Meditation: The sensation of both eyes and the area between them being pushed forward.

At one point during meditation and daily life, I felt a sensation of my both eyes and the area slightly below the center, below the forehead, and in the upper half of the nose being pushed forward as if protruding from the front. It was as if the shell of an egg was cracking due to internal pressure, but not completely breaking like an egg, but rather a feeling of cracks. Nevertheless, I felt that the area was being pushed forward.

I had been feeling that my both eyes and the area around my nose were slightly receding for a while. It wasn't that they were originally like that, but rather that the area around my forehead and jaw seemed to be expanding and moving, while the area around my eyes seemed to be relatively less mobile and receding. Then, as various parts of my head loosened, my jaw also loosened, and as this loosening gradually deepened, the area that had been compressed in the center of my head finally began to expand, allowing the area around my eyes to protrude slightly. I feel that parts of my head that were previously recessed have now begun to move forward and backward. The "forward and backward" feeling is not limited to the area around my eyes, below the forehead, and the upper part of my nose, but also extends to the back, towards the back of my head. The back of my head has been moving to some extent, and I have felt a sense of expansion, but this time, I feel that the movement towards the back of my head is more specific.

The expansion from the center of my head to the front, and then to the back of my head, can also be interpreted as parts of my head that were previously not moving, now starting to move.

However, this does not necessarily mean that it is directly connected to any specific ability or change, and it seems that it has not yet reached a higher level, and there are still further stages to go. The loosening of my head is still not complete, and I feel that I need to loosen various parts. Nevertheless, the feeling of forward and backward movement suggests that energy channels (nadis in yoga) are becoming stronger, starting from the top of my head and expanding forward and backward from the center.

Furthermore, based on the height of my eyes, I feel a sensation as if a "gap" is being created in the horizontal plane from my eyebrows to the back of my head, as if it is trying to divide into upper and lower parts at that height. It's a feeling like cutting a sphere in half, and it also feels like the hemisphere above the eyes is being lifted. This is not a spontaneous, automatic movement, but rather an active one, as if I am manually pulling up a shutter. It feels like I am holding something heavy and trying to lift something that is sinking into the height of my eyes.

Each part of the head feels like it's not in its proper place, as if it's slightly misaligned and trying to move little by little to return to its correct position.

As a result, the Sahasrara chakra (crown chakra) at the top of the head has become more active, but there's still a feeling that it's not fully open.

Furthermore, there's a feeling that there's an aura around the body, slightly larger than the physical body, and that it's working hard, trying to resolve the blockage in the head. The area in the head is both a blockage and, like an anchor on a ship, it's binding the astral body, so there's a feeling that if that part of the head isn't resolved, the astral body can't move properly.

This isn't happening just in the head; the basic principle is that the Kundalini energy rising from the lower body is filling the head and pushing it upwards.

In summary:

- The various parts of the head, especially the area around the top of the head and the jaw, feel loose.
- There's a feeling that both eyes and the area between them are being pushed forward.
- There's a feeling of trying to create a "gap" at eye level (but that gap is hardly formed yet).
- There's a feeling of trying to lift the upper hemisphere with force at eye level (but it hasn't lifted yet).
- There's a feeling that each part of the head is misaligned and trying to return to its correct position.
- There are still issues to be resolved in the Sahasrara chakra at the top of the head.
- The astral body feels bound by the area in the head, like an anchor on a ship.
- Kundalini energy is the basic principle.

It seems that there is still room for growth as we resolve various issues.
