Does everything have a meaning?

As a common saying in spirituality, "Everything has a meaning!"

That may be true, but a common pitfall for beginners in spirituality is to arbitrarily decide the reason to suit their own convenience. In reality, there is indeed a reason, but whether one can know it is a different matter. Furthermore, there are not many cases where one even needs to know it.

Therefore, even if there is a reason, if one does not need to know it, knowing it will not have much meaning for oneself. Moreover, in most cases, it is something that cannot be known. There are cases where one can know it if it is caused by one's own karma, or if a spirit around one intervenes for some reason and reveals it as a clue, but there may be cases where they do not reveal it. They may reveal it if they think that teaching it will lead to one's growth, but if not, they will not. Basically, they will reveal it if one's spirit has grown to a certain extent. However, they will not reveal it if one's spirit is immature. This is because, even if they reveal it, it may not lead to anything, or one may even end up hating the spirit that is protecting them. In many cases, it is better to simply understand that it happened naturally. This is especially true for unfortunate events.

Therefore, it is often better to avoid thinking about it spiritually and to use the metaphorical expression "coincidence" by comparing it to common sense. If knowing the reason is useless, there is no point in explaining it, and it may even lead to being misunderstood or viewed with suspicion. In such cases, it is sufficient to say, "You were just unlucky," or "It was just a coincidence."

In spirituality, knowing the reason may be interesting and intriguing, but it is questionable how much it contributes to one's spiritual growth. There are many spiritual teachings in this world that simply satisfy one's curiosity, but in most cases, even if one learns something out of curiosity, it does not lead to one's growth.

Therefore, the reasons are often quite mundane, but in most cases, there is no need to know them. It is better to simply understand it as "God's guidance" or "God decides the outcome," which saves time compared to deliberately investigating the reason, and as a result, the time saved can be used for one's own spiritual growth.

Many people try to use spiritual knowledge for their own interests, but such self-centered spirituality is a field of magic and sorcery. While there are such ritualistic fields, the essence of spirituality is one's own growth, and gaining profit is not the main purpose.

At times, it may be enjoyable to do so as a temporary pleasure during a long period of growth. It is necessary to occasionally enjoy and rest. However, it is important to know that such curiosity-driven spirituality is not the main point.
