Previously, I tried affirmations and mantras, and chanting to activate energy, but in the last few days, I noticed that the power of words has increased.
It wasn't that I realized it myself, but rather I was pointed out by a counselor, and I thought, "Is that so?" and tried it at home, and I was surprised to find that the power of words had increased much more than before.
- Words related to body stiffness
- Words of self-love, words to strengthen the heart
The cause of this seems to be a common issue for people who pursue spirituality: being too hard on oneself. For example, when the body or head is physically stiff, I was restricting myself with words like, "This area is stiff, let's loosen it a little," or, in terms of expanding the heart, "I'm not opening up that much today."
So, I changed the words and started talking to myself during meditation.
- My head and body are relaxing (repeated many times)
- I love myself (repeated many times, focusing on the heart)
Then, actually, my head and body relaxed, and the aura of my heart increased.
In terms of academic analysis, things are often considered as separate entities: "current situation," "problem," and "prescription for the future." The "current situation" is "it's stiff," the "problem" is "to loosen it," and the "prescription" is to send energy or breathe into that area through meditation to activate it energetically.
Even before, that was effective enough to get me this far, but recently, it seems that expressions that are more intuitive, rather than the separated academic analysis, such as the ones mentioned above, are becoming more effective. This is likely because the power of words has increased, and although it may seem contradictory or meaningless from an academic perspective, it is actually effective.
To explain this in a way that a more logical mind might understand, thoughts are products of the astral world, and the astral world, like the physical world, has a form, so it is a kind of "thing" that exists physically, but it is more susceptible to the influence of thoughts, and its form changes quickly due to thoughts. That is a characteristic of the astral world, and when you think, it quickly becomes reality, which refers to the astral world.
And that's why it affects the physical body, because the astral realm is also material, and it can influence this world to some extent. The extent of that influence is determined by the strength of the aura, the strength of thoughts, and the strength of will. In other words, if you say "I'm feeling loose" in your head, the object in question will also change accordingly, and it will actually loosen a little.
Similarly, if you say "I love myself," the feeling of love will also increase accordingly. In this case, "love" refers to the strength of the aura. It means that the aura becomes stronger in the corresponding wave domain due to the vibrational energy of words.
These principles are for understanding with the mind, but in reality, the astral realm emits and feels vibrations, and that affects the physical world. It is only natural that chanting with sound is highly valued in shrines, temples, and churches. Although I have often felt comfortable and good, I have not realized the power of words. Recently, I have started to feel that power.
Thinking with the mind creates a difference in level, but using affirmations and positive words can enhance sensitivity. Affirmations are often mentioned in spiritual contexts, but it seems that they are not effective unless the vibrations are raised. Nevertheless, I feel that such words have a certain effect.
Recently, I have been feeling the effects of these affirmations through words more strongly.
