During meditation, a strong aura filled the area around my eyes.

Until the previous stage, there were only lines of aura passing through the area around the eyes.
Before that, there was only one line passing horizontally above the eyebrows.
When listed sequentially, it is as follows:

1. An aura line passes from between the eyebrows to the right ear.
2. From the ear upwards.
3. The same on both sides, but the right side is in a better state.
4. From the ear downwards (both sides, the right side is dominant).
5. From under the eyes to the outer corner of the eyes (both sides, the right side is dominant).
6. From under the eyes to the inner corner of the eyes (both sides, the right side is dominant).
7. The aura lines each go around the eyes (the right side is better).
8. The aura route begins to pass from the inner corner of the right eye to between the eyebrows (the left side is better, there is a wall/block between the eyebrows and the inner corner of the right eye), which is then somewhat resolved.
9. The aura route begins to go around both eyes. By rotating the aura around the eyes, the flow is improved.

This stage was a little while ago, and at that stage, the aura was (compared to the next stage) weaker, so I felt that it was necessary to take steps to loosen specific areas by focusing on one area and loosening it gradually. At that time, I inevitably put in extra force when concentrating, which caused tension. However, it was necessary to regularly move the head vigorously or take a deep breath to relieve tension while concentrating. In the next stage, a strong aura is automatically activated, and the aura spreads automatically, accelerating the state of loosening the head.

10. (This time) The entire area around the eyes is filled with aura.

Initially, the right eye and the area around it were mainly filled with aura. In the previous stage, there were only aura lines passing through the area around the eyes, and there was not much of a feeling that the eyeballs were filled with aura. The difference in this stage is that the aura is filled not only around the eyes but also in the eyeballs. If you compare it to the manga Hunter x Hunter, it is similar to the image of "Gyō." Initially, it was the right eye, but when I consciously focused on the left eye, both sides became almost the same, but the right side was still stronger. Then, instead of just focusing on the eyes, the aura gradually permeated the center of the head, further inward. I let the feeling of the aura spreading automatically take over.

As it went deeper, a strong aura also spread around the eyes. The aura spread to the eyebrows and the area around the cheeks. The transition from having a strong aura only around the eyes to having a strong aura spreading to the cheeks and eyebrows was relatively quick, and I think it took only a few days for it to spread that far.

Here, the fundamental principle is what has been said since ancient times in meditation: "Focus the consciousness, but do not apply force." This is particularly important. At this stage, I think the aura naturally gathers, its density condenses, and it automatically activates. Therefore, finally, I feel that I have begun to practice what has been said in traditional meditation: "Do not apply force, focus the consciousness, and relax." Although the lessons learned in the previous stages were meaningful to some extent, the automatic activation and condensation of the aura, and the automatic activation and relaxation of various parts of the body, such as the head, by the aura, are consistent with what has been said in meditation, and it resonates with me as an expression.

Before this, it was necessary to consciously and forcibly move the aura. However, now, the activation of the aura through meditation has become automatic, and it can be said that I have finally reached a state where no effort is required. Because when you meditate, the aura automatically activates and automatically relaxes the head, if you simply leave it to the aura, it seems that natural relaxation and release will deepen.
