These managers are higher-dimensional beings who can exist in a place even without a spacesuit or spaceship. They do not have a physical body, but they have a form.

If you were to call them aliens, you could, but this world exists in the universe, and everyone is like an alien, so they are not specifically designated as "aliens."

The manager was on a distant planet, but discovered an interesting "toy" called Earth, transcending time and space, and has been watching over Earth since it was just a rock until the present day. They guided the emergence of small life forms, intelligent life forms, and human life forms that resemble themselves.

In that sense, they might be better described as "founders."

Besides the manager (or founder), there are other aliens who came to Earth when it was still full of rocks, and they think of themselves as the first aliens to come to Earth. However, they have been watching over Earth much longer than those aliens, essentially from the very beginning. Many aliens came to Earth, but they could not transcend time and space, while the manager can transcend time and space, so when they discover something, they manage it along with the entire timeline. This means they have been managing the entire timeline, including the time when Earth was born.

Initially, the manager tried to create an ideal society on Earth in a different timeline. This timeline had a prosperous zone centered around Japan and the Pacific coast, where people lived without hunger and without worrying about food, clothing, and shelter.

■ There is a misunderstanding that people are living a comfortable life in a narrow society.

However, while it may seem that people are living safely in this prosperous zone, the manager actually disliked the fact that the Earth's inhabitants were becoming self-righteous. In this prosperous zone, money was almost unnecessary, and the structure was ideal, with a society free from poverty realized in Japan and the Pacific coast. However, because of this, people were falling into a trap where they were justified in feeling good about themselves even if they did nothing, or they thought they were great and right no matter what they did. While it was a society where necessities were distributed through social order, status and wealth were fixed based on the family you were born into. Even though status and wealth were fixed in some families, everyone was not having trouble living. However, there were people who acted arrogantly or rudely based solely on the family they were born into or the status they were born with, and gradually, the number of such people was increasing. It seems that even if the social structure is ideal, people tend to make mistakes when there is nothing to restrain them.

Ideally, things would improve gradually, but because basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter were guaranteed, there was no change in lifestyle, and no room for improvement was seen.

In that society, "pride" and "self-respect," reminiscent of the Sengoku period, were highly valued, and from a modern perspective, it could be said that there were many troublesome people. However, the sharing system was also supported in part by that pride; it was precisely because of this pride and self-respect that the system of "sharing" food, clothing, and shelter was sustained. Sharing, by its nature, concentrates authority in the center during distribution, so the system of collecting and redistributing, along with pride and self-respect, became mutually dependent and intertwined, allowing society to function.

Even in today's society, even though there should be enough food, systems exist in various places where authority is concentrated by collecting and redistributing it in the center. It can be said that a more powerful version of this existed in that timeline.

In that timeline, the basic necessities of life—food, clothing, and shelter—were guaranteed by the national system, and a traditional land ownership system reminiscent of the Sengoku period (Warring States period) was maintained. Therefore, land was essentially hereditary, and there seemed to be no inheritance tax. So, while it was a world where people didn't lack for food, clothing, and shelter, when restrictions on living are removed, people tend to become self-righteous and troublesome.

■Capitalist society has advantages over an excessive "sharing society"

The administrators disliked a society rife with such misconceptions.

Therefore, they aimed for a society where people were compelled to correct their own behavior. That was capitalist society, a "society of scarcity."

This is because the social structure is quite different now from the timeline of that co-prosperity sphere, so it might be quite difficult for people living in this timeline to understand this. For example, even in today's society, if you go to a rural area, you might find self-righteous landlords or arrogant local influential figures who are born with authority and can be a nuisance. Such troublesome people were quite common in the past timeline.

When people have economic leeway and fewer constraints, they tend to stop thinking critically, fall into monotonous lifestyles, and begin to decline.

In the past, there was an ideal world in another timeline where people didn't need to work to earn money, even if it was supposedly voluntary, but was practically forced. In such an ideal society, people often mistakenly believed themselves to be more important than they were, and behaved particularly violently. Of course, there were kind and polite people, but in the world of the past timeline, it seems that there were quite a lot of people with excessive self-esteem, to the point that it was disliked by those in positions of power.

In today's society, people have to work to survive, and there are hardships, but working also gradually makes people better by eroding their pride, which has the effect of breaking down people's troublesome pride and creating a peaceful society.

People often complain that they don't have enough money, but from the perspective of the administrator, it is precisely because of this "society where people don't have enough" and "society where people have to work to survive" that people can reduce arrogance, grow, and become better people.

It may also be said that the social system of sharing was given to people too early, and it did not match people's growth.

In the world, it is often said that capitalist society is a system of domination or exploitation, but in reality, the administrator created a system to make people grow because people were becoming corrupted and not growing for a long time in an apparently peaceful environment, such as the sharing society in the previous timeline, where people could live without much hardship.

As can be seen in the world, the poor people in the current timeline may suffer, but they have a lot of potential to become good people. There were also poor people in that timeline, but their food, clothing, and shelter were guaranteed, so they didn't suffer much. However, on the other hand, there was not much growth.

On the other hand, the rich people tended to become corrupted because they didn't have to suffer. As a supplement, there are noble people everywhere, and there are people who don't become corrupted even if they have money. However, a certain proportion of them became corrupted, and the administrator thought that this was not good.

■The administrator of the Earth discarded the previous timeline because of dissatisfaction.

The current capitalist society is a better society from the administrator's point of view.

The administrator, who was dissatisfied with the self-righteous people in the previous timeline, decided to go back in time and start over. On the surface, it was induced that greedy countries somewhere in Europe started a nuclear war, destroying the Earth, and that the cause was the ego of kings and prime ministers who wanted to dominate the Earth. The process by which the Earth is destroyed has been written before. The Commonwealth was peaceful, but other countries still had slavery, and there was a dichotomy of heaven and hell. Moreover, in the Commonwealth, a strange society like the one mentioned above was emerging.

In the timeline where the "Co-Prosperity Sphere" existed, the apparent history of the world ends with greedy Western powers, dissatisfied with the situation, initiating a nuclear war that destroys the European continent and the Earth itself. This was something that could not be avoided, no matter how many times the timeline was rewound and restarted. However, there exists an entity, capable of rewinding and restarting the timeline, which can be considered a form of divine consciousness. Even this divine consciousness is within the intentions of a higher-level administrator (which could be considered a higher god or angel), and even ordinary gods are manipulated by the Earth's administrator.

There are gods who govern countries and regions, existing in a layer slightly below the Earth's administrator. As I mentioned before, these gods, even though they are gods, repeatedly rewind the timeline and restart it, but the Earth is repeatedly destroyed by nuclear bombs, so they eventually give up and try to restart it even further back. However, even gods do not fully understand the intentions of the Earth's administrator. The Earth's administrator considers things from a much longer time scale.

Normally, when a god rewinds the timeline, if it is subject to chance, then after trying a few times, a timeline will emerge where the Earth is not destroyed by nuclear bombs, and that timeline is considered the "correct" one, and the world continues from there. However, if the timeline is restarted 20 times and the Earth is repeatedly destroyed by nuclear bombs or continents are blown away, it means that there is a higher-level influence, such as the intention of the Earth's administrator. The Earth's administrator must approve before the next world can proceed.

From the perspective of the Earth's administrator, the current timeline seems to be progressing in a relatively good direction.

Gods or intermediate angels below the administrator may be a little worried about whether the Earth will be destroyed by nuclear war, but in reality, whether the Earth is destroyed or continues, it is all controlled by the Earth's administrator.

The worldview that "evil entities will destroy the Earth" is what the humans living on Earth or the intermediate-level gods think. While there are indeed entities that can be considered "evil" from such an intermediate perspective or the perspective of ordinary people, even those people who are considered to be dominating the Earth, who are filled with desires, their will is actually in the hands of the administrator. Of course, there are bad people on Earth who live according to their desires, but even how to use those desires is within the administrator's control.

As an individual who takes action, I may not be aware of such things, but there are many cases where the Prime Minister or King takes actions that affect the Earth, and the Earth's manager is secretly involved. I don't want people to misunderstand, but basically, humans have free will, so people generally live as they please. This applies to the Prime Minister and King as well, but at crucial times, there is an intervention of will, and under the intention of the manager, which is almost unnoticed by the person themselves, the manager's intention is executed as if it were their own will.

It is not always the will of the manager that is working; basically, people live freely. Another way to look at it is that being able to continue existing in this timeline on Earth means that the existence itself is permitted by the manager.

What I don't want people to misunderstand is that even if it is said to be "destroying the Earth," it is not necessarily evil. The Earth's manager has transcended the level of good and evil, and ultimately, they are using it as a tool to guide the Earth's overall timeline in a good direction, including a do-over. The manager is guiding it in a better direction.

You can trust the manager. People who have been called "masters" in the past, or "lightworkers" in recent times, are almost always connected to this manager.

There is a higher existence that governs these masters (or rather, the spirits of the manager) and lightworkers. To put it bluntly, it is like a god, but it is more of a higher-level existence with a certain "personality" than the god that is generally imagined. This personality is a huge soul, or what could be called a group soul, which is much larger than the consciousness of an ordinary human, and can think from various angles simultaneously. Such a huge soul is managing the Earth.

This manager seems to think that the current timeline is relatively good.

In the previous timeline, people were too simplistic, taking things at face value and becoming self-righteous, which was not good. On the other hand, in this current timeline, people are becoming more able to grasp things from multiple perspectives, and there has been remarkable growth in people's mental development. The current timeline is so advanced that the previous timeline seems like a child. People are becoming able to understand subtle nuances, and the manager is pleased to see this growth. The fact that the manager is pleased means that there is a relatively low possibility that the current timeline will be discarded.

Many people say that the current society is a capitalist society and that bad people are in charge, or various other things. However, there is a possibility that there was originally an ideal sharing society, but that it failed to function properly, and that the constraints of the current society were created out of necessity, and that this is what allows people's minds to grow.

It is possible that the current timeline is unnecessary if people could have grown up properly in the original ideal society, and that perhaps people obtained that ideal society too early. If people's minds continue to grow and they become strong enough not to degenerate even in a sharing society, then there is a high possibility that a sharing society will be revived.

■The continuation of a sharing society is permitted if people do not degenerate.

Therefore, it may seem like "a sharing society will be revived if people do not degenerate," but the correct way to put it is, "if people do not degenerate when a sharing society is established as a system, the administrators will permit its continuation."

Capitalist societies and sharing systems are social structures, and they cannot be created without a major will. Society is complex, so it cannot change easily. However, the administrators can change it if they intend to.

When the system changes, if people do not fall into corruption, then in this timeline, people will be allowed to enjoy their lives, and prosperity will continue.

In this timeline, it is expected that people will not fall into the same kind of corruption that people did in the previous timeline.

In that sense, Japan, even though people have become relatively wealthy, has not fallen into corruption to a great extent. While there are some shameful rich people, there are relatively few people who, like those often seen in foreign countries, become extravagant simply because they have money. Of course, they exist, and they are everywhere, but in terms of degree, Japan can be said to have relatively minor corruption. Moreover, in order to recover from that, it is necessary to learn corruption what is, so I think it was a necessary process in that sense. is not perfect, but when you look at the world, the situation is quite good.

It can be said that Japan is expected to serve as a model for building a society that does not fall into corruption even when it becomes wealthy and becomes a sharing society, on a global scale.
