Sahasrara, and when the mind becomes cluttered, I clear it through meditation, repeating this process.

Recently, even though the Purusha (divine spirit) has entered my chest, I often experience a sudden blockage in my head, or sometimes wake up with a blockage. In those cases, I repeat the process of clearing my mind and the Sushumna nadi through morning meditation.

Previously, I also experienced similar blockages in the Vishuddha chakra, but now the Vishuddha chakra is basically open. I think that eventually, the Sahasrara chakra in the back of my head and the crown of my head will also stabilize and open completely, and then this kind of trouble will disappear. However, for now, sometimes, for no apparent reason, the energy channels (nadis, Sushumna) in my head suddenly become blocked.

However, recently, I've been able to recover consciousness in about 30 minutes, even without meditating. But, I think it's still better to meditate in a seated position if I want to properly open the channels.

Since accepting the Purusha (divine spirit), I haven't experienced any negative effects. However, I still occasionally experience a sudden and severe state of confusion, which I wonder about. My interpretation is that the Purusha (divine spirit) is in my chest, but it hasn't yet permeated to my head. Even though I experience blockages in my head, especially in the back of my head or the Sahasrara chakra, it doesn't affect the Anahata chakra in my chest. So, the Purusha (divine spirit) in my chest is safe, but when the channels in my head become blocked, my consciousness becomes a little hazy.

Even so, because the Purusha (divine spirit) is in my chest, that consciousness is there, so I recover in about 30 minutes. Also, the blockages in my head gradually recover, with the bones in my head making clicking sounds.

I think that if a blockage in my head occurs while I'm walking or without me noticing, it temporarily damages my aura. However, it recovers over time, but that recovery takes some time.

Astral beings can return to their original form if their core remains. In the manga "Attack on Titan," if the core remains on the back of a Titan, it reverts to its original form. That is similar to the recovery process of astral beings. If the astral consciousness is damaged in some way, and the core is destroyed, it cannot be restored, and the astral being dies. However, if the core remains, even if it is a small mass, it can be restored, although it takes time.

The damage to the crown chakra is similar, and that area is quite sensitive. It can be affected by the aura or thoughts of others, causing blockages, leading to poor condition or damage, but it seems to recover over time.

In addition to that, there may also be physical blockages, so adjustments are needed for both.

However, compared to before, since the "Purusha" (divine spirit) entered, it has significantly become less susceptible to external negative influences, so it is not often a major problem. Nevertheless, there are times when the condition worsens.

When that happens, if I am at home, I do "mushin" meditation to gradually resolve the blockages in my mind. Even opening it a little can significantly ease the mind and promote relaxation, so I do it in multiple stages when I have time. Even if I don't have time for seated meditation, recently, even when sitting and working or reading, my mind tends to relax and tension eases, so that is also fine, but seated meditation seems to loosen the mind more effectively.

...However, later, my understanding changed slightly. It seems that the idea of the "Purusha" "entering" is, well, technically correct, but it might be more accurate to think that the "total amount of aura" has increased. Even before, everyone has a certain amount of "Purusha," and it doesn't seem to be something special, but rather it's just a difference between whether it exists from the beginning or is added later.

If that's the case, it's clearer to think that the "total amount of aura" has increased, making it easier to deal with, rather than focusing on what the "Purusha" is doing.

If that's the case, the things to do are the same as before: to ensure a clear flow all the way to the Sahasrara chakra.
