The more I express my gratitude, the more energy seems to gather in the person's eyebrows.

If you repeat the words of gratitude, "thank you," over and over in your heart, your heart will open, and that energy will travel from the neck to the forehead, gathering in the space between your eyebrows.

Even if the energy is not high enough, or if you don't feel a strong sense of gratitude, simply meditating and expressing the words "thank you" as a voice in your heart will increase the energy.

It seems that the energy first increases in the heart, "opening" it, and then rises and gathers in the space between the eyebrows.

Chakras are often described as vortices in each chakra. There is a vortex (chakra) in the heart (Anahata) and a vortex (chakra) in the space between the eyebrows (Ajna).

However, there is a concept in spirituality called "integrated chakras." It is said that initially, the chakras function individually, but eventually, they merge, and there is a stage where, especially the Anahata in the heart and the Ajna in the space between the eyebrows, become connected and work as one.

It seems that it is not yet fully connected, and the aura is currently shaped like a "gourd," but compared to the past, there is a sense of unity, so if this continues, it will probably function as an "integrated chakra."

As an energy pathway, the energy flows relatively straight from the Anahata in the heart to the Ajna in the space between the eyebrows. However, the energy I am talking about is the aura of the higher self. The energy of the higher self is not as restricted by pathways as Kundalini energy. Nevertheless, there seems to be some form of pathway.

Regarding Kundalini, it rises along the spine, reaches the space between the eyebrows, and then passes through the "back of the head" before reaching the Sahasrara at the crown of the head. On the other hand, the energy of the higher self does not have the property of being blocked by the "back of the head," and it can basically reach anywhere in the body. However, there are still some pathways, and what I am talking about here is the energy of the higher self, or a state where the energy of the higher self is mixed with Kundalini energy. It is not as unrestricted by pathways as Kundalini, but it has a somewhat viscous aura, which forms an aura shaped like a "gourd" from the Anahata in the heart to the Ajna in the space between the eyebrows.

And, as that aura energy, the more you express gratitude in your heart, the more it increases and takes a definite form, and it seems that the energy gathers especially in the space between the eyebrows.
