According to the records, initially, energy was not rising much above the throat chakra (Vishuddha). A significant change occurred about 1 year and 8 months ago, when the dull consciousness (Tamas) in the head seemed to be drawn into the Vishuddha, leading to purification. Afterward, the Anahata chakra began to open, but there were not many significant changes in the Vishuddha. About 1 year and 5 months ago, the itchy and blocked sensation in the Vishuddha began to decrease, and about 1 year and 2 months ago, I started to feel pressure in the Vishuddha.

For a while, the state of the Vishuddha did not change much, but I was still meditating and simply feeling "grateful" in my heart, and I was quite satisfied.

In spiritual and yoga teachings, it is said that Kundalini energy rises twice, first rising to the Ajna chakra in the head, then descending to the Anahata chakra, and then rising again to the Ajna chakra. In my case, it seems to be following that pattern.

First, the energy rose to the Ajna chakra, and then the Anahata chakra opened, and I felt "grateful." While it might be misleading to say it "descended," it is true that in terms of location, it did "descend." Therefore, I interpret the ancient teachings as referring to something like that.

And now, here we are.ヴィシュッダのグランティIt feels like a knot (granthi) or an energy blockage has been resolved, and energy is flowing more intensely to the head.

The energy passing through Vishuddha has been clearly increasing for the past few days, and since a "snap" occurred a few days ago, it feels like entering a Samadhi state has become much easier.

At the same time, there has been a deepening of Brahmacharya (abstinence) in yoga, or what is called "Ma Yin Zang" in Taoism. In this state, where energy fills the Sahasrara at the crown of the head, Brahmacharya (abstinence) seems to happen naturally.

At the same time, it feels like my voice has become easier to produce.

After the Kundalini energy has risen to Ajna, as the tradition says, the Kundalini energy temporarily went down, and Anahata opened, leading to a state of gratitude and love. At this point, the Vishuddha channel opened. According to the tradition, the next change should be in Ajna. Energetically, the light inside my head has become more abundant, and the energy in the Sahasrara at the crown of the head is also maintained more than before, so it seems that the next step is likely to be Ajna.

The next step is probably a certain milestone as a human being. Well, I will observe how it unfolds for a while.
