According to the book I have here, STAGE 2 is described as the level of God. The explanation states the following:
Yamaoka Tetsushin: "If the mind (consciousness) cannot be transmitted to the hands, even ten thousand techniques are useless." "Tai Chi Chuan Power (by Scott Meredith)," P160.
According to the book's explanation, this state is still in the "有" (existence) state, and it becomes "無" (non-existence) when it reaches the final level of "虚" (emptiness), but that will take an immense amount of time.
If we relate it to Yoga and Vedanta, the level of "神" (god) could correspond to Yoga's Purusha or Vedanta's Atman, and the level of "虚" (emptiness) could correspond to Brahman (the ultimate reality).
The book's description of the "level of 神" (god) seems similar to the recent experience I had, where energy flowed from the space between my eyebrows, through the front of my head, and down through my throat to my chest and abdomen. It's like a stage where energy flows from the space between my eyebrows, through my throat, and throughout my entire body. I have a weak right arm, but by channeling energy from the space between my eyebrows through the Vishuddha chakra in my throat and the Anahata chakra in my chest, and then throughout my entire body, especially my weak right arm, my entire body is activated. This stage seems very similar to the book's description.
Therefore, I think I have recently entered the "level of 神" (god) described in the table. And it seems to correspond to the stage of Purusha (divine spirit) in Yoga, but it is still an existence as an "individual," a limited existence, and has not yet reached the "entirety" of God, the entirety of Brahman, or the "虚" (emptiness) level in the table.
Simply having Purusha enter through the Sahasrara chakra is still in a rudimentary state, and in that state, it remains contained within the heart. I think it's only when energy starts to flow from the head throughout the body that it truly becomes the "level of 神" (god).
Therefore, I am still in the process, and I have only just stepped into the "level of 神" (god), which is still only an existence as an individual.
Even though it is called "神" (god), it is a limited existence.
However, I feel like I have finally, tentatively, stepped into the "level of 神" (god).
