During meditation, the entire back of the head and the center of the head begin to relax.

Previously, each area had been loosening, but now the overall loosening has begun.

Even in the head, what used to be a situation where cracks would appear and loosen with sounds like "mishimishi" or "bakki," is now a situation where the entire area is loosening and becoming more active. The same is true for the back of the head, where overall movement has emerged.

Even though it is not completely loosened yet, it feels like the end is finally in sight.

Until now, it felt like there was no end in sight and it was difficult to loosen, and there was a feeling of wondering when this loosening would end. However, now, the loosening has finally accelerated.

What is good about loosening is that it seems to correspond almost directly to a state of relaxation. Relaxation and loosening of the head seem to advance mutually, but generally, they seem to be correlated.

Therefore, as the loosening of the head progresses, relaxation deepens, and as relaxation deepens, the head (and various parts of the body) loosen.

When the head loosens, the range of perception expands. The field of vision widens. Cognition becomes more detailed. Brain activity also becomes more active. It is a series of good things.
