Aura and energy body, trauma and spiritual purification - Curses and trauma, August 2019 to August 2020.

Aura exchange and purification, and fluctuations in the mind.

■Aura Exchange
When you are concerned about someone, their etheric body (astral body) extends, and a part of it merges.
By merging, you become aware of the other person.
When the connection is severed, a part of the other person's aura remains with you. Conversely, a part of your aura remains with the other person.

Therefore, aura exchange occurs simply by thinking about someone.
This is the basic mechanism.

Sometimes you extend the etheric strand, and sometimes it extends from the other person.

To know someone without being too tainted, extend a thin etheric strand.
Focus sharply and thinly. Connect with the other person with as little aura as possible, and learn a lot with a small exchange of aura.

Also, aura exchange occurs naturally simply by being near someone, even without conscious effort.

Incidentally, the more you think about someone you dislike, the more you become unified with them.
Conversely, interacting with someone who is more spiritually advanced than you can lead to growth, and this is also due to the same mechanism.

Whether or not you can understand this truth may depend on whether or not you can see auras.

■Kafna Method
I learned about this when I had an out-of-body experience as a child, but I found a similar description.

According to the Kafna method, the etheric body is "pierced" into the target. Then, the contents are automatically leaked. At this time, information is not received by simply staring at the target. (Omitted) After connecting the etheric body, which is like an information cable, to the target, information does not flow in from an external source, but is rather received as if it were your own experience. "The Textbook of the Spiritual World" (by Kiyoshi Matsumura).

This explanation of the Kafna method is very similar to what I described. Incidentally, the author later connects this to quantum mechanics, the self, and self-awareness, but I think the Kafna method simply describes the use and nature of auras. Quantum mechanics is about the even more minute details of the molecules that make up auras, and the self and self-awareness are also very subtle concepts. However, the Kafna method's discussion of the etheric body is about the aura's properties in terms of the physical body. It's similar to the laws of energy. If a cable is connected, information flows, and the energy levels mix and settle.

It is rare to be completely unified, but the more you trust someone, the more you become unified. The basic principle is that you become connected and automatically unified, and this is accelerated if you allow it.

■People in Love
The same mechanism applies when lovers become unified.

■People Who Take and Those Who Are Taken From
The mechanism is the same for people who take the vitality of others and use it for their own activities. They place energy suppliers around them, and use forced, manipulative, or codependent means to prevent them from leaving, and then absorb their energy. People who are bullies tend to get promoted because they are building a system to take power from those around them.

■The Importance of "Individuality"
Therefore, the more you grow spiritually, the more important "individuality" becomes. Otherwise, you will be held back. Emphasizing individuality is to avoid contamination. It is to prevent energy from being taken. The more you grow spiritually, the more you connect with the "source" and become stable, but contact with contaminated people hinders your growth.

■Stop Caring About Others
Therefore, stop caring about others on the train. This will reduce contamination. Avoid interacting with people with low energy levels. This prevents your energy from being taken. If someone's etheric strand extends towards you, use your will to cut it off. This prevents contamination. Alternatively, create a defensive membrane like a mirror to prevent the etheric strand from penetrating. Alternatively, ask your guardian spirit to monitor and prevent the fusion of etheric bodies. The latter is simply a mental request.

Even without going that far, basically, avoid being distracted by trivial thoughts. Don't pay too much attention to the news on TV. Don't get excited about celebrities.

The more people who are concerned about a celebrity (even from a distance), the more their aura becomes unified, and the celebrity's energy increases. The most extreme example of this was Emperor Showa in the pre-war period, when the energy of the entire Japanese population was gathered to create a miracle. After the war, as faith in the Emperor declined, the energy level also decreased, and it became impossible to create miracles.

Because people are oblivious to these things, a system has been established for a long time in which unscrupulous celebrities are given attention, which allows them to take energy from good people. Although not as extreme as celebrities, the system of superiors and subordinates in companies also reveals a structure that takes energy.

Ideally, a system that does not take energy is needed, but that is not the case in this world. People who are incorporated into a system of taking are often unable to escape. People who are spiritually contaminated tend to need the empathy of others, but if you empathize with them, you will be dragged into the darkness. Being dragged into the darkness is also a kind of karma.

■Mental Instability and Aura

Auras tend to mix most easily when a person is mentally unstable. Therefore, it's common for a very unpleasant, abusive boss to blend with a pure subordinate, ending up somewhere in between. When a supervisor who is mentally immature and lives by taking from others tries to help, the auras actually mix. There are two possibilities: either the auras don't mix and both individuals grow, or they do mix. However, when someone chooses to help, they risk being dragged down as well.

■School Education and Aura

Therefore, especially for children, it's crucial to choose who they interact with. The saying "you become like the company you keep" is true.

In terms of mental development, school education emphasizes conformity, which is detrimental. If a child is forced to sit next to an energy vampire, they will gradually become corrupted. On the other hand, the energy vampire will recover. However, the child who is caught in the middle suffers. They can't refuse, and it's almost like abuse. Once the auras mix, even someone who was previously mentally stable can become corrupted and easily fall. It's no surprise that schools are often chaotic. The same principle applies when a well-behaved student becomes aggressive. If you accumulate negativity, you will eventually lash out.

In the future, negativity will likely increase globally, making it even more important to choose who you associate with. The choice of school is also important. Students in the same school tend to become homogenized.

In society and schools, people who want to drain energy often use manipulative tactics disguised as "interaction" or "social skills." It's essential to distinguish between genuine connections and forced, manipulative, or codependent relationships with energy vampires. It's tough for children, but a system that allows for easier school transfers and a system where teachers don't force conformity, allowing students to form their own groups within the school environment, is needed. Social interaction should be with people of a similar level. People of lower levels often drain energy by claiming to be "social" or "friendly," so be careful.

■Defense Methods

When an etheric tube extends, avoid it or defend yourself with something that disrupts the etheric flow. I can't write about this in detail in a blog, but your guardian spirit might be able to tell you more. Respond quickly to energy vampires. If you feel any discomfort, meditate and first cut off the etheric tube. Sometimes, you might unknowingly have an energy pipe connected to you, draining your energy. The basic principle is to simply be aware of cutting off the energy pipe.

There are terrible people in the world who will readily sabotage you. While there are many ways to deal with such people, directly confronting them can lead to the same kind of corruption. It's better to ask your guardian spirit to help them move on independently. Of course, physically distancing yourself by creating a mental barrier is essential. It's important to avoid becoming a mental slave. As a last resort, there are methods that are similar to attack or sealing, but I don't recommend them, and only a few people can do them.

■The Need for Economic Independence

Economic independence is crucial to avoid corruption. If you are not economically independent, you may be forced to submit to your boss's demands, leading to corruption.

■Power Harassment and Karma

People who suffer mental abuse often carry a lot of negative karma. In cases of power harassment, the victim is absorbing the abuser's negative karma. Ideally, that karma should be transferred back to the abuser. In reality, the abuser's aura transfers to the subordinate, and the subordinate ends up paying the karmic debt.

From a moral perspective, it seems like the abuser should face some kind of punishment, but the karma is transferred to the subordinate because the subordinate "accepts" it. The law of karma can sometimes seem unfair. The abuser creates the negative karma, while the subordinate bears the burden. Even if a subordinate quits due to power harassment, the abuser simply replaces them. This world is often an illusion, and sometimes, this kind of thing can happen. However, once you understand the system, you realize that the best course of action is to either quit your job or transfer to a different department to avoid dealing with an abusive boss. There's no need to willingly take on that kind of karma. The basic principle is based on free will, so you can choose to accept a higher salary in exchange for taking on that karma. However, it's often the case that low salaries and power harassment are linked, so taking on this kind of karma may not be worth it.

■Two Types of People: Those Who Create Corruption and Those Who Purify

This world is made up of two types of people: those who create corruption and those who purify it. Everyone creates and purifies corruption. If, over a certain period, a person creates more corruption than they purify, they are considered a "corrupting" person. Conversely, if they purify more than they create, they are considered a "purifying" person. The formula is: "Existing corruption" + "Increase in corruption" - "Purification of corruption." It's the difference between whether corruption gradually increases or decreases. While "purifying" people are needed in the world, it seems like "corrupting" people are more prevalent. If this continues, the world will become increasingly corrupted. It seems like things are going to get increasingly dangerous.

■Choosing a partner. The basic principle is to help each other grow. Avoid passing on karma to others.
It is not appropriate to associate with people who are mentally unstable and increase impurity. As a personal matter, one should train in self-purification and mental tranquility, and strive to eliminate mental fluctuations. Interacting with others to resolve mental instability only disperses the impurity, which is not the correct way to purify it. Currently, due to a lack of understanding in this area, those who seem to be accepting impurity may unintentionally be accepting it. Once the mechanism is well understood, I think that no one will want to associate with impure people. This trend is already emerging, and it is becoming difficult to approach people with a "bottom-tier" aura. Saying that you should equally associate with people with a "bottom-tier" aura is like what a school teacher or a moral education class would say, but in reality, there is no need to accept such impurity, and you should simply avoid it. The basic principle is to purify oneself, so there is no need to associate with people who cannot even purify themselves.

■Calming the aura
If the aura is radiating, it will mix with the impure auras of those around you. Therefore, as I wrote before, it is necessary to keep the aura close to the body. Actually, rather than gathering it in the stomach as in the article I wrote, it is more like keeping it close to the skin. It is closer to "Ten" from HUNTER x HUNTER.

■Whose impurity is it?
Therefore, when encountering an impure person, it is important to determine whether the impurity was created by that person themselves or whether it was received (forced to receive) impurity (karma). It is not appropriate to associate with people who want others to take on the impurity they created, but people who have received impurity from others are simply pitiful. Helping such people is meaningful, but the former should be isolated and left to deal with the impurity themselves. In reality, it is a combination of factors. In addition to the formula mentioned above, it would be "existing impurity" + "(impurity caused by oneself) increase" - "(impurity purified by oneself)" + "impurity received from others" - "impurity taken over by others".

■People who accept impurity
Sometimes, there are people in religious roles who have the role of accepting the impurity of others. Although I think it is a very difficult role, and I feel sorry for your hard work, I don't think it is good to take on the suffering of people who mass-produce impurity and don't care about it, even if they are suffering. Rather, it is better to let the person take responsibility for their own impurity and make them understand what karma is. Well, it is the freedom of each person to accept karma, so I cannot prohibit it. This world prioritizes free will.

■You don't have to think it's all your fault
In modern times, it is common for people to pick up or be forced to accept impurity, rather than creating it themselves. Society is full of stress, and impurity is passed from person to person like a bucket relay. When you walk down the street, you pick up impurity, and someone may take on your impurity. This is the life of ordinary people, and most people live a life of being manipulated by society. Therefore, while it is basic matter to avoid creating impurity as much as possible and purify impurity as much as possible, it is not necessary to think that all impurity is your fault.

■Do not let your aura radiate
Once you know about spiritual matters, it is basic matter to live a life without radiating your aura. There is nothing you can do about other people's auras radiating, so try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Try not to ride crowded trains. In crowds, do not be interested in others in order to avoid getting impurity, and be careful to keep your aura as close to your skin as possible so that it does not mix with the auras of others.

■Pay more attention to aura contact than the law of vibration
There is a common saying that "birds of a feather flock together" or "people with similar vibrations attract each other," but while that is true, it is more common in modern times for your aura to radiate and come into contact with the aura of others, causing impurity to be transferred. In the past, when the population was small, the law of vibration may have been more important, but now the trains in the city are crowded, and the streets are full of people. The Earth's population is exploding. In modern times, it is better to pay more attention to the phenomenon that occurs simply because auras come into contact with each other than to the law of vibration.

Continued: Distractions, Auras, and Etheric Codes

Distractions, aura, and etheric code.

This is a continuation of the previous article about aura exchange.

With the same mechanism, unwanted thoughts can also be transmitted.
For example, if someone far away is talking about you (me, myself), a thin line of the etheric body extends towards you.
Therefore, if someone talks about you, they will notice. Unless they are extremely insensitive.

These are what are commonly called "unwanted thoughts," but unwanted thoughts are not always caused by "you" (me). Therefore, even if unwanted thoughts arise, there is no need to be overly concerned.

Unwanted thoughts can also occur if a piece of aura breaks off and flies towards you, and you catch it.
Moreover, if someone you are close to talks about you, a cable connects you and that person, allowing unwanted thoughts to enter.
If the unwanted thoughts are positive, it is okay to listen to them, but if they are negative, it is best to intentionally "cut" that cable. The method is simply to intend to do so. Specifically, imagine a cutter and visualize cutting something that looks like a cable. That is often enough. The world of ether can be manipulated by intention.

Some people call this an "etheric cord."

Unwanted thoughts are not a big deal, but negative rumors, especially if they are intended to make fun of you, can be quite harmful.
If the other person is talking about you or making fun of you, the unpleasant feeling is transmitted through the cable.
If you respond with thought waves, it will be transmitted to the other person, but as mentioned in the previous article, it ultimately only results in an exchange of auras, so you both end up at the same level.
Therefore, instead of retaliating, the only way to avoid this is to "cut" the connection.

Unless the other person is aiming for spiritual growth, there is no need to deal with the rumors of ordinary people.
Even if it is just unwanted thoughts.
If you intend to walk alongside that person to some extent, but not to the point of being completely devoted, it may sometimes be okay to deal with negative unwanted thoughts, but basically, it is better to "cut" the connection.

The reason I wrote this is because the long Obon holiday is approaching, and everyone will be out of work, which is a time when people tend to talk a lot. (laughs)

It would be unfortunate if you were planning to meditate during the long holiday, but someone is talking about you, and the unwanted thoughts keep interrupting you, so I wrote a little about how to deal with it.

Another method is to create a "mirror"-like silver shield around your aura, shaped like an egg, covering 360 degrees, but this is difficult for beginners to do in all directions.
You can try it, but beginners will probably not succeed.

It is much easier to simply "cut" the unwanted thoughts when they arise.

However, this method will not work if you are the one creating the unwanted thoughts.
There are two main causes of unwanted thoughts: one is that they come from somewhere else (as in this article), and the other is that they are hidden within yourself.
The former can be defended against, but the latter requires confronting the "impressions" that are the root of karma, which is what yoga calls samskaras, and meditating on them.

The basic approach is to cut the connection when you somehow realize it is happening, but even if you don't, you may want to do it every day.
Sometimes, you may unknowingly be connected to something negative.
Spirituality has a fun image, but it often involves quite scary things.

If the other person has malicious intent, it is best to deal with them thoroughly.
However, for unwanted thoughts of this level, this is usually sufficient.

An energy entity that is attached to the aura of the body.

These past few days, I've felt a little heavy and the meditation hasn't been very effective, so I tried to find the aura around my body during meditation. Sure enough, there were things there.

First, a creature resembling a praying mantis was attached to my Anahata chakra, sucking energy. I used my visualized arm to slowly pull it out, and it threatened me with its scissors (sweat). After pulling it out and discarding it, I felt much better. There was a ghostly-looking being with only a face attached to my shoulder. "Oh, scary, scary..." It seemed to have noticed that I was aware of it, so it detached itself and disappeared. The heaviness in my shoulder disappeared. There was something like a red swelling, a blood-filled mass, attached to my neck. This seems to be a part that needs to be treated by applying energy rather than removing it. My head was stiff, but dozens of black birds, like crows, fluttered out from the left side of my frontal lobe and flew away. There was a bird's nest on top of my head, and at first, I thought it was a cute penguin chick, but it looked like a goose chick, and it was demanding food, so I moved to sit next to it. There were a cute arctic fox, a deep-sea fish-like fish, and a small-sized whale in my right brain, so I asked them to come out.

It's amazing that there are animals in various parts of my body. It feels like something out of the Kojiki (ancient Japanese myths) or Indian mythology. This is what happened during meditation.

I feel much clearer now.

Although this is just an image, I interpret that some chaotic energy has materialized and become easier to remove, because anything is possible in the astral world. I think that it's likely that it wasn't actually parasitizing me, but rather that some kind of energy accumulated or was picked up from somewhere, and that it materialized in a form that is easy to understand. It's common for energy to materialize according to its quality. There's also a possibility that it's someone's technique, but I think it's probably something that occurred naturally.

Come to think of it, I did something similar a few days before my Anahata chakra became dominant. As before, it might be a placebo effect, but if it's effective, I'm completely okay with it. There are also therapies like this in the world that have shown effects. There are many things that humans don't understand scientifically, so it's not surprising if there are things beyond what has been scientifically proven.

Aura and children's education.

This is a discussion about children's education, building upon previous conversations about auras and distractions.

It seems that many children suffer at school due to the unreasonable actions of adults who lack knowledge of auras.

For example, the concept of "friendship" in schools should involve stabilizing a child's aura, establishing a sense of self, and then freely connecting with others. However, schools often prioritize superficial relationships, essentially creating an "aura connection" that can lead even well-intentioned children to be pulled down by negative influences, and can foster a dynamic where bullies become energy vampires and exert control. The key here is "respect for free will," and relationships that create a controlling system should be avoided.

Schools are a microcosm of society, and because society is based on a controlling system, schools maintain that system by promoting "aura connections" and not respecting "free will." Teachers may disagree with this, but from an aura perspective, this is the case.

The ideal state of a country, a group, friendships, and schools are all based on the same principles: "respect for free will" and "aura stability and independence." By focusing on these principles, solutions will naturally emerge. For example, a country should be divided into units where free will is respected, and schools should divide classes in the same way.

Children are suffering because they are being forced into a system that ignores their free will and auras, creating superficial relationships through the word "friendship," and suppressing their free will.

However, society is also structured in this way, so even if children escape, they may find it difficult to work in society as adults. Both children and adults will struggle in a world where the system does not allow them to break free from these forms of enslavement.

The fundamental problem lies in the fact that both adults and children "do not meditate." Meditation is essential for stabilizing auras and preventing them from dissipating, but without it, auras become unstable and things go wrong.

This cannot be understood by simply looking at the phenomenon of "bullying." While bullies may have various explanations for their actions, and they may not even be aware of it, the underlying motive is often to "connect auras and drain energy." Once this underlying motive is understood, actions like "bullying," "harassment," or "shouting" become "means to connect or maintain an energy pipeline." Therefore, these actions are "means to force compliance," and there is no need to continue bullying if the victim remains docile. Bullies need to act to drain energy, and while frequent bullying may be necessary initially, once the energy pipeline is established, occasional bullying is sufficient. In some cases, even subtle harassment behind the scenes may be enough to maintain the connection, and teachers may be completely unaware of what is happening.

Sometimes, adults need to intervene and cut off this energy pipeline. Adults should take responsibility for their children to this extent. Even if they cannot recognize the act of bullying, if they understand auras, they only need to prevent energy vampires and help each student become independent. To achieve this, adults should occasionally cut off the energy pipeline and help stabilize auras. While various phenomena may arise, the underlying principle remains the same.

Adults may ask children, "What is the purpose of bullying?" and children may give various answers, but in most cases, the underlying motive is energy vampirism. In some cases, the child may be confused and acting without realizing it, but in the case of continuous "bullying," "harassment," or "shouting," the purpose is almost always to drain energy.

Adults will not understand the suffering of children if they do not understand this fundamental principle and only focus on superficial relationships. The basic principle is to separate bullies and victims and prevent them from interacting. Superficial relationships are unnecessary. Contact should be severed. This may be perceived as "ignoring" in the current school system, which may create a negative impression, but in terms of auras, it is necessary to prevent contact so that children can become independent and respond appropriately. This may take months or years, but if contact is not severed, they will either become energy vampires or become school dropouts. In this case, until they become independent, "reconciliation" is not necessary, and it is more important to have a "mutual agreement to not contact each other for a certain period of time."

If the school teacher doesn't understand this and there is no improvement, I think it's a good idea to request a class change or even consider transferring schools.

Alternatively, perhaps the current school is based on the premise of homogenizing all students, so it might be better to go to a school where there aren't "strange" people. That might be difficult in the countryside.

When a child is isolated, adults who don't understand this kind of aura often try to "make them get along" with others. However, if you understand the aura, you realize that "getting along" is not only unnecessary but can be harmful. The superficial "getting along" of adults who don't understand the aura often becomes a forced relationship for the child.

Perhaps if teachers studied education more, these problems might disappear. However, even without studying so much, if you understand the laws of aura, you should be able to deduce other laws on your own. In fact, class collapses are a problem in Japanese schools, so perhaps teachers aren't studying as much as they should be. The laws of aura are simple; simply accepting and understanding their existence is quick. However, perhaps some people lack the aptitude to even understand such a simple law.

Ultimately, the problem is that the spiritual world has been expelled from school education. Therefore, it might be safer to send the child to a school with a religious affiliation, such as a Christian or Buddhist school, even though there may be biases. Children taught by teachers who lack spiritual aptitude can become troubled.

Karma that moves along with the aura.

The law of karma is mentioned in various places. For example, in yoga, it is said that "samskaras," or "impressions," create a cycle of karma. However, many people seem to agree that "it is difficult to understand the law of karma correctly."

I also find the understanding of karma to be difficult, but I believe that understanding the relationship between aura and karma can be helpful for living in this life.

The basic mechanism of karma is that all "impressions," such as pleasure or pain, anger or sadness, accumulate. These impressions remain deep within, and eventually, they are triggered, causing them to manifest again as phenomena. This cycle repeats. In yoga, the following types of karma are mentioned:

- Sanchita karma: Karma accumulated in past lives.
- Prarabdha karma: Karma that initiates the current rebirth. This is the main theme of this life.
- Kriyamana karma: Karma created in this life. This is karma that can be controlled.
- Agami karma: Karma that will be carried over to the next life.

However, what is important for people living in this life is how they live their lives in this life.

Prarabdha karma and Kriyamana karma are relevant to this life.

Furthermore, karma actually moves along with the aura. It is unclear whether Sanchita karma moves. However, Prarabdha karma and Kriyamana karma seem to move. I have never seen anyone say this. This is based on my personal experience and connecting it to memories of out-of-body experiences and past lives from when I was a child. So, please don't believe it too much. It is a hypothesis. I think it is probably like this, but there is no need for the reader to believe it; you can just think "hmm" about it.

So, what does it mean that karma moves along with the aura?

For example, if there is a person who is very conflicted and filled with anger and sadness, their aura is also red. The aura radiates outward, and the aura comes into contact with people nearby. As I wrote before, aura contact means "mixing," so when they mix, the original person and the other person disappear, and the aura that comes to the original person becomes the original person's aura, depending on where they are separated. Therefore, even if the aura originally belonged to the other person, when that aura comes into contact and "mixes," it becomes "distraction" or something like that. However, if that aura is red, it becomes "turbid" and has a negative effect. And in cases where the "turbidity" is severe, the person's aura becomes slightly the same color as the aura of the person who originally had that aura. If there is only a slight contact, the aura will only be slightly colored, but if you are near a person who is constantly "turbid" (e.g., at school or work), the people around you will be affected by the aura contact. This is not just because they are "turbid," but also because they are taking on the karma of the other person. Therefore, if aura contact occurs constantly, the auras become homogenized, and for example, a person who has been living peacefully gradually becomes filled with anger and sadness. This can be seen as a phenomenon of "homogenization," but at the same time, it is also "karma transfer."

The aura of a person with a lot of anger karma is taken on by another person. This calms the anger of the original person and reduces their karma, but in return, they are passing on karma to the people around them. The total amount of karma does not change.

Therefore, the saying that "your bad deeds will come back to you" is only half true. However, it is possible to avoid this by passing on karma to someone else. The world is really unfair. Therefore, we must be very careful in how we live our lives.

If this is misused, there will be bad people who continue to create karma and pass it on to others in order to maintain their own activities. For example, energy vampires not only absorb energy but also push their own bad aura onto people who are bullied or treated like slaves in order to suppress their own conflicts. Energy vampires are typical examples of bullies, mean bosses, abusive bosses, or domestic violence.

I believe that there are many, many people in the world who are unknowingly taking on the karma of others because they do not understand the mechanism of the aura. I find it difficult to understand why so many people endure such unfair treatment. Perhaps many people have been trained to be "rabbits" who continue to give energy through education as slaves in school, and have been trained to follow certain bosses in society.

If you understand the mechanism of aura, you would realize that there is no need to take on other people's auras (karma). However, this is knowledge that should not be widely known because it would fundamentally disrupt the structure of society. Or, am I overthinking it?

If you were receiving a large reward in exchange for taking on karma, that would be understandable. However, many people are enduring low salaries without such high rewards.

Even if you cannot immediately resist, as I mentioned before, occasionally severing the aura cables and preventing energy vampires, and in addition, creating an aura shield to prevent receiving the other person's aura, would naturally cause those who try to steal energy or make others take on their karma to be depleted of energy and crushed by their own karma, leading to self-destruction. I think this might happen sooner than you think. It is effective even if you do just one of these things, but it will be more effective if you do both.

Of course, the basic principle is to sever the aura cables connected to yourself and to not receive the karma of others' auras.

In addition to that, for energy vampires or bullies who you find troublesome, you can secretly (just in your mind) cut off their energy pipeline and cause them to become energy-depleted. It might take time if you are draining energy from family members, but in this day and age, there are probably fewer families who would endure that for so long. By doing so, they will mostly self-destruct.

If everyone does this, I think the world will surprisingly change.

■What about healers?
When I understood this mechanism, I wondered, "So, are healers just prolonging the lives of villains?" In response to this, I received an answer from my guide: "The purpose of service is important for healers. The purpose could be something like wanting to help those who are suffering. The level of the healer determines how much they can guide someone in the right direction. They will likely reject those who are truly evil, those whose problems are beyond their capacity. In theory, they should be able to accept anyone and guide them in the right direction, but there will inevitably be limitations in capacity. When healing, there is aura contact, and to some extent, there is homogenization, but how much homogenization is allowed must be controlled by the healer. Healing that accepts an unlimited amount of the other person's negativity should be avoided, and the ability to control the quality and quantity of healing is necessary as a skill for healers." I understand. Well, I am not a healer.

People with high empathy, who are empaths, can develop mental illnesses if they are taught in school education that "the heart is oneself."

Even if someone who is not an empath learns in school education that "your heart is yourself," they will probably just think "hmm." However, if an empath learns that, it would be a big problem. Because they can perceive various things, everything listed below will be said to be "yourself," and they will think, "What does that mean?"

    - One's own thoughts and random thoughts.
    - Other people's thoughts and random thoughts.
    - Random thoughts contained in the aura that floats around.

In yoga, "the mind" is not oneself, but merely a tool.

I have written this many times before, but because auras contain impurities, simply coming into contact with an aura can introduce those impurities, and a child who does not fully understand may feel those impurities and think, "I am such a terrible person." This is a misunderstanding caused by incorrect education that "the mind is oneself." However, schools do not teach such things, so children may become confused and develop mental illnesses. Serious empaths may be more likely to become ill.

    - One's own thoughts and random thoughts → If "the mind is oneself," then those thoughts and random thoughts are oneself (which is a misunderstanding). → From a yoga perspective, thoughts are tools.
    - Other people's thoughts and random thoughts → If "the mind is oneself," then other people's thoughts and random thoughts also become one's own (which is a misunderstanding). One may feel incomprehensible thoughts and random thoughts, leading to confusion. → From the perspective of aura, the aura's cable may be connected, causing one to merge with the other person, or the aura may come into contact, mixing with the other person's aura, thereby transmitting thoughts and random thoughts. However, those are the thoughts of the other person, and they are not one's own.
    - Random thoughts contained in the aura floating around → If "the mind is oneself," then even completely unrelated random thoughts become one's own (which is a misunderstanding). → From the perspective of aura, one has simply picked up an aura that someone else has emitted.

Strictly speaking, the moment an aura mixes, the distinction between "the other person" and "oneself" disappears, and they become one. Therefore, in reality, when an aura comes to one's own place, the miscellaneous thoughts and thoughts contained in that aura become one's own, but this is a somewhat difficult story to understand. For the time being, I think it's fine to understand the basic structure as described above. Even if an aura mixes, the amount is small, so it is unlikely that an aura coming from somewhere else will become dominant. Therefore, even if an aura mixes, there is no need to worry too much about "becoming assimilated with the other person," but even so, to some extent, being assimilated with the other person is something that happens on a daily basis.

I also feel that in school education, the words "thinking" and "heart" are too easily linked with "oneself," and I also feel that even the teachers may not fully understand it. If "heart" corresponds to "mind" in English, it is closer to "thinking" or "will" than "miscellaneous thoughts" or "thoughts," so if "will is oneself," then it is understandable. In yoga, even will is a tool, so as a way of teaching children, if "heart is oneself" is understood as "miscellaneous thoughts are oneself," it may lead to the above-mentioned mental illnesses, but if it is understood as "will is oneself," it may not be so serious.

Moreover, I don't think the teachers can properly teach what "heart" is. In school, they will only do the minimum, such as moral education.

Rather than vaguely teaching something that cannot be taught, I think it is better for teachers to answer "I don't know." It is better to ask someone knowledgeable in Buddhism or something. Even in Buddhism or something, there are many variations, so there are subtle things, but it will be better than the teachers in school.

If one teacher says "heart is oneself" and another teacher says "will is oneself," a straightforward child will probably think that both are true. Both of these are wrong (laugh). It's like a mean quiz, and the world is full of pitfalls, making it difficult to live. Neither is true, but if you have to believe one, "will is oneself" is better.

At the shrine, use the self-purification hemp rope to remove the aura of impurity.

The local shrine has something called "Self-Purification Sacred Rope," and if I pick up a strange aura in town, I often use it to purify myself. The instructions say, "Swing this sacred rope to the left, right, and left, purify yourself, and then visit the shrine." So I basically follow those instructions, but when I have time, I also purify myself from head to toe, taking my time.

Even just purifying my shoulders makes me feel much lighter. I must be picking up all sorts of things.

Some people say, "It's just your imagination," but I've been doing this for years, many times, and I feel the effect every time, so it's not my imagination. Even if it is my imagination, if it has an effect and makes me feel better, then it's a "placebo effect," and I'm completely okay with that. If a placebo effect can produce results, then it means you can get results without taking drugs or other substances that are inherently toxic, so I'm actually happy about it.

In reality, the principle is to release the aura that I've picked up, so it makes sense.

I've written this before, but there are basically two patterns: one where my own aura expands and comes into contact with another person's aura, and another where another person's aura expands and comes into contact with mine. In addition to these, there are times when a floating aura comes into contact with me. In any case, these auras are meaningless and strange, so it's fine to purify them and discard them.

The best thing is to avoid picking up strange auras in the first place, but if you do pick one up, you should just get rid of it.

Of course, this is my interpretation, not a Shinto interpretation.

■Shinto Interpretation
The Shinto interpretation is described in various ways in "The Mysteries of Shinto" by Motoo Yamakawa. For example, the following passage:

"Purification by the spiritual light of the kami is to worship the kami and receive purification through its sacred vibrations. A general form of this is the purification ritual using sacred rope." - "The Mysteries of Shinto" by Motoo Yamakawa.

I don't know if this effect is due to the spiritual light of the kami or something else, but I am always grateful to be able to use it.

If you get sleepy on the train, create a barrier around your seat.

以前This is a continuation of the story.

While cutting the aura cable, being aware of it also creates a barrier.

Today, when I was on the train, it was comfortable when there were empty seats, but as more people got on, I felt like I was having energy drained from somewhere. Specifically, I felt a little sleepy, but if you feel sleepy, it's possible that your energy is being drained.

You can probably imagine it. If you're energetic, you won't be as sleepy, but when your energy runs out, you become sleepy in order to recover.

So, if you're sitting on a train and suddenly feel sleepy, especially if it happens suddenly when there were few people around, it's likely that your energy is being drained.

In this world, ordinary people have no way to prevent this and are simply drained. They don't have knowledge about energy or aura.

If your energy is being drained, it means that your aura cable is connected. For example, if you imagine a "sword" of consciousness and draw it around the four sides of the seat you're sitting on, the cable will be cut.

In my case today, I did the same thing, and the sudden sleepiness disappeared, so the aura cable seems to have been cut.

However, just cutting the cable might cause it to reconnect, so I consciously created a thin, wall-like barrier to create a barrier. This is said to be effective simply by imagining it, but I don't know if others can do it.

This kind of energy transfer happens frequently. However, if someone is already depleted of energy, they are either wasting it or having it taken by others, so giving them energy is endless.

Some people say that the way to prevent energy from being drained is to have a "sense of separation," but that only applies to people who are spiritually inclined. In this world, there are people who are trying to increase their energy and people who are trying to steal and consume energy. Giving energy to the former is sometimes okay, but giving it to the latter is just wasted. The latter are like people with a faucet turned on full blast, or people trying to fill a bathtub with the drain open. No matter how much energy you pour in, it will just leak out. Therefore, before giving energy, you need to stop the person's wasteful use of energy or the theft of energy by others, otherwise the situation will not improve. That's why, when I see a stranger draining my energy in public, I immediately cut the aura cable to prevent them from stealing my energy. If I want to give energy, I want to do it consciously, and I think it's not very meaningful if the other person is not consciously trying to grow energetically and spiritually.

When interacting with someone for the first time, what appears is not an unknown aspect of oneself, but rather that one is simply a mirror reflecting the other person.

This is a continuation of the story about receiving thoughts through aura fusion.

When you come into contact with someone's aura, you can receive their thoughts. For example, when you interact with someone you've just met, you might suddenly have thoughts that you wouldn't have had before.

Specifically, in the case of a woman I spoke to a few months ago, I received her worries just from a few words. She seemed to be quite wealthy, and many men were approaching her with ulterior motives. Her aura of worry seemed to rush towards me, and I suddenly had an image of men trying to take advantage of her. At the same time, she seemed to recall some kind of trauma and became distressed, almost hysterical, and quickly left the scene. This is an example of how I received her worries through aura contact. She seemed to be an alcoholic, and although she was probably in her late 50s, her hands were slightly trembling. Even if you have money, there are still unhappy things in life.

If you have basic knowledge of auras and observational skills, you can quickly understand that this is a thought contained within the other person's aura. However, even without that knowledge, since I hadn't had similar thoughts before or in the months that followed, I could tell that the thought was related to that woman. However, someone without knowledge of auras or thoughts might think, "Oh, this is my true nature."

In reality, the "I" in yoga is not "thought." No matter what you think, it is unrelated to your true self. The "I" in yoga is a pure observer, and therefore unrelated to thoughts.

However, in general, the "I" is formed by "what you think." Therefore, in general, in situations like this, you might think, "Oh, I'm actually a very ugly person." But, from a yogic perspective, that is a mistake. Because it's simply the result of coming into contact with the other person's aura and receiving that information.

I don't want to be misunderstood, but some people might think, "If that's the case, then you can think whatever you want. You can take advantage of women like that." But it's a subtle difference. It's more like, "You can think whatever you want. If you take advantage of women, you will be caught in that karma, but that is your freedom." Those who understand the essence would not choose to get involved in such troublesome situations, but even if you try to rationalize your actions, you will ultimately have to deal with the consequences of your own actions. So, I can only say, "Do what you want." Excuses won't change anything.

I'll stop talking about misunderstandings and get back to the main story. That woman's aura was unstable and radiating, which is why she was constantly coming into contact with the auras of people around her.

Once you understand how auras work, if something like this happens, you should first understand it correctly, realize that the thought is not your own, and then not dwell on it. Ordinary people might think, "Oh, I'm such a person..." and continue to dwell on it, but thinking more and more will only bring you closer to that nature, so it's more dangerous to keep thinking about it.

This can also be explained by the workings of auras, and in the old, classical analogy, it's like a "mirror." You are a mirror that reflects the other person.

However, the explanation of a mirror can be misunderstood, so I personally find the explanation of aura laws more convincing.

Trauma that hinders one's ability to connect with their heart.

It seems that everyone has some kind of trauma, but it seems that trauma can sometimes hinder the ability to connect with or empathize with others.

In my case, my trauma has been gradually diminishing, but it is not yet zero. I sometimes wonder if it is possible to reach zero.

As a way to deal with this trauma, I used to spend a long time confronting negative emotions. However, recently, when trauma arises, I have found that by maintaining that state without denying it, the negativity gradually disappears. I am starting to think that this may be a sign that I am about to truly overcome my trauma. Previously, when trauma arose, I would automatically and reflexively react by denying it, which would then lead to negative reactions. However, recently, when trauma arises, I consciously suppress the urge to deny it, preventing the reaction from occurring. By consciously maintaining the state of trauma and experiencing it without denial, I have been able to understand the trauma and go through a process where the tension gradually releases, leading to the resolution of the trauma.

I wonder if this might be what is referred to as the "realm of suffering" in Buddhism, which the Buddha wanted to convey. This is just a hypothesis, of course.

This trauma seems to generally hinder the ability to connect with others.

In yoga, Vedanta, and spirituality, it is said that there is a smaller space within the so-called Anahata chakra (heart chakra). In my case, while I have a tendency towards Anahata, I am unable to enter this smaller space within the Anahata, which is said to be a sacred space.

There are reasons why I cannot enter the heart's sacred space, or if I do enter, I cannot stay there. (Omitted) In life, people who have experienced trauma, especially those who have had negative experiences in relationships and love, seem to re-experience that pain when entering the heart's sacred space. This pain can be so intense that it becomes unbearable to stay there. "To the Heart's Sacred Space" by Drunvalo Melchizedek.

I feel that this is indeed likely to be the case.

Recently, I have been searching for my next challenge, and I am wondering if this area of the heart might be it.

A consciousness that has attached itself to a barber shop.

Yesterday, when I went to the barber, I suddenly felt a tension during the haircut, and my face stiffened, so I made a sweeping motion around myself, as if "cutting" something. As I wrote before, I create an image of a sword and swing it around my body to cut the cables of my aura. Also, I consciously created something like a barrier.

As a result, I recovered somewhat, but it quickly returned to its original state.

It had been a while since I experienced a state where my "face stiffened" to that extent. This is bad.

I returned home as is, but I didn't feel very well.

The next morning, when I woke up, I felt unwell, and there was a sensation of something being stuck inside my body.

Recently, I haven't been doing yoga asanas due to a fracture, and I wondered if I had eaten something strange... I thought that pre-cut vegetables might be bad because they are likely soaked in chemicals. However, it seems that this time, it wasn't the cause.

This morning, during meditation, I explored my body and felt tension and congestion around my right shoulder to my heart. So, I used my "hand" of consciousness to explore that area, grasped something like a mass, and slowly pulled it out towards my right shoulder.

Suddenly, the tension in my right shoulder disappeared, and my right shoulder started to move. The congestion around my heart also disappeared.

It seems that a consciousness entity had attached itself to me. Wow, that's scary.

The tension was in my face, but when I explored it during meditation, I found that the left side of my body was normal, while the right side, especially the muscles from my right shoulder to my elbow, were stiff, and that was reaching my heart. It seemed to be attached around my right shoulder, extending something like a pipe to my heart to steal energy. After I pulled it out, it didn't resist anymore and seemed to go somewhere.

I speculate that it might have entered through the barber, via the barber's touch.

I've heard somewhere that it's easier for barbers to absorb a customer's aura through their fingertips. Hair is a place where aura exchange occurs easily, so barbers who touch hair are likely to receive negative energy from customers.

Perhaps the consciousness entity that was attached to the customer transferred to the barber, and then attached itself to me.

I've often felt unwell after going to the barber before, but this time it was particularly severe.

Even after pulling out the consciousness entity, I still have a muscle ache-like sensation and a numb feeling in my right hand. I don't feel any consciousness in the room, so it seems to have gone somewhere, but I can't let my guard down. It's been a while since I've experienced this kind of possession.

Recently, I've been tired due to family funerals, and I haven't been able to do yoga asanas or meditate much, so I might have been careless.

Trauma disappears by facing it.

This is a continuation of the previous discussion.

It was mentioned that trauma disappears when it is experienced without denial. A similar concept was written in the Pleiadian teachings.

When you feel pain, it is important not to try to suppress it, but to be with that feeling. Take a deep breath and try to feel that feeling more deeply. Then, magically, after a few minutes, that painful feeling will suddenly disappear, to the point where you may not even know when it disappeared. (Omitted) But, if you don't fully experience that painful feeling until it disappears, it will remain deep within your body, waiting for you to notice it. Therefore, it is better to feel it now than to be afraid of it returning. "The Pleiadian Path to Awakening" by Amora Quan Yin.

This is, of course, a spiritual practice, but according to the book, it is also presented as part of "meditation."

In yogic meditation, observation of thoughts is emphasized, and the basic principle is to "not focus on thoughts, not respond to them, and let them pass." However, in Pleiadian teachings, it seems to place more emphasis on "experiencing" the feeling rather than simply observing. In other words, it could be called "healing," but it seems that even "healing" is based on the yogic principle of "observation." Conversely, the positive force, which could be called "power" or "energy" in yoga, lies at the root of yogic "observation," and I realized that "healing (power, energy)" and "observation" are closely related, even though the words are different. While different schools may emphasize different aspects, I think the basic principles are the same.

Some yoga and some spiritual practices seem to focus only on "observation," while others may overemphasize "healing" or "energy." I feel that focusing on these aspects without grasping the fundamentals will prevent further progress.

If there is a lack of energy while only "observing," growth may be difficult. Conversely, if energy is increased without "observation," the use of that energy may be forced, wasteful, or uneven, leading to setbacks.

Both are important.

From an outside perspective, it seems that some schools of Vipassana meditation emphasize observation, while some schools of Kriya Yoga emphasize energy.

As an aside, Kriya Yoga is unique among yoga practices, as it does not emphasize meditation or concentration, but rather focuses on increasing energy. This is a characteristic of Kriya Yoga, although not all schools may be the same.

In spirituality, there are many schools that stand out for their energy work from the perspective of "healing."

While it may be best to choose what suits you, I recently think that the basics are "observation" and "energy," even though they may not be comparable. For some reason, they seem to be separated, even though they shouldn't be. I think both are important.

Returning to the topic of trauma, I think that trauma disappears not only through "observation" but also not only through "energy (healing)," but only when both "observation" and "energy (healing)" are present.

In my personal experience, I don't consider something to be trauma if it disappears quickly with a single meditation. I think it's a process of experiencing a little bit of the trauma and letting it go, and then experiencing a little bit more in the next meditation and letting it go.

Minor grievances can disappear during meditation with a little bit of this kind of practice.

Ideally, it would be best to become familiar with these practices from a young age to avoid accumulating too much trauma.

Pull out the invisible thing that was entangled on my right arm.

For a while, I've had tension in my right arm, so during meditation, I explored my right arm and found something tight and constricted. When I pulled it out, the tension eased.

I don't know if this was some kind of possession or if a negative entity was attached, but I'm not sure. At one point, something was attached to my heart, and I pulled it out, but this time it was less severe. That time, something reached my heart, but this time it was only my right arm.

After pulling it out, I "stitched" the wound with threads of consciousness, and the aura around the wound stabilized. While "stitching," I felt a tingling sensation and numbness.

For a while afterward, my right arm was stiff, and I think the numbness lasted for a few days.

The next day after pulling it out, it was much better, and after a few days, it was almost completely recovered. After about a week, it was almost back to normal.

However, compared to my left arm, my left arm has a much more stable aura, while my right arm is not as stable.

I haven't paid much attention to it before, but I think it might be a good idea to regularly check the aura of my entire body in detail.

I suspect that there may be cracks in my aura, making it easier for some kind of consciousness or negative aura to enter.

A certain edible pig's curse and becoming a spirit.

At one time, I wondered what a pig feels like, being raised for food, slaughtered, and eaten. Then, I remembered seeing a pig's image quite some time ago, whether it was a dream or during meditation.

I wondered why I remembered it now... but I decided to write it down as a note.

As is well known, pigs are very clean animals. In breeding facilities, they experience a lot of stress, and eventually, they are caught, slaughtered, and eaten.

In a dream or during meditation, I saw the soul of a pig. It had a dark aura, indicating stress in the breeding facility. When it was slaughtered, it intensely hated the person who slaughtered it and traveled to the afterlife with that dark aura. Because it had feelings of hatred and a question about what would happen to its body, that pig's soul could not find peace and wandered on Earth. That pig's soul seemed to be thinking about cursing the person who would eat it. Even though it was an animal, it seemed to be able to think that much.

The pig's soul first strongly cursed the person who slaughtered it, then slightly cursed the butcher, and finally, tried to curse the person who would eat it.

One day, the pig's soul was floating in the air of the butcher shop, preparing to curse, waiting for the person who would buy it.

Then, a family came.

That family, contrary to the pig's feelings of hatred, seemed very happy and joyful, chatting and choosing the meat. They were going home to eat it happily.

Seeing that, the pig's feelings of hatred lessened slightly. Although the feelings of hatred were not completely gone, it felt like, "Well, if they are going to eat me and be happy, I guess it's okay..." and it was able to find peace.

I don't think that all of the souls of pigs find peace in this way, but the soul of the pig that I happened to see was like this. Perhaps there are many pig souls on Earth that cannot find peace and hold grudges against humans. However, I don't know how many such unpurified pig souls there are. Based on this situation, I think that the meat of pigs that suffered and died may have some curses attached to it, so it might be better not to eat it too much.

Tokyo Metropolitan Area Relocation Plan.

For the past few months, I have been repeatedly prompted by an inner presence to advance the "Iyasoshi" plan for the metropolitan area. "Iyasoshi" can be simply defined as a power spot, and there seems to be a plan to create power spots in the metropolitan area.

It seems to have two meanings: to proceed independently, even by oneself, and to participate in the will of a greater entity.

It is likely a presence different from my usual inner guide, perhaps a part of the will of a group soul, which is a collective consciousness. This means that the will is based on the awareness that "I am doing it" and "we are doing it" are the same.

Therefore, if I say that I am carrying out the "Iyasoshi" plan for the metropolitan area, it also means that we are carrying out the "Iyasoshi" plan for the metropolitan area, and the content is essentially the same.

Specifically, the first step seems to be to erect pillars of light from the sky at locations on my commute or places I frequently visit, and to nurture them with daily prayers and gratitude.

It seems that these pillars can be mobile, even on trains.

The basic target is initially train stations, with the aim of healing people with the pillars of light. However, when the "Iyasoshi" is fully activated, the railway lines will act like dragon veins and create magical arrays.

Although the railway lines were not originally intended for this purpose, they can become part of the energy routes that activate seals and spells.

Since temples and shrines have created seals and magical arrays in Kyoto and Tokyo, the "Iyasoshi" plan for the metropolitan area, which utilizes existing railway routes, is quite an interesting idea.

For now, I would like to erect pillars of light at locations on my commute or places I frequently visit. However, while my group soul in a parallel world can do it properly, I may not be able to do it as well, so I will start as a pointer for this world (timeline) to indicate the location of sensors.

Traditionally, shrines and temples have been used as places to erect such pillars of light, but recently, some are functioning well while others are not. Also, the consciousness entity that intends to carry out this plan seems to be different from the consciousness entities that have been creating "Iyasoshi" in shrines and temples for a long time, so there is an intention to create new magical arrays rather than the traditional "Iyasoshi."

This is not necessarily a conflict, but rather a kind of experiment for a new era.

The goal is to create "Iyasoshi" at places such as Shinjuku Station, Harajuku Station, and Shibuya Station.

Although it has been significantly purified compared to about ten years ago, the intention of the greater will seems to be to erect pillars of light in earnest.

The difficulty is high for erecting the first pillar, but it is relatively easy for anyone to strengthen existing pillars, so cooperation is requested.

By tracing my past lives and memories of parallel worlds, I can create a pillar of light from the sky by awakening my own kundalini and connecting with the energy from the sky. However, this is only a pillar of light for myself, and this time, the goal is to create a pillar of light at a certain location. Therefore, people who can create their own pillar of light can branch out their own light and extend it to the sky, and by branching out a pillar of light from a nearby location to the sky, they can erect a pillar of light in any desired location to create "Iyasoshi."

This pillar of light can be created by separating one's own pillar of light, or it can be created by starting from a slightly different location and drawing energy from the sky.

I am not sure what is at the base of this pillar of light. I speculate that it is connected to a higher self, or something beyond a higher self.

The initial goal is to create many such pillars at railway stations, so that people passing through the stations will be purified and revitalized.

As the stations become more purified, the trains and passengers traveling on them will become energy routes like dragon veins, forming magical arrays.

Since it is difficult to create these pillars of light from scratch, if you feel something like a pillar of light at a station, please resonate with it and nurture it. Specifically, you don't have to stop, but you can offer a prayer, recall a moment of tranquility, or imagine a pillar of light. If you are a Christian, you can make the sign of the cross, or if you are a Buddhist, you can pray, or anything else that incorporates the intention to strengthen the pillar of light in your daily activities. You can do it to the extent that you can.

The goal is not just "Iyasoshi" in the "metropolitan area," but a much larger area, and the metropolitan area is a part of it.

In daily life, practice Vipassana meditation to become aware of and release tension in the body.

In my daily life, I have been trying to maintain a state of mindfulness, and as a result, I have become very aware of subtle tensions in my body.

I am not good at yoga asanas (exercises), but perhaps this daily tension is the reason why my body is stiff.

I haven't seen any noticeable changes yet, but for now, I am consciously trying to relax whenever I notice tension.

Some say that this type of tension is deeply ingrained in the muscles and in the subconscious, in what yoga calls "samskaras," and that it manifests as tension. Therefore, ideally, one should address the root cause, but for now, I am trying to release the muscle tension whenever I notice it.

Until recently, I was not aware of my own tension, but when I enter a state of mindfulness, I become much more aware of my own condition on a daily basis. I would like to continue this intentional release of tension for a while and observe whether it brings about any changes in my yoga asanas (exercises).

This is not specifically for the purpose of improving my asanas (exercises); it's simply a matter of releasing the tension when I notice it. The possibility of improving my asanas (exercises) as a result of releasing tension is just a secondary benefit.

It feels like I have to repeatedly release the tension in the same area many times. Even after releasing the tension once, it gradually becomes stronger unconsciously, so it's a cycle of releasing it again... It's like the muscles become slightly softer, or maybe not... I will continue to observe how it changes over time.

Pull out the invisible things that were stuck in both shoulders.

Previously, I have experienced similar situations, but this time again, a sudden tension arose in my awareness, causing stiffness in my shoulders and head that wouldn't subside. Recently, I have been observing bodily sensations and practicing slow-motion Vipassana meditation, but even that state has been disrupted.

It seems that being in a Vipassana state does not necessarily make one immune to this type of tension.

Initially, I considered trying to unify my consciousness through meditation, but since my awareness wasn't particularly scattered, I thought that wasn't the right approach. Instead, I observed my body, and I felt like something large was stuck in my right shoulder, specifically around the area between my right shoulder and the back of my neck. Previously, I removed it during meditation, but this time, while sitting in a chair and maintaining awareness, I "pulled out" whatever was there. Suddenly, the tension in my right shoulder disappeared.

It seems like some kind of entity or a thorn-like object was embedded.

When I removed something that was entangled around my right arm previously, it was likely an entity that was attached and draining energy. However, this time, it wasn't in a draining state, but rather, some kind of entity was simply stuck, so I removed it.

I naturally have a weaker aura on my right side, and my right shoulder is more susceptible to influence than my left.

At first, I thought it might be someone's intention directed at me, but it seems more like an invisible thorn floating around that simply bumped into my aura and caused damage. It's likely that this thorn is just a remnant created by someone. When it bumps into me, I experience these kinds of issues. I've been experiencing this kind of thing since I was young.

I believe that if I could see with spiritual sight, I could avoid these obstacles, but I can't see them now.

I regularly experience these issues, so I remove them and treat them each time.

Based on this experience, if I feel unwell, I need to take the following steps:

0. Check if it's a physical problem. If it's a physical problem, deal with it normally.
1. First, check if there's anything invisible stuck in your body. Specifically, look for areas of extreme tension.
2. If you find extreme tension, use your invisible "hand" to "pinch" and pull the area where the tension is. If it works, you'll feel like something is being pulled out. If it's a parasitic entity that's drawing energy from your aura, it might have tentacles extending deep into your chakras, so pull it out slowly so that the tentacles don't break.
3. After removing it, your aura will be damaged in that area, so imagine molding clay or dough and attaching it to repair the tear in your aura. It might be easier to use your invisible "hand."

I feel like you need to stabilize your aura before you can enter a Vipassana state. Once the extreme tension is gone, you can enter a slow-motion awareness state and check the following:

4. Regularly observe your body and immediately notice when tension appears.
5. Consciously release and relax the tension you notice.

Whether or not you can enter a Vipassana state is another matter, but the steps before that seem like something that almost anyone can do if they try.

No one talks about these things being possible, so no one does them. However, if you feel unwell, it might be helpful to treat the affected area as described above.

Of course, there are also physical injuries, illnesses, and other ailments, so not everything can be cured this way.

People who understand this kind of feeling will understand it. If you read this and think, "Ah, that's what it is," then you should try it. If you don't understand what it is, then just ignore it.

There are many people in this world who are unknowingly being drained of energy by energy vampires for a long time because they don't know that there are simple ways to address these issues.

The egg shouted, "I hate you!"

One day, when I cracked an egg, I thought I saw a faint image of a "chick" on the other side of the yellow yolk, and at the same time, I felt a sense of resentment and a curse emanating from the eggshell like invisible smoke, and it felt like it was saying "I hate you~". I was shocked.

Ugh. I haven't really paid much attention to eggs before, but I'm going to have a hard time eating them from now on.

I have been reducing my meat consumption, but I haven't really paid much attention to eggs. I thought I would get the nutrients from eggs instead of meat. However, this time, even the eggs seemed to be saying "I hate you~", so I'm going to have a harder time choosing what to eat. Just thinking about it gives me a slight trauma.

Is this because it's a cheap egg? Maybe expensive eggs are different? That might be the case. The stress of the parent birds living in cramped conditions might be transferred to the eggs, and the eggs themselves might not be able to hatch, and they end up being eaten, so they might feel resentment.

Meat is quite difficult, and while beef is okay, some chicken is terrible, and pork is often completely unacceptable. So, I don't eat much meat unless there are no other options, but I have been eating eggs.

Even with plants, it feels like they have life, and I feel like they are saying "It hurts, it hurts" when I cut them with a knife, and I sometimes feel strange when I eat them.

Since the shift to a more compassionate state, I've started to feel pain in my heart when I hurt plants or insects. But even though I don't eat meat, I sometimes feel strange when I eat plants, and while I can usually eat them normally, I sometimes feel sad when I see the plants lined up in supermarkets.

So... I'm having a hard time deciding what to eat these days.

I thought being a vegetarian might be a good idea, but as you can see from the above, it's not that simple. Meat is the worst, but being a vegetarian might not necessarily be the best option.

This might depend on the cultivation methods in Japan, or it might be different with organic cultivation, or even with the same organic cultivation, it might vary depending on the farmland. It makes sense that even if the farming methods are the same, the taste or aura can change depending on the person who grows them.

It seems like plants have an aura and emotions, so maybe the plants sold in ordinary stores in Japan are in pain and being put on plates.

It's better when I cook at home, but I often eat out.

When I eat at an egg restaurant, it's often delicious, so it might depend on the type of egg. Maybe some eggs have resentment and are cursed. It's not surprising that some plants might be stressed.

Humans are living creatures that cannot survive without eating, so perhaps the act of eating itself is accumulating karma. But I don't really understand that. If we emphasize karma too much, it might be like being enslaved by a sense of guilt, like in Christianity, so we need to be careful about how we explain it. It might be better not to tell people about it until they understand it themselves.

I'm not telling anyone what to do or what to eat or not to eat. I'm just saying that I recently experienced this, and I've become a little reluctant to eat eggs. I'm sure I'll eat eggs again in the future, but things have changed since before.

Is the only solution to be grateful to the ingredients when we eat? Being a vegetarian and eating with gratitude seems to be the best option for now.

Extracting trauma from the mind.

This morning, my consciousness was in a state close to Vipassana, and the aura around my head was calm, allowing me to see deep into my consciousness.

Then, I felt that traumas that had previously been obscured and difficult to see were now within reach. I used my aura to grasp them, carefully feeling their texture, and gently pulled. I felt that they moved, so I pulled them out completely.

I have tried to remove traumas before, but it seems that when my consciousness is not calm and in a Vipassana state, it is difficult to remove them.

These types of traumas are said to be obstacles when in a trance-like state, a state where concentration and observation are combined, and I wanted to get rid of them.

They were located deep within my consciousness, and they interfered with my ability to observe and concentrate while working.

In this context, "observation and concentration" refers to maintaining a state of observation (Vipassana) while simultaneously focusing and carefully observing and contemplating things.

These traumas interfere with that process.

Because I work deep within my consciousness, the "answer" often appears immediately, and the work itself is done consciously, so it can be done quickly. However, in that state, traumas tend to appear.

The traumas appear sometimes and not others, and they seem to have a cyclical pattern or habit, appearing when related to something or when a certain state is approached. This time, something triggered the emergence of that trauma, so I grasped it and pulled it out.

It appeared around the back of my head, so I grasped it from the back of my head and pulled it out.

Traumas generally disappear by confronting them, but I feel that I removed a small part of what felt like the remaining roots.

I was not able to remove it completely, but I estimate that I removed about one-third to two-fifths of it.

Previously, I have removed consciousness entities that were entangled around my shoulders, and the process is similar. The difference is whether it is a consciousness entity or a solidified, fixed part of consciousness.

Consciousness entities are relatively soft, and when holding them in your hand, you need to carefully feel their texture and pull them out without breaking them.

This time, I felt something like a "handle," and at the end of the handle was a block of concrete. That block of concrete seemed to be blocking something, so I used my aura to slowly feel its texture, grasped the "handle," and tried my best to lift the block of concrete.

It felt like it was slightly lifted, and I thought that maybe I had removed a little, but the subsequent results showed that about one-third to two-fifths of it was removed. Well, considering that I was trying to remove a heavy block of concrete, it might have been a good result.

However, because it is a heavy block of concrete, if I am careless, mud may accumulate around it again, so I will continue to remove traumas frequently.

The world of demons and monsters is the true face of this world.

Many people say that this world is beautiful because they see material things, but in reality, it is a world ofDemons and Monsters (demonic creatures). If you use astral vision, you will see that this world is a terrifying place.

In the past, there were forests where fairies lived, but now, everywhere is crowded with people, and it seems that Demons and Monsters are lurking everywhere.

According to Theosophy, astral vision or mental vision allows you to see Demons and Monsters. Mental vision transcends time and space, allowing you to view various timelines, past, present, and future. On the other hand, astral vision allows you to see the forms of spirits, such as Demons and Monsters.

There is also something called etheric vision, which is a vision closer to the physical body. Here is a summary:

* Physical vision
* Etheric vision: Vision associated with the physical body. Seeing auras close to the physical body. Seeing ectoplasm.
* Astral vision: Seeing spirits. Seeing Demons and Monsters.
* Mental vision: Seeing timelines that transcend time and space. For example, a story about a life in the suburbs of Paris.
* Buddhi vision: The past, present, and future exist simultaneously. Complete precognition. I have not experienced this.

In Buddhism and yoga, it is said that "what you see in meditation is not important," and I think this may be referring to astral vision. There is no meaning in seeing Demons and Monsters. Therefore, the Yoga Sutras say, "When one approaches enlightenment, the gods will tempt you, but you must reject their temptations."

In my case, when I was born as a woman, I could easily use mental vision to foresee and understand various timelines, as described in the link above. However, when I was born as a man, I could not use these abilities as much. At most, I could only use astral vision.

In my case, the abilities I can use differ depending on whether I am born as a woman or a man. The word "witch" refers to a woman, and I think this is probably the case in general. There seems to be a difference in physical structure. It seems that women can develop these abilities without much special training.

This astral vision, which was relatively easy to avoid because the population density was not so high and there were only a few Demons and Monsters a few hundred years ago, has become so that everywhere is infested with demonic creatures, and you are likely to encounter Demons and Monsters just by walking around.

Humans are more frightening, so even if you brush against Demons and Monsters, they do not cause much harm to the body, but it is a very unpleasant feeling. If there are few people, I avoid Demons and Monsters, but when it is crowded, I sometimes have to pass through Demons and Monsters, and my body momentarily overlaps with them.

Basically, there is no harm if you pass by and brush against them. It is a very unpleasant feeling, but it seems that the body is protected by the soul and aura, so it is safe.

This kind of astral vision is troublesome, it can mislead your mind, and it can easily lead to a sense of superiority because you can see things that ordinary people cannot see. It is essentially a hindrance to practice and is not very useful.

As I mentioned in passing before, there is a method of reincarnation that uses a special spiritual cloth to close this troublesome astral vision. Before being born, you are wrapped in this special cloth to seal the astral vision.

Because you cannot contact Demons and Monsters without astral vision, this cloth also serves as a kind of astral defense. Therefore, you will not be affected even if you brush against Demons and Monsters.

Even so, Demons and Monsters will persistently approach you and try to suck your energy, so this method of practice using this cloth is dangerous.

If you have astral vision and it is discovered during childhood, you may be taken to a psychiatric hospital and drugged until you can no longer see things. Therefore, in cases where people with astral vision are reincarnated into families that are not skilled in sorcery, they may use such a cloth.

It seems that there are quite a few people with astral vision. It is said that this is the power of the ajna chakra. However, it is not uncommon in families that have traditionally been skilled in sorcery, such as Shinto, Buddhism, and onmyōdō (Japanese esoteric practices). It is rumored to be common among royalty.

People with astral vision are often taken to psychiatric hospitals, especially those from ordinary families.

It is a true practice to jump into such unprotected environments and live a normal life. It is a life-or-death practice. Some people use such a cloth to do this, and it seems that it was commonly used in the past, but the administrator lamented that it is not used much recently.

Astral vision, as mentioned above, allows one to see spirits and demons, and sometimes even the appearance of gods, but it is often not very useful.

It is not very helpful for what is commonly called "training." As mentioned above, it often hinders training because it can give rise to feelings of arrogance. With astral vision, one's spirit is often immature and still entangled with the benefits of this world.

When one develops mental vision to the extent described above, the heart becomes peaceful, and one seems to gain a perspective that transcends things.

In terms of aura, those with astral vision tend to have weak auras, making them vulnerable to having their energy drained by spirits and demons, and causing them to feel anxious. However, when one develops mental vision, their energy increases, the aura is purified, and they are almost no longer affected by spirits and demons.

If one aims for that, using a cloak made of this special spiritual fabric to restrict astral vision seems useful.

In my case, I am using this for what I believe is useful for achieving my goals in this lifetime. ... I think so. I learned about this when I had an out-of-body experience as a child, but I didn't fully understand its purpose back then. Now, I definitely understand that it is useful. Originally, I intended to wear this cloak for my entire life, but I unexpectedly achieved the goal of karma purification relatively quickly, so I am wondering what to do next. Currently, the cloak is locked onto my body, and when I chant a special mantra, it seems to unlock, but I don't remember the mantra, so I need to ask my guardian spirit. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Use a mass of aura to transmit energy to various parts of the body.

Recently, I have been concentrating my aura through meditation. As for how to use this concentrated aura, I initially focused on opening energy pathways in the back of the head, extending to the crown, and pathways that run across the front of the body.

After trying various things, for example, using energy that reaches the abdomen to reach the feet, I felt a heightened sensation in my feet. Alternatively, moving energy from the head to the shoulders and back to the fingertips made the sensation in my hands more sensitive.

This is similar to methods used in yoga to enhance the sensation in the hands and feet, but the difference is that in this case, I am pre-concentrating aura in the head and then moving it to various parts of the body to open energy pathways, or nadis.

Recently, I have been observing my visual field and bodily sensations in a Vipassana state, and I feel that I can observe them more clearly if I first allow energy to flow through the body, as I do in this case.

It feels like the level of detail in my observations has become finer.

For example, I have become able to perceive the movements of my chopsticks more precisely when eating.

I have been continuing meditation for the past few days, and recently, I have been trying to channel the concentrated energy into the spine, specifically the Sushumna channel.

Then, something unexpected happened. When I tried to channel energy into the area around the heart on my back, I encountered a strong resistance, and a flood of trauma suddenly emerged. This included traumas that I had since childhood, and it was so intense that I suddenly opened my eyes and stood up.

It seems that this trauma was hidden there.

I believe this is the spot where I injured my spine by getting caught on a wire fence during middle school. Perhaps, there was an energetic stagnation in that area, making it easier for past traumas to accumulate.

I remember noticing that I had traumas hidden in my shoulders and chest before, but the trauma hidden in this part of the spine was quite significant. However, compared to what I have dealt with in the past, it wasn't that big of a deal, but it felt like I had discovered a medium-sized one after a long time.

This experience lasted only one day, and the next day, when I channeled energy, there was only a slight lump, and the energy flowed through.

I suspect that the energy flowed through the Sushumna channel, or the area around it, from the abdomen to the crown, and that the energy state at the crown has changed slightly.

The concentrated energy, once concentrated, seems to maintain a certain level of concentration even afterward, and I have learned that it can be used in this way.

Separately from that,
Previously, I had been dealing with something invisible that was stuck in both shoulders, or an entity that absorbs energy.取り憑いてきた意識体For things like that, I was trying to counter them by pulling them back.
However, with this condensed energy, it might be possible to push the consciousness out from within the body.
It's like creating a defensive membrane from the inside.
This is still in the observation stage, but it seems like it might be usable.

The end of the era of coercion, manipulation, and codependency.

The Showa era was a period of forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency, and its influence was strong until the Heisei era.

With the Reiwa era and the COVID-19 pandemic, the influence of these factors is gradually diminishing.

In the era of forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency, power harassment and pressure were commonplace.

People born in the Heisei era and working in society in the Reiwa era are not living in such a society. Therefore, even if someone joins a company that has survived from the Showa era and leaves shortly after, they should not be blamed. Moreover, companies that hold company briefings that seem healthy but are actually rooted in the values of the Showa era will eventually lose their power, and those who choose such companies may consider it a learning experience.

While the government still prioritizes large corporations and the Bank of Japan is spending 1 trillion yen per month to support the stock market, these large corporations of the old system will likely continue to exist for a while. However, there will come a time when they are suddenly cut off. Companies with no substance cannot survive forever.

That time will also be when the old system of forced conformity and codependency is no longer needed, and after a new foundation is established, the government will likely be willing to reduce the size of these large corporations. This means that the emergence of new companies will weaken the old system.

The old system is linked to forced conformity, codependency, and manipulation, and the company and social systems are deeply optimized for it. Therefore, when this system collapses, it will likely cause considerable pain. However, this COVID-19 situation can also be seen as an opportunity.

Therefore, the new system should seize this opportunity to gain strength while the old system is weakened by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the old system, "processes" were emphasized, which meant emphasizing "forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency." In other words, it involved "forcing others to stop thinking through forced conformity and meaningless processes, manipulating them, and creating ambiguity in the judgment process."

In the new system, there is a kind of "meritocracy" that is different from the old one, and the "processes" of "forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency" are not emphasized.

In the old system, meritocracy was linked to evaluation, but in the new system, it is not linked to evaluation and is simply a symbol of meritocracy, meaning that processes are not emphasized.

It will be an era when living expenses are relatively sufficient, so those who want to live lavishly should work hard. However, those who do not want to live lavishly will choose jobs based on their interests. While this may not be directly linked to rewards, it will be an era when people can receive large rewards unexpectedly, regardless of their efforts or results. This is what life is supposed to be, but it was lost in an era when it was considered natural to be a salaryman. Being a salaryman means having a stable life, but it also means losing freedom and having a fixed income. However, there is only a certain correlation between achievements, efforts, and rewards, and there are times when people can receive large rewards unexpectedly. In such an era, people will likely become less concerned about small incomes in their daily lives.

These changes begin with a shift in consciousness, and reality follows. Therefore, it is important to break away from relationships of forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency from now on.

Those who are trapped in these cycles and blindly follow others like slaves need to start resisting from small things and reclaim their "selves."

Spiritual and religious teachings often talk about "losing oneself," but in reality, it is a process of "becoming stronger, expanding oneself, and then losing oneself." It is not about losing oneself and becoming a slave without resistance.

This new order may not come from spiritual or religious teachings, but the message is the same. People who are sensitive to changes in the times will adapt to the demands of the era. The foundation of this is to break away from the cycle of forced conformity, manipulation, and codependency, which was the value of the Showa era. It is likely that the COVID-19 pandemic will be a good opportunity for this to happen in the Reiwa era.

The spirit attaches to the right shoulder.

I often experience a feeling of weakness in my right shoulder, as if something invisible is being pulled out from there. According to the interpretation of Onmyoji (Japanese traditional practitioners of magic), this could be a spirit.

If I am unable to generate my own life force and can only survive by drawing life force from others, like a vampire, then it is highly likely that I am a spirit.

"When a spirit attaches to a person, it attaches to the right side of the person's shoulder, and a living spirit attaches to the left side of the person's shoulder." ("Onmyoji's Mission" by Abe Masamichi).

I don't know for sure if what was attached to me was a spirit. However, I am interested in the fact that there is such an interpretation. How can I confirm this?

According to the same book, Onmyoji do not simply remove spirits; they erase their existence.

I only pulled it out, and then the invisible entity disappeared. Perhaps, if I were an Onmyoji, it would have been erased. When erasing, it is necessary to proceed carefully, and it seems to be done only in cases where there is harm.

I think I may have written this before, but when I trace the memories of my soul, I remember exploring this earthly realm in a spiritual form, and suddenly I felt a sense of danger and thought that I might be destroyed. I think these are the kinds of people. It is very frightening. They would completely erase the wisdom accumulated over countless reincarnations.

According to the same book, only harmful spirits are erased. However, there are people in the world who are more reckless and erase everything they see. These people may have their own criteria for judgment, but some of them have very low standards, and it turns out that wandering as a spirit in this earthly realm is actually quite dangerous.

The necessity of not giving in to peer pressure, or the need to escape from it.

In particular, in the field of compulsory education, you often interact with the same people for a long time, which creates peer pressure. Teachers also participate in this pressure, so it is not easy to resist it. People have free will, so they should be able to choose who they interact with. However, in compulsory education or in small communities, there are many traps designed to force, manipulate, or create codependency with others.

When raising children, it is important to not miss the signs that a child is sending. However, parents may also be participating in peer pressure.

Some people say that children choose their parents when they are born, but that is not always the case.

Sometimes, people are simply born, and they just choose any available parents.

As often said in spiritual circles, some people claim to have "chosen" their mothers, but in most cases, it's more like they "kind of" chose them.

Therefore, parents are also "kind of" choosing, and children are also "kind of" being born. That's just the way it is (laughs).

Of course, there are times when people consciously choose parents with the desire for spiritual growth, but in those cases, they already know it themselves.

In terms of choosing, there are also cases where people intentionally put themselves in difficult environments to learn about society.

If parents are interested in religion, spirituality, or nature, the difficulty level of life's game is "super easy." That is often enough. There is nothing wrong with that, and it is perfectly fine.

If someone "kind of" chooses, the difficulty level of life is "normal."

If you are born to parents who reject religion and spirituality and adhere to materialism, the difficulty level of life is "hard."

If you are born to parents who are abusive, the difficulty level of life is "extreme."

Life's game is like a video game where one wrong move can cost you a life. If you lose all your lives, it's game over.

However, there is a kind of "revive" spell that can restore some of your lives even if you reach zero, but the difficulty level remains the same.

In my case, this "revive" spell is recognized as a "ball of light" in my chest, and I was born with three of them. However, I quickly used up all three of them by the time I was in elementary school (laughs). In my case, the difficulty level was "hard."

I don't think I could handle an "extreme" life... probably. It seems inevitable that some people will game over and die in an extreme life. The difficulty level of life's game is too high.

If the difficulty level is "normal" or higher, many people who try to force, manipulate, or create codependency will come around. If you get caught up in them, your lives will gradually decrease.

The primary goal of life is to survive, so if you are in a bad situation, you should run away. And, like a game, you should be active in places where you can play well. There is no need to be trapped by others and have your lives taken away.

People who try to force, manipulate, or create codependency will say things like "don't run away," but that is exactly what they want. You don't need to follow their rules, and you can create your own rules for life's game. People who try to force, manipulate, or create codependency only want to impose their rules on others, and they are not necessarily thinking about you. You need to see through that.

In the Yoga Sutra, an ancient text, and in Buddhism's Four Immeasurables (loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity), there is a concept called "equanimity," which means "be indifferent to those who are not virtuous." This is the correct approach, and there is no need to interact with such people. You can choose who you interact with.

From an aura perspective, if you are interested in someone, your aura will merge with theirs, and you will both fall together. It is better not to be interested in them. From a meditative perspective, it is best to let go of such negative thoughts and move on.

This world is

A guardian spirit may reject associating with a specific person or company.

When meeting someone for the first time, such as during an interview, if your guardian spirit deems it unwise to have that interaction, it will try to sever the connection.

For example, if you go to a job interview, and your guardian spirit believes that you should not join that company, it might cause you to feel unwell right before the interview. Your complexion might turn pale, your expression might become stiff, and you might be unable to speak, leading to a failed interview. The interviewer might not understand this, and might mock you, leading to rejection. You might also lose confidence in yourself. However, this often indicates that your guardian spirit is saying, "This is not the right place for you." This judgment can come from your guardian spirit, your higher self, or your group soul. Sometimes, your spirit might send inspiration from the past or future.

Interviews usually go well if you are called for one, but if your guardian spirit intervenes, it's unlikely you will pass.

Ideally, you should receive inspiration before applying for a job. However, sometimes you might overlook it, or you might be unable to refuse due to circumstances, and your guardian spirit might intervene to prevent you from forming a relationship.

From the perspective of the interviewer or the other party, they are making a judgment based on a first impression. However, if the other person's behavior seems strange, you should assume that you are being rejected. There aren't that many truly strange people in this world.

Interviewers are often confident, so they judge the applicant and write a report saying, "This applicant was like this." However, as time passes, it becomes clear that this assessment doesn't match the person's true nature. Some people say that interviews are meaningless, but I believe interviews are necessary. Companies that believe they are selecting applicants are actually being selected by the applicants.

If an interviewer looks down on an applicant because of a temporary situation, the applicant should simply not join that company. If you join a company with incompetent HR staff who lack experience and judgment, you will not be fairly evaluated. The same applies if the interviewer is a department head; you won't be fairly evaluated by your superiors.

Companies believe they are selecting applicants, but in reality, applicants are selecting companies.

Even if a company seems very good, if your guardian spirit believes it would be detrimental to your life, it will try to make you fail the interview. Instead of wondering why you suddenly acted so strangely during the interview, you should think that it was a good thing you failed.

No matter what company you are in, you are there because that environment is the best for you.

Of course, there are times when you simply fail. There are times when you should have been hired but weren't. There are simple accidents that lead to failure. There are times when you fail a mission and cannot join a company. However, the difficulty is not that high, and you will usually end up where you are supposed to be. If you feel it's not a good fit, your guardian spirit is likely preventing you from going there. However, there are guardian spirits that actively intervene and those that simply observe, so this statement might be misleading. At least, your guardian spirit's will is at work.

The same applies to relationships with people, especially romantic relationships and marriage.

Therefore, if you make a mistake in your behavior when meeting someone for the first time and the relationship doesn't develop, you shouldn't blame yourself. If you meet someone who seems strange, you should assume that you are being rejected rather than judging them based on a single encounter.

In reality, truly strange people are often obvious, and it's clear that the other person is temporarily acting strangely to reject you. If you can't distinguish between these situations, it might be because you lack life experience. However, even if you think you can tell the difference, you can still misjudge someone based on a first impression. Even if you are 120% confident in your judgment, you can still be wrong.

Therefore, for safety's sake, it's better not to judge people too quickly. Ultimately, the other person's life is their own, and you don't need to worry or belittle yourself.

If you receive an impression, it's not necessarily the other person's true nature, but rather how the other person perceives you or your company. If the other person has a good impression of you, it means they have a good impression of you or your company. The same applies in reverse. However, this is only a temporary impression.

There are many people who do not understand the depth of life and easily judge others. When meeting such people and being superficially judged by them, I sometimes think about the shallowness of their life experiences. However, even that is ultimately irrelevant to the essence, and is just a distraction. In the end, it's simply a matter of letting them be.

In reality, in a company interview, if a "guardian spirit" strongly intervenes and rejects someone, that person should be actively recruited. They are, after all, people with strong luck, and are capable of attracting various forms of good fortune and connections. If the guardian spirit is rejecting them, there may be a problem with the company, or it may simply not be a good fit for what the applicant wants to do. It may be sufficient to think, "It was not meant to be," without thinking too deeply.

People with psychic abilities were angered, and the mass media industry declined.

The media often takes excerpts from interviews and reports them in a way that distorts the original intent, creating sensationalized content for higher ratings. This can be devastating for those who are misrepresented and fabricated in these reports.

Sometimes, the victim or their "guardian spirit" may possess abilities, and in such cases, there's a high probability of retaliation.

This retaliation may not be direct, and they might not even say anything. However, they may persistently and subtly retaliate.

Therefore, people who engage in fabricated reporting should be cautious. Those who are targeted are particularly vulnerable. They may simply believe they are unlucky, unaware of the true cause, which is being resented by others.

Those who are targeted might think, "Just say it directly," but they are being retaliated against because their protests were ignored, and their abilities are being used to destroy their lives. Once the first warning is ignored, it's over.

There will be no second warning.

If you dismiss the first warning as "who is this," your life will be constantly undermined and sabotaged until it collapses. This is what it means to be cursed.

The media industry is rife with such resentment and curses, which contribute to its decline as people constantly undermine and sabotage each other.

The original purpose of the media was to provide "accurate reporting," but now it has become a mere excuse or alibi for self-justification. In reality, fabricated reporting is rampant. This is driven by the pursuit of ratings, but it stems from a lack of a solid foundation of principles. Some media personnel find pleasure in undermining others, which is contributing to the collapse of the media.

There are media personnel who want to provide accurate reporting, but the resentment and curses created by those who undermine others not only affect the individuals who created the initial cause but also curse the entire industry, drawing in similar people. If someone with abilities harbors resentment or curses, the entire industry could collapse.

This is the kind of situation the current media is in. The era of television during the bubble economy will never return, and this is a result of their own actions.

I don't really care about the media industry and believe they should do as they please. I think it's best to leave them alone. However, one thing I can say is that it's better not to do things that will cause you to be cursed or resented by others.

Curses are troublesome and can linger for a long time. I believe there are many people whose lives have been ruined by curses caused by the media's fabricated reporting, and sometimes it can even lead to the collapse of companies.

In the case of powerful individuals with abilities, they may target the company rather than the individual, leading to curses that cause financial difficulties and scandals. In fact, some of the well-known scandals that have shaken the world may be caused by such curses.

So, try not to do things that will cause you to be cursed by others. Especially, don't anger or offend noble or capable people. They don't get angry easily, but if they do, their curses can be quite frightening. It's not uncommon for even large corporations to collapse.

About 20 years ago, I spoke with a reporter from NHK, and when I said, "There are people in NHK who engage in fabricated reporting and are pro-Korean," the reporter said, "I won't talk to you if you say that everyone at NHK engages in fabricated reporting or is pro-Korean." I was baffled by what he was saying. I said, "There are people like that in NHK," not "everyone," but the NHK reporter misinterpreted my words to justify himself.

NHK reporters are supposed to be experts in language. How can language experts do their jobs without properly understanding what others are saying?

Since he couldn't understand my context, it means he lacks basic Japanese comprehension skills, which is a problem. If he understood my context but twisted it, it means he is willing to distort reality to create articles that serve his purpose or justify himself. Either way, I don't think he is a decent reporter. This is how fabricated articles are created. It's better not to deal with reporters who fabricate stories. They prioritize their own agenda over understanding others, and they are the kind of people who look for flaws in others to promote their own views. Such people will eventually be rejected by everyone. Japanese companies are too lenient. Why don't they fire them?

I was astonished, but it was resolved. However, if this were reported extensively throughout Japan, I would have been quite angry and would have retaliated. I wouldn't do anything directly or physically, but I could curse them, for example, by causing them to accidentally step on the accelerator and drive off a cliff, or by distracting them while driving, causing them to collide with a truck. I could do it if I wanted to, and I could do it endlessly.

However, I usually don't do such things because if I were to harbor that much resentment or seek revenge, I would have to be prepared for it. Also, the person's original purpose would be completely canceled. So, I wouldn't do that with ordinary resentment or curses. However, there are actually people in this world who are dealt with in that way.

It's better to cause damage to the company rather than directly retaliating against the person. That way, the effect is more gradual and lasting.

Speaking of which, about 20 years ago, I was caught in a fraudulent business scheme and indirectly caused the company to collapse. That was not just through curses, but also by using the power of the internet. Companies can easily collapse like that, so it's better not to be careless and not get cursed by others. Companies are surprisingly fragile and can easily collapse.

Repeatedly extracting the consciousness that is being possessed.

This has become a recurring phenomenon. Recently, I've been feeling that my everyday state of Vipassana meditation is unstable, and I confirmed this during meditation. I saw a transparent consciousness entity attached to the right side of my body. Again.

Recently, I've been feeling a sense of discomfort from inside my body, and I was wondering what it was.

During meditation, I used my aura to grasp various parts of my body and slowly pulled it towards the right side. Suddenly, the tension in my right shoulder disappeared.

Furthermore, I mentally commanded, "Anything that is not from my soul, please leave my body." I saw something vague, like a grandfather's soul flame, a black and white, semi-transparent flame, and it seemed like a grandfather's face was reflected in it. So I said, "Please leave."

Not only that, but there were strange, insect-like things that I don't know where they came from, stuck or embedded in various parts of my body, and it was very disgusting! Ordinary people probably wouldn't notice this, so there's probably even more of it embedded.

I grasped and searched for those disgusting things with my aura and pulled them out one by one. As a result, I felt even better.

I explored various parts of my body, and I think I've removed the larger ones.

I feel that this is something that you unconsciously pick up when you go outside, so regular cleaning is essential.

The flame of the old man that I pulled out didn't want to leave, so I said, "If you keep clinging, I will eliminate you." It seemed to reluctantly move away, but these things are persistent, so frequent checks are necessary. It's not good to eliminate them suddenly. If they ignore the warnings after repeated warnings, then there is no fault on my part, and it's okay to eliminate them or something. However, even in such cases, it's better to eliminate them partially, as they are often startled and run away.

Individuals with mental illnesses who are energy vampires should be isolated.

This is not intended to belittle mental illness. Mental illness is characterized by an ambiguous aura that fluctuates wildly, causing the aura of a mentally ill person to mix with that of a healthy person when someone approaches, leading to the transmission of the illness.

Patients with specific pathogens are isolated. With pathogens, it is easier to isolate them using three-dimensional objects. However, with auras, they can partially penetrate walls, so a certain distance must be maintained to prevent damage to the auras of those nearby.

Unlike in the past, schools now have mentally ill students and healthy students in the same classrooms. I remember when I was a child, I was forced to sit next to someone with an unstable aura, and my aura was constantly drained. Simply being near them caused my aura to be depleted, making me mentally unstable and irritable, while the symptoms of the person with the intellectual disability gradually improved.

It's incredibly frustrating.

This violates the universal law of not mixing auras, as I wrote recently.

Living beings have different levels of evolution and learning experiences. When someone's aura is stolen, they skip a stage of learning, creating a "gap."

I don't know the origin of this universal law, but it seems to be widespread outside of Earth.

Therefore, mentally ill people are simply learning the process of growing from animals to humans, which is not a bad thing and does not need to be belittled. They should be able to live normally. However, the education system is brainwashed by ideologies that claim equality, forcing "intellectually disabled animal-humans" and "normal humans" to sit next to each other, which inevitably leads to mental instability in normal people.

When they see this situation, they call it "classroom collapse," but I don't understand what they are lamenting.

The root cause of what is called "classroom collapse" is that people with different stages of mental development are placed in the same room.

The current education system is the worst.

Many people are relieved that online classes have become the norm due to the coronavirus.

Because there are people whose mental state deteriorates simply by being near them, and there is no need to meet them face-to-face.

In the current education system, and in most of society, energy vampires have an advantage. A social structure has been created where it is easier to drain energy by harassing and making people appear to have mental illness.

We need to start by changing the education system.

Children can endure to some extent, but I don't think they should have to.

You don't have to associate with people you don't like.

Even if a teacher says, "That child is pitiful because they don't have any friends," it's better not to pretend to be friends with an energy vampire and have your energy drained. Teachers need to understand this diversity. Teachers try too hard to fit into a single stereotype. While I think schools and teachers play a significant role, they are ultimately human and don't truly understand children. Children should not blindly trust such teachers. Be especially wary of teachers who tell you to "get along with your friends," as they may be immature souls who do not understand complex human relationships.

How can you understand each other between animal-like humans and humans? What teachers say makes no sense.

As a result of being forced by teachers or companies to associate with animal-like humans, the mental state of normal people collapses.

Then, those whose mental state has collapsed are pointed at and called "crazy," and the very animal-like humans who are draining energy without understanding the situation are mocking others, which is the current state of society. It's a bizarre phenomenon where animal-like humans, who are the ones who are "crazy," accuse normal people who have become mentally exhausted from associating with them of being "crazy."

Therefore, it is important not to associate with energy vampires like animal-like humans from the beginning.

Don't associate with them from childhood, and don't associate with them at work.

You can refuse to go to school, and you can quit your job immediately.

In the past, this might have caused problems in life, but now there are many options, and more and more children will do so, and we will create a system with similar children.

Only normal humans will be able to enter this new system, and energy vampire animal-like humans will be rejected from joining it.

I think it's about time for that shift to happen.

The animal-human beings who were enjoying the spring of this world as energy vampires will eventually realize that they have lost their place.

The current society continues because there are people who provide energy to the energy vampires. First, declare in your mind, "I will no longer allow myself to be drained of energy. I will no longer be taken advantage of." By doing so, the flow of your energy will change, and the number of people who think they can take advantage of you will gradually decrease.

Energy vampires are not necessarily kind. There are many people who appear kind but are trying to steal the energy, effort, and achievements of others. Such people are all energy vampires. It is by refusing to be taken advantage of and declaring, "Do it yourself," that you can protect yourself.

Phrases like "Let's be friends" are common tactics of energy vampires. Be careful of people who say such things.

You will naturally know who you should truly be friends with without them having to say such things. First, you need to stop being a source of energy for energy vampires. Then, you will become independent, and only then will the people you should truly be friends with appear. There is no talk of friendship for those who are not independent.

First, reject energy vampires, and then, become independent.

As a way to identify them, if you encounter someone who seems like a good person but you feel something is off, that is an energy vampire. If you gently refuse to be friends because of that feeling, they may threaten you. It's that simple, isn't it? Cherish the feeling you had at first. Don't be deceived.

Until you become independent, you can refuse to engage in "friendly" interactions. Children may not even understand what true independence is, so be careful of others until they understand society.

Adults should not irresponsibly tell children, "Let's be friends." Let them choose their friends. Otherwise, they will become homogenized and become energy vampires. That is the nature of children.

Many people mistakenly believe that draining energy from others is independence. They are not independent; they are simply dependent on others. That is the level of understanding in this world. There are many people who say they are independent with such a limited understanding.

Well, this world is very difficult. In many cases, it will end in a game over. You will reach the end of your life without achieving your original goals. That is the reality.

Even if a child becomes strange, don't be too upset. If you think of it as a child failing while challenging a difficult game, you might feel better.

If the parents are the same, they may even think that becoming an energy vampire is a success. Just do your own thing. Don't involve me.

Raising children in the current world is quite difficult. I personally think it is better not to have children in this era. Even if you were normal in a past life, there is a high possibility that you will become strange if you are born in this era.

Open the rusty door of my heart.

I have been focusing on meditation centered on the space between my eyebrows for a long time, and I have hardly ever done meditation focusing on the chest.

Even when Kundalini energy was activated and shifted dominance to the Manipura chakra or the Anahata chakra, I basically focused on the Ajna chakra in the space between my eyebrows.

However, recently, I have reached a meditative state where I feel a chakra that seems to be integrated, and I have started trying meditation focusing on the chest.

As a basic practice, I focus on the space between my eyebrows until my mind becomes calm, and then I shift my focus to the area around my chest.

At first, perhaps because I am not used to it, I felt a dull pain, like an old wound, and it resisted focusing on my chest.

I wondered what it was, so I tried slowly focusing on my chest again, and I somehow sensed a dull, block-like thing, like an old wound, in the area around my chest. I can't see anything with my eyes, but it's a sensory experience.

So, I focused my awareness on that area without forcing it, and surprisingly, that old wound in my chest disappeared quickly. I think it disappeared more than 90%.

It probably disappeared completely in about 30 minutes.

Although 30 minutes may not seem like much, I have tried meditating by focusing on my chest several times before, but it didn't work well, so the fact that such a change appeared in just 30 minutes this time is a significant change, at least for me.

Now, I have another option besides meditation focused on the space between my eyebrows: meditation focused on the chest.

In terms of stability, it's not as good as focusing on the space between my eyebrows yet, but I will gradually observe how it goes.

Maintain social distance for the sake of aura.

COVID-19 is quite a farce, but it's a good idea to maintain social distance for the sake of your aura.

Especially, if you're near an energy vampire, they will drain your energy completely.

Spiritual growth involves both conscious and energetic development. When these two aspects combine, abilities can manifest. However, if spiritual growth occurs without energetic development, and instead relies on taking energy from others, it creates a strange aura.

Energy vampires, while seemingly radiating a strong light, often emit a sinister aura.

They have chakra that are not very active, and their kundalini is not awakened, so they cannot absorb energy themselves.

People whose ajna chakra and pineal gland are activated, allowing them to use energy, but who cannot generate energy themselves, will try to obtain it from somewhere.

Using abilities requires energy, and since they cannot generate it themselves, they end up taking it from those around them.

It's terrifying.

They extend their tentacles and drain energy, especially from the abdominal area.

These tentacles are similar to the shadows that the main boss (whose name I've forgotten) in "Fullmetal Alchemist" uses to capture opponents. It feels like that, but in the case of energy vampires, their tentacles draw energy directly. The tentacles are quite fast.

Their aura is also distorted and ominous, and it seems that tentacles automatically touch and drain energy from anyone who gets close.

Do they realize what they're doing, or are they unaware? If they are aware, they are evil; if they are unaware and claim to be spiritualists, they are causing great trouble.

This is similar to the "Shiki Fushin" technique in "Naruto," which seals opponents. In the manga, it's a sealing technique, but it's similar in that it forcibly draws the opponent's aura from their abdomen.

These types of energy vampires are common in the world, but as long as they don't drain energy from others, they can live as they please. This world is a free world, so living freely is not a problem. Therefore, it's not that energy vampires are bad, but rather that taking energy from others is the problem.

Not everyone's kundalini awakening goes smoothly, and if you try to use energy without enough energy, your aura will automatically extend and try to take energy from those around you. It's not the law of conservation of energy, but energy flows from high to low.

It's a well-known story that just because you can use abilities doesn't mean you're spiritually growing. People try to use abilities without enough energy, and that's how they become energy vampires.

I think many people don't understand this.

Some people gather people in seminars and drain energy from customers to maintain their abilities. Or, they might have a conversation and drain energy from the other person to live.

You should not interact with such people.

If you have to interact with them, and it's possible, you can seal their aura.

Since their aura flickers ominously and drains energy from those around them, sealing that aura, and also sealing their astral vision and hearing, will temporarily suppress their spiritual abilities.

I don't know how many people can do this, but in one person's example, if someone walking on the street is about to harm you, or if someone will drain your energy in a few minutes, a few hours, or the next day, they spiritually seal that person in advance.

If they don't seem to have malicious intent, they release the seal after you've stopped interacting with them, for example, after you've passed by. However, I don't know what will happen if you don't release the seal. It seems like they will be sealed for a while, but it's unlikely they will remain sealed forever.

It's like being suddenly attacked while walking.

When an aura energy vampire attacks, it's a "spiritual attack." Therefore, it's perfectly acceptable to retaliate.

However, it's difficult to hurt someone, so wrapping their aura with bandages and surrounding their entire body will prevent them from sensing their surroundings and prevent them from being an energy vampire.

For the person experiencing it, it must be terrifying to suddenly feel nothing around them. However, that is because they initiated the attack.

In the workplace, there are many people who live as energy vampires. It is best to avoid such people. If someone is in a nearby seat and attacking you, you should simply block them. That is because they are the ones who are wrong, and such self-defense is not a problem.

A state where one feels "suffering" every time something comes to mind.

Sometimes, I feel a sense of haziness, and every time a thought arises, I feel "suffering."

Basically, it's a state of stillness, but there's a slight haziness, and within that hazy state, thoughts pop up. When these thoughts are large and completely overwhelm me, they become ordinary distractions. However, these small, fleeting thoughts that arise and disappear are surprisingly felt as "suffering" more than larger distractions.

Just as a small wave in a lake without waves feels large, the sensation of "suffering" in a state of stillness is surprisingly recognized as something significant.

Previously, the lake had quite strong waves, so there was no margin, and I was simply meditating to suppress distractions. However, when a wave of thought unexpectedly appears in a state where the mind is at ease, it feels surprisingly large and is recognized as "suffering."

During that moment of "suffering," the tension slightly increases.

However, when I observe this "suffering," it quickly disappears. As the "suffering" disappears, the tension also releases.

After a while in that hazy state, a state of tranquility unexpectedly appears.

Perhaps, by meditating in this way, I am drawing out karma that lies deep within.

Thoughts from the past and future also arise, and I experience the associated emotions in a simulated way.

Some of these are significant karma and may involve some intense trauma, but basically, by observing them, they eventually disappear.

In Buddhism, it is sometimes said that "life is all suffering," but here, the "suffering" refers not to life itself, but simply to the feeling that thoughts arise as "suffering."

Whether life itself is "suffering" or not is unknown. Personally, I think life should be enjoyed freely. However, in meditation, in a certain state, thoughts can be felt as "suffering."

This is also a reason why people in meditative states should not be startled.

In Japan, there is a lack of understanding regarding the state of meditation, so especially children may surprise or tease others. In everyday life, people should live quietly and should not startle or be startled, as it can cause serious psychological damage. This understanding is lacking in Japan, and sometimes startling others is used as a means to belittle them.

The basic rule of not making loud noises when someone is meditating is also based on this understanding. It is difficult to progress in meditation in a noisy environment.

If you die with many distracting thoughts, you will become a wandering spirit.

Individuals have freedom, so they become whatever they desire. There is no good or bad in that.

If you live according to your desires during your life, you will continue to live that way even after death. Many people believe that they will become "nothing" after death, but if you believe that without knowing what happens after death, it's like joining a religion called atheism. That is also a matter of personal freedom, and you can do whatever you want. It is also a freedom to be interested in spiritual things or to live according to your desires while you are alive, and if you do, you will continue to live according to those desires even after death. Because even though you are dead, your consciousness continues to live. If you think you will become "nothing" after death, that is also your freedom, and you can believe whatever you want.

If you have many distractions, you may continue to try to satisfy your desires even after death, creating "dreams" that make it seem like you are satisfying your desires, or you may try to interfere with things on earth. They may speak to living people, saying things like "I want this," "I want to do that," or "That looks interesting," trying to have living people fulfill their desires on their behalf. Or, they may possess and control people.

These are what are called ghosts, but there are all kinds of ghosts, just like there are all kinds of living people.

Just as there are energetic and depressed people, and people who live according to their desires and those who live a peaceful life in simplicity, the afterlife is the same. There are many ghosts who are enjoying life in the afterlife, and there are also ghosts who are wandering aimlessly, which can be called wandering spirits or evil spirits.

This is not directly related to whether or not you believe in religion, but it is certain that if you have some understanding of religious matters, you are less likely to become a wandering spirit or an evil spirit. It seems that people who avoid religion and spirituality and live a materialistic life are more likely to become wandering spirits after death.

People have complete freedom, so they should do whatever they want. There is nothing wrong with becoming a wandering spirit; it is up to them.

What is directly related is whether or not you have distractions, and the more beautiful your heart is, the happier you can be after death.

Therefore, even if you live a materialistic life, you can be happy after death if you eventually become satisfied and your distractions and materialism disappear. However, if you die with desires, you will continue to live a life dominated by those desires, with those unfulfilled desires constantly swirling in your mind.

While you are alive, your body has constraints, such as feeling "hungry" or "painful," which can force you to "return to reality." However, once you die, you will no longer have those sensations, so you will be trapped in materialistic thoughts for a very long time.

Since you can be free from the sensations of hunger or pain and immerse yourself in materialistic thoughts as much as you want, you can do so.

This also depends on the degree, and if you have very low desires, you may become an evil spirit. Even ordinary people may have small desires, such as "I want to live a happy life again" or "I want to live on earth again with a good spouse." Therefore, it is impossible to be completely free from desires.

The physical world has more constraints, making it easier to satisfy desires. However, it is not impossible to satisfy desires even after death. If you imagine something, it will magically appear around you, allowing you to quickly fulfill your desires. There are no constraints in the afterlife, so you can do anything you want. However, the souls of others will not be free. You can do whatever you want with your own affairs. That is your freedom.

It is important to have a relatively happy way of dying, but if you have a lot of desires and dissatisfaction, you may wander around and become known as a wandering spirit. These are people whose desires and dissatisfaction continue even in the afterlife.

In reality, there are many such spirits in this world, but there is nothing we can do about them, and if they are not related to us, we can just ignore them. The afterlife transcends the constraints of time and space, so you can immerse yourself in those materialistic desires for hundreds of years. Please immerse yourself as much as you like. No one will stop you.

On the other hand, there are also spirits who live quietly, unrelated to materialism. The afterlife is vast, so while you may interact with people who have similar states of consciousness, you often cannot see the people who are different.

Therefore, materialistic people live in their own world, and since it is a world of "desires," "envy," "resentment," and "desires," there will naturally be conflicts between those spirits. However, I am not interested in such things, so I will not say anything about them.

However, if they have caused harm to us, that is different. First, we will say "go away" and "threaten" them. If they are persistent, we will use a multi-stage "sealing" method, and in the worst case, we may "erase their soul." We rarely do such things, but if someone has caused significant harm, we might erase their soul. This is only in cases of interference.

However, basically, the afterlife is based on freedom, so if someone wants to live according to their desires, they should be free to do so.

That is different from my way of living. I think that since it is about other people, they should be free to live as they choose.

People who are not interested in the afterlife and believe that it is "nothingness" and are living according to their desires should be free to do so. It will all work out somehow.

A book about being an energy vampire.

"Energy vampire" refers to someone or something that drains energy. However, some of the books I obtained contain energy vampires. Since they are often used books, I wondered if the previous owners were the cause. However, in most cases, it seems that the previous owners only have residual aura, while in the case of energy vampires, the author of the book is often the culprit.

If a book only has the aura of the previous owner, that aura will dissipate and disappear over time, returning it to normal.

On the other hand, if the author of the book is an energy vampire, it is likely that reading the book triggers a spell that turns them into an energy vampire.

Magic is generally considered to be a product of imagination, but even ordinary written words contain special vibrations similar to magic. By reading them and synchronizing with that frequency, the spell is activated.

Recently, several books by a relatively well-known author in the spiritual field have been identified as energy vampires.

I arranged several books by that author to see if it was a coincidence, but it seems that only that author's books are energy vampires.

During meditation, I discovered that this author seems to be constantly draining energy from the surroundings. Since it was during meditation, I don't know if it's true, or if it's an imposter, or just an image that overlaps with another entity. However, it is certain that someone is draining energy.

I saw a tube-like thing extending from that energy vampire and wrapping around me like tentacles. It's very unpleasant. I felt like my energy was being drained, and it seems that was because of this.

That person seems to be running out of energy and extending their aura tentacles to the surroundings.

It seems that if someone has spiritual abilities but only focuses on chakra opening and not on developing energy through Kundalini, they may become energy vampires who constantly drain energy from the surroundings.

This author writes about the pineal gland and chakra opening in their books, but it seems that their energy development is insufficient, and they are actually maintaining themselves by draining energy from the surroundings.

Regardless of the author's personal issues, it is clear that they are causing harm to me, so I will take action.

If they are not causing harm, I will do nothing. However, if their presence alone extends aura tentacles to readers and drains their energy, that is a problem.

My response was to create an image of a bandage during meditation and wrap it around the person's body like a mummy, so that their aura tentacles could not extend from them. At first, aura tentacles were extending from the gaps, which was unpleasant, but by covering their entire body like a mummy without any gaps, their movement stopped.

This may cause the person to be in a state of energy depletion for a while, but I hope they will focus more on developing their own energy (Kundalini development) in addition to the pineal gland and chakra development.

I don't know when the bandage I wrapped will disappear. Perhaps someone will notice and unravel it. Since I cannot move my own aura, I probably cannot unravel it myself. I may do something if I receive an inspiration to ask for help.

After that, I sold all of the author's books on Mercari. It was a fairly famous person, so they sold quickly, and I felt relieved.

This is something that happens during meditation, so I don't know if it's true. However, it doesn't matter. It's just a meditation record.

A feeling of peeling off an adhesive tape from deep inside the chest.

While meditating, the familiar sense of stillness gradually emerged. At the same time, the tension in various parts of my body loosened, and I felt relaxed.

As I continued meditating, I saw something that resembled the small, plastic bubbles that used to be attached to adhesive tape or the opening of bags. It looked like two plastic sheets were stuck together with these bubbles.

What is this...? I continued to observe, and it seemed that the sheets could be peeled apart.

However, when I tried to peel them off quickly, I felt a slight pain and hesitated. So, I peeled them off slowly, and they came off from one side. As the sheets peeled off, the tension in my body further decreased, and the deep muscles relaxed even more. Eventually, the area of the sheets gradually decreased until it was about one-third of its original size.

Although the sheets were not completely gone, I felt that a rusty door in my chest opened up a little more.

At that point, I suddenly noticed that tiny needles were piercing various parts of my body. They were so minuscule that I probably hadn't noticed them before. It seems that this tension had simply manifested in my body. I decided to try removing one. Since it was a needle and located deep within, I slowly moved it and gently released it outside my body. There wasn't a dramatic change, but I felt a slight release of tension.

For some reason, this reminded me of the scene in Hunter x Hunter where Killua removes the needles from his head. It seems that there are many of them, not just one. Perhaps something is being done to me without my knowledge.

From now on, I will gradually remove these needles whenever I notice them.
