Energy fills from the frontal lobe, through the Sahasrara, and to the back of the head.

It still feels somewhat patchy, but for a while now, unexpectedly, energy has been filling the frontal lobe. At that time, the frontal lobe, which was originally in a state like a dry paddy field, suddenly began to fill with energy, like water filling a paddy field, in the area between the top of the head and the frontal lobe, connecting the frontal and occipital regions.

The Ajna chakra (third eye) is said to be located in this area of the frontal lobe, but in reality, Ajna may be the pineal gland, and what appears in the frontal lobe may be the energy route extending from it. This makes sense considering that the area between the eyebrows is generally said to be Ajna.

There are various theories, but C.W. Leadbeater of Theosophy identifies the area between the eyebrows as Ajna. The figure is quoted from the author's "Chakra."

I have been practicing meditation focusing on the area between the eyebrows (or the upper part of the nose) as a basic practice. During that time, energy would normally accumulate in the area between the eyebrows, and the mind would be in a relatively energized state. However, surprisingly, the frontal lobe seemed to be a blind spot, or perhaps a small amount of energy was entering it. Regarding the frontal lobe, I thought, "Is this all there is?"

However, suddenly, energy began to fill the frontal lobe, and I realized that the frontal lobe may not have been filled with energy to that extent before.

In reality, the strength and degree of energy are matters of degree, so it is likely that the energy will become even stronger. It doesn't seem like a simple zero-one situation.

If that is the case, it may not be something to worry about too much as it is just one step, but I will record it for future reference.

Until now, energy has been relatively full from the back of the head, while the Sahasrara at the top of the head has not been as stable, but has been in a state with energy, like a GeGeGe ghost antenna. Even when the energy of the Sahasrara decreases, recently, if I meditate for a few minutes or 5 minutes, or even for 30 minutes or 1 hour on days when my condition is particularly bad, the Sahasrara fills with energy and becomes like a ghost antenna.

However, looking back, this was mainly about the area from the back of the head to the Sahasrara, and the frontal lobe was relatively overlooked.

As an energy route, the basic route is to extend from the Sahasrara at the top of the head to the upper part, passing through the so-called "half-step" in the back of the head. Therefore, I had not been consciously aware of the frontal lobe. However, with the sudden filling of energy in the frontal lobe, I am a little curious about whether the frontal lobe, which I have not been paying much attention to, has some meaning or difference.

In terms of the route, I feel that the route shown by Leadbeater in the diagram above is more suitable than the one in the Flower of Life (not interpreting Ajna as before the "half-step," but extending from the Sahasrara after passing through the "half-step") and extending to the area between the eyebrows. I think that both the Theosophical and Flower of Life interpretations have their own truths.
