When lightworkers awaken, their astral bodies begin to move.

The word "awakening" is used in various ways, indicating either the initial stage of spiritual development or, in some cases, a certain level of enlightenment. This depends on the context. Here, I want to discuss what I consider to be the "awakening" state, which represents a certain entry point into enlightenment.

There's a hierarchical system based on the Pancha Kosha (five sheaths). This generally represents the spiritual hierarchy of the "individual," and through practices like yoga and meditation, people typically progress through these levels.

Some might call these levels "awakening," and the awakening of Kundalini energy certainly deserves to be called that. However, there's a slight difference between the "awakening" of Kundalini and the "awakening" of a lightworker.

The awakening of Kundalini can be considered the first level, and some people initially believe they've achieved something significant. However, Kundalini is relatively early in the hierarchy. When Kundalini "awakens," it's because it was previously dormant. If Kundalini has been active from the beginning, or if someone has experienced something similar to awakening in the past without realizing it, they might not consciously recognize it as an "awakening."

So, if we consider the "awakening" to be the initial activation of Kundalini, or its activity from the beginning, that might be true. However, that stage is still somewhat lacking for what I consider to be the "awakening" of a lightworker.

After Kundalini is activated and the individual reaches the Ananda Maya Kosha (sheath of bliss), it's still not quite enough to be considered the "awakening" of a lightworker; there's still a need to go a step further.

When I consider the "awakening" of a lightworker, there's a subtle presence, slightly behind or overlapping with the physical body, that is a slightly larger version of oneself. This presence has its own perspective. As a result, one can recognize both the perspective of the physical body and the perspective of the subtle body, which is overlapping with the physical body. The subtle body is quite free in terms of size and perspective, and one can even see the back of one's head or back.

This subtle body isn't just about seeing the back; it can actually travel to different places. When it moves, it's not just moving through space, but also through time. I remember hearing something about how, in quantum mechanics, space and time are linked, and that movement in one affects the other. The movement of this subtle body seems to be similar, as one can freely move through space or time simply by intending to do so.

The ability to freely move the subtle body and have a perspective from that subtle body is a characteristic of the "awakening" state.

Some people can achieve this while meditating, but the "awakening" of a lightworker, as I define it, is a state where one can constantly have this subtle body movement and perspective while being conscious in everyday life. This means that one constantly has both the senses of the physical body and the visual perception of the subtle body. It's not about being either in the physical body or the subtle body, but about perceiving both simultaneously. It's not about perceiving the subtle body through the senses of the physical body, but rather, the senses of the physical body are supplemented by the sensations of the subtle body, and both are perceived simultaneously. However, most of the sensations experienced in the subtle body are visual, although there are some sensations at the boundary of the subtle body's aura, similar to the skin of the physical body, but those are only slight.

Initially, it's just a visual phenomenon, but eventually, an avatar-like manifestation of the subtle body appears, which is clearly distinct from the physical body and appears to float or protrude from it. If you imagine it in a manga, it's similar to Susanoo, which Sasuke uses in Naruto, or the Stands in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. However, it's not as large, and the appearance is quite similar to oneself. It doesn't fight like in a manga, and it's not like a separate entity; it's more like an overlapping presence, with a certain atmosphere. It doesn't have strange abilities or fighting power like a JoJo Stand, although some people might have minor abilities, but most people don't have such unusual abilities.

And using a "stand" like manifestation in daily life is the first step of awakening.

Even before awakening, the astral body exists, and can be consciously perceived during meditation. However, before awakening, while going about daily life, one may be aware of the astral body but unable to control it.

In that state, not only can one move their astral body, but they can also see the past and future as a continuous line.

I have not yet reached that stage, but through meditation, I have explored other timelines of my current life, and it seems that some of them are already awakened to that extent. I have also glimpsed the timelines of other souls connected to my group soul, and seen them in awakened states, so it doesn't seem like an impossible thing, and I think it is possible even in this lifetime.

I had thought that because I was reincarnated with a special "mantle" from the spiritual realm, I would remain in my current state without reaching the awakened state. However, when I explored other timelines of my current life through meditation, I found that some of them were awakened, so it seems like it is not an impossible thing and is quite possible.

Also, there is a possibility that the images I have are just symbols and the truth is different. In reality, it may simply be a message to go beyond the "mantle" of the spiritual realm. It may be that I am misinterpreting the inspiration from the spiritual realm, in which case, I should simply go beyond the spiritual mantle without worrying too much.

The feeling of awakening, especially the feeling of awakening for the first time, is surprisingly similar to the awakening scenes of the protagonist in manga, anime, or games.

Also, this type of awakening is not necessarily equivalent to enlightenment, but it is a component of enlightenment.

There is a direction to spiritual growth, and for souls that reincarnate repeatedly on Earth, this type of awakening appears at some point. On the other hand, for souls that descend from higher dimensions, they have the ability from the beginning, and various earthly qualities are added later. Therefore, for souls originating from Earth, this type of awakening is a part of enlightenment, but for beings from higher dimensions who descend into the material world, they gradually lose (or appear to lose) this type of ability. However, when they return to higher dimensions, they regain their awakening, so the idea that awakening disappears in this world is an illusion. It is a state where one temporarily forgets that they are a being from a higher dimension, and that is why they lose their awakening, but it does not disappear completely; awakening is like their true state. On the other hand, for souls that originate from Earth and evolve into higher dimensions through spirits and animals, there may be a first awakening, but I am not very familiar with this direction.

In this world, there is probably the most mixture of these. Even for souls originating from Earth, if they receive the blessings of beings from higher dimensions, it means that they are exposed to the aura of beings from higher dimensions. When they come into contact with that aura, the aura mixes with their own aura, and they may acquire abilities from higher dimensions. In such a state, even souls originating from Earth have a part of the aura of higher dimensions attached to them, which can bring about a certain state of awakening. However, in that case, it is simply the aura that is attached, so eventually, that aura will mix with their own aura, and the abilities will disappear.

On the other hand, when one properly grows their own soul and progresses through the stages, their own aura will transform from its source, so in that case, the abilities will not be lost when awakened, but will become continuous and universal abilities.

In some esoteric groups, there are practices to implant the aura of higher dimensions to promote awakening. However, this can sometimes lead to a misunderstanding by the person, as it temporarily develops abilities. It is more desirable to have spiritual growth that focuses on growing one's own roots, one's own soul, and one's own aura, rather than simply attaching or mixing auras.

When the aura is attached or partially shaken by the aura of higher dimensions, one can only "see" things. It is not as if one can intentionally see what they want to see, but rather, they may unexpectedly glimpse fragments of something. However, when one's own aura is fully awakened, the astral body itself becomes independent and can move and perceive. One can consciously see what they want to see, and can intentionally move through time and space. This is not just about being able to perceive, but also about the appearance of an avatar (manifestation), which then becomes the main entity for perception and movement, as mentioned above.

Initially, the avatar simply overlaps with oneself, and it appears as if one's usual perspective is blurred and overlapping. However, eventually, it separates from oneself and can move to different locations and times, allowing one to perceive things from different perspectives in the places where it has moved.
