Recently, I felt a pressure aura on my head, and it was quite painful until I managed to absorb it. After overcoming that, the energy channels (nadis, in yoga terms) in the back of my head seem to have opened more than before, allowing energy (prana) to flow more easily from the throat chakra (Vishuddha) to the Anahata chakra and below. This wasn't something new, but the energy flow has become easier. In my case, the back of my head tends to get blocked easily, and it seems to have reverted to a slightly previous state. However, with the increased flow, it feels like the Sahasrara chakra is easier to maintain in an open state.

In this state, not only does energy flow from the back of my head along the spine (the Sushumna nadi, in yoga terms), but the entire space, not just the head, but also the shoulders, arms, etc., is filled with a shower of light, and I feel like I am being bathed in that shower of light.

Along with this, I used to use techniques like Khechari Mudra (lifting the tongue) to raise Kundalini energy from the lower abdomen and Anahata chakra towards the head. Now, it feels like that rising Kundalini energy is merging with the shower of light. This fusion seems to be happening throughout the body, but I feel it most strongly in my head, where the Kundalini energy rising from the throat chakra (Vishuddha) is bathed from above by the shower of light, causing it to become even more refined and continue its ascent.

Although there is a difference between "up" and "down" for each energy, it's not like they are colliding. They probably have slightly different dimensions, and the shower of light is constantly pouring down, penetrating the Kundalini energy, while the Kundalini energy continues to rise steadily.

Even in this state, I have been experiencing a "mishimishi" sound in the center of my head. The center of my head still doesn't seem to be completely relaxed.

It is well known in spiritual or psychic circles that headaches can occur as one grows. In my case, it's not a headache, but I have been constantly hearing a "mishimishi" sound or feeling a "piki" sensation. Recently, the frequency has increased, and now it happens with every breath, or every few breaths, or every few seconds, with a "mishimishi" sound or a "piki" sensation. I wonder if others can hear it. If they can, I won't be able to go to places like movie theaters or other places where it might bother other people. This "mishimishi" sound has been present for a while, and I think it was happening about six months ago, but the frequency was lower and I didn't pay much attention to it. Since the beginning of this year, the frequency has increased, and it seems to have accelerated with the opening of the Sahasrara chakra and the entry of Purusha. About a month ago, I could concentrate during meditation, do Khechari Mudra, and after a while, it would "piki" and loosen. However, for the past week, the frequency has been high, and sometimes it makes a "mishimishi" sound with each inhalation. And, while it used to mainly happen during meditation, and there were times when it happened in daily life, it was only when I was sitting in a chair and relatively stable, or when I was walking and calm. Now, it seems that the stability has increased, and it happens quite frequently in daily life. The frequency is different.

Before and after the point where I started to feel a shower of light, I felt that the stability increased, like a "mishimishi" sound. And I think that might mean that the stability to live in a meditative state in daily life has increased.
