During meditation, my entire body was enveloped in flashes of light several times, flickering like a lighthouse.

It was either three times, five times, or ten times, and whether or not it happened, but roughly within a 10-minute timeframe, light would emanate from the entire body several times, flashing at a relatively regular interval.

The light gradually increased in intensity, and after reaching a certain level, it suddenly decreased, repeating this process. It wasn't as if the field of vision was becoming brighter, but for some reason, it felt like "light" was being perceived. It felt like the standard sensation of an aura, but the entire aura was being elevated, and the entire aura was suddenly becoming stronger and deeper.

And when the light became strong enough, something felt like a "surprise" in a part of the body, around the abdomen, like "suddenly, a small amount of saline solution was applied to a scar." At that point, the engine, which was about to start, would suddenly stop with a "brrr..." sound, like a sudden deceleration. However, the light would smoothly begin to increase again. "Smoothly" means that, like a graph, the light would increase linearly, like a straight line. It wasn't like starting an engine with force, but it started linearly and smoothly. However, when it stopped, it stopped suddenly, like an engine that was about to start but suddenly stopped, with a slight "vibration" of "brrr..."

In this way, the light (or energy) increased throughout the body in a relatively short time, such as 3 or 5 seconds, and stopped suddenly, like a brake being applied to an engine, causing a "brrr..." sound.

This occurred towards the end of the morning meditation, which I have been doing regularly, and it was a phenomenon that occurred approximately 2 hours into the session. However, before that, I had gone through a state of deepening silence and purification. This silence has several stages, but even here, it was only slightly deeper than the silence before meditation, and it was literally a silent space, so I think it was a day when I was able to meditate relatively well.

Recently, I have been trying to balance the left and right sides of my head, consciously focusing on the right side of my body to improve the flow of energy on the right side, and focusing on the left side to balance the energy on the left side.

Furthermore, this morning, a "block" was released on the "left cheek" in my mind, which deepened the silence. As a result, the tension in the entire body was slightly released, relaxation deepened, and the area around the waist also loosened.

In this way, as the energy and relaxation deepened, and as the silence became more profound, suddenly, several times, I was enveloped in light and it flickered.

So, from the perspective of consciousness, I was basically in a state of silence and relaxation, but it felt like the engine suddenly stopped, so in that regard, I thought, "Huh," but that was all, and basically, it was a normal silent meditation.

It feels like the engine hasn't really started yet, but it might just be my imagination, and it might be nothing. It might be connected to the true Kundalini, but I wonder what it is. It's not specifically related to areas like the Muladhara (base of the spine) or the Swadhisthana (sacral chakra), but rather, the entire body was enveloped in light like a flash, so whether or not it's actually Kundalini is something I can't determine at this point, and I don't know.

There's a possibility that it is, but regardless of the cause, I also feel like, as a sensation, the "engine" (or something like it) might start sometime. It might just be my imagination, or perhaps, it might be that the engine will start properly in the future, but I'll have to wait and see.

In the basics of meditation, it is said, "Even if you see light, it's not important. Ignore it." So, this might be something like that, or it might have a more important meaning. It's not just a simple light; it's accompanied by a feeling of increased energy and a vibration because the engine isn't starting, so it feels like it's more than just the light that's talked about in meditation.
