For a while now, I have been focusing on loosening the Sahasrara chakra, and in the process, I have gradually loosened the area between the eyebrows and the forehead.

At first, the area around the eyes was filled with a strong aura, but sometimes it wasn't as strong. So, I re-filled the area around the eyes and from the center of the head to both ears with aura. I meditate and check this first, and if the aura is not filled in the area around the eyes and both ears, I re-channel the aura from there.

After the aura is filled in both ears and around the eyes, I channel the aura towards the inside of the eyes, the back of the eyes, and towards the center of the head. I still have some challenges in this area, especially in the inner right eye, where I feel like there is a block or a wall, and the aura is not flowing through. I have been trying to channel the aura there, and each time, I can pass a little bit of it, but the wall is still there, so I am putting it on hold for now.

In that state, I try to channel a strong aura from the area around the eyes, further up, to the area above the eyes, the forehead, and the crown of the head (Sahasrara). This is literally a forceful effort, concentrating to channel the aura. The sensation is like pushing a very heavy object, or like kneading mochi with your hands. I forcefully push the strong aura from the lower area to the upper area, from the area around the eyes upwards.

As a result, a strong aura gradually begins to permeate the area above the eyes, the forehead, and the inside of the skull at the crown, and accordingly, the loosening in the skull, forehead, and other parts of the head accelerates with a "crack" sound. It's not just the crown area, but also the center of the head, the back of the head, and other parts of the head, but it feels like the crown area is the stiffest, so I try to loosen it especially.

Although there is still quite a bit of stiffness in the crown area, I can feel that the strong aura is starting to permeate it, compared to before.

When I reach this state, the sensation of the crown and the connection to the heavens, which was previously barely noticeable, becomes "vaguely" noticeable.

There is a sensation that something is extending "smoothly" from the crown towards the heavens, and along with that, my intuition increases. I can hear the voices of unseen people who are watching over me, saying things like "This is what you should do," and things seem to go more smoothly.

Although the connection to the heavens from the crown is still weak and there are challenges, I think it has become easier to connect compared to before.
