The heart has increased in size and its ability to absorb distractions and karma has become stronger.

Literally, there is a sensation of being drawn in. At first, I thought it was just random thoughts, but it seems that it is drawing out the karma that is scattered and attached to various parts of the body. And after the karma or random thoughts are drawn out, a state of purification occurs.

As the heart expands, the aura permeates the fingertips and toes. The sensation varies depending on the day and time, but it seems that the stability has increased.

In terms of the expressions found in meditation texts, it is a state that can be described as "like dry grass instantly bursting into flames" or "like a drop of water instantly evaporating in the sun."

In that state, it is possible to become free from thoughts and emotions. When looking at the timeline, random thoughts and karma come and go, but they are drawn into the heart. And sometimes, a state of being free from thoughts and emotions continues, or sometimes, other consciousnesses or thoughts are felt or heard. It becomes easier to connect with the will of God. It also becomes easier to sense the consciousness of various other beings.

And it is as if, on one hand, it is the absorption of random thoughts or karma, and on the other hand, it is the sensation of other consciousnesses or the will of God. At the same time, it is also the experience of the "I" being firmly present, even after the random thoughts or karma have disappeared. The longer the period of being free from thoughts and emotions, the deeper the sense of the "I." By being free from thoughts and emotions, one can clearly feel that "consciousness" lies deep within. One can experience that the "I" is that very "consciousness." Here, one can gain certainty about the "I." The interpretation and understanding of the "I," as mentioned in ancient scriptures, becomes unwavering.

The "I" is "consciousness." It is not something that appears and disappears like thoughts (what yoga calls citta), but rather the fullness and unchanging consciousness. One experiences that consciousness residing in the heart. This is what is called buddhi (cognition, intellect, awareness) in yoga, but its essence is Atman. As the cognition of buddhi that appears in human consciousness, its essence is Atman, and human consciousness is also expressed as Purusha (a being that shines, similar to Atman, a Sankhya term).

That consciousness exists in the heart, and (although still within a limited range around oneself), it has begun to draw in karma and random thoughts from the surroundings.

Thinking back, this similar awareness of the heart itself emerged around January 2021, and at that time, I think I expressed it as "an awareness of creation, destruction, and maintenance." Now, looking back, it seems that at that time, karma and distractions were deeply ingrained and numerous. From that point, as awareness deepened, there were times when I re-experienced various emotions and past memories that were dormant within my consciousness. Now, I feel that I am simply absorbing karma and distractions, and while there are some emotional fluctuations, it is essentially happening within a peaceful awareness.

It also seems to be a harbinger of an increase or expansion of awareness. The awareness of the heart has expanded somewhat, and although it is still within a small range around myself, the aura field around myself seems to have become slightly stronger. Although it is still weak and needs to grow, I feel that it has become stronger compared to before.
