This is the truth, and it is always the case. There has never been a time, not even for a moment, when this was not the case, and there will never be. This is not the story of a specific person, but of all people, and whether they are aware of it or not, everyone is living a perfect life. Even those who appear to be successful and those who do not, are equally living a perfect life. Everything is a perfect life, and even if something seems efficient or, conversely, inefficient and wasteful, it is all part of a perfect life.
This feeling is strongly connected to the truth, and it is deeply connected to the sense of truth in the depths of the heart. There is a strong feeling that "I am creating my own life." Therefore, even if there is a doubt, however small, about the sovereignty of one's own life, it causes a sharp pain in the depths of the heart. The truth is that one is creating one's own life, and that everything is perfect, and that one has sovereignty, so any thought that is not true causes the heart to suffer.
There is no need to understand untruth, because untruth is irrational and therefore impossible to understand. Simply finding the truth brings confidence and conviction in one's own existence and choices, and brings one back to life.
In reality, this is a very subtle matter, and if one's ego is not sufficiently purified, it can become a counterproductive reinforcement of the ego. However, the "self" that is being referred to here is the true self, the so-called higher self or Atman, so it is a story that the higher self is creating one's own life.
■One's life is truly perfect as a truth.
In reality, the higher self or Atman is a recognition of oneself as an individual, but from a holistic perspective, it becomes a consciousness like Brahman. However, these two are actually the same, as is said in Vedanta, and then, it may seem that the self or the higher self is making decisions about one's life, but in reality, the collective consciousness as a whole is determining one's life.
As long as one has a physical body, the manifest consciousness or ego (self) that is deeply connected to the physical body is, in a sense, in control of moving the body. However, above that is the consciousness of the higher self or Atman, which is the individual spirit, and further above that is the consciousness of Brahman as a whole.
This, in a sense, can be called "self," and although the hierarchy is different, it is also a "self" and an overall consciousness. This "self" that is connected to the whole is what drives this body and life. It is perfect from the beginning, and it will always be perfect.
However, for the conscious mind, "realization" is constantly changing. When the conscious mind is not yet connected to the higher self, such realization is usually absent, and it is simply understanding this through logic. When the conscious mind connects to the higher self and begins to entrust life to the higher self, these things can be directly understood. This is not just logic, but it is true because it is truly so, because it is the truth. There is no need for logic, but simply because it is true and real.
