirit) is a guide. However, it was a little surprising that the Tibetan guide was also a past life. In my memory, I have had more memories of India than Tibet, and I have lived in ashrams and been a swami several times. I wonder if that was actually closer to Tibet, or if there was a separate Tibet. I don't have any memories of Tibet. I have various memories of living in an ashram in northern India. Although I say it is a past life here, it is not a direct past life. I am a young soul who has only reincarnated twice since being separated from the group soul, so I have memories connected to the group soul. In that sense, the Tibetan person is definitely not a direct reincarnation, and the Indian person is also not a direct reincarnation, but they have past lives connected to the group soul.

Regarding those aspects, through counseling, a certain level of connection can be vaguely confirmed. Counseling varies from person to person, but by listening to various people, and especially to those who seem to have a good understanding, you can obtain some degree of verification.

This type of information is the same as general social consulting, and the main focus should always be on yourself. It is a good idea to use it as a reference.
