As a result, a convenient story was created for those who wanted to physically dominate and trample on this world. "That dark government is trying to control this world, or has already controlled it." This is a story created by those who want to control the earth, to reject the intervention from the heavens.
This story, and the actual situation of trying to control the earth, overlapped to create a vague story like "deep state."
Originally, this is a story of two things.
・A story about wanting to control the earth freely, according to one's own desires, by the hands of humans.
・A story for those who want to continue dominating according to their own desires, to defend themselves by rejecting the intervention from the heavens.
For those who want to continue dominating according to their own desires, the intervention from the heavens is the obstacle. On the other hand, for ordinary people, the intervention from the heavens is better. A story was created to prevent the intervention from the heavens by people filled with desire, and by making public opinion that way, they tried to make it difficult for the intervention from the heavens to occur.
In addition to this situation, as an extra, there is a policy that has been in place for about 100 years to allow the earth to be governed by humans themselves, and furthermore, there is a situation where angels are holding back their intervention as a preparation period for transforming the earth into their own star (nation).
・A policy of having the earth operated by humans (which could be said to have been the original policy, but it is a policy to stop extreme intervention).
・A preparation period for the angels to return.
Looking back even further, long before hundreds of years ago, groups that came from the heavens have occasionally influenced the history of the earth against forces that wanted to dominate the earth.
And at each of those times, history was moved quite forcefully.
As a result, people filled with desire who would have become rulers of certain regions were pushed out, and as a result, they continued to direct their hatred and resentment towards those who came from the heavens. The people who came from the heavens prioritize their mission, so they don't often deal with such trivial matters, but even so, resentment accumulates over the years, and it builds up like a mountain.
In reality, the resentment that accumulated in this way did not dissipate but continued to build up. And, finally, starting about 100 years ago, it was decided to gradually resolve it. For this purpose, some angels are specifically assigned to live peacefully on Earth without any particular tasks.
Angels are generally busy and work in various ways for the peace of Earth under the direction of a system with Lucifer at the top. However, resolving the accumulated resentment is also, in a sense, a task. If not, many angels might be troubled by heavy vibrations and unable to return to their home. Therefore, in order for the angels to become aware and be able to return voluntarily, living peacefully is also an important task. Rest is sometimes a mission.
People on Earth are greedy, so they get angry when their desires are thwarted (because it is sinful to indulge in desires). Also, when they need help, they resent the people of Heaven for "not helping when they could" or "not giving when they could." In either situation, they have harbored resentment towards Heaven.
People on Earth are quite selfish.
However, the time for complaining is over, and it is almost time for them to become independent. It is also a problem to indulge them too much.
The responsibility for directing resentment and grievances towards the angels who are trying to help, and for concentrating them until they solidify, lies with the people of Earth. Despite this, the interveners from Heaven have been treated as villains. Indeed, some people on Earth, who are filled with desires and placed in an inconvenient situation where they cannot do what they want, see the situation that they could have done on their own without the intervention of Heaven, and treat the interveners from Heaven as villains, curse them, and continue to throw resentment for a long time. And, the angels have been crushed by that resentment. Even so, the interveners from Heaven have prioritized their mission and "put aside" such resentment. Literally, they temporarily pushed it away to a place where it would not affect them. However, resentment is persistent.
In order for the angels to return, it is necessary to resolve that resentment. That period of resolution began about 100 years ago and continues to this day. Therefore, the current period is more of a preparation period for the angels to return to their home than a period for the angels to help on Earth. It is also a time when sovereignty is shifting from Heaven to Earth. Everything is happening simultaneously.
Therefore, while not everyone is responsible in terms of negative energy, it is necessary to understand that, situationally, there is nothing one can do even if "heaven" doesn't help. Also, even if there is no direct relationship with negative energy, the policy has shifted to "heaven" not directly helping, but leaving it up to the choices of people on Earth. In that sense as well, it is necessary to understand that there is nothing one can do even if "heaven" doesn't help.
Furthermore, in the current situation, "help" based on good intentions often doesn't reach its intended recipients, and is instead used for "profiting from good intentions," allowing a few cunning individuals to benefit. Therefore, the angels are learning from this situation and starting to think, "Perhaps helping is meaningless." There is that aspect as well.
There are too many stories where people outwardly express good intentions, but in reality, it is not the case. There are too many stories where good intentions and voluntary actions are simply counted as cheap labor. Good intentions and service are creating a situation where certain individuals profit, or a situation where certain individuals don't have to consider others, and those in need are helped by others. In such cases, even if help is needed in the short term, it is better not to receive help from "heaven" in the long term, and to be left alone.
It could be said that helping itself is worsening the situation, and it might be better to leave things as they are until the people of Earth change their way of thinking and start helping each other voluntarily.
Until now, there has been forceful intervention based on the idea that "it is better to help in the short term." However, it seems that the people of Earth have become accustomed to relying on this help, and they don't think for themselves, and they think that they can just continue living as they are, filled with desires. It may have fostered such a misunderstanding.
There are a certain number of people who think, "Even if we continue to pursue our desires, eventually someone will come to save us and help us."
As a result of helping to a considerable extent in the past, the help itself has become a scheme for enjoying profits. In that case, the meaning of helping is lost.
If physically helping is meaningless, then perhaps it would be better to give wisdom. However, even wisdom is often used for the purpose of profit, which is disappointing the angels. Ultimately, direct help is becoming less and less common.
In the past, when people did not have much knowledge, even if there were occasional forceful interventions, they were only temporary. And the results often benefited the majority. However, nowadays, information spreads easily, so those benefits are often taken away by someone. Therefore, rather than those who help, it seems that the "clever" ones need to reflect and correct their behavior.
The basic principle of this Earth is that humans manage and govern it themselves. So, whether humanity will continue on a path of self-destruction by affirming its desires, or whether it will choose a different path, is up to the people of Earth.
Here, a transformation of the people of Earth is expected. In reality, that is what will happen.

The Earth is saved not by a story of good and evil as people understand it through conspiracy theories. It is not a story of victory through battle, but a story of transformation. It is a story of how people on Earth, who were originally filled with desire, change over a long period of more than 100 years. It is not a story of light destroying darkness. It is not a simple story of "drinking both the clear and the muddy," and good and evil are not that important. In fact, there is no clear distinction between "clear" and "muddy," and if it is simply a matter of fulfilling desires, it is not such a grand story.This is because there are many terrible things in this world, but there are also beautiful things. If we meticulously label everything as either good or evil, there may be nothing left in this world. Ultimately, there is not much meaning in dividing things in that way.
However, even if that is the ultimate truth, there are stages and levels where good and evil have meaning in the process of growth. It is only when one has learned to a certain extent and has a sense of order (dharma) that good and evil can be said to be irrelevant. Without order, trying to understand this will only lead to chaos. Beyond order, there is a realm where one can "drink both the clear and the muddy." There may not be anything interesting there, but it is a story of how things change steadily and quietly. If you consider your past to be evil, will you destroy your current self? Some people may consider themselves to be exceptions and condemn others as evil, but everyone has both good and evil within them. The story of evil being destroyed is flawed. The destruction of evil means that everyone dies. Ironically, in many worlds (timelines), there is a history of using nuclear bombs that "destroy evil" and blow up the Earth. If you believe in a story of "righteousness punishing evil," the Earth will be destroyed.
Often, in this kind of world transformation, stories that seem easy to understand, such as "light defeats darkness and creates a world of light" or "good defeats evil and good triumphs over evil," are preferred. However, in reality, it does not become such a simple story of good triumphing over evil. As long as you are in a dualistic world, what is good for one person can be evil for another. If you affirm the logic that it is okay to destroy others, you should logically be able to be destroyed by the same logic, but people living in a dualistic world will always agree to being harmed by others, even if they affirm themselves. There is a separation between oneself and others. If you truly see everything as equal, if someone has acted against you based on the logic you used against them, you may be able to learn something from it. However, in many cases, instead of learning from the other person's actions towards you, people label the other person as evil and make a short-sighted judgment that "because the other person is evil, it is okay to destroy them."
It is a harsh situation, but this is the reality. I don't necessarily say that such short-sighted thinking is that bad. Because by overcoming that, you can grow to a place that is not simply good or evil. As long as we think in terms of good and evil, there will be no end to conflict in this world, because by seeing someone as evil, we turn away from the reality that they are also part of the divine oneness.
This world is a world of "the winner takes all." Therefore, we need stories of powerful people, people who win, and those people changing and becoming good. Someone has to realize this. And that realization must come from the powerful. Once that realization comes, there will no longer be stories of punishing former evildoers. Once someone awakens and transforms, they become a completely different person, even if they are the same person. There may be people who think that this is not really possible. There may be people who say that they haven't changed much since they were born. On the other hand, there are also people who have changed themselves dramatically many times. Even if you haven't changed yourself in the past, can you now say with certainty that you will never change in the future?
In the stories of the Indian gods, there is a god named Kali, who is black and frightening. This fierce god is a symbol, and people like Kali grow into Durga, who becomes like a lion. And they continue to grow. The appearance of the gods symbolizes one aspect of human growth. There are no stories of destroying or being absolutely evil. Even demons can grow and attain enlightenment (moksha). Even stories that seem like good triumphing over evil have a perspective that transcends that when viewed from a longer perspective.
Therefore, do not think of the harsh reality of this Earth as evil.
Sometimes, like cults or Zoroastrianism, there are stories that evil destroys good, and sometimes there are groups in the modern world who are seriously trying to put that into practice. Such groups divide good and evil and believe that they are on the side of justice and the side of light within that dualistic framework. That is just a story within a dualistic dimension, and ultimately, there is no dualism. It is oneness. Even if oneness is difficult to achieve immediately, everyone is moving towards oneness as a direction.
Therefore, even if someone who was full of desires wanted to dominate the world, that does not necessarily mean that it is evil, and therefore, it is not an evil that should be destroyed.
Many people believe that "when the world of light comes, the evil that dominates the world will be destroyed," and that "a savior will appear and eliminate all the evil in the world." There are many people who are complacent in their comfortable thoughts and situations, who dismiss those who "appear to be evil" in the world, and who believe that only they will be saved, even though they will not actually be saved. People who live in a dualistic worldview, believing that they are good and others are evil, are creating further conflict by wishing for the destruction of evil.
In reality, only Japan can, to some extent, remain calm and not take such a dualistic view seriously. In other words, Japan can maintain its sanity. Even when hearing about the dualistic concepts of good and evil, Japanese people generally do not believe in dualism to the same extent. While there are some exceptions, basically, Japanese people understand in their hearts that such dualism is not correct. This is because Japanese people inherently understand oneness, so they do not easily believe in dualistic arguments.
Therefore, Japanese people find it difficult to understand the situation where stories about "light destroying darkness" or "good destroying evil" are believed in the world. It is difficult for Japanese people to truly understand that people in the world genuinely believe in such stories. This is because Japanese people live in a state of oneness from the beginning.
Now, in such a situation, what is happening in the world is that people filled with desire are seriously trying to dominate the world. And these people believe that they are good, or that they are light, and that they will be saved by the savior who will come. In such a situation, the heavens once sent an interventionist to the earth. This interventionist from the heavens was welcomed by some, but was strongly disliked and cursed by some of the people filled with desire.

Among these, the interventionist from the heavens adopted a policy of avoiding extreme intervention around 100 years ago. So, what should the remaining people do? It is that they themselves must change. This is because it is not a story of "good destroying evil," so the people who were originally there must learn, change their thinking, change their actions, and learn and implement better governance for the Earth.
It is not a story where a savior comes and makes everything better. This is because the policy is no longer to make extreme interventions.
The necessity of a global government.
In this situation, what currently dominates the Earth is not some vague story about a "deep state," but something much more clear.Currently, it is the governments, religions, and the United Nations. This is a very obvious and straightforward matter.
In the future, a world government will also be created. This world government will be formed based on an agreement reached in Jerusalem, where the three religions will reconcile and a "Jerusalem Republic" will be established. This agreement will serve as a model for the world government, and the unification of the Earth will eliminate war from the surface. There is no mention of a "deep state" in this scenario.
As mentioned earlier, the story of the "deep state" is a combination of two narratives. Currently, the "Earth is managed by Earthlings" narrative is already a reality. Furthermore, (as mentioned earlier), intervention from outside has been minimal for about 100 years. Therefore, such stories should have disappeared a long time ago, perhaps even 100 years ago. However, for some reason, these vague stories about a "deep state" are resurfacing now. I believe this is because, as 100 years pass, past history is being revealed, and people are now claiming that things might have been that way in the past, as if it were still the case today.
