Interpretation of the energy coming from Sahasrarala.

Through spiritual counseling sessions conducted regularly, and after hearing from multiple people about my condition, the following interpretation seems likely:

    - What is entering from the Sahasrara is multiple types of energy, not just the energy of sunlight.
    - Previously, energy was entering, but it has now become consciously perceived.
    - You might feel that the energy is coming from above (from the sun), but that is because you are feeling a higher aspect than the higher self, which is normally talked about, due to the increased vibration.
    - This can be interpreted as a higher aspect of the higher self, or as a higher aspect within the higher self. The term "higher self" itself means a higher aspect of oneself, so the way it is expressed differs depending on whether it is considered a division within the higher self or something higher than the higher self, but the reality is the same.
    - The interpretation that the higher self aspect connected from the depths of the chest (Anahata) is also correct. The upper and lower parts of the body are connected by the Sushumna, which is the energy channel along the spine in yoga, so they may feel like different energies, but they are not separate. Both are hierarchically connected, and both can be called the higher self. Therefore, the Sahasrara can be understood as a higher aspect of the higher self. Both can be called the higher self, but what is coming from above is a higher aspect than the normally talked about higher self. As you become higher, there is no "individual," but rather a connection with others, so it can also be seen as something that is no longer appropriate to call a "self." Vibrations are hierarchical, so it can be both a "self" and "oneness." Therefore, there are two perspectives, and the reality is the same, only the perspective is different. Therefore, the higher self aspect connected to the Anahata and the energy that feels like it is descending from the Sahasrara have different aspects, and although there is a difference in the frequency of the vibrations, both can be considered the so-called higher self.
    - In some schools of thought, the higher self connected in the depths of the chest (Anahata) is also called a "guide." It is a higher aspect of oneself, and initially, the guide is distant, but as the physical self is purified, the guide can approach the physical body. Since it is the higher self, it is a higher aspect of oneself, and being connected to the chest (heart, Anahata) means becoming one with the guide, according to some schools of thought. This is another way of saying that you are connecting with the higher self and becoming one with it. Although the terms "guide" and "higher self" may sound like different things, in reality (according to some schools of thought), they mean the same thing.
    - In spirituality (in one school of thought), the meaning of "connecting with a guide" includes not only communicating with the guide, but in this case, the guide refers to the higher self, so it means becoming one with the higher self and merging with it. It is a good thing to be connected with the higher self (=guide) in the chest.
    - The higher self connected from the chest (Anahata) has a strong aspect of "individuality," and although it is certainly a higher aspect, it still has a certain degree of "individuality."
    - The energy that connects or descends from the Sahasrara is slightly different from the narrowly defined higher self, which is generally interpreted as "another self." As you become higher, the aspect of the higher self as a "oneness consciousness" emerges because you are connected with others. The narrow interpretation of the higher self as an "individual" is insufficient, and as you become even higher, the aspect of "oneness consciousness" that is connected with others emerges, and that has begun to be consciously perceived. It is not wrong to call it the higher self, but because the term "higher self" has an image of an individual, it is misleading, and it is better to interpret it as something slightly different from the narrow higher self. It is more of a collective consciousness, a "oneness consciousness." Even so, the aspect of "individuality" still remains, so it can be called the higher self, but it is something with a stronger aspect of "oneness" than the general higher self.
    - The Sahasrara is not yet stable. For now, the priority is to stabilize the Sahasrara.

Originally, there were aspects that I vaguely thought were true, which became clearer after further consideration.
Also, there were new interpretations that I discovered.
